I have purchased lg refrigerator from bajaj electronics chandanagar bill no: bhel/16/22140 on 04/01/2017 but last month back i got repaired they are saying that mother board was damaged and that is in warranty period they replaced mother board.

Now this time again i got same problem they are saying that motherboard problem they told me will replace the mother board again

Last month only they replaced again i faced same problem.

I am facing repeated issues with the product and hence i would like to resolve it.

Please change the product as the refigrator is giving me multiple problem and the span of the product is under warranty.

I have called the concerned persons they come and do the servicing but still the issue persists.

Is there a way that i can solve this? Lg being a big brand should provide good customer sevice.

Do you guys expect me to call and visit you always after buying the product, i am vexed and want a product replacement at any cost.

Please help me resolve this.

    I had lodged a telephonic complain about my non working of my lg washing machine model t7567teelr. Afspeil[protected] on[protected]. I was informed that my compliant will be attended and service advisor would call back. Nobody called me.

    The second complaint was lodged by me on[protected] but unlike first complaint the service advisor called me and attended at my house within 3 hours.

    To my very surprise the service adviser visiting my place was same as one who attended my earlier complaint (About 7/8 months back). He also remembered this.in his last visit, he had insisted me take the amc to which i declined citing new product. The product was less than 1.5 years old then, but he informed that panel/valve may be damaged and can be protected only under amc. He however sold me plastic cover for the washing machine.

    During the visit on[protected], your same service advisor immediately told me that your panel and valve is damaged and needs replacement. The estimate cost was rs 5000/- plus and also added that had you taken amc this would not have been incurred. On my further questioning and enquiry, he indicated that the cost may be lower if panel is ok or valve is ok; which he was not able to conclude. He also used words “probably” while addressing my concerns

    I am surprised at strange and unprofessional behavior of your service advisor. The approach was more of profiteering rather than problem solving. I am writing this to address my following queries
    A) why my complain was not attended on my first call to you
    B) why and how the second call was attended within 3 hours.
    C) the machine was purchased on[protected], delivered on[protected] and installed on[protected]. Why is the warranty not available to me? Were the calls not being attended by your team a plan to bypass warranty claim?

      Booked a complaint on nov. 8 (Rnp[protected] regarding problem in my lg television. Service engineer salim came and conveyed that faulty motherboard needs to be replaced. It has been almost 2 weeks but your engineer never turned back or called. And he had taken rs.295/- as visit charge. Today again called lg customer care and they booked a new complaint rnp[protected]. Lg engineer mangesh jathar called and says that the required part is not available and has been discountinued. This is really shocking, because similar part was replaced around 2 years back and i ahd to pay around 8k for repairs and now again same fault has ocurred. This is least expected from lg. My concern is that how do i get my tv back to operation. If the part is no more available, do you expect a 70, 000/- worth product to become obsolete in 7 years. I expect an immediate soultion, either by replacing the tv or getting it repaired.

        Not working properly since the date of purchase i. E.10.06.2017. Earlier there was a cooling problem. Mechanic visited but not able to set right the problem. First of all he came thereafter with senior. Gas is refilled but no use. It is now started leaking. Water is dripping continuously. I have lodged complaint several times but issue is not resolved. It appears that piece is faulty and required to be re-placed immediately.

          I have given complaint for repairing my lg water purifier model (Whd71rb4rp) which is in amc. It has been one month since i gave my complaint.

          Service was given to (Srinivasa electronics, vivekananda nagar, hyderabad).
          They have taken my unit and brought back in non working condition and closed complaint without my notice.

          This was my third experience with this service center. I called to lg customer case and complained the same, they are saying that they can't do anything on this since i have contacted service center manager. And, i was informed that my amc is not listed/recorded in their server. So, something cheating is going on. Amc is not handed over to lg and hiding the details of amc.

          I will suggest that never buy lg products and conveyed the same with two of my neighbors as service is worst!! No one is experienced and they say blame/irrelevant answers if we asked the problem.

          Two things to be considered here;
          1. Service is not proper and closing complaints without resolving.
          2. Amc details are not sent to lg and hiding the amc with service people.

