This is mrs. Jasmin elias ([protected]) your customer. I had purchased lg split a/c inverter v model 1.5 tons in 2013. I had replaced all the parts in this a/c and still i am facing complaints.

I have a serious complaint on the services provided in chennai, tamil nadu, india.
1. I raised a complaint on the 7th of may 2018 and till date it is open. The service centre looked into this complaint after 9 long days. I need to know the reason for this delay.
2. They visited on the 16th of may and said the outdoor coil has a block and it has to be replaced and the part will be available only after a week's time. Normally the parts are available the very next day once the order is placed. I am not sure if this is a deliberate attempt to delay the service.
3. I tried calling the below people in responsible positions but none have bothered to answer or return the call

* lg area service manager, mr. Srinivasan ([protected])
*mr. Selvam ([protected])
*lg branch manager, mr. Gopalakrishnan ([protected])
4. I had requested for the contact number of the reporting manager of mr. Gopala krishnan (The branch manager), which your customer care denied.
5. Moreover the numbers mentioned on this website as customer care numbers are incorrect. [protected] (Does not exist) / [protected] (No answer) / [protected] (Does not exist) / [protected] (Said, he is not from lg)

I really doubt if lg company is on the brink of closure and that has been the reason for not providing proper services to its customers who had trusted them. The way these managers talk to their customers is like they don't belong to lg and they work for some other brand. They laugh at us when we report a problem in the product which they have delivered to us or on the delay in providing service. They are not serious enough in handling your customers and they are not professionals. The customer complaints forum from central government of india shows huge complaints on the services provided by lg, not sure if you are aware of them. We are mistreated in many ways. This email is to bring all these to your kind attention and for your action at the earliest

    I had bought a twin door refrigerator form LG on 16 Jul 12, for approx 1.25 Lakhs. Now all of a sudden there has been an internal leak in the fridge and LG is refusing to repair it saying that as per their policy if the product is more than 5 yrs old they can tell the customer that they can't do anything. Indirectly they have asked us to throw it away.
    More than anything else I want to inform everyone on this forum about this LG Policy which I was also unaware of that if your product is more than 5 yrs old LG has the right to deny repair and this has been clearly told to me by not one but more 2 LG employees. When I asked them can you give me this in writing they are refusing.
    So everyone who reads this post please be aware that if a problem occurs in your product post 5 yrs LG can deny repairing it as they have done to me no matter the cost at which you bought the product.

      Hello

      I have purchased lg oled tv from pushpa agency, surat, gujarat, india on 5th may 2016.
      It's been only 1 year 11 months since i purchased the tv, suddenly display of tv gone off. A very thin vertical line appears on screen and technician said display if faulty.
      After talking with help centre in surat they have quoted me approximately 1.25 lakhs. The manager at lg care named saurabh aggrwal's behaviour was not at all good.
      In past also we have made complaint regarding display of tv and line appears when we start the tv but technician came and said tv is working fine.
      Even recently also they came 4 times and every time technician discovered some new fault and coming with same motherboard from service centres and installing it even though it was faulty. I have all the photos and proofs.

      Some dates that we have record of
      09 may 2016 tv installation
      25 july 2016 1st complaint of display
      17 september 2016 2nd complaint of display
      30 april 2018 final complaint. Display gone

      I have been a fond customer of lg products until now when i have been cheated and misguided by your company regarding the quality of product and also service provided by your help centres.

      Now the lg people saying that i have purchased tv on 09 march 2016 denying the fact that i have the bill dated 05 may 2016.
      Lg centre in surat is blaming distributor and distributor is not even answering our calls in this regard and blaming lg company.

      Now buying lg products seems like a big mistake. I am highly disappointed by your service.

      I had my television within company warranty period when i made my final complaint. It would be highly kind of you to do something about this problem regarding my television.

      Or else i have no choice but to go to ombudsman and consumer court because i have all proofs of what help centre people did with me.

        I m rajesh ghodekar from vashi navi mumbai. Contract no - [protected]. I bought lg air condition from croma shop on 12may 2018 saturday near palm beach mall, vashi. Next day ie sunday, no delivery so no installation. So croma executive told me that delivery will b on monday n same day (I requested) installation too. So today means monday i take holiday for this work. No any call from croma n lg. I make a call 2/3 times for delivery about ac. No proper answer for me. 3 pm finally delivery done. But till 5 pm no one call me for installation ac. After that finally 1 call connect from me. They told that technician come at ur home. Then technician called me n told that we come 7pm for installation ac coz we are now in airoli. After that same again nothing call till 7pm. When i call that fellow he answered me that i'm in koparkhairne. 15 min i will reach ur home. Again i call 8pm they told me that i m in ghansoli. They lied me 2 times. Finally they came at 9pm for installation. Is it right time to install at residential?

