Microwave oven is not working properly.. Its sparks at times when the machine is on.. Have already registered a complaint 2 months ago and still the issue is not fixed.. The service person mentioned that the replaceable product was unavailable and did not show back.. Would be nice if the issue is cleared as soon as possible

    I have purchased 32 inch lg led tv (32lf560t) from vijay electronics santacruz east on 18th nov 2015... While the tv is still in warranty, on 8th november night tv was not switching on. On calling customer care, a lg representative checked the tv and said the cost of repair to be 4500 rupees. When asked about extended warranty they said its on screen only and not on the other parts of tv. But as written on warranty card, warranty is for screen/module. Also while purchasing the tv it was said to us that its 2 year warranty n this difference was not explained. This is total misguidance of the consumer.
    Why i have to spend money when my tv is in warranty of 2 years..
    Please take a note of this grievance if not i shall go to consumer court for the same.

    Also to I was a true believer of lg products and its quality such that all the major appliances at my home are of lg. This is realy setback of poor customer service to a loyal customer.

      Dear sir,
      I have purchased washing machine 6.5 kg model t7577teel on 04/11/2017 through your dealer m/s. Habsun, residency road, srinagar vide bill no. 674 dated 04/11/2017. The dealer has defraud me by the following ways;-
      • that on 05/11/2017 one of the mechanic reported to my home for installation of the said washing machine. The mechanic had fitted two hoes pipes and have made few instructions about the use of the said machine and then left.
      • that on the same date we have tried to use the machine for washing purposes, accordingly we have made the setting as per the instructions of mechanic/user manual, but found that washing drum is rotating just one inch right to left and left to right and after two and half minutes machine is draining the water and spin the cloth.
      • that on 06/11/2017 i informed the dealer about the fault of the machine, the dealer has assured that the mechanic will come for set right the machine.
      • that on 07/11/2017 two mechanics came to my residency to attend the compliant at 4 p. M. Both the mechanic have given programme setting instructions and said the machine is ok and it needs power voltage 220 wts. After that they left.
      • that on 07/11/2017 we have again tried to use the machine for washing purposes as per the setting instructions given by the mechanic. We found the problem still persists.
      • that on 08/11/2017 i have called again to dealer about the problem and requested him to replace the machine. The representative of the dealer to whom i talked on phone (Zahoor ahmad) had told to send the machine back for replacement.
      • on 10/11/2017 we have returned the machine for replacement which they have refused to accept and instructed us leave the machine at service center for repairing.
      We refused to leave the machine at service center as i have paid for fresh machine which should be ready to use and duly tested. I have decided to lodge the compliant at consumer court, srinagar for refund of paid amount and damages caused due to muddle attitude of the dealer.

        Complaint ref no.[protected] raised on 7th november still not attended

        The same complaint was also raised almost 1 month back during which a technician came and replaced with a faulty mother board in which the buzzer was not working and tried to convince saying this is the only mother board available in entire india.

        Service technician are misguiding by saying spares are out of stock and hence company can only pay 15% of the machine price as compensation.

        I will complain in [protected]@gov.in if my machine is not repaired or replaced.

        As per relevant rules any company is required to maintain spares for sold products for a minimum working life of a machine.

        How can lg not have spares for a machine sold 5 years back with a 10 year warranty on the dc motor.

        Not acceptable.

          I purchased a lgh818n in february 2016. Within one year its motherboard was replaced. Within next six months the motherboard was replaced again. Both the times it was replaced free of cost under warranty.

          Now again my phone has stopped working. Service centre has again told that motherboard needs to be replaced. This time it will cost me rs9770.

          Within twenty months the motherboard needs replacement three times. I think i have been given a faulty product.

          I spent almost rs34000 to purchase this product. And within 20 months the phone is dead for me. I am very frustrated that my money is wasted.

          I request you to please replace the motherboard free of cost as the product was faulty. I am sure lg will work towards customer satisfaction.

