I had complained abt my refrigerator on the 21st of may tat its not working the technician said compressor is got spoiled and have to order but now wen it has been ordered the technician i don't know wat he did and again the fridge is not working its been a week and our ramzaan r going on no water no food this is not right from ur part. Please look into the matter

    I bought an inverter ac from kumar electronics, rohini newdelhi on 03/04/2018. The guy who came for installation have not fixed it properly, now im facing a coolant leakage problem, after confirming with service guys. I'm totally not satisfied with the customer service. Really disappointed and i'm facing problem in this hot weather. Im attaching the bill.

      Dear sir,

      It is regretted to write that despite our reminders and calls to the given contact numbers the subject tv mfd.in jul. 2010 yet not repaired.

      In the morning some m/s nilu was curteous to call on us asking the tv mfd date and the invoice if we have. She was told the facts and messaged photo of the tv sr. No., date of mfr. Etc.

      Just now some mr. Saddaam from delhi called us from [protected] saying that part is not available with lg and the subject tv shall be repaired whenever this part is made available.

      Such vague reply from the mnc lg is very shocking and unbelievable. Do you think that people who buy such costly tv from lg should wait indefinitely for repair, and keep the tv as junk in the drawing room telling people the poor services, bad performance and a way the mnc lg services play with customers by not supplying parts making the instruments equipment obsolete as junk, so as to compel them to procure new, a market tactics to cheat.
      It is ironically disturbing to see the lg tv blacked out in the room as the lg company do not supply parts, appreciating it as showpiece for people to see.

      We are deeply shocked and repent to choose lg, tv, acs under the circumstances.

        Lg split ac model sac-ls-3np3a, purachase on 27/05/2017. From advance electronics, ankleshwar
        We had first complaints on 21/05/2018 for not properly cooling and after service still problems faced.

        Second complaint on 22/05/2018 for same still techanecian not attending.

        Also, replacement remote was not proper model of ac. So, showed the both problems.

              With reference to the below training mail, as per our complaint your service engineer called to me morning that time i informed please come 5 o clock service engineer agreed ([protected]) then i remembered and called to him 4 o clock please come 5 o clock he said ok then i called 5 o clock he said still thiruninrarur not come today tomorrow will come..
              Then i called again customers care and informed above issue customer care rep gave one mobile no ([protected]) name is nanamuthu i tried 100 times from 5.10 pm to 8.15pm he not attend but some times he mobile waiting call after he seen my missed but he never called to me very poor response from lg..
              The same will continue in future lg can't sustain in the market customers will buy other product.
              Then i called again customers care 8.30pm the same issue i updated then customer care gave one mobile no ([protected]) name is mr. Ramasway but i not called his number because time almost crossed 8.45pm. I will call tomorrow morning 10.00am i will update above issues to him.
              I expect from him sort of the issue at the earliest in this regard..

              We thank for your prompt response.

              As per schedule your service engineer came and checked tv he reported to his higher officer then i called higher officer mobile number he attend the call and we discussed about the below mail issue he finally said it's physical damaged so not come under warranty but out side no damaged then i asked to him how it's possible to physical damage he said please discuss to mr. Ramasawy he only authority person.
              I called mr. Ramasway he attend the call and we discussed about above issues he said lg technical team decided it's physical damage i asked to him without out side damage how can possible to inside physical damage.
              From he no answer finally he said it's not come under warranty pay money then solve the problem i never accept then he said i cut the call where you go there is no answer.
              I never expected above words from lg customer care mr. Ramasway he denied for me..
              So kindly solve the issue under warranty in this regard..
              After engineer dismantled tv condition photos attached with this mail..

                I made complaint regarding ac is not working properly, after that lg care taker came and check the problem and told evaporator was liked and it must be changed and its cost is 6500+ gas charges + service charges approx 8500 rs. I told him i will call you after discussion with brother.
                I called my local vendor to check ac, he came and checked and you dont believe just a minor problem found you know what, a a/ clean botton pressed from remote by mistake.

                One more thing lg complaint attender charged from 649 rs, when i asked him how we make this he told 300 visiting charges and 349 for checking charges..

                Than after some gosep we give him 300 rs.

