4) Message received from LGEIL on[protected], that we acknowledge your concern and we have forwarded it to our branch office in order to take immediate steps in this regard.
[protected] : The LG Technician from Nandani Electronics, Hanamkonda, Warangal and taken Photos of TV screen. ( But no information about this is received till now)
6) LG TV 3rd complaint Booked on[protected] from dealer Anil Electronics, Hanamkonda, Warangal - RNP-[protected]
7) LG TV Customer care Operator spoke to me on[protected] from [protected] and connect to me to Manager Nanadani Electronics, Hanamkonda, Warangal but he refuse to repair the LG LED TV or Replace the TV Screen as the warranty is not applicable and suggest me to purchase new panel.( Complaint no.[protected] dated[protected]

I have purchased 43LH600T LG LED TV on[protected] @ Rs.42000/- from Anil Electronics, 1-8-598, Nakkalagutta, Warangal-506001(TS). On[protected] the TV appeared with dots on left side of TV on giving complaint the Nandini Electronics, Hananmkonda technician came and told that there is a small crack inside the TV and it will not come under Warranty, you have to purchase panel @ approximately Rs.20, 000/-.
Sir, The TV is mounted on a wall therefore not able to be easily touched or knocked over.
My version is that on several complaints to the Nandani electronics denying that the warranty is not applicable to me, but the reason is not explaining to me. The panel i-e screen Photos Taken by the LG technician on[protected] and then what is the report, whether it is our fault or company fault or my fault not explained to me. The LG is International company and they can test the fault whether this is our fault or manufacturing fault. If it is our fault then give the test report to us. I have one more Warranty card i-e LG (Life’s Good) Khushiyon ka Upgrade (2 year Warranty) Extended Warranty Card No: DEW16 – and No: 6247695. In Warranty Card it is clearly mentioned in the below that “terms & Conditions Apply, This extended Warranty offer is Applicable from 1st September to 30th November-2016 and I purchase the TV on 27 October 2016.
Usually a crack on the inside of the TV Screen is considered a thermal crack from Heat (an internal failure ) not impact damage.
I am not using this TV since when it received the dots and until I will not receive any solution from LG Company. The Proof should be given to me whether warranty is not applicable.
Nearly two monts over but no solid action taken by lgeil.
I once again request lg tv to repair or replace the panel i-e screen in warranty period.

    Dear gentlemen,
    This refers to my grievance regarding my lg nexus 5x-32gb purchased on february 2016. It was working well from the beginning. When i was on a conference call on 08.12.2017, all of a sudden my mobile switched off and did not turned on. When i was keep on booted up, it's flashed with google animation and turned off again. As of now, this is the situation, today i had discussed about my issue at lg service centre, vadapalani, chennai. He said it's a hardware problem and we need to replace the motherboard which costs around 14, 000 rs. Being such a reputed trusted brand lg, we had a good impression in their home appliances and we din't face any issues. I kindly request lg to resolve my issue.

      With reference to my complain dated 23 august at 1:46 (I have purchase a lg led smart t. V. Model no.32lns7ib-te-atryljl, s. No. 402plwr045033 on 30.5.2015 from broadway electronics mart, kohima, nagaland at cost rs.36000/-. After running of 10 months picture & sound of the tv becomes off (Within warranty period). Than an there i have reported the same to the shopkeeper and got repaired after 1 (One) month. Again same problem occurred in the month of 8/2016, i have been complained the same to that dealer and told me that pcb to be replaced @ rs.6200/-. Pcb was changed by the engineer from service centre (M/s. P. M. Enterprises, circular road, dimapur) through the dealer. Again i am facing same problem from 2/8/2017 and reported the same to shopkeer/dealer as well as head of the servicing centre at guwahati. And filled a complain at no. [protected] on 12.8.2017 but till date i have not received any responses). You have lodged complain and given me rnp[protected] is given to pm enterprises. Service engineer from the pm enterprises, visited broadway electronics mart, kohima, nagaland on 28.8.2016 and told me to brought t. V. To market (Dealer shop) than an there i have send the tv to dealer shop and in the evening the engineer told me over phone that the panel of the tv is out of order and required to be replace with the cost of rs. 14000/- plus servicing to be paid and on 1.9.2017 at 1.57 pm i have received a masses that "your service request rnp[protected] is closed. (Reason customer cannot be contracted)" it is surprised to me that how service engineer are not contracted, service engineer also not obtained any sign from me, moreover till date my tv is laying with the dealer shop. Than i have contracted with mr. Suman dutta, guwahati servicing center several time in over phone after hearing all this thing he told me to brought the tv to guwahati servicing center. It is my question that, why i shall be incurred rs. 14000/- as i have already incurred rs. 6200/- within a span of two years

      In view of above, why it may not be treated as product was defective and the same tv was sold to me as it is showing problem from the warranty period may please stated otherwise i am bound to file a case in consumer forum.