            Sir,
            I have send the following e. Mails to lg customer care with facts-
            (1) with reference to my complain dated 23 august at 1:46 (I have purchase a lg ledsmart t. V. Model no.32lns7ib-te-atryljl, s. No. 402plwr045033 on 30.5.2015 from
            Broadway electronics mart, kohima, nagaland at cost rs.36000/-. After running of 10 months picture & sound of the tv becomes off (Within warranty period).
            Than an there i have reported the same to the shopkeeper and got repaired (Pcb changed) after1 (One) month. Again same problem occurred in the month of 8/2016, i have been
            Complained the same to that dealer and told me that pcb to be replaced @rs.6200/-. Pcb was changed by the engineer from service centre (M/s. P. M. Enterprises, circular road, dimapur) through the dealer. Again i am facing same problem from 2/8/2017 and reported the same to shopkeer/dealer as well as head of the servicing centre at guwahati. And filled complain at no. [protected] on 12.8.2017 but till date i have not received any responses). I have lodged complain and given me rnp[protected]is given to pm enterprises. Service engineer from the pm enterprises, visited broadway electronics mart, kohima, nagaland on 28.8.2016 and told me to brought t. V. To market (Dealer shop) than an there i have send the tv to dealer shop and in the evening the engineer told me over phone that the panel of the tvs out of order and required to be replace with the cost of rs. 14800/- plus servicing to be paid and on 1.9.2017 at 1.57 pm i have received a masses that "your service request rnp[protected] is closed. (Reason customer cannot be contracted)" it is surprised to me that how service engineer are not contracted, service engineer also not obtained any sign from me, moreover till date my tv is laying with the dealer shop. Than i have contracted with mr. Suman dutta, guwahati servicing centre several time in over phone after hearing all this thing he told me to brought the tv to guwahati servicing centre. It is my question that, why i shall be incurred rs. 14800/-as i have already incurred rs. 6200/- within a span of two years

            In view of above, why it may not be treated as product was defective and the same tv was sold to me as it is showing problem from the warranty period may please stated otherwise i am bound to file a case in consumer forum.
            Therefore, it is requested to you please look into the matter urgently.

            (2) further, i have sent, e. Mail to lg services dated 19th sept.2017, 4th oct. 2017& 10th oct. 2017, the company only sends me replies/ assurances like "we have acknowledge your concern and we have forwarded it to our branch office in order to take an immediate step in this regard". It is questionable that the customer care only giving assurances or taking any action against the branch offices, moreover, customer care is given me a area service manager mr. Sobhan dutta, m. No. [protected] for any query regarding any complain but it surprised to me that whenever i tried to contract that number becomes busy and switch off (This version is also dealer of lg located in kohima).

            In view of above, let me know the whether it will be remain ever for assurances or positive steps will be taken by the authority.

            With reference to your e. Mail dated 17.10.2017 12:13, i have received a phone call from your branch office. I have a talk with area manager that exchange offer (Tv) will be provided (As my tv is disturbing from the warranty periods itself, and within a span of 2 years 3 times it was disorders and i have also spent extra money, moreover i have abstain from services 5-6 months from its services, hence he requested me to send my cash memos, repairing charges cash memos etc. I have sends all these documents to branch offices on the same date but i have not received any responses. However, on 27.10.17 i have contracted the area manager, then he told me to he was allowed me concession of 20 per cent panel changing cost. Now it is my question whether it is justify :- that i have purchased a tv with a cost rs. 32000/-, (Within the warranty periods i have abstain from its services near about 1-2 months) again same parts out of order after few months and i have incurred rs. 6000/- and remain abstain from its services for 2-3 months again same is disordered and i have to be paid rs. 14800/- without enjoying its services t. V. For 3 months.in this regard it is questionable to all that whether lg company is selling tv products or its parts with a lunching defective tvs in the markets? And after few months its services it will be defected and company will be started with selling spare parts? Now, i thought, if my tv is not replaced, than i have bound to go following actions:
            I) consumer court.
            Ii) i have informed the matter to the ministries of consumer affairs of india.
            Iii) published/focused in media.

