I am from ooty all of a sudden my tv stopped with a spark sound on the 22nd of this month so i had to call the service center for repair which i did but i was told they will come now it is the 26th everyday they say we will come but no one till date has come very poor service i have this for the second time with this service center they r not bothered i want immediate service to be done

    I have applied for job on quicker in lg company for superwisor .. after two days they call me by no-[protected] and teell her name sikha from LG company hirinr department cell after two days they said that your cv has selected .after that they send me their email id Lg, [protected]@gmai.com and whatsapp no [protected] SIKHA and said that send me your document email id phote and then i send this.after this they again contact me and said that you will give a interview after that they gave me a number [protected]@ her name was Vaishali DHAKA hr recuirment manager after that she called me she said that i am the HR of the company and take my interview of 10 min and said that u r selected ..after that she said me nou u contact with Sikha mam when i talked with her she said u have to pay 1350 rs after that ur file will be send to furhter process and u get a offer letter then she said that u have to pay today only i[censored] notpay your offer letter will be rejected then after some time i pay him 700rs on acc no-[protected] IFSC code-PUNB0732500 Punjab National Bank ..after that i said what is the next process then she said that u have to 750 rs then i will further send your file and you have provided a traing period of 1 week..on traing sesssion u will provide 2 dress sets and joing letter and provide lodging and accomodation ur salary will be 22000 .after that i cut my phone i decided to search on internet then i found that all online jobs portal like quicker, shine, naukari.com, etc all r fake..then i decided that i will not find any job on these sites and i will tell every people that all are 100% fake ...please do not belive on this sites .and frauds..Please help me how can i get money back in my account...and plese tell me any idea or suggestions that i can complain against these jobsite fraud and their owner...

      I called about the air filter sticking. I did not want to apply too much force and break it. I called for service and received confirmation that a representative would be at my home on wednesday april 25 between 8 am and noon.
      (Dated 4/18/18 ref # rnn[protected]
      I had surgery yesterday and changed dr appointment so as to be home. I called at 9:23 and was told that the service was rescheduled to may 1 which i said was not acceptable as i have another doctors appointment. I was told that i would be contacted by the assigned lg tech michael rivera and to keep off of my line as he would return my call.
      At 11:28 i called again and asked to speak to a supervisor waiting over 30 minutes hearing, “we recognize your time is valuable and we are working hard to personally respond to your call, ” i spoke to jessica.
      I was told again the service call had been rescheduled. Why wasn’t i called. I had to reschedule my calendar under a penalty for changing an appointment without 24 hour notice.
      I had to accept an appointment for may 2 after i come from another doctors appointment. I beieve that lg should offer some compensation for my lost time and fees that i will probably have to pay.
      When i have a teaching assignment, i have to be prepared, no excuses. I think this customer treatment is reprehensible!

        Hi Team

        Please note... here are the series of events which I need help with:

        1) Date of purchase 29.3.2017

        2) 1st Complaint: bad installation - no cool... 15- 20 days after installation (Vijay Sales – Dealer)

        3) Did not use air-conditioner after June last year because summer was over (7 months)

        4) 2nd Complaint:[protected]… called for Tech again because air Conditioner stopped cooling

        5) Field Tech mentioned – Indoor layer Nut Problem (installation issue) (Balaji electronics – Pune)

        6) 3rd Complaint: 1st week of April – Not cooling… after tech Assessment – Condenser coil needs to be replaced for which I will be charged.

        7) Part due to arrive in Pune on 28th-29th of April after 2 weeks.

        Please note: I have used this LG Air Conditioner for only 5 months and now I am being charged for part which was an issue while the product was in-warranty.

        Personally, I dont think the issue will be fixed even after the part will be replaced because the tech does not know what the issue is and is just guessing.

        I need to new Air-Conditioner or the issue needs to be properly diagnosed

          Dear sir/ madam
          I am writing to complain about the above lg air conditioner, which i bought from your company on 30 march 2017.ac is not cooling & only fan running. Company engineer will come and fill the gas 28 march 2018 but after two days gas will leakage. Engineer demand extra charge for repair it and miss guide him. This short of company was not acceptable. I shall take this matter to the consumer council.

