Dear sir,
I bought lgq6 on 26 sep 2017. After 2 months my mobile display got damaged, it has 6 months warranty fit one time screen replacement. I didn't recieve invoice so i had taken a copy of invoice from my account in amazon. 3 types of invoices has been provided. But the service center guys was not accepting those invoices saying heading as"tax invoice" was not mentioned on one of those copies and "tax invoice" heading contained copy doesn't having imei number, when i'm asking amazon, they are saying those invoices were suficient for claiming warranty, lg service center guys was not accepting. Since 2 months i'm facing this problem.

The fridge should b provided as soon as possible.I am facing so much problem.The service of the company is not upto the mark.
The PCB of the fridge was not working.I was told that the PCB is not available in the company and the company had given approval for replacement of the fridge.Its been more than 15 days neither I got the PCB nor the fridge replaced.Moreover the concerned persons did not pick the phone.Disgusting service of LG.

    I had purchased a lg washing machine. The machine motor has gone, i complaint through call center. The engineer came next day and said that motor has to be replaced. The motor is under 10 yesrs warranty. Till now then i have called to call center everyday and they forward to the same area engineer. The area engineer never call to me even knowing everything. Once after few days he picked up phones and told me spare not available, then he also told me that you speak to call center as much as you can but nothing will happen to your washing machine, because they only forward your request to me and every thing is in my hand. When i ask, so why do not call me or contact, he replied, why should i call you, that is my wish. You give complain against me in call center again.
    Then again i called call center and express my complete dissatisfaction towards whole matter. The call center guy gave me another number of area cco. I called him but the response is same, no spare parts available, so he does not whether machine will be ready or not.
    Please suggest what to do with this type of situation. To whom i have to call. I am extremely sorry to say, from last 15 years i am using only lg products like and ac, refrigerator and washing machine etc. If this is the customer orientation of lg, i doubt for further association wit lg in future.
    May i will be forces to go to consumer forum to get justice.

      I was purchased tv on april 2014 currently i am facing white dots issue on tv screen. I am really very surprise in a three year i am facing this issue with lg brand led tv.
      Basically i am it engineer and i am not digest this issue that reason i try to fund from linked in and send you a massage.

        I have a smart 3d tv model: 50lf6500 with webos 2.0 and i need to upgrade it to webos 3.0 or webos 3.5.
        For many reasons:
        1- limited applications
        2- slow response for any command on screen
        3- cannot fully utilize from the smart tv
        4- websites like "shahid.net" requires its application to run
        5- not logical that my software is not update able as you are continuing a series not a new software, the same are webos
        My desirable solutions:
        1- send me a compatible update for web os, or
        2- the agent to replace my tv with a brand new one with the same specs but with the latest upgrade able software

            I bought the lg 32 in led tv (Model: 32lb563b) 2 years back through flipkart. Few weeks back, all of a sudden three white spots of one rupee size started appearing vertically at the left most side of the tv.

            I googled about it and found some forum that discussed exactly the same problem that i was facing. Looks like it is a common problem in lb series of lg tv that introduced a new technology. Some glass type material covering the led is falling down and that creates a bright white sport on the screen. This is happening due to the poor design of lb series tvs.

            Then, i called the lg customer care and explained them about the problem and the solution discussed in the forum. I told them that this seems to be some common problem that occurs in lb series so there should be some fix available in your records and requested them for the approximate cost for fixing this issue. They said that they haven't heard such error so they are not sure how much it would cost and only the technician can come and have a look and asking rs.1000 for just one visit.

            Can we legally do something since there is a known design issue in a particular series of model with usage of substandard material and the lg support team is trying to loot money from customers with wrong diagnosis. They would have addressed many similar issues and he would know that it is not a major issue. Instead of fixing it with less cost, why the lg support is creating panic among customers.

              I booked a complaint regarding a problem with the tv. It had a flickering issue and the service person came and saw it the same day (24th nov). He said that the led backlight has a problem and that he would come with the parts on sunday (26th nov). Called on saturday again and he said that the parts are ready and that he would come the next day for sure which he didnt. I called on 27th and the sevice center gave the number for tech lead. Now he says that the order is not placed and that they have to pick up the tv for repair. I said ok. The tv was not picked the same day and i had to follow up everyday and finally it got picked up on wednesday 29th. The promised me a 3 day delivery. But it is dec 3rd today and i still didnt get the tv. They would not pick up my calls. It goes to waiting and i have tried calling 3 ppl for more than 10 times each and they would not return my call too.