              Sir,
              I have taken a led lg 47lw6500 hd/smart/3d tv from nandilath g mart, ernakulam on[protected] with invoice no. Ekm23076 at an amount of rs. 69500 and lg home theatre system also worth rs. 22500/-. During september 2017 my tv showed a complaint of non availability of picture. I reported the problem to your authorised service centre, jumbo electronics, mukkanniyil building, puthuppady p o, perumattom, muvattupuzha, ernakulam, kerala with phone no. [protected]. Technician came and inspected the tv. He first said that it is a problem relating to bulb. Later he confirmed that the problem was relating to board which need to be replaced. It is out of stock every where and so need to be ordered from hongkong. Job card also was given by him on[protected] with invoice no. 0858. Job no.[protected]. Seriel no. Marked in job card is l06kcmr46547. I confirmed the order through him. After two days i enquired the order status with jumbo electronics office on phone. The front office lady said that the order is not yet taken being forgot by the technician. I once again placed the order over phone and she informed me about the approximate cost of replacing the board as rs. 7, 000/- and also she reminded that around 2 -3 weeks delay may be taken in arriving the spare from hongkong. I confirmed it. Later after around 1.5 months no response was received regarding my order status from jumbo electronics. I called them. The lady replied that till that date no order have been placed regarding my spare part. I warned her that i will complaint it to lg customer complaint cell and also reminded that i need an immediate reply regarding my order status within one day. After 2 days being no response again from that centre, i called them. Then after a thorough discussion with their managers, they replied that my tv spare is now not available with lg electronics and it is under nsp (Non service part). So no chance to replace it. My tv is now became useless. They said me to whatspp the bill copy, tv back panel showing model no. Etc. With that they will email it to the company and the company will compensate you with a very meger amount amount after deducting these 4.5 years depreciation. They also reminded me not to expect a better amount from your side. Only a small amount will be compensated from your side. Sir, now i want to lodge a serious complaint. I have spent an amount of around 70000 for that tv. 4.5 years o[censored]sing is not a big period for stopping the spare part. So in my opinion as a trusted customer of lg products the company has now cheated me in non supplying the spare part (Completely stopping the spare production). My tv has become totally useless. What should i do with it sir. So i request you to go through the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Other wise i have to go to consumer court or other higher level authorities where i could expect a justice. I am a higher secondary school teacher at ernakulam. My phone no. Is [protected]. So please do the needful

                I purchased the above mentioned model of washing machine on 20/3/2009 and got an extended amc till 19/3/2015. Now my machine is not working and the technician from lg informed that it is a circuit problem and the particular part is no longer available from the company. How is this possible? How can a part not be available just after 7 years of product purchase and 2 years from end of amc?

                I called up lg customer support and they gave me some supervisor mob no which he is not answering.

                Kindly help me resolve the issue.

                I guess all LG wants to do is to rip off people. How can any company not have spare parts for at least 10 years from launch of a particular model??? Do not buy this cock ### company's products. Best part is that the company's customer support gave the Tel no of an area sales manager who doesn't find time to take phone calls. He's told that he's too busy with client meetings. Guess he's be getting billions of dollars worth of business for LG from Kerala. Anyways I was seriously thinking about buying another LG washing machine but not anymore. Myself done with LG. Rip off.

                  Hi,

                  I have lg led tv model 32le5500. It was bought in 2011.
                  Recently it had problem that there was no display. I complained to lg service center and they visited at home. They informed me that the mainboard of my tv is at fault and has to be replaced cost approx 7-8k. The service guy informed me that he'll go to his office and raise for this spare part and will inform me.

                  We have bought lg washer and 100% drying machine last year june. It costed more than rs. 90, 000.
                  But the quality of the wash and drying so bad. Its spoiling clothes by forming too strong wrinkles. Even with the steam iron they were not going. We complained so many times and they came and checked it. They asked me to try so many different wash cycles and i did it but same problem. Even they realized the problem was serious. When we asked to replace the machine they stopped responding to our calls. Please suggest what can be done now

                    My smart tv main board is not working and the lg service engineer said that, the main board is not available due to out of stock.
                    When i purchased tv, lg didn't informed that after 5 years the parts are not available and now they are saying the main parts are not available after 5 years.
                    What is the solution, my tv should be scrap???
                    Please advise me the alternate solution expect the exchange tv

                      Sir, i have purchased a tv worth rs.36000/_ during warranty period it's pan was out of order however company repaired it. Again within 5-6 months same pcb was out of order and i have repaired with rs.6000/_ through company. Every time i have to wait 2-3 months for repairing. Again on 2.8.17 tv becomes out of order and i have lodge complain on 9/2017 service engineer told me that panel of t. V. To be replaced @ rd. 14800/_. However, in the mean time i have made several correspondence (E. Mail) but no positive response was not made till date.in this regard it may be stated whether it is justfied - cost of t. V. Rs.36000/- after using t. V. 10-12 months, i have incurred rs. 6000/- + service charge and now i have to incurr 15000/- within 2 yrs and maximum period i remain unused t. V., how tv becomes out of order within a span of 2 yrs 3 time got out of order than why should not be treated as defective t. V. Was sold in the market? Or lg company produced such types of products for selling its spare sparts at higher costs? Till date my tv with the dealer hands (Wef.2.8.2017).in view of above, my opinion that either company should repair it frèe of costs or l have to be given order to buy new tv with exchange offer. With regards.