      Therefore, it is requested to you please look into the matter urgently.

        I had contacted the lg customer care service many times since a month to repair my fridge but they keep on giving contact numbers or false hopes that they will sought it out but they don't turn up or even do a temporary service for you. I will never recommend to buy lg appliances instead would leader samsung or whirlpool whose customer service is much better.

          Dear lg,

          I buy a lg washing machine fully automated model t7208tddlz from vijay sales bhandup on 26th june 2017.

          Yesterday (I. E. On 10th dec 2017) when i was open to do the installation of the machine found that there is no book let and warranty card inside the machine box.
          When i called to vijay sales they are asking to coordinate with lg call center and when i called lg call center they are asking me to coordinate with vijay sales.

          I have a hard copy purchase bill.

          Please help to resolve my issue asap.

            Pathetic service from lg repairman. I advise anyone registering a complaint to double check all connections and call your friendly neighbhourhood tv repairman before requesting a home visit with lg. All they say is motherboard is either ok or will be gone. If motherboard is gone then replace it. For this statement to be spelled out i dont needa lg technician. Lg technicians wont repair any mother board related repairs or chiplevel repairs or replacements. It is either full replacement of motherboard or nothing.

            My tv is a lg lcd 32 inches, recently due to voltage fluctuations the tv was shutting down and starting again intermittently. For some months i opened the tv and rectified it by checking the current input to display and motheboard. But again after a couple of days the same problem would recur. I would again do the same process. This continued for some months after being fed up with this we called lg technician. That was our mistake.

            Instead of providing any kind of permanent solution, he started by saying if motherboard is gone then we have to replace it with a new one costing rs.11000. He opened the tv and did the same thing i did and charged rs.767, we asked him for a resolution and he said it is normal for motherboard to go after 7 years. We are lucky that it has worked till now. If the problem recurs then it can be rectified only by motherboard replacement.

            This kind of advise can be given by even a 9 yr old kid. For this kind of apathetic and unconsumer freindly treatment we dont have to call a lg technician and get charged for rs.767.

            I ask the lg team if this what they mean by customer support and same day

            Please arrange for Service of Washing machine Water leaking
            Bought new washer one month over warranty which brings it one year and one month old washer leaks bad will not do any thing to help payed 2000 dollars for washer one year not good any more. what does that tell you about lg products

              The door latch on my LG washing machine has broken and needs replacement. LG will not sell me just the door latch mechanism bit but will only sell the whole door assembly which includes the the decorative rim and the glass window. I had to agree to pay for all three.
              Now they insist that i also pay for installation charges. I told them I would go to their service centre and pick up the part myself and install it myself. But they very curtly told me that will not sell me the part and that i have to pay for installation also.That is goondaism . They are holding me to ransom. it is very unfair. Please help me

                I have purchased nexus 5x google co-developed device and found bootloop issue which was known even they have extended warranty from 1 yer to 1.5 years but somehow i was coming after 2 year and now the service station says it is motherboard issue and it take price around 3rd part of my device and not ready to replace without any pay and says me to pay around 12000 rs price for it.

                  Dear sir,
                  I bought lgq6 on 26 sep 2017. After 2 months my mobile display got damaged, it has 6 months warranty fit one time screen replacement. I didn't recieve invoice so i had taken a copy of invoice from my account in amazon. 3 types of invoices has been provided. But the service center guys was not accepting those invoices saying heading as"tax invoice" was not mentioned on one of those copies and "tax invoice" heading contained copy doesn't having imei number, when i'm asking amazon, they are saying those invoices were suficient for claiming warranty, lg service center guys was not accepting. Since 2 months i'm facing this problem.

                  The PCB of the fridge was not working.I was told that the PCB is not available in the company and the company had given approval for replacement of the fridge.Its been more than 15 days neither I got the PCB nor the fridge replaced.Moreover the concerned persons did not pick the phone.Disgusting service of LG.

                    I had purchased a lg washing machine. The machine motor has gone, i complaint through call center. The engineer came next day and said that motor has to be replaced. The motor is under 10 yesrs warranty. Till now then i have called to call center everyday and they forward to the same area engineer. The area engineer never call to me even knowing everything. Once after few days he picked up phones and told me spare not available, then he also told me that you speak to call center as much as you can but nothing will happen to your washing machine, because they only forward your request to me and every thing is in my hand. When i ask, so why do not call me or contact, he replied, why should i call you, that is my wish. You give complain against me in call center again.
                    Then again i called call center and express my complete dissatisfaction towards whole matter. The call center guy gave me another number of area cco. I called him but the response is same, no spare parts available, so he does not whether machine will be ready or not.
                    Please suggest what to do with this type of situation. To whom i have to call. I am extremely sorry to say, from last 15 years i am using only lg products like and ac, refrigerator and washing machine etc. If this is the customer orientation of lg, i doubt for further association wit lg in future.
                    May i will be forces to go to consumer forum to get justice.