                  Lg smart tv bought 8 yrs back for 40 k. After 5 yrs motherboard went faulty. We gave 10, 000 to lg repair guy for replacement of motherboard. Now again motherboard is gone. Firstly we are told cost of replacement is 7500 rs, secondly replacement part is not available in india... So its impossible. So now we will be forced to buy a new tv because lg doesnot keep spares of model post 6 yrs of model release, we were told. Isnt it pathetic??? Spending 50000 on a sub quality lg tv... And now spending on new one in just 8 yrs.

                    I have an outstanding ac repair, i have had to raise 2 different complaints now third one, ac is under warranty and the service center removed the ac to get fixed, damaged pipe while removing which they only realised while installing it back, now ac is sitting uninstalled at my home and no ones is attending. Extremely disappointed, i was going to opt for a servicing contract for next one year for 3 acs but will go with third party as the service is pathetic.

                      Your engineer already sprit a/c installed on feb 2017 but yesterday i have compliant –rnp[protected]by lg call center due to colling issue but today your service engineer visit the my location & check the a/c guys told me your gas are linkage so pay the amount 2400 then complete the gas refilling the ac.
                      Can you please check the my issue otherwise finally legally compliant. Your area manger mr. Dhananjay kumar ([protected]) as already discussed but not any solution.

                        I upgraded my kitchen appliances about just over two years ago. Sadly i quickly realize the burners for the gas range has a defect, it does nat lock as usual, any slight contact be it with your butt or any other part of your body the smell of gas quickly erupts making you aware someone has make contact with the range. It is dangerous and scary, especally when i have guest. I've return to the store to let them know several times.
                        I've finally call lg who give me an approval number and a phone # so as to get the matter taken care of. Its bean months now and i'm still having the same issues. I spoke to the shop again today and the gentleman said there is still no system in place to address this matter. Further lg in not allowing them to create new service orders.                           Hi firstly i would like to say that i have bought many of your products including a hecto projection home system which i paid $9000 from harvey norman’s & when i purchased 5 yrs ago was guaranteed the laser system would last minimum of 25000 hrs equal to ten yrs use & the system is amazing now to the not so good the system failed a few weeks back & i rang customers service which where very understanding & advice of s service centre to have it checked to which they found the digital laser had failed & after another call to customer service was asked i said proof of purchase & the repair quote to have it looked at then i get a return call to say lg are not prepared to help or repair as it’s 5 years old! Remembering the unit is advertised as a life of 25000 hrs & our unit has done half the hours of around 12500 hrs so this is my problem you guys were happy to advertise & sell the unit with 25000 hrs but when it fails before the hrs you don’t want to help! So where is the customer service or good will for a good customer? So leads to why i have decided to message you here before i go future with the fact your product did not due as quoted & lg where not prepared to help as you know good advertising is much better than someone giving bad advertising so i hope i get some customer service here to keep a loyal customer happy

                            I got my washing machine repair done and paid service charge as rs 590 but received the e-receipt for rs 295. I called customer care to raise complain against the technician but to my surprise every time i call them they give a new number to contact and ask for correct bill. All my efforts are waste till now. They are a big cheater. Also customer care is pathetic and disgusting.

                                Complain was
                                - delay in showing the picture (It was taking 2-3 minutes to show the picture on the screen)
                                Action taken by the engineer:
                                - lg engineer came and changed some kit (As he has mentioned) than picture was totally gone (No picture on the screen)
                                - engineer closed the tv and said he will come next day to change the screen
                                Parts in the tv are lying open.
                                - engineer did not came again, now the lg staff is saying that screen need to changed.

                                Photo was coming on the screen but due to change made by the engineer the screen went blank.

                                I have not received any feedback from LG team. The TV is lying open since the engineer went back after checking the TV. Pankaj
                                GLT542GTMX bought on 11th May not cooling properly engineer did the assessment and confirmed that the cooling is subject to certain assumptions and logics. Need this dumb refrigerator to be picked up at the earliest with 100% refund. Biggest mistake of life trusting LG brand.

                                  Sub: due to negligence o[censored]ntrained engineers of lg company from delhi direct service centre my refrigerator (Model no: gl-t542gnsl) is totally damaged. Complaint no: rnp[protected] dated 10-05-18.