        Bought this item last year in singapore. Its more than a year and the mobile is not working. Warranty is not there and i need urgent help in setting it alright. Display is not there and mobile is completely dead. Batteries are alright and they are getting charged using lg charger unit.

        Check my complaint again. B4 i send complaint regarding LG AC installation team on date 14may 2018. Same team complaint again regarding my bill. 14 may 2018 he installed my AC, But some material he purchase for AC & he took money from me. I m asking him about bill that time he told me that bill will as soon as possible. When LG COMPANY give me your bill then i will give u that bill. Till date i can't get that bill. 14may 2018 (installed AC)to 11 june 2018 (TODAY'S date).

          Subject: lg fully automatic top load inverter motor 10 kg load - lg wm t1064hfes5 highly unsatifactory performance and should be recalled
          Sir,
          We bought fully automatic lg washing machine with latest generation inverter motor technology on 5th december 2017 as per billing and installed at our place in weeks’ time.
          The engineer who came for demonstration was not trained on this model as it was new in market. But since we have been using the automatic technology for almost 2 decades and well versed with the top load automatic technology and started using on our own.
          We got shocked to see the performance on 1st run.
          My newly branded shirt got multiple holes during 1st wash.
          My t shirt got stains of detergent as the clothes hardly wobble in tub and mostly clothes stays at one position.
          At normal mode the machine fills inadequate water which is much below the dry cloths in tub.
          My 1st complaint was missed by customer service but 2nd was addressed and the service engineer who visited suggested the following options:
          We will replace the tub as it has torn your shirt.
          We will replace the pulsator as it is not rolling clothes
          We will also change pcb as it is taking less water.
          I refused to get anything replaced and asked to replace the entire machine or refund my money.
          He took photos of spoiled clothes and escalated the issue and arranged a senior asm visit in next week and asm said there is a hairline scratch in tub because of that your clothes got torn and we will change the tub.
          For the rest of the problems he had no answer.
          My request is to get this machine inspected and provide me features what were listed in the literature and on web for this model - 6 motion technology with 6 different types of motions - scrubbing, rolling, stepping, swing, tumbling and filtration, combines the force of water and the rhythm of motion to cater to all kinds of washing needs. Depending on the type of cloth & dirt level, clothes are washed changing the motions. It also provides you less damaged, less tangled and cleaner clothes.
          Unfortunately my machine is not demonstrating the above features.

          I am really surprised by the asm comment over telephonic conversation couple of days back – you have mishandeled the machine resulting a hair line scar which is responsible for cloth rolling and holes in cloth.

          Kindly take this as a positive feedback and revert with amicable solution.

          Hi.i have lg window AC in warranty period, ac is running good but there sound is more than other ac, I m not camfertable those sound, I call lg service centre executive change new compressor but sound is loud, I m not satisfied lg executive.

            It’s been only one year, AC is not working properly and cooling capacity has been low.
            We called service people twice but they not able to recognise the problem and said there is gas leakage problem.

            During warranty period we called one service people, they just cleaned and does check the problem.

            We keep on calling people but didn’t get response yet. It’s been two month.

            Kindly look into the problem otherwise we have complain in consumer forum as no action is taken.

              Dear lg team,

              This is to bring in your knowledge that i ankur verma one of the lg product user using multiple lg products i have brought an lg double door refrigerator on dated 14/04/2018 and the compressor of same product is now dead and i am not getting satisfactory solution as well as commitment by the service centers of lg. I have registered a complaint from mob no. Via complaint no. Rnp[protected] on 11th of may 2018 and till date i haven't received any proper solution of same the call center is also making me fool by giving seniors contact no. Which is switched off and wrong no. 1st they have provided the no. Of mr. Ravi [protected] which is switched off & 2nd they provided me the no. Of mr. Ashish jaiswal [protected] which is telling pls check the no. You have dialed.
              After spending rs. 50k on refrigerator of lg which is providing 10 years compressor warranty but is not stable for a month also here the perfect example of 3rd quality product with 3rd quality service of one of the great band lg.

              I have also tried to call mr. Raman gill @[protected] is also not even responding well to the customers.

              Also they lg website with facility of "write to grievance redressal team" is also the perfect example of 3rd class service which always shows due to network error query not submitted try again later find the screenshot of the same attached in this mail.