            Ear sir,

            I am alok singh, from sanjay nagar paharia varansi (Mobile number :[protected], [protected], [protected]).
            A fraud has been committed by lg and its associates on me.
            My washing machine was not working properly so i called customer care [protected] varansi.
            The persons came to my home were ravi ([protected]) and sunny ([protected],) they said they are from lg electronics and they said service charge 450/- and sensor price 1100/- was paid to them.
            Later again after one week, i called [protected] to extend my warranty, they again sent the person ravi ([protected]) and sunny ([protected]) they extended my warranty on the payment of 2450/- rupees and they gave me the reciept which is attached as an attachment.
            Again in 3 days my machine got break down, i called on the number [protected] they sent ravi ([protected]). The problem is that there is touch botton problem and he tried again and again in 1 week time but unable to solve the issue.
            So he took my touch button set up and slept for one month.
            He did not pick up the phone.
            The number given on the recipt of r s services, i called ([protected]-mr rajan singh) picked up the phone and he told me "today you job will be done".
            This time he sent some other guy and the machine dint start up.
            I called again on the number ([protected]-mr rajan singh), he said again "tomorrow it will be done" and since his tomorrow never came and i and my family having burned through the misery for not a washing after having paid for one year amc.
            No having not got any response from your franchise/subsidiary/auxiliary/accessory i called[protected]. They sent the team to my home and they are claiming my amc is fake and demanding money again in order to disabuse my washing machine.
            This is clear case of harassment, cheating and fraud.
            Treat my mail as legal notice and if you will not disabuse my washing machine which is of lg, you will be entitled for slapment of various sections of ipc and crpc including compensation.

            He said its an enquiry from LG ([protected]).
            As per as this mail communication, LG has absolved itself from the liability of phone numbers given in her site.
            You have no responsibility what so ever as per your claim.
            Then why to depute a person in calling me again, and I have already explained my case to you in great detail. Then why to call me and brief me "sairam electrons cannot do and I will call those persons and verify the fact from where you got those number".
            These aspersion by your staff questions my integrity.
            If you want an impartial inquiry then go to the police/CBI/ED/SFI and register a complaint and get the enquiry done.
            I told you I am a genuine customer and I purchased LG washing machine because of high brand value.
            You are doing everything but not repairing my washing machine.
            I complained about the fraud happened with me because you are a big multinational organisation, for you your reputation is a very big thing.
            You please go to the police and speak to the numbers given to ensure that this type of frod which is happening day and night should stop by your firm action.
            Any way I will take my case to its logical conclusion.

              Inspite of complaining several times regarding not working of fridge. Only ignorance and false promises has been made by lg customer service center ahmednagar. About technician attending the complaint. Non of the person has come and attended. Only once visited and after that no follow up. Taken advance money from me and after that didn't attend the call at all. Inspite of calling serveral times.

                I got an update and while updating it got stuck in the firmware update screen...

                It just cross a year and now started... This... Lg??
                Now lg service center is asking me to change the motherboard : (: (Which will cost me around 11000

                I enjoyed using the phone... Love it so much but.. Now i am really sad to see my phone stuck in firmware update screen forever.

                I always love using this phone... When ever i go to the service center i love how amitabh bachchan ads about the phone.

                Now i am crying because i miss my phone.
                I wish lg can resolved this.

                It was called BootLoop which occurs after a Year. Google it. You are not the sole one had that Issue. I too had and If your mobile is in Warranty then you wont be charged for replacing motherboard.

                  The product was purhcase in february 2017 from jyto electron, kalyan, thane, maharashtra. Given for repair, mechanic says motherboard needs to be replaced. So many times complaint registered, every time the mechanic comes and repairs but no success. Last 2 months the dvd player is with the agency for repair, went personally no of times. Every time says the mother board not yet come.
                  Company like lg takes so many months to replace the mother board. I am fed up by following for my product. Please look into the matter and arrange to find the solutions. It is embarassing to see lg service is substandard in india especially in kalyan maharashtra.

