I had purchased a lg washing machine. The machine motor has gone, i complaint through call center. The engineer came next day and said that motor has to be replaced. The motor is under 10 yesrs warranty. Till now then i have called to call center everyday and they forward to the same area engineer. The area engineer never call to me even knowing everything. Once after few days he picked up phones and told me spare not available, then he also told me that you speak to call center as much as you can but nothing will happen to your washing machine, because they only forward your request to me and every thing is in my hand. When i ask, so why do not call me or contact, he replied, why should i call you, that is my wish. You give complain against me in call center again.
Then again i called call center and express my complete dissatisfaction towards whole matter. The call center guy gave me another number of area cco. I called him but the response is same, no spare parts available, so he does not whether machine will be ready or not.
Please suggest what to do with this type of situation. To whom i have to call. I am extremely sorry to say, from last 15 years i am using only lg products like and ac, refrigerator and washing machine etc. If this is the customer orientation of lg, i doubt for further association wit lg in future.
May i will be forces to go to consumer forum to get justice.