                        Sub: Selling of defective piece of Inverter split AC

                        With reference to the complaints registered RNP[protected], RNP[protected] RNP[protected] RNP[protected] RNP[protected] RNP[protected] RNP[protected] RNP[protected] & much more regarding complaints of a brand new AC purchased on 24/04/2017. The said AC was not cooling properly after a week of installation. The installation was done by the seller. The seller told me that installation ware made by the local people. The relevant points are produced below chronologically.

                        a. My Ac was running properly. After a week the cooling was slowing down gradually.
                        b. Generally in the night people set the AC within the range of 23-25 degree for sleeping, but my Ac is working at 18 degree and HC mode, but not able to generate the temperature to a comfortable label as the other brands do.
                        c. I am sleeping in the night at 18 degree with a thin blanket and service engineer said AC is working well.
                        d. After that, the Ac machine sudden stopped working while it is running. When I switch off then on the machine get started.
                        e. CH/23 error is displaying and the machine stopped working till the error.
                        f. Fog from the window of the AC was blowing more than 5 minutes.
                        g. Remote of the Ac does not working many times. In the screen of the remote all the sign and signals are been displayed at a time.
                        h. When I made the complaint, the service engineer who ware visiting the AC said that I am laying and they are not more interested to resolve the same.
                        i. Then I made video clips of all my claims. Telling lying or truth will be decided by the video in the court room very soon.
                        j. But the fact is, if I offered them Rs 2000/- only as a bribe, situation of writing of this letter to you would never come.
                        k. During 6 visit they wanted much more from me but I do not agreed, then the situation become much complex.
                        l. In the month of November here at kiribuiru the winter season started, I still sleeping in the night at 18 degree. At 18 degree the room must become chill. At 23-25 degree it is not working.
                        m. Now I feel that there is a fan installed in the shape of AC and sold by LG by the name “INVERTER AC”.
                        n. Regarding my complaints, I had telephonic conversation with Mr Satyajit, Mrs Mamta Sinha & Mr. Arka Ghosh.