                    I purchased a lg refrigerator model lg ref ff 495l glt542gtmx twilight bk4s of price rs.58941 on dated september 3, 2017 from croma, select city walk, saket, new delhi. This was installed on dated september 10, 2017. After 10 days of installation the said fridge stopped cooling. We informed the people at croma and asked for a replacement. They told us that for the time being lg will get the fridge repaired and will forward the complaint for replacement and the fridge will be replaced within 15 days. Lg people came first, checked the fridge but they could not identify the problem. Again they came a few days later and on their own they opened the back panel and refilled the gas, did welding and said that replacement will be taken care by the service department. After that its been one month since and we have not heard from lg people. Every time we contact them they say that this matter is being processed etc etc, but all to no avail. I am very disappointed by the services of lg. I have been a regular customer of croma select city walk and have been regularly purchasing products from sony, whirlpool, samsung and have never come across such poor service. Refrigerators ought to work for at least 10-15 years without requiring refilling of gas. Here i bought such an expensive fridge and it stopped working within a month of purchase. I want this matter resolved immediately and the fridge properly replaced.

                    The control panel was replaced on 11.11.17 in the vowen i wawe, 44auto cook . The vowen gives only low heat. Kindly depute your mechanic. I have paid a sum of RS.295+Rs. 1328.00 for the visit and service charges.

                      I am in my 1st year using lg phones and they are absolutely horrible.in the past 8 months i have had to replace 2 phones, because of too many problems. Black stops developed on my screen, apps were constantly not working like fb etc.. Phone volume was going in and out on conversations, phone would constantly disconnect a conversation, phone would take random pictures on its own, etc... I constantly clean my phone with safe screen application and rag, i have a screen protector and phone protector.
                      I asked for a refund for my second phone and was denied and they only offered to replace phone, where i had to mail it in and be without a phone for 2 weeks. Customer service was no help, because they just read from a manual. Now in 8 months i am on my 3rd phone and its a samsung

                        Lg dishwasher is broking down every year for 3 years last time is for oe error code and the company want to repair it with 64kd after 2 times repairing one of them was the same diagnose. It is not an endurance machine here it is making a trouble every year. I have lg all my appliances and there is no proplem with any of them. I'm so upset and disapointed in this dishwasher it's making troubles from its third year and i really gave up with it. I was recomending lg for every one asking for advise. Now i'll stop. Its wasting of money and effort. Is it reasonable to repair the same machine every year. Twice for each proplem??? I have pay nearly half of its original price and if agreed to do it this time it will pass the price. The technician who came said its the pump. The manual is sayind its an error of draining. The repair there is telling its an ac part proplem and should be exchanged. If its burnt like they said is it taking the program and starting it then after 2 minutes gives the error code oe?? I doubt. Please try to deal with this proplem. Thank u

                          Hi team,

                          We have purchased lg led 32lh517a on 24 nov16; however it has been repaired twice till today.

                          So am totally disappointed from your product that i am using, we are getting problem again & again in this product.

                          Am not happy with this product, its shows that lg the big brand is not providing high class quality product.

                          And now on 24 nov17 my warranty getting expire, so if by any chance my led would again get same fault then i have to pay for it without any reason.

                          I have talked to the customer care for the same, but not received any resolution.

                          They told me to take amc with 10% discount if tv is in warranty.

                          But i would requesting you to please provide me more discount for amc as i am not happy & satisfied from your product quality.

                          If you will not provide me me more discount on amc then i will not purchased any lg product in near future.

                            The above product developed problems around the start of aug.2017 about 10 months from its purchase. There have been 3-4 complaints and redressals which continued until the start of oct.2017. After that, the tv worked fine for about 3 weeks and is now dead again. I sent an email to the co. On 10th nov. 2017, saying that there seems to be a serious defect with the product (Email rcpt. No. Gcp095913). However, no response has been forthcoming and i sent a follow up email on 17th nov.2017 (Email rcpt. No. Gcp098871).

                              We bought a 28l microwave oven (Model no. Mc-2886brum) on 17-oct-2017 from great eastern, kasba, kolkata vide invoice no. Rd/1718/sa/03497. The total price of the oven was paid upfront by credit card and no emi facility was availed. It was delivered to us only on 30-oct-2017 but without the start-up kit. On inquiring with the delivery personnel, was informed that it will be handed over the counter at great eastern. On visiting the outlet the same day, i was told that there is an ongoing audit at their premises hence they cannot "entertain customers". Their store was shut till 09-nov-17. On the 10th of nov i visited again just to be told there is "no stock" of start-up kit & i should visit the following day. Next day when i visited in the morning, i was told that they have not started any billing for the day hence they cannot handover any free gifts to customers. Ridiculous as it sounded, i tried to reason with them that i was already billed for the product on 17th oct & the start-up kit was supposed to be given along with the oven but they just rudely brushed me off. I visited again on 14th nov and this time they said they cannot give the start-up kit and if i still insist on getting it, i can visit them again in dec'17 and if i am lucky i might get it.

