I went to service centre for sim tray replacement of my lg g6 under warranty.

First, when i went there was beware of dog board though i hesitantly went inside and said them that my sim tray is stuck there see what can we do? Sim war working perfectly (Both the sim).
After looking they said to bring a photocopy of purchase bill which i did after that, they said my motherboard is damaged and i will be charged rs.11, 500 under warranty. Everything was working perfectly fine just that tray was stuck there they were asking rs. 11, 500 saying motherboard is damaged and wont be covered by warranty.

I asked them for my phone they gave me back and after returning i took tweezers and forcibly took out and changed the sim and its working completely fine there is some dent around the tray.

I know they were scamming i have little bit of technical knowledge so i came back.

    Dear Sir,

    I write to you after all my attempts to resolve my issue with your local distributor in Bahrain has completely failed. I purchased a new LG refrigerator a few months back. Recently, I have noticed cracks in the plastic surrounding the glass shelf. When I approached the local distributor and after long discussion, the have reluctantly agreed to replace the shelves. However, after installing the new shelves, I found that two of them is again cracked. I have called them again and they promised to investigate the subject with the main supplier as it seems there is a manufacturing defects in the model. I am very disturbed that a branch like LG, which has become a well-known household name provides such faulty products and your distributors don’t seem to care for the reputation and good quality materials. I urge you to reconsider the service quality provided by the local distributor and refund me what ever I paid as there is no chance to fix it and let me go to another good quality brand.

      Hello,

      My name is ishita verma, and i did an event for your company (Lg) through ankit arora working for hs ads. It was a promotional activity event for lg oled tv series in ambience mall, gurgaon, haryana. I started doing that event from 2 october 2017 until 26 october 2017. And i was promised incentives by mr. Prashant vv, ankit arora, and two other guys. They promised me and the other hostess rs10, 000/- per head on the basis of our regular customer demonstration plus these guys also said that if any tv gets sold out because of our reference (Individually) than we will also get some share as an incentive from it. If the w series that was for
      Rs 30 lakh. Gets sold then we will get 25000. And if e7 gets sold then we will get 10, 000/-
      If c7 gets sold then, we will get rs 5000/- and through my reference 2 tvs get sold one was e7 and another one was c7. And my daily demonstrations were above 12 so i was promised incentives accordingly.
      But till now i have not received a single penny and i have been mentally harassed by ankit arora. He is not giving me the incentives, and he's not letting other coordinators give my basic pay. He has stopped picking up my calls and talking to me in a very bad manner and the way i have all the recordings. It has been 6 months, and i was promised that i would get the payment within 7 days. But it is far more than that all the harassment and everything that i am going through your company hs ads and lg company will be responsible for all my loss.

      After the completion of the event, ankit arora said that come to my office on 11 november because iam busy right now and cannot talk to you or tell you payment right now. I called him on 11 november, and he again said the same thing that i am busy call me back after some time. One month passed doing the same thing he said will give you the money by 15 december 2017 on that day also he mentally harassed me and said i will give your payment and if you keep calling me then forget about your incentive and basic pay and fought with me and said will not give you the money do whatever you want to do and talked to me in a very bad way. And he always gives this reason that lg company is not releasing the money.

      He is been conning me for past 6 months straight. I want some action to take place against these guys. And i should get my payment in this month only.

      Kindly pay attention to this matter and reply as soon as possible.

        Just bought the tv 6 yrs back. The mother board failed and the lg engineer says the part is not available and recommends buying a new tv.
        He further said even if it is available it would cost rs 10000/-. I wish to repair my tv with a viable option.

        I am appalled at the callous attitude of lg for not holding spares of critical components like mother board.

        Can lg advise how to get the board?

          I sincerely not recommend lg products to all. Please beware of the warranty terms and conditions which do not inform to customer.

          All marketing tricks.. Lg is cheating the customer. Lg will be going to bear this cost in future in indian market.