                        1. Total six times visit was made by the service engineer.
                        2. During the first visit, the service engineer said that the installation is faulty since it was made by the third party and not by the LG. Hence the Ac is not producing much cooling.
                        3. Surprisingly he also said that the AC is working fine.
                        4. Service engineer once at a time how can he say the controversy statement? In one hand it is faulty on the other hand it is fine?
                        5. During 2nd visit service engg. Said that the electricity fault is there. There is no proper earthling in the electricity. If it is corrected the AC would be working properly. The pictures were also taken by the service engg.
                        6. In this context I have to say that I am residing in the SAIL’s quarter and the electricity supply system is same in all the quarters of SAIL. In all the quarters all the AC is working hassle free except mine. The above said electricity problem was a Ghost problem. If it has an adverse effect, all the electronic appliances in all the quarters would be damaged immediately.
                        7. However I made the earthling properly. After that as per the engg’s wording the AC must be run properly, but it remains the same.
                        8. In the 3rd visit, the service engg said that the AC is fine. However the service engg charged the GAS. After charging the cooling system crashed drastically. But surprisingly the service engg. Again said the AC is working fine.
                        9. In this context, I just have to say that no one is willing to take the responsibility of getting the products damaged by them. Hence they said that product is ok. Other main question of mine is that if the AC was working fine the necessity of charging GAS two times are not understandable to me.
                        10. In the 4th visit they again charged the GAS. But the result was same. The engg’s said that there is fault and the said AC will be replaced. However they said that the company has made lot of expenses over this issue and the company will do nothing. I, as a customer will have to carry the AC in the same situation. The company will never change nor repair the AC.
                        11. I also visited them another AC of Samsung, the service engineer said that the AC of Samsung is much better than LG. Hence is working well compare to LG. The LG is not much better.
                        12. As an engineer of LG how can they say like that? There are so many AC installed in the same room of other quarters and all are working well. But in my case the problem is out of control to the LG, since it does not intend to expense over the issue. I also wrote on the service report “NOT SATISFIED” but the complaint was made closed at the end of service centre without my consent.
                        13. In the 5th visit the engineer said the same words. When I told them the AC goes sudden trip, he said I am lying. If I arrange them for a night in the Guest house, then he can pay attention to my complaints.
                        14. I agreed to that on the condition that if the fault is in my side then I will bear all the expenses and if it is on the LG side, then you have to bear the expenses. Then the engineer refused and my Ac was been unattended.
                        15. During the 6th visit the visit was made more than a month. During this time the rainy season was started. At the Kiriburu the weather gone chill since it is hill station and the LG’s executive Mr. Arka Ghosh who was monitoring my case have all the knowledge of weather of Kiribru. The service engineer visited my house at 8 PM in the night. The weather of kiriburu was 20-24 degree.
                        16. In such weather, if a fan is being made on, the temperature goes down 2-4 degree down. In the AC it reduced to same degree below.
                        17. The engineer also said in such a low temperature the AC cannot be tested effectively.
                        18. After the visit no any reply was given to me. Then I called Mr. Arka Ghosh, the monitoring officer of LG, he said that the air throw of SAMSUNG Ac is much better than LG. Again they said that the company has made a lot of expenses hence the company will not entertain you. And we do not have any responsibility. The AC is working well.
                        19. I also requested them to please confirm me in writing, and they said that please mail me. I wrote them a mail up to 2nd reminder, and then I talked over phone but till date no any confirmation was given to me till date.
                        20. When I made an online complaint in the forum, there are several call ware made to me from LG, but none of the executive was interested to solve the problem. All of them made a call and asked me about the problem. After hearing that they said the same process. When I asked to take the service centre on phone line, all the time the call was disconnected at their end.
                        21. After that they were making calls on Sundays, since they easily said that the service centre is off on Sundays.
                        22. I also informed them that if I made expenses o[censored]p to Rs 2000 over visiting service engineer, the whole problem would be solved. But they do not respond accordingly.
                        23. I also made a conversation with customer care executive and Mr arka Ghosh over conference on phone line, but no solution is there.
                        24. Sir, I am a Central Govt employee and I do not have much time to attend the service engineer frequently. On attending them I have to take half day leave from the company. So it becomes very inconvenient for me to attend them. Second thing is that I am not that idle to attend them fortnightly and my house is not a guest house.
                        25. During six time visit they do not even find the solution.
                        26. The other entire brand’s AC if it is running at 24 degree the room become chill and my AC at 18 degree and HC mode do nothing.
                        27. I made several complaints, e-mail to the LG’s website, mail to Controlling officers of LG and MR arka Ghosh.
                        28. All of them said that the AC is fine verbally but in the situation of giving it in writing, all of them refused.
                        29. The reason behind it is still unexplained. If it is working fine then please write it down and confirm me in writing.
                        30. If the AC is fine and If I were an engineer I will never charge the GAS TWO TIMES.
                        31. If there is electricity problem then all the AC and home appliances must be damaged in all the quarters of SAIL.
                        32. On dated 26/10/17 a message came from BP-LGCARE “your service request RNP[protected] is closed (reason customer cannot be contacted) ”.
                        33. So many times calls have been made to me from LG care from NOIDA by Mr. Bittu and their colleagues. You can check the call logs of the calls made to my No. [protected] & [protected].

                        From all the facts, observation is the problem is due to
                        1. Electricity fault
                        2. Third party installation
                        3. I am lying
                        4. I am not bribing them
                        5. The Company has made a lot of expenses hence it cannot be rectified.
                        6. I should buy a SAMSUNG AC or and other brand since its cooling is much better than LG “As per LG service engineer’s and MR. ARKA GHOSH voice”
                        7. If I made a complaint LG will send service engineer and he will say AC IS WORKING FINE. And so on in the cyclic process.
                        8. Like last 6 visit, it will be next and next. As all LG channel informed me their intention to not to make it correct.
                        The probable solution is:
                        1. The company has made a lot of expense. Hence I should not make a complaint
                        2. The company has a mind set to NOT TO TAKE A PROPER SOLUTION.
                        What I should do:
                        1. I should write it to the directors of the company.
                        2. If they not resolve move to the consumer court.
                        My wishes:
                        1. I want to donate the said AC to the directors of the company free of cost to either install it in their bed room or in the TOILET.
                        2. Against my donation, I need only a slip containing the name of donor and the motive behind it.