              I have mailed my request for proper solution pls provide the same if not able to provide the service within committed duration then please don't sell your products by making wrong commitment to the users.

                    I purchased the above mentioned split a. C. Last year on 21 st may 2017. This year when i started the a. C. Last week water started dripping inside the wall of the room. I informed the lg service center. They sent their person to attend the problem on 12.05.2018. After attending to the problem they informed that they have tried there
                    Best to rectify but the water shall drip outside as well as inside as the a. C. Was not properly installed initially and it is tilted more on the left side. When i switched on the a. C. Yesterday water again started dripping inside the room. Please send an expert person to reinstall the a. C. Properly so that no water drips inside the room.

                      I brought LG TV on 26/06/2018 at shaw electronics.last month I was complaint to your service center (Chennai) about my TV shows lines in the display.your people came and told me that, this is display problem and this is may be due to any foreign partials may hit.

                      This is ridiculous, how can they say that simply, and there is no physical damage in the screen, i contacted several times but my problem not solved, they asking money for replacement of display.

                      how can they say this ?.This is under warranty period.

                      I already sent mail to your concern.

                        Hi,

                        I have lg led tv model 32le5500. It was bought around 2012.
                        Recently it had problem that there was no display and complained to lg service center on 09.05.2018 and they visited and informed that the mainboard of this tv is at fault which needs to be replaced and the costs around rs.7500. At the same time he told that the motherboard is not available as lg discontinued the model and stopped the supply of the spare parts for this model?

                        Now i'm surprised and confused that within 5 years of product cycle there are no parts available for my tv?

                        Can someone give me a solution about what to do about this?

                          I have purchase a 1 litre lg refrigerator. Refrigerator is not working properly. I have make a complaint than your service man has came and firstly said that there is a problem in condencer they have change the condencer and take a bill and than also refrigerator is not working properly and again they have came for check the refrigerator than they said there is a problem in compresser. They have treated us very rudely.

                            I purchase lg split ac 1.5 tan (Inv.) 06.05.18 from shree apeshwar electronics raniwara. Next day serviceman came to my office and told me if you purchase compresser stand from me than i can installation your ac.
                            I talk with lg branch cco smt nilu yadav but dont response.
                            Till 72 hour my ac was not installed.
                            So i was decided that tommarow i returned my lg ac to apeshwar ele.