            I purchase 335 ltr refrigerator gl-u372jpzx/2017 on 14.04.18 from wal-mart india pvt ltd. Bypass meerut ref [protected]/ 14.04.18. When remove sticker pasted on the door, there was major scratches hidden by sticker. We cheated by dealer. On contact dealer/service manager, denied to replace.               I had made complaint no. Gcp[protected] for functional fault in the lg washing machine model nofh4u2tdhp4n. The fabric softener chamber is not working.. It is not emptying and the softener stays in it. The problem is not resolved but your service is not paying attention and are closing the complaint without confirming. I seek help from higher officials. The local service appears to be untrained for dealing advance models.
              It appears that the above model is having some design problem. The senior engineers kindly provide solution

                Hello lg,

                Really not happy with the support you guys have in mumbai, i had a problem with in four months time pixel got dead and still struggling for month to get a single word of commitment from your guys.

                Hopeless to hear that your senior support also still not able to help me with the warranty support facts on support on email.

                This is a quality issue nothing else and worst is your support.

                  We have purchased lg fridge on 27th november 2017 from reliance store. The fridge stopped cooling on march... We complaint... They resolved. Now again in april, it has stopped cooling. We have launched complain on 22nd april. The technician came, and said he does not know why the problem is coming... And he will need to ask someone senior. Its been 3 days since that incident... And it has not yet resolved. Now, i am trying to connect to service area manager and the technician both. They are not providing any eta either. This is extremely unprofessional service, and very frustrating experience.

                    I am from ooty all of a sudden my tv stopped with a spark sound on the 22nd of this month so i had to call the service center for repair which i did but i was told they will come now it is the 26th everyday they say we will come but no one till date has come very poor service i have this for the second time with this service center they r not bothered i want immediate service to be done

                      I have applied for job on quicker in lg company for superwisor .. after two days they call me by no-[protected] and teell her name sikha from LG company hirinr department cell after two days they said that your cv has selected .after that they send me their email id Lg, [protected]@gmai.com and whatsapp no [protected] SIKHA and said that send me your document email id phote and then i send this.after this they again contact me and said that you will give a interview after that they gave me a number [protected]@ her name was Vaishali DHAKA hr recuirment manager after that she called me she said that i am the HR of the company and take my interview of 10 min and said that u r selected ..after that she said me nou u contact with Sikha mam when i talked with her she said u have to pay 1350 rs after that ur file will be send to furhter process and u get a offer letter then she said that u have to pay today only i[censored] notpay your offer letter will be rejected then after some time i pay him 700rs on acc no-[protected] IFSC code-PUNB0732500 Punjab National Bank ..after that i said what is the next process then she said that u have to 750 rs then i will further send your file and you have provided a traing period of 1 week..on traing sesssion u will provide 2 dress sets and joing letter and provide lodging and accomodation ur salary will be 22000 .after that i cut my phone i decided to search on internet then i found that all online jobs portal like quicker, shine, naukari.com, etc all r fake..then i decided that i will not find any job on these sites and i will tell every people that all are 100% fake ...please do not belive on this sites .and frauds..Please help me how can i get money back in my account...and plese tell me any idea or suggestions that i can complain against these jobsite fraud and their owner...

                        I called about the air filter sticking. I did not want to apply too much force and break it. I called for service and received confirmation that a representative would be at my home on wednesday april 25 between 8 am and noon.

                        I had surgery yesterday and changed dr appointment so as to be home. I called at 9:23 and was told that the service was rescheduled to may 1 which i said was not acceptable as i have another doctors appointment. I was told that i would be contacted by the assigned lg tech michael rivera and to keep off of my line as he would return my call.
                        At 11:28 i called again and asked to speak to a supervisor waiting over 30 minutes hearing, “we recognize your time is valuable and we are working hard to personally respond to your call, ” i spoke to jessica.
                        I was told again the service call had been rescheduled. Why wasn’t i called. I had to reschedule my calendar under a penalty for changing an appointment without 24 hour notice.
                        I had to accept an appointment for may 2 after i come from another doctors appointment. I beieve that lg should offer some compensation for my lost time and fees that i will probably have to pay.
                        When i have a teaching assignment, i have to be prepared, no excuses. I think this customer treatment is reprehensible!