                          I bought an lg fridge but it has a ripple on the top outside drawer near the handle. I need it replaced. How do i do that? Lowe’s is telling me you won’t replace it. That you are having quality control issues and that’s how your producing them. This is the 3rd fridge they brought out and it still has a weird ripple. Please help me.

                            Hi,
                            I am using lg fully automatic washing machine (Inverter direct drive 7.5 kg t8018aeep5) from last five years. Some days back it got faulty and not working. I called to customer care and logged a complaint (Complaint no. Rnp[protected]. Service engineer mr. Praveen kumar visited the place and found one pcb is faulty. But as per them pcb is not available in the market anywhere in the world. They closed the complaint without my concurrence.

                            Please look into the issue and help to provide any solution and alternate to be faith in lg products.

                              Lg says life is good, i would say my life is hell with lg. I have an issue with my lg double door refrigerator model gl-t292rpou purchase from aarvee sales yusuf sarai new delhi on 18 oct 2017 just after 10 days my refrigerator does not work. I filed a complaint no rnp [protected], some mr. Amit came and told we will repair compressor i don't want repaired refrigerator as we pay for new refrigerator he told there is no policy to replace this product and till dateii have no solution from lg service team. They are one of the most pathetic, unprofessional bunch of fools i have seen till date who knows nothing about customer service and business. I have been trying to be good to them, by calling customer care, toll free numbers and asking for help and requesting to solve the problem but not anymore. Please take this complaint as my proof...

                                  I bought the lg k332 model mobile phone in saravana stores last three months ago. Still the mobile phone is not turned on. I took the lg - direct service centre, address:no:58,
                                  Jawaharlal nehru road (100ft road), vadapalni,
                                  Near hotel ambica embiare. City:chennai service center to repair this repairs on 04/11/2017. Without warranty card and bill, they said that free service could not be done. The only source i have is lg mobile k332, mfg 04/2017and the cardboard is limited. The lg company has been offering a one-year warranty. Hence, i humbly request you to get a free service from the company's lg k332 mobile phone and take me to the customer.

                                    I bought one lg refrigerator from croma phoenix market city, mumbai on 14th of may 2017.
                                    Engineer who visited for installation ask us not to open refrigerator for next 24 hours. To my shock when we open it next day, we found convertible box and big bottle box broken. I immediately called croma for the same and they ensure me that both the broken parts will be changed soon.
                                    On 21st of may, croma personal requested me to send photos of broken parts which i send them on the same day.
                                    Till today i have received and made numerous calls to and from croma & lg for replacing broken parts, but it is still not done.
                                    Today again i received a call from lg engineer for visiting my house to understand which parts are need to be replaced. I asked lg engineer that they have any details of the parts need to be placed, he simply refused and ask me to allow him to visit my house and see the parts need to be replaced.
                                    Now, today around 6pm when lg engineer examine the refrigerator, he shows me the damage body of the refrigerator from the back side of it. It was damage at multiple places from back side.
                                    Today i totally understood that my the first engineer from lg who visited for installation and demo of the refrigerator ask us not to open it for next 24 hours so that all the damages can be hided.
                                    I don't know what to do now. Just consulted by personal lawyer and he suggested me to raised a complaint from this forum and wait to seven working days. If lg or croma do not replace the refrigerator, then i have to file case against them in consumer court.

                                      I have purchased led smart tv on[protected] on bhagyaa home appliances, triplicane, chennai-600005. Still no lg person came for installation. Daily i am following the show room for installation but no response. At last after 4 days (On[protected] a person called me at 4pm and said shall i come. I informed him that i am not in home shall you come at 6.30pm after that no response from them. I am having lg refrigerator, washing machine and dvd player too. But this time i am very much disappointed with the worst response and service. Please take a necessary action on this.