                              Now my question is whether a complimentary start-up kit with the model that i bought was just a marketing gimmick by lg electronics just to misguide consumers or is it that their retailers are given the benefit to sell the free products separately by harassing and cheating consumers?? If the product comes with the complimentary start-up kit then how is it not in stock?

                              As a consumer i am feeling constantly harassed and cheated by both the company and its dealer. Would request your kind intervention and urgent action.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              LG Electronics has intervened and resolved the issue. The Start-up Kit has been handed over to us today by their dealer Great Eastern.

                                Dear sir,

                                My two and half year old washing machine is leaking water in middle of the cycle so one complain was raised in last week of june 17. Technicians visited and changed parts many times till september but could not able to repair. They also charged four thousand for this repair.in september, they took washing machine to their service center hyderabad but could not repaired. On 11 th nov they have send back the washing machine in not unassembled condition saying that technician will come and install. Till now nobody has come and installed my washing machine. When i talked to customer care they (Mr john) refused to write complain. Its already 5 months are over and we are forced to wash our cloths by hand and till now our washing machine has not been repaired even after taking repair charge of rs 4000. I am forced to write this letter due to pathetic response of service center and customer care. Lg has provided 10 years warranty on direct drive motor but if washing machine does not get repaired what the warranty is meant for. Please repair and install my washing machine within 3 days or else i am forced to submit my entire details to consumer forum or other higher level. Also, all my complains are getting closed in customer care without my confirmation.

                                  I bought 2 dvd players and both are the same lg model from meijer and they both are terrible and do not work. They freeze and only play netflix and dvd/blue rays 20% of the time, and to get them to work that 20% i have to unplug it because it freezes about 8 times before it works. I have many lg products that i’ve never had a problem with and enjoy but these are terrible and extremely frustrating. I’d really appreciate it if you guys could resolve this for me. I’m not looking for anything free and would gladly exchange for different models that are also wifi and netflix app equipt. Below is a picture of the tag on the back of the dvd player

                                    I have given my nexus 5x at lg service center, ahmedabad, gujarat on 1st november 2017 under name harsh bhatt.
                                    They had given me a time of 10 days to get the phone repaired it's now 15 days and still the parts are not delivered at their service center. As far as i know lg has stopped making the parts for 5x and hence they are only delaying in giving a solution on the same. I need to have either my phone back or a new handset as promised by lg on all platforms.

                                    Kindly help

                                      Lg is conspiring against its customer base to raise its market share and profit in the following way. It releases some phones at bargain pricing. The firmware is designed to "fail" after a number of restarts preset by lg. When my 5 month old phone "failed" i sent it in. Technician reported "it has a water damage issue and is unrepairable". After an hour of pressure the only proof they would send was a very low resolution picture of the main board with an arrow pointing at a location in the center of the board. It was impossible for my phone to have water damage since it was never away from my person and i was in a super dry summer. I am 70 yrs old and do not swim and store phone carefully at my bedside table. The rude person on phone said the only option i have if to send them $21 if i want my broken phone back. They refused to either connect me to the tech or tell me who he reports to. This is criminal behavior and i am talking to my legal friends as to how to bust these crooked folks. Do not buy lg phones. Any class action lawyers out there please contact me to stop this practice. Dennis

                                        We bought fully automatic top load washing machine in february. This machine is hell.. Heater is not working. Machine is not cleaning the cloths. All the time surf spots are there on the cloths. Has raised complaint to the dealer. An engineer came and said there is lesa water pressure and he fiited two external water pipes. I had been using ifb full automatic from last 10 years. There was no water pressure problem with ifb. But engineer could not solve the problem and he fitted two pipes. Using this machine eveeyday is like a punishment for me. I use to wasg the clothes by hand daily because machine doesn't work and unable to clean the dirt. Please take this complaint seriously, otherwise i forced to go the consumer court.