                        I have a smart 3d tv model: 50lf6500 with webos 2.0 and i need to upgrade it to webos 3.0 or webos 3.5.
                        For many reasons:
                        1- limited applications
                        2- slow response for any command on screen
                        3- cannot fully utilize from the smart tv
                        4- websites like "shahid.net" requires its application to run
                        5- not logical that my software is not update able as you are continuing a series not a new software, the same are webos
                        My desirable solutions:
                        1- send me a compatible update for web os, or
                        2- the agent to replace my tv with a brand new one with the same specs but with the latest upgrade able software

                            I bought the lg 32 in led tv (Model: 32lb563b) 2 years back through flipkart. Few weeks back, all of a sudden three white spots of one rupee size started appearing vertically at the left most side of the tv.

                            I googled about it and found some forum that discussed exactly the same problem that i was facing. Looks like it is a common problem in lb series of lg tv that introduced a new technology. Some glass type material covering the led is falling down and that creates a bright white sport on the screen. This is happening due to the poor design of lb series tvs.

                            Then, i called the lg customer care and explained them about the problem and the solution discussed in the forum. I told them that this seems to be some common problem that occurs in lb series so there should be some fix available in your records and requested them for the approximate cost for fixing this issue. They said that they haven't heard such error so they are not sure how much it would cost and only the technician can come and have a look and asking rs.1000 for just one visit.

                            Can we legally do something since there is a known design issue in a particular series of model with usage of substandard material and the lg support team is trying to loot money from customers with wrong diagnosis. They would have addressed many similar issues and he would know that it is not a major issue. Instead of fixing it with less cost, why the lg support is creating panic among customers.

                              I booked a complaint regarding a problem with the tv. It had a flickering issue and the service person came and saw it the same day (24th nov). He said that the led backlight has a problem and that he would come with the parts on sunday (26th nov). Called on saturday again and he said that the parts are ready and that he would come the next day for sure which he didnt. I called on 27th and the sevice center gave the number for tech lead. Now he says that the order is not placed and that they have to pick up the tv for repair. I said ok. The tv was not picked the same day and i had to follow up everyday and finally it got picked up on wednesday 29th. The promised me a 3 day delivery. But it is dec 3rd today and i still didnt get the tv. They would not pick up my calls. It goes to waiting and i have tried calling 3 ppl for more than 10 times each and they would not return my call too.

                              Worst service ever!!!
                              And ive not got my tv yet

                                Dd motor has 10 year warranty but after visiting the team is unable to arrange the part and is asking us to buy a new machine since the lead time is high. What is warranty all about if the lead time is high lg should arrange for a washing machine for us to manage household works and source part till then rather than giving us stupid solution to buy a new machine at 15% discount. I have all lg products coz i loved the brand, my fridge etc. We’re all lg but if all this is the response i will rather buy a new samsung machine then lg. Complaint no. Rnp[protected] attended by prime services.

                                      Hello,
                                      I had bought a lg water purifier a six months back and it has been damaged. When i had requested to the company for resolving this issue no one had arrived quickly. Your company delays in solving customers issue related to the product bought from lg company. Compared to all the companies in the market according to me lg is too back if talked about product guarantee and product quality and in solving customers issue. Iam totally unsatisfied that i had bought a lg water purifier from your company as iam not receiving proper service from you guys. A month back the purifier had stopped working and after complaining about the issue to the company. The lg representatives took around a month to arrive and solve the issue. According to the lg representatives the water purifiers motor had been damaged so they installed a new motor which costed 7500rs. I had thought that they had done a good service but even though after installing a new motor the purifier had stopped again and again they had arrived and repaired and again after a two days again the purifier had stopped. Iam totally dissatisfied with service provided by your service. I want to exchange my lg purifier as your product is of not good quality and is a total waste. I wanf you guys to solve my problem immediately or else i have a channel on youtube i will have to publish that how i had been cheated, i will publish everything about lg that how lg cheats its customers by selling fake products and of products of low quality with high rates. I want immediate solution for my problem!!!

                                        I have a lg fully automatic 8 kg turbodrum washing machine. Since last few days it is taking too much time like 3-4 hrs to wash clothes. So i have called customer care number and they sent engineer to visit, at the time of visit engineer has advised me that there is a fault in your inlet motor need to replace it and told the price would be around 4000/- if you buy it from me i will give it to you at 3000/- (Not from the company, from outside). So i ask him i will let you know. I called a diffrent engineer from outside he has just cleaned the inlet water pipe upper backside of the machine. Issue resolved now the machine is working fine.
                                        The thing here is lg has hired unskill engineers that charges us visiting fee doing nothing.

                                        I have raised complaint to connect my laptop to LG TV. That technical person is not able to resolve it. I didn't get support from technical support team.