              Worst service ever!!!
              And ive not got my tv yet

                Dd motor has 10 year warranty but after visiting the team is unable to arrange the part and is asking us to buy a new machine since the lead time is high. What is warranty all about if the lead time is high lg should arrange for a washing machine for us to manage household works and source part till then rather than giving us stupid solution to buy a new machine at 15% discount. I have all lg products coz i loved the brand, my fridge etc. We’re all lg but if all this is the response i will rather buy a new samsung machine then lg. Complaint no.                       I had bought a lg water purifier a six months back and it has been damaged. When i had requested to the company for resolving this issue no one had arrived quickly. Your company delays in solving customers issue related to the product bought from lg company. Compared to all the companies in the market according to me lg is too back if talked about product guarantee and product quality and in solving customers issue. Iam totally unsatisfied that i had bought a lg water purifier from your company as iam not receiving proper service from you guys. A month back the purifier had stopped working and after complaining about the issue to the company. The lg representatives took around a month to arrive and solve the issue. According to the lg representatives the water purifiers motor had been damaged so they installed a new motor which costed 7500rs. I had thought that they had done a good service but even though after installing a new motor the purifier had stopped again and again they had arrived and repaired and again after a two days again the purifier had stopped. Iam totally dissatisfied with service provided by your service. I want to exchange my lg purifier as your product is of not good quality and is a total waste. I wanf you guys to solve my problem immediately or else i have a channel on youtube i will have to publish that how i had been cheated, i will publish everything about lg that how lg cheats its customers by selling fake products and of products of low quality with high rates.                         I have a lg fully automatic 8 kg turbodrum washing machine. Since last few days it is taking too much time like 3-4 hrs to wash clothes. So i have called customer care number and they sent engineer to visit, at the time of visit engineer has advised me that there is a fault in your inlet motor need to replace it and told the price would be around 4000/- if you buy it from me i will give it to you at 3000/- (Not from the company, from outside). So i ask him i will let you know. I called a diffrent engineer from outside he has just cleaned the inlet water pipe upper backside of the machine. Issue resolved now the machine is working fine.
                        The thing here is lg has hired unskill engineers that charges us visiting fee doing nothing.

                          I bought one 43" lg tv having model 43lh576t from kolkata on 11/03/17 and transferred it to kota just two months ago when it was functioning perfectly.

                          Yesterday on 26/11/17 afternoon we suddenly found that our lg tv was not functioning properly. We had to give a complaint call to customer care twice vide cnp[protected] and rnp[protected]. After second call one lg representative visited my residence at kota and after detecting the issue he raised a quotation of rs.17915/- as repairing charge.

                          Kindly note that my product is still under warranty. Then why should i pay such a huge amount within 9 months of purchasing an expensive lg product. It should be replaced free of cost. I have taken opinion from outside when i was told that the repairing can be done against a cost of rs.7000/-.

                          This is shocking as well as a big surprise for me. Is this after sale service expected from a reputed company like yours? Even if you have a policy to recover repairing charges for this instant case, it should have a considerable limit. I bought the product with almost rs. 40000/- just 8/9 months ago (Still under warranty) and now you are asking me to pay another rs.18000/- for repairing of the lg tv.

                          Kindly look into the matter and tell me what best can be done from your part to give me relief as i am reeling under deep stress after all these incident. As your consumer, i am the only sufferer in this case.

                            Purchased SAMSUNG 253 Litres REFRIGERATOR & IFB WASHING MACHINE from PAI INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONIC R T NAGAR Bangalore 560032 on 24/11/2017 as they promised to deliver within next 24 hours and free home delivery but I received both Refrigerator and Washing Machine on 25/11/2017 around 2 PM and collected 400/- towards delivery charges but technician did not turn up for demo/installation, I tried to reach customer care(Manish) on[protected] twice to know the status but they promised someone would reach out, which did not happen.Later in the evening two technicians (Murthy and Sunder) called me and asked the home address and told that they cannot come as they take of other area, This issue made me waste almost 12 hours calling customer care, technicians ect and waiting for someone to arrive.

                              I have been a lg customer with all home electronics starting from tv, refrigerator, ac etc from lg. I have always done amc for quicker service for all my products.
                              But for the past 1.5 weeks we have been given 4 different numbers and nobody owns and responds to those requests. I don't want to take names but there is a series of technicians and workshops and care centers lg folks who are just getting us frustrated.
                              I want a quick resolution today.

                                Purchased 42 inches lg led in nov 2015 n since then used it on a table leaving aside wall mounting bracket [flexible type] unused. Now led was required to be wall mounted n it was revealed that the bracket was wrongly supplied for 49 inches size led and naturally my led could not be installed with it. Matter was reported to your gomti nagar branch customer care to the dealer sahu electronics who guided to approach company directly and gave mob no. Of one mr. Bhanu no. Being [protected] who instead of replacing the bracket with the correct size of 42" said that we have to buy a fresh one on payment basis and installed my led with the one fixed type instead of flexible type charging me rs. 1800/- and surprisingly inspite of my request did not give bill for this charges. My request is to refund my unwarranted amount of rs. 1800/- and supply flexible type bracket of correct size.

                                    I purchased 43 " lg led tv, model no. 43lf540a from ashwani electro world (Lg authorised dealer) kanpur on 07/09/2016 of rs. 39, 800/- bearing invoice no. 30/1474. On 22/09/2017 when i switched on tv, i saw a thin verticle pink coloured line on the screen. I lodged a complaint on 23/09/2017 to toll free no.[protected] and got a complaint no.[protected]. An engineer visited my home ater 1.45 hours from complaint lodged time. He saw the screen and told to my parents that there is some technical fault in the panel, it needs to change the panel and warranty period is expired before 15 days. Hence, the repairing expenses will be about rs. 20, 000/-. My parents called me over phone told me the cost incurring to repair tv as i was in my office and i came to know that warranty is expired few days back.

                                    I shocked to listen such a big expense. Lg is a very big, reputed and trustworthy company. I used maximum electronic items of lg brand. I have lg refrigirator, lg microwave, lg tv, lg washing machine. I suggest my relatives to buy electronic items of lg brand.

                                    But today i regret to say that i lost my faith on lg brand because the fault occured immediately after expiry of warranty period inspite of taking all care.

                                    As the warranty period lapsed few days back, this is my humble request to waive the panel cost of rs. 20, 000 around. I will be highly grateful.

                                      *lg is one of the worst service ever i seen
                                      I was purchased tv almost 5months back
                                      And it suddenly stopped working and i have given to service centre in manglore
