Name of shop :- mohan agencies, ramgarh cantt. Contact no. [protected], [protected]
Refrigerator’s surface portion is bend, so it’s not standing properly. Ramgarh agency has not been taken any action about this. While i have complaint register in customer care but they are not given any response. This bend is the completely from lg company. So i want to exchange this refrigerator. Therefore i request you to kindly needful action within 05 days. Otherwise i will bound to take legal action. I have not been used this refrigerator till date. I am very fade up and mentally disturbed about this matter.

    I submit my mobile to service on lg service centre (Balaji enterprises, 7b, ekdalia road, beside saree kuthir, ground floor, premises of simon day school, gariahat, kolkata 700019) dated 28/08/2017 but till date mobile is not repair and no any phone calls from that service centre. Even i call them continuously no any proper reply from them. On 15/09/2017 got reply from them they will provide d. O to purchase new mobile because mobile was not repair so till date they are not providing d. O.

    Please help me and provide me d. O to purchase new mobile (If they repair my old mobile that i will not trust what they repair also my mobile guarantee period is over if any fault found in mobile then they will not repair after receiving mobile phone from them).

    I mail to lg customer care continuously but no any response from them.

      Last summer i have bought a 1.5ton dual invertor lg ac. Shop person told me tecnitian will come to installe ac from lg itself. They come and installed but they are not professionals. They did not installed ac at desired location cause extra cu tube used. They self buy cu tube and without giving any bill total charge is 5500/. I have called lg to at least provide me bill. Before i have already lg tv & refrigerator so i have bought ac from lg. But lg ac service is very bad, no ethics.

        Motherboard of this tv needs replacement every now and then. I had to get motherboard replaced within 2 years o[censored]sing this tv. My tv has stopped working again and it needs motherboard replacement. I checked with lg customer care which directed to me local service center (Balaji electronics) in hadapsar, pune. Local service center person says, that the board is not longer available and tv should be replaced with a new one. Complaint number: rnp[protected].

        Such a horrible company that it does produce parts of such a expensive items that people will need to throw it away.

          Please refer the below mail chain that i followed till 1 month after buying the top load lg washing machine but no positive response from your side. Thus, i have escalated the issue to consumer court. You will soon get a notice from my lawyer.

          Came to our house and we requested them to wash the socks and a towel (Whose pictures they took) which they

          Is basically meant for people who does white collar job and keeps their clothes less dirty which seems like a ridiculous
          Answer. If it is the case then lg should keep the note on these washing machine that this is not for middle class
          People whose children clothes and other dirty stuff such as socks, pants and other would not be cleaned then what is
          The meaning of this fully automatic machine when finally my mother has to scrub all clothes again and again. Lg
          Commits life's good, does it actually made our life good, the whole day went wasted due to this product which was

          Today on 29th jan 2018, engineers again visited for troubleshooting the machine and they tried washing the clothes
          For 30 min and when clothes could not wash properly, what they suggested my mother that this machine can't wash
          Dirty clothes (I. E. Socks, towels, pants, kitchen clothes) as this machine is meant for office people (Their wording: white
          Collar) not for middle class people then let me ask them or lg what about children clothes? Are children also consider
          As office people (White collar people)? And why this product is available without a note (Not for middle class people).
          Please don't send anyone now for troubleshooting the machine as my mother stays at home and she feels like
          Unbalanced by arguing them. Her trust on top load has been vanished. Please return our exchanged product and
          Refund our money. We are not satisfied with the given product and two visits of engineers proved it itself.

          Fyi, after so many follow-ups, i have not got the solution of my problem, your area manager seema madan (Phone
          No: [protected]), of lg had directly said that the product was working fine and she refused to take the product back
          Or refund my money even i am facing issue since i bought the machine. Hence, i have escalated the issue to
          Consumer court. I am sending a written letter to company head office.
          Note:
          They took photos of dirty clothes (Such as kitchen clothes, socks) which they directly said that machine would not
          Clean these clothes even though i challenged them to come and wash in my ifb fully automatic machine which they
          Could not accept. Also they did not take the photos of regular clothes (Shirts and pants) which were also not washing
          Properly. I can send you the pics of clothes which i washed and which lg service center engineers refused to be
          Washed by lg machine.
          Note: this product/service has given mental and final stress to my mother. I would not stop here and ensure you if it
          Does not resolve asap, i will escalate the issue to utmost authority.