                              من محمدرضا نوروزی یک معلم از مشهد هستم .حدود 2 سال قبل یک یخچال فریزر از فروشگاهی خریدم وهنگام خرید تاکید بر فرستادن کارگر برای حمل آن به خانه ام در طبقه سوم کردم ولی هنگامی که راننده ای یخچال را آورد هیچ کارگری در کار نبود واز آنجا که کسی حاضر به حمل آن نشد خودم به همراه راننده مجبور به حمل آن شدم در این ضمن درد شدیدی در ناحیه سمت راست زیر شکم احساس کردم .من این موضوع را به فروشگاه اطلاع دادم و فروشنده فقط اظهار تاسف کرد و هیچ.به دنبال شدیدتر شدن درد مذکور ومراجعه به پزشک بعداز کلی ازمایش و ام آر آی ناچار به جراحی شدم .ضمنا من بستری شدن و تمام ماجرا را به دفتر تهران در پیامگیر صوتی اطلاع دادم و باز هم هیچ .پس از گذشت چند روزی علیرغم اینکه پزشکم گفته بود که بعد از طی دوره نقاهت به زندگی عادی برخواهی گشت ولی این گونه نشد وبه دنبال فهمیدن عملی این موضوع که از بسیاری از فعالیت های فیزیکی به خاطر درد ونیز محدودیت تحرک کامل محروم شده ام دیگر ابعاد روانی هم برایم پیدا کرد وبه طور خلاصه دچار افسردگی ونیز به هم خوردگی تعادل روحی روانی من شد این عصبی بودن ومشکلات روانی به اعضای خانواده ام هم انتقال یافت.این در حالی بود که من قبل از خرید همین یخچال تصمیم به ایجاد تحولی جدی در زندگی خانوادگیم و پس از آن در زندگی خانواده پدرم داشتم چون من پسر بزرگ یک خانواده 13 نفره بودم و چند سالی بود که اوضاع مالی پدرم که کشاورزی خورده پا بود دچار مشکل شده بود واز طرفی ازدواج پی در پی بچه ها هم بر این رکود اوضاع مالی دامن بیشتری زد ومن به عنوان پسر یزرگ حس مسؤلیت سنگینی می کردم ،و این تصمیم را با جدیت شروع کردم که مثلا خرید وسایل بهتر واز جمله همین یخچال بخشی از آن بود که متاسفانه جراحی ومسائل بعد از آن این اقداماتم را متوقف و ادامه آنرا غیر ممکن ساخت از چندی قبل به lg هم ایمیل فرستادم و خلاصه ماجرا را نوشتم ولی متاسفانه آدرسی که برای فرستادن ایمیل via معرفی کردند برای من علیرغم چندین بار سعی حتی باز نشد .ونیز بنده به دلیل کمبود وسایل و امکاناتی نظیر وب کم ویا لپ تاپ برایم امکان چت هم وجود ندارد .از طرفی به دلیل رعایت امنیت جای دیگری هم نمی توانستم این گونه ایمیل ها را بفرستم .اما ازچندین ایمیلی که برایتان فرستاده ام چنین برمی آید که شما موضوعاتی راکه ذکر کرده ام باور ندارید.من این حق را برای شما قایل هستم که براحتی ایمیل ها و ادعاها را باور نکنید ولی وقتی کسی این قدر اصرار به این دارد شما می توانید تحقیق کنید و اصل موضوع را بفهمید.اگر شما علیرغم طول کشیدن بیش از حد ماجرا وعدم اعلام تمایل به مصالحه برخلاف میل باطنیم ناچار به طرح شکایت در یک دادگاه نمایم واین را به طور جد می گویم من که سررشته ای از قوانین مدنی ان هم به شکل حرفه ای ندارم با وجود مدارکی نتیجه دادگاه را کاملا علیه lg می بینم.حال جنجال رسانه ها در پی محکوم شدن شرکتی چون lgرا هم در نظر داشته باشید که چه ضربه تبلیغاتی سنگینی علیه شما و چه بهره تبلیغاتی زیادی رقبای شما از آن سود می برند .البته من به سادگی می توانستم با یک ایمیل ساده در همان ابتدا مشکلات به وجود آمده را به یک رسانه بفرستم ومنتظر باشم چون در ان صورت خیلی زودتر به نتیجه می رسیدم اما وجدانم اجازه نداد.این روزها به قدری تحت فشار روحی و جسمی دلم نازک شده که با کوچکترین تلنگر اشکم سرازیر می شود .از طرفی ناتوانی جسمی جهت انجام کارهای عقب مانده ام و ناتوانی مالی که بتوانم انها را به کارگر بسپارم و از طرف دیگر اینکه در تنگنای فعلی خانواده پدریم باز هم به دلیل فقر مالی هیچ کاری از من برنمی اید و مشکلات جسمیم که هر روز بیشتر می شود عرصه آنقدر به من تنگ گرفته که بسیار آسیب پذیر شده ام .
                              و سکوت را باید با تمام جان و دل گوش فرا داد که این سکوت من همچون سدی است وحدود 781 کتاب مطلب ،مانند آب پشت آن سد است. هر 780 کتاب شرح درد و رنجهای جسمی و روحی روزهای است که از ناحیه ال جی ناخواسته بر من و خانواده ام رفته و آن یک کتاب خلاصه تمام آن کتابها .خردمند آنست که همان یک کتاب خواند و نگذارد هجوم کلمات و جملات کتابها آن سد را بشکند وتمام شرح درد ورنجهای وارده ال جی برمن به دست رسانه ها بیفتد.خوب که می اندیشم می بینم شاید تحمل کردن آن همه درد و رنج که حتی به زور مسکن های قوی وآن احتیاط وسواس گونه که مبادا این مطالب به نحوی درز کند و رقیبان ال جی از آن سود ببرند و برج موفقیتی که ال جی با هزینه های گزاف تبلیغاتی و صد البته بالا بردن کیفیت محصولات ساخت وزمان زیادی صرف شد تا بر بلندای برج موفقیت ایستاد با اندک غفلتی آسیب ببیند ویا شاید فرو ریزد .به هر روی من که سادگی روستاییم باعث شد تا بسیار شرایط سختی را تحمل کنم که هنوز هم ادامه داردولی حاضر نشدم به راحتی حاصل زحمات و هزینه های فراوان ان شرکت به سادگی از بین برود وبا وجود امکانات بسیار ضعیف چندین بار ایمیل فرستادم اما حاضر به ضرر هنگفت شرکت نشدم تا آنجا که حاضر به مصالحه شدم تا موضوع به دادگاه نکشد،ودر ذهنم بود که در صورت قبول آن به عنوان پاداش نوعدوستی واحترام به حقوق مشتری ، ضعف شرکت را مشخص و برطرف کنم و حتی برای تشکر ایده های نوی هم هدیه کنم وبرای ال جی تبلیغ هم بکنم ، دوستان در ال جی حتی یک تلفن یا تحقیق را دریغ کردند.
                              صد بار بهتر است تا از راه قانون وارد شوم و آن قدر مدرک محکمی دارم که نتیجه دادگاه را به طور قطع و یقین به خود می بینم وبا وجدان راحت این کار می کنم زیرا من در حق ال جی انسانیت را تا حد اعلی رعایت کردم .اگر ان شرکت علاوه بر خسارتی که باید بپردازد هر گونه آسیب منفی تبلیغاتی از ناحیه رسانه ها دید مسؤل ان من نیستم و از این بابت وجدانم راحت است.