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  The undersigned complaint is very much sad & shocked to see the working & falsehood behavior of “delhi direct service centre”. Because they firstly send a much untrained engineers on 10-05-18 mr. Rajesh sharma, (Mb no[protected] who detect the problem and said that refrigerator needs a gas filling. Then again next day your company engineers visited to my place to fill the gas and took rs.2480/- in cash and didn’t provide me any invoice. When i asked for the invoice mr. Rahul (Mb no: [protected]) said that it will come direct by company to my registered email id, but unfortunately till today i have not received any invoice to my email id. This lg company also does frauds with their customers. After filling the gas again my refrigerator was not working. Again on 12-05-18 i called customer service and lodge another complaint, complaint no: rnp[protected].
                                  Then again another engineer visited to my place and he said that gas is not filled properly need to fill it again. Then again i called up to customer services another complaint no given to me complaint no: rnp[protected]. Again your first engineer mr. Rajesh sharma visited to my place on 15-05-18 and said that engineer will visit again to fill the gas he also said that some time it will take time to work out. He also gave me an example of his brother and said that my brother was admitted in medanta hospital i have spend rs.25 lakhs but still doctors are not able to diagnose his disease till now.
                                  Next day i called to customer services on 16-05-18 for issue of not working my refrigerator they sent another engineer mr. Greesh sharma (Mb no: [protected]) he said that there is no such problem of gas filling it was the problem of compressor so it needs to be replaced & he also said that due to twice gas filling now condenser is also damaged and we have to replace the same as well. On[protected] mr. Greesh came to my place & changed the condenser and compressor he also described that there is only 10% chances for this refrigerator to work because due to filling of gas again & again thick layer of oil is now fixed up in the pipes which is not allowing passing the major part of gas to upper sides. When i again called to customer service of lg they gave me ms. Ruchi yadav’s mb no: [protected] (Area head) to speak to her. I called her and told her about my entire story telephonically she connected me to mr. Dharmveer yadav in conference, i spoke to him he said that tomorrow again lg engineers will visit to my place to check the refrigerator. I spoke to ms ruchi yadav again & asked her to send the invoice of rs.2480/- to my email id ([protected]@gmail.com), she took my email id & said will email me but till now i haven’t receive any invoice for gas filling. On[protected] mr. Shailender mehta mb no: [protected] your engineer visited to my place and said that due to leakage of gas from the pipes now we need to take this refrigerator to our workshop and will keep this refrigerator for next 6 to 7 days to check, if it works then it’s ok otherwise we will depreciate the amount & give us rest amount of this refrigerator. When i asked him is there any written communication he will provide me in which he can mention this problem or the problem he detected he said clearly “no”. But i have all the recordings of your work.

                                  Now my issue is due to negligence o[censored]ntrained engineers of lg company my refrigerator is totally damaged which i bought for rs.53000/-. Now tell me who will be responsible for this whole episode. All i want to ask is who will compensate me for this mental harassment & loss of balance amount for depreciation, if my refrigerator will not work. Moreover who will take the responsibility of my refrigerator that it will come back to me in the same condition from the workshop if it start’s working because i have heard from your customer service that once it is delivered to work shop they will replace some working parts from the product & will return the product in the bad condition.

                                  Lg company is a very reputed company whose logos itself said that make your life’s good by purchasing good products from your company so do really think that by purchasing a refrigerator from lg company my life is going to be a good or mental harassment life?

                                    I am arunesh kumar got my a. C just on 05/05/2018 from your registered service center and paid rs 2360 for service and gas filling. The service center told at that time that all the parts are in good condition and only gas filling is required.
                                    After air conditioner came back on 05/05/2018 it worked well till two days before yesterday.
                                    Day before yesterday i found that it is just downing the temperature by 4 degree, moreover it came to 2degrees by yesterday.
                                    So, today i called to customer care to register the complaint by complaint no. Rnp[protected]. Engineer visited the air conditioner and told that gas is leaked again.
                                    Again i talked to mr. Bablu ([protected]) head of authorised service center, khajuri khas extn., main karawal nagar. He gave me a estimate of rs 6000 for the a. C to repair again.

                                    It’s my humble request to you all either repair it well in the amount that i had paid 15days back or refund that amount to me as soon as possible.

                                        He came to my residence with a part but the part was mismatched and he then returned with the mismatched part.

                                        After that i made a further complain but no replacement has been done till date. I am facing serious difficulties & i request you to replace the ddep freez door immediately.

                                        I became astonished due to careless services from such a reputed company like lg!

                                        I am verymuch dissatisfied with your after-sales services!