          Note: regarding the same concern, i have talked to sahil k chaudhary ([protected]) of karnal branch, seema madan ([protected]) and ashutosh[protected] and sent mails to company managers (Nita linz, ashok chugh) but all in vain. I ensure that i will escalate this issue to utmost authority

            I can share the complete mail chain and chat with area manager for more reference
            Hi LG,

            The issue is being escalated since after the day I bought this machine(i.e. 27th January) but no action has been taken even LG representative argued with us for not solving the issue, It's a fair case as I can show you clothes images which is a result of 48 minutes washing. Also whatever clothes we keep on top of machine remains on top and there is no movement of clothes and finally clothes come out from a machine with surf adhered on them(refer pics). I have escalated this issue as my consumer court lawyer has sent a legal notice to your LG team. Yesterday I got a call from karnal head office as they are now agreed on replacement but I wouldn't accept this offer by LG because Now after legal notice sent they have offered me replacement. Where were they when I was escalating the issue on daily basis since last 1 month. I need a refund only now as LG has given none other than financial and mental depression to my mother and me.

              I had purchased air conditioner (Split) lg lsa5ur3a during 2012 at visakhapatnam. On 01.06.2017, when i shifted my residence, i got it dismantled and re-installed with paid servicing through the lg customer care. As the indoor unit cover got damaged, i requested the service engineer to arrange for replacement. I was assured that order for the spare part would be placed and get is replaced on payment of actual cost which i readily agreed to. However, no action taken inspite of my repeated follow up with the head of local service engineer team mr. Raj kumar, mobile no. +91-[protected]. Subsequently, he stopped receiving my calls.
              Left with no other option, i once again lodged complaint through customer care for servicing and replacement of indoor unit cover on 03.03.2018. The local service engineer promptly reported and after checking the unit, found the gas has leaked and advised me that they would place order for new indoor unit cover and after delivering it, they would attend for servicing. Now, when i enquired about status of order for new indoor unit cover, i got no response.
              I request lg authority to advise the local service provider to address my issue immediately as summer already started and i have waited too long since last june 2017 to get my lg split ac working.

                I am banurekha, from coimbatore, i bought a lg air conditioner before 3 years, and due to some technical issue it got some repair to run, and i booked lg service to attend the repair, they took and informed that it has compressor problem to solve, though having 5 years warranty i claimed for lg company to claim the compressor charges, but they are refusing that telling silly reasons to that it cannot be claimed and asking me to pay around 13000.

                Mr. Anand and mr, harharan, who is in crystal lg services coimbatore, are the concern persons spoke with me very harshly that the product wil be return if i dont give the confirmation within half an hour to one hour...

                It is really very bad service as iam having all the electronic items in lg company and even suggesting others to use it,...

                But as a regular customer it is very inconvenient to handle the persons in service centre over here.

                Please warn them and make my request of complaint to take it serious to finish my requirement.

                  Bought a new lg split ac from outlet electronics, coimbatore [17feb2018]
                  Lg ac installation team from tirupur visited my home and installed the ac but the product was not working.
                  Another ac technician visited home for troubleshooting and confirmed that the unit is defective.
                  I contacted back outlet electronics from where i have brought this ac to replace it. They directed me to contact lg customer care to resolve the issue.
                  Lg service, tirupur said that they will not replace/repair it as the unit sold to me bearing a serial number is already registered with some complaints.. Being i have brought a new air conditioner, how can it be already registered with complaints?
                  I have informed lg customer care and also to lg grievance redressal team also about the issues.

                  I have got some calls with irresponsible response from lg cutomer grievance redressal team. No resolution given by @lgindia for my below complaints no:

                    Today on 8 mar'18, local service dealer has charged rs 590/- for only one small pipe pushing back to its original position which was slipped out of its own.

                    In my view for this non repairing activity dealer should not charge this much of amount as service dealer is local only and his person is coming from within 2-3 kms.

                      Am varaprasad.I had purchased a LG front load washing mechine on 04-03-18 at aadishwar electronics, Near Orange hosipals, LB Nagar.The payment also done with capital first finance.The store incharge told me that delivery will done by tomorrow i.e 05-03-18.But still i am waiting for my item.they are not respinding properly.they says it will come.I felt very bad about this.

                        I have been defrauded of rs. 7700 by lg authorised dealer messrs apollo sales corporation situated at plot no. 2 vaishali pitam pura delhi 110034 while purchasing oled tv.

                        I tried many times with the dealer but of no avail.

                        I would request lg to instill some ethics in the concerned dealer or alternatively blacklist such dealer.

                        Kindly help me to get my refund of rs. 7700 back from the dealer.

                          On feb 23, 2018; i have raised a complain for my tevevision bearing rnp[protected]. Inspite of regular followup for appx 15 days, there is no solution and still the tv is not working. Everyday lg representative just postpone it to the other day stating that the parts is not available with us. I would like to know whose responsibility it is to arrange the parts for lg television.. Customer or lg company? Is this the way lg provides after sales service to its client. Is this the way you harass a senior citizen??