                                I am very disappointed with LG. I considered it one of the most satisfying company but no more.

                                -WHAT HAPPENED:-
                                I have a LG smart tv. It got bad recently, there was no brightness on my tv screen, all was black and just the voice was coming.

                                -I MADE A REPAIR CALL:-
                                then i called to repair, their repair person actually came, and told that the L.E.D ARRAY is damaged and should be ordered new .

                                -MAIN THING :-
                                he ordered the new L.E.D array set for my tv from their LG store on 24th April 2018. He told it will be there within 4-5 days.
                                BUT they never came to repair with the L.E.D array. I have called and reminded them so many times. But now they are saying it will take 2-3 days more. so whats the date now...its 7TH MAY 2018.
                                From 24th APRIL 2018 to 7th MAY 2018 ...its around 15 days and yet they say it will take 2-3 days more.

                                WHAT IS THIS ...ARE WE SOME KIND OF JOKE OR WHAT.
                                MY TV IS IN BAD CONDITION SINCE 15 DAYS AND EVERY TIME LG PEOPLE SAY IT WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS FOR REPAIR.
                                And I cannot even get it repair it from other electronics as they dont have my tv model L.E.D array.
                                I am waiting since 15 days, i have been tolerating this thing since so many days .What the hell you think we customers are ..we are no joke LG ..we are customers ...and from now I AM NOT GOING TO BUY ANY LG PRODUCT..
                                TAKE THAT. ...VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

                                  On 25th march when we lodged a complaint about our split ac. Saju monday came and he couldn't figure out anything and sent amjad. He understood the machine needs to be taken to the workshop to be repaired. So instead of doing that he went and commented"the machine is alright"in their records. We just went on blindly calling people and noone responded. Then i called jayshree dutta and she sent amjad. He said pipes aren't working and for that we had to pay 7800 in the warranty period. The ac again wasn't working after a few days. Then i got to know from their staff only that 7800 was charged unreasonably and it had internal leakage problem only which was never resolved. I simply want my money back.

                                    I have purchased lg inverter ac. From that time water is leaking from ac and falling on electric switchboard below ac, there is a chance of electric shock and short circuit of entire wiring of switch board.
                                    8 to 9 complaints raised in this period. Every time lg technicians are coming and providing cloth packing, but after 4 to 5 days again water is leaking from ac.

                                      Last month i requested for my first customer service and the technicians came n gave the service but afterwards i started facing leakage problem in my split inverter ac. I raised the issue n the technicians came and they told me that there is no cooling gas in my ac which was shocking as its been only a year and all this problem started when your technicians came to give me first service. I want you people to resolve the issue otherwise i got only one option ie consume court for the negligence shown by your technicians and causing this problem.

                                        Hi lg team,
                                        We disappointed from lg service, since 28th april 2018, i had the complaint regarding my tv. Refer this details - dear customer rnp[protected] is given to ms service 28424698. You can track the status of the request at https://goo.gl/BLZNmv.

                                        @from last 3 day lg service engineer given me the various type of reasons and they do not come yet to resolve the issue.
                                        1. Your tv is in under warranty so take time.
                                        2. Your part still not come.
                                        3 on 4th may they told me part has come, i'm coming on saturday ie on 5th may. They not came.
                                        4. On 5th may evening, they said part coming on the way, i'm coming on sunday ie today 6th may.
                                        5. Today he gave me 2 answers, 1 st answer - will be coming late and when i m coming i will call you.
                                        6. Now at 1.30 pm today he said me lg company send the wrong part to me what i can do.

                                        @this is the lg engineer number [protected].

                                        Either lg not given good service to the customer, if there products still in the warranty and please take action on this issue and on engineer also.
                                        Engineer behavior is very much rude and unprofessional.