          Sir we are not satisfied customer of your product we are continuously complain from last one year to till date. Your product is not working properly from the purchase date 30/03/2017. The gas leakages problem is still continue. Company executives are not finding the reason of gas leakages. So i request you to please rectify the problem and give me positive solution.             Dear sir मैंने 21 april 2017 को अनिल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स आगरा से एक fridge खरीदा था। उसमें freezer से पानी fridge के अन्दर गिर रहा है 27feb 2018 को मैंने complain no. Rnp[protected] की उसके बाद चार complain और की जिसमें last complain no. Rnp[protected] है जिसको technician के visit करने के बाद बिना solve किए close कर दिया गया है जबकि leakge की problem अभी भी बनी हुई है।

              Semi automatic washing machine 6.2 kg purchased in 2007.

              Spare part - central drum - misplaced - need replacement of the same. I need immediate replacement of the same. I was trying to make complaint on your toll free number but unable to find line clear. Hence this complaint is made online.

                Hi. This is C. MAHENDRAKUMAR JAIN from Chennai, I bought LG refrigerator on 06/01/2018 from Venus electronic Pallavaram. After four months of buying this product suddenly the product stop working.i made a call to LG service center and very next day the technician came and diagnosis the issue he told that compressor got fail. The fridge is inbuilt with inverter stabilizer then how come the power fluctuation will make my fridge failure. From past one week I am trying to contact LG service people but they are responding please help me to resolve my problem.

                  I have purchased refrigerator gl-d292jsfl (Sr no: 601nrrd048790) from lg in pune.in one year i had to refill gas as this product was not cooling well.
                  Now this year also i am facing same issue.
                  8 days back i created service request, i am asked to refill the gas. And without closing complaint we are asked to re register a request again.
                  This is a bad product or model. I want replacement or money back.

                      I, s trinand purchased 108cm led tv from sonovision, diamond park, visakhapatnam on ugadi festival day. I m from vijayanagaram staying at kl puram street. We called for installation then technician vamsi mob no.[protected] reached my home. He came with installation set, but due to insufficient space available at tv shelf it was not installed. That day vamsi told that make shelf for sufficient space and i will come again for installation and the same day he gave us installation set. Now when we called him he asking for 500rs installation charges. That day don't mention any charges and now demanding for extra charge. So please arrange installation as early as possible. And finally i request u please guide ur technician not to behave like this again.

                        I bought lg fridge gl-i292rsoy on 06/01/2018 from venus electronics, pallavaram, chennai. Two days back my fridge suddenly stop working immidately made a call to lg customer care the representative promised us that following next day the technicians will visit my house and he will sort out my issue. As he promised the technicians mr. Anandh came to my house and after diagonising he told me that the compressor got failure because of power fluctuation. I was surprised to hear this kind of reply from the technician who knows very well that the refrigerator has inbuilt inverator stablizer and to let you know that there is no power fluctuation found in our area. We accepted all his lies and he promised me that today he will again visit my house with the parts and he will repair my fridge. But he dint turn up today we tried to contact him multiple times and also we called to your customer care for lodging a complaint againts the techinician but there is no responce from your customer care. Now after facing all this unwanted issue i want my fridge to be replaced because its been only four months since i purchased and i ensure lg that in future i will never ever turn to buy lg products and i will stop my friends and relatives to stop buying the lg products because of your poor response, worst behaviour and poor communication. I believe that lg india will take serious action and will come back to me with the new refrigerator or else i will lodge a complaint in consumer court against lg india and i ensure you that i will give negative feedback about lg product in social media. Hope you people will come back to me very soon.