                            I buy a monitor from of lg but had a problem in it thus i report the service center about it, i also said that as it has a problem please replaced it for me, now after more than 15 days i still didn't get my monitor replaced and when i asked service center they answer saying it is in process. So either they are fooling me or what i don't know thus i am putting complain for the same please do something for same

                              I had git 3 of my spli airconditioners serviced on 28th february'2018 & paid rs. 1298/- towards 2 service since the 3rd airconditioner is under amc. The tcr no. S for the 2 are: rgurggn/20943 & rgurggn/20944 dated 1st march. The service technician's name is mr. Mohammed asif. However one of the airconditioners stopped cooling post service & i lodged a complaint towards the same again. The service technician again came on 1st march & after rechecking claimed to have fixed it saying one of the compressor wires were not connected properly on 28th february. Hiwever post that the airconditioner has stopped cooling completely. For more than 20 years i have been a loyal customer of lg electronics for all my 'white goods' & electronics requirements & have never had such a terrible experience with an unqualified l. G. Technician spoiling a working machine. Please send some technician competent to handle such issues thus protecting l. G. Electronic's brand name & reputation. The airconditioners are registered with l. G. Electronics in the name of mr. Bhaskar basu, mobile no.-[protected]

                                My lg refrigerator gcl217bsxv purchased on nov. 2013 stopped working not for the first time. A complaint was registered on 25.2.2018. The technician came on 26.2.2018 job no. Rnp[protected] and said it was a problem of gas leak. Next day someone came to refill gas and said it was a problem with the compressor. On 3.3.2108 i was told the compressor part had arrived and someone would come to fix it. However a very rude and incompetent technician mr. Alam showed up at my house without the part and started opening the pcb on which there was no error message and which according to the previous technician was fine and had just been replaced. On demanding where the compressor was he hasn't brought it. Why? No answer, what has he come for then, again no answer. Finally left without doing anything. Called lg again, they said someone would surely come with the compressor, but still nothing.
                                It is day 7 now and no progress has been made. This kind of service is seriously unacceptable. Kindly take action

                                  Ive bought a lg g5 an year back paying 45000 but exactly one year one month the motherboard is fail to power on the display said by your service center kr road bangalore. They are asking me to pay the some of 12500 to replace the motherboard and also i haven't dropped the phone not even once all this is happening because of poor components used in your motherboard
                                  So please help me replacing the motherboard free of cost because phone is intact except motherboard
                                  Am been using the lg phones from past few years starring from lg g3 this is the first phone having this problem. Looking for the positive reply from lg.

                                  If this will not work i'll take this to further.

                                  If they would have taken the customers seriously today lg would have been in different place.
                                  Please LG help customers by stopping your products.
                                  So they can save money and buy good products from the companies like Samsung, apple etc.
                                  You people don't have least curtsy to interact with customers who are suffering after purchasing your products like me.
                                  I honestly tell samsung is the best of best so far because they hear customers voice and rectify their mistakes.
                                  I still hold a samsung mobile which is almost 5 years old and am happy it is working perfectly fine.
                                  Only LG is cheating their customers by giving cheep motherboards installed they'll die exactly after the warranty ends and LG thinks again the same customer will come and purchase your cheep products like G4 and G5.
                                  I think i've already seen this now a days no one is buying LG G6 even though it is beautiful handset people are scared by lg due to Nexus 5, G4 and G5 bootloop and Motherboard failure issue.

                                  I taking so much time to tell all this to LG but i know they don't even care for customers.
                                  Am very much disappointed about LG and i'll never let any one purchase your products in front of my eyes.
                                  I'll go to purchaser and explain my problem with LG and how your executive Mr. Ciddiga Surendra babu on his mobile number [protected] spoke to me for purchasing LG.

                                      I went to smartphone service center of LG smartphone but they have denied for giving me services over there(my phone is in warranty period). Then I called on their customer care service, they asked me to talk to their regional manager and to my surprise he rejected my call for 5 time. I called to their customer care service center again but the concerned person kept on making excuses to me and keep on giving me other alternatives, besides they don't have any authority to register any complaints. What I felt is all they want to do is pass the warranty period of 6 months so that they won't have to give any services.

                                        Hi,

                                        Background: i complaint for the internet not connecting (Wifi) and mobile paring (Screen share) is not happening.

                                        Next day technician came (His name is dinesh), and immediately told, i need tor remove the panel. I asked him without removal can be done anything or test, he said no, i have remove it.
                                        He removed the panel with force in screw driver and checked some cable and connected back with force to put back the panel. He tested the wifi connect and paring it is working fine. At the time we haven't noticed the damage happened in the right side bottom corner. Night my brother observed and he told me, since i was in night shift i could called the technical that day. Next day i called him and he said, don't give complaint, today have lot of complaints i couldn't come. However i gave complaint, but the technician came the next day and immediately once noticed said, it will be rejected since we have done some damage.

                                        Still the tv is in warranty period.

                                        Now they are telling we have to pay for the damage. Since the technician done the damage why should we pay for which we didn't done anything.

                                        And the team lead (I think his name is vijay) also asking how you will prove it that technician done it.

                                        Need help to repair the tv screen damage done by the technician.

                                        Hope i will get the response.