                          Hi Team

                          Please note... here are the series of events which I need help with:

                          1) Date of purchase 29.3.2017

                          2) 1st Complaint: bad installation - no cool... 15- 20 days after installation (Vijay Sales – Dealer)

                          3) Did not use air-conditioner after June last year because summer was over (7 months)

                          4) 2nd Complaint:[protected]… called for Tech again because air Conditioner stopped cooling

                          5) Field Tech mentioned – Indoor layer Nut Problem (installation issue) (Balaji electronics – Pune)

                          6) 3rd Complaint: 1st week of April – Not cooling… after tech Assessment – Condenser coil needs to be replaced for which I will be charged.

                          7) Part due to arrive in Pune on 28th-29th of April after 2 weeks.

                          Please note: I have used this LG Air Conditioner for only 5 months and now I am being charged for part which was an issue while the product was in-warranty.

                          Personally, I dont think the issue will be fixed even after the part will be replaced because the tech does not know what the issue is and is just guessing.

                          I need to new Air-Conditioner or the issue needs to be properly diagnosed

                            I am writing to complain about the above lg air conditioner, which i bought from your company on 30 march 2017.ac is not cooling & only fan running. Company engineer will come and fill the gas 28 march 2018 but after two days gas will leakage. Engineer demand extra charge for repair it and miss guide him. This short of company was not acceptable. I shall take this matter to the consumer council.

                              Dear sir मैंने 21 april 2017 को अनिल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स आगरा से एक fridge खरीदा था। उसमें freezer से पानी fridge के अन्दर गिर रहा है 27feb 2018 को मैंने complain no. Rnp[protected] की उसके बाद चार complain और की जिसमें last complain no. Rnp[protected] है जिसको technician के visit करने के बाद बिना solve किए close कर दिया गया है जबकि leakge की problem अभी भी बनी हुई है।

                                Semi automatic washing machine 6.2 kg purchased in 2007.

                                Spare part - central drum - misplaced - need replacement of the same. I need immediate replacement of the same. I was trying to make complaint on your toll free number but unable to find line clear. Hence this complaint is made online.

                                  Hi. This is C. MAHENDRAKUMAR JAIN from Chennai, I bought LG refrigerator on 06/01/2018 from Venus electronic Pallavaram. After four months of buying this product suddenly the product stop working.i made a call to LG service center and very next day the technician came and diagnosis the issue he told that compressor got fail. The fridge is inbuilt with inverter stabilizer then how come the power fluctuation will make my fridge failure. From past one week I am trying to contact LG service people but they are responding please help me to resolve my problem.

                                    I have purchased refrigerator gl-d292jsfl (Sr no: 601nrrd048790) from lg in pune.in one year i had to refill gas as this product was not cooling well.
                                    Now this year also i am facing same issue.
                                    8 days back i created service request, i am asked to refill the gas. And without closing complaint we are asked to re register a request again.
                                    This is a bad product or model. I want replacement or money back.

                                      I purchased lg plasma t. V few years back and within a year it stopped working. Thereafter, i made a complaint regarding this, your technician said sorry we couldnot repair this because part is not available with us.. Now for me its just a showpiece hanging on my wall. Kindly take necessary step regarding this. I have purchased from authorized dealer in agra (Anil electronics) in 2012

                                        I, s trinand purchased 108cm led tv from sonovision, diamond park, visakhapatnam on ugadi festival day. I m from vijayanagaram staying at kl puram street. We called for installation then technician vamsi mob no.[protected] reached my home. He came with installation set, but due to insufficient space available at tv shelf it was not installed. That day vamsi told that make shelf for sufficient space and i will come again for installation and the same day he gave us installation set. Now when we called him he asking for 500rs installation charges. That day don't mention any charges and now demanding for extra charge. So please arrange installation as early as possible. And finally i request u please guide ur technician not to behave like this again.