Lg man have suggested a place for out door after some time there is gas leakage problem we are warranty then aslo they take rupees of reinstallation of compressor. Now only gas filling is remaining but gas filling man is not coming yet even after 3 days service center person is speaking lie only please give me solution please do action against him

                            I had bought an lg twin-door refrigerator from empire electronics showroom on 8th nov 2016 vide invoice no. Ee/150/16-17, but i regret to say that it is not giving satisfactory service. Its cooling system is not as effective as it should be and it vibrates. After we registered a complaint in lg call centre, the mechanic came and charged for 3000 and filled the gas. But the issue is still persisting. My refrigerator is still not working. I called him up many times but he did not pick up my calls. I told the customer care team and they said we only provide the number of the person but cannot not take any action against him. From the past 1 month i have tried all the numbers but am not getting a satisfactory response.
                            I am questioning again, please confirm if all your lg products gets damaged within a year or you sell damaged products?. It is really bad that a reputed company like yours sell such bad quality defective products.
                            Please try to help me out. I haven't spend so much of money to get a service like yours.

                              I have purchase a Refrigerator ( L.G. - T372RTMN) on 1st April'18 which we got delivery on 2nd April'18 & Installation done by the authorised person on 3rd April'18.

                              The key of the refrigerator was missing for which we have raised a complain & we get the key on 7th April'18.

                              Again the Refrigerator disorder on 15th April'18 Night and approx Rs.1500/- vegetables etc has got waste, so again we raised a complain on next day & the technician come on 18th April'18 to inspect. He again come 19th April'18 to repair but he could not do. We called to Ms Jayshree Dutta on # [protected] when we hopeless, she again refer me to Mr Dipankar on # [protected], I call him so many times finally he send a technician today. But again the technician could not repair. So, again I make a call to Mr D. Debnath on # [protected] but he says to call me tomorrow morning I will talk you, now I do not have time to talk you regarding your defective refrigerator.

                              In the aforesaid scenario, there are so many questions arises towards what kind & quality of product LG is providing to their customer and what is the standard of their service etc. etc...

                              However, now I decided not to use any LG product that's why I want my full refund. So, please do the needful so that I can get my refund on the earliest.

                                  I have purchased LG LED TV 32" MODEL 616 through Govt of India Ministry of Defence Canteen Stores Department, Chennai on 22 Mar 2018 from Jaihind Assocciate, No G1/44 Vellalar Street, Vinayak Flats, Kodambakkam chennai -34 delivered on[protected]. The said TV installed with demonstration on[protected]AN) and the same was used for one hour and switched off with remote as said. After one hour again when the Television was switched on, it was not functioning. Next day it was reported to customer care and RNP No is[protected]'. An service Engineer from LG service Centre attended the complaint and told us that some chip is fault and it is required to be replaced. I requested him to replace the entire TV instead of repair, as it was used for hardly one hour only. After two to three days our requested was turned down and told me to contact the dealer where it was purchased by the Manager of respective service centre. It has lapsed more than fifteen days, neither service centre nor dealer has taken any step to replace the Television. On contact the dealer, gives us some or other reasons and replies.
                                  Kindly help us to get replaced the TV at the earliest and we have not TV for last fifteen days.

                                    3/11 called warrenty frig quit cooling5:00pm gave me the name of 4 repair services all off whitch told me they didn't service my area 3/12 lg asked me to find an appliance service whitch i did so lg contacted them 3/15 galloway appliance came out told me my main board went out.3/19 galloway waiting for autherization lg said they wouldwould send at end of the day waited a few days callec lg they said they changed to another appliance and they would send another service 3/26 lake appliance they did there own check part not installed till 4/16 after all this time i lost all my food had to by another frig. I would like reembursment for lost food rnn[protected] plus all the other calls i made lg service did not know what they were doing

                                      I booked 4 item tv, fridge, ac, washing machine worth Rs. 215000 on[protected] from apollo sales corporation pitampura delhi. They deliver all things to my house on[protected] as per my request bcoz[protected] is my marriage day. After my marriage I opened n check all things but my front door washing machine rubber is torn and after that i called n visit so many times to apollo sales but they said we can arrange/ we will try and nobody help me and when i called lg customer care a man visit asking 3000 for it as it’s a rubber oart not covered in warranty. I lose my faith in both purchasing/servicing on any lg product.
