I would like to inform you that after several communications through the mail and repeated complaints being lodged from our side, we are still to get any solution for the same.

I am afraid to say that a brand like lg would have such a response team and so poor technician team is so regretful. I have recently ordered 5 ac from voltas, but one of our
Staff through the recommendation of "reliance store, benachity, durgapur, west bengal" influenced me to buy it, i agreed. The salesperson induced me to buy with good offers.
From the day it got delivered we have been facing few and negligible problems like automatic switching off etc, but we neglected as these were minor issues.
We have recently opened our company branch in durgapur, and expecting it to be better machine paying rs. 35, 990 (Very high as compared to other better brands in the market), we installed this ac in our director's room.

After some much of hassle, this machine stopped working on 08th october 2017, on 09th oct 2017, we lodged a complaint at the same reliance store. Mr. Partha mondal (Ph. No. [protected]) from reliance entertained our complaint and referred to mr. Sanjay (Ph. No. [protected]) for a site visit.

Mr. Sanjay visited our place on 11th oct 2017 and gave feedback that there is some problem with internal parts.

After fewdays, i got a call from them saying that the ac motor has arrived and the service boy is on his way to my home. I rushed home and later came to know that the motor is not getting fitted in the ac and they have an issue with the pcb as well, i don't know why lg hires so much unskilled technician and i was asked to wait again with no specific date.

For few days next, we didn't receive any response, so we called them, again and again, generating several complaint tickets.
Your company technician has so much courtesy in solving the issue that they never called for serving the problem but called again and again to close all the extra tickets that have been generated by you.

Till date when we call your technician subrato ([protected]) and your area service manager mr. Biswajit banerjee ([protected]), we have never got a fixed date when will the ac spares be delivered.
Your technician and manager are continuously giving a false commitment. Initially, he promised for 4 november and now he is committing for 25 november 2017.

I would like to mention few points to you :

1. Our director is facing health issues due to the same, since 9th october, he was trying to stay in the place, compromising his health and had to visit physician twice bearing an extra cost to the company. If due to this he facing any serious health issues, who will bear this cost?

2. Due to above points, we have faced work loss. Due to this our director has taken a leave till we get this fixed and he had to move to our kolkata branch which incurs a huge traveling cost on daily basis. Who will bear this cost?

3. The ac was purchased on emi and we are paying interest on the amount. This ac is not working from last 1 month and will not work for more 2 months. Are you going to pay the interest for these 2 months?

4. What about the mental harassment we have been facing due to this?, continuous threatening calls from your lg team to drop any additional complaint were made and they said that if you do not drop the other complaints and leave it open, lg will not be able to serve me.

Based on the above points, i have realized that the product was faulty and lg products have only a life period of 6 months and there is no scenario i want to proceed further with lg.

I want a refund on the same as the standard of product & services from lg is not at all acceptable and recommended.

I would like to close this asap and get my refund on the machine so that i can purchase a better quality product from any other brand.

    I have an issue with lg refrigerator (Not in warranty) so i called lg service center on 23/10/17. I was expecting a service guy from lg company, two guys turned up on the same day for service but they are not from lg company.

    They charged me 2100/- saying some parts are not working.

    After 2 days my refrigerator issue bounces back, i called those guys to check again, no response.

    Later i called lg service center on 28/10/17 to raise complaint. I got a worst response.

    So guys please don't buy lg products they wont be any payed service also after your warranty.

      I have attached two photos please find that also. 3 months back I called to your customer after that I got message from this number that we taking 350rs for service after that they sent one service man he is from LG authorised company "Smart Services" address is RT Nagara, bangalore, Karnataka and that guy name is Wasim. He took my TV to service. After that he is not returning my TV. If I ask him he is telling my manager is not like form last 3 months he is telling same story

        I had purchased lg led tv in june 2017. Their after sales service is very bad. They have taken an amount of rs.5526/- for amc. Nor they have sent me the hard copy any document for the same. Its been more than 4 months. I also put an online complaint and also called helpline number. They gave me service centre number which nobody respond. I have been duped by lg india.

        Our Microwave oven is not heating up the food.
        That's a great issue for us.we cannot heat up anything in it . We have to use our gas stove for every heating process .

          Bought the lg 32 in led tv (Model: 32lb563b) 2 years back through flipkart. Few weeks back, all of a sudden three white spots of one rupee size started appearing vertically at the left most side of the tv.

          I googled about it and found some forum that discussed exactly the same problem that i was facing. Looks like it is a common problem in lb series of lg tv that introduced a new technology. Some glass type material covering the led is falling down and that creates a bright white sport on the screen. This is happening due to the poor design of lb series tvs.

          Then, i called the lg customer care and explained them about the problem and the solution discussed in the forum. I told them that this seems to be some common problem that occurs in lb series so there should be some fix available in your records and requested them for the approximate cost for fixing this issue. They said that they haven't heard such error so they are not sure how much it would cost and only the technician can come and have a look. I booked for technician visit.

          The lg technician came in few hours and had a look at the tv screen and checked the ports with a meter. Without opening the tv, just by looking outside itself, he said the led strip is gone and needs to be replaced completely. He said, it would cost 5000 plus service charges etc. Its been just 2 years and the repair cost is almost 30% of my actual tv cost. I was bit hesitant so i told him that i will think about it and give a call back. He charged me rs.300 for this visit.

          Later that day, i decided to open the tv and check it out myself. I followed some you-tube videos and open the panel and found that 3 one rupee size glass materials that was covering the leds were out of place. I fixed them at right place and assembled everything back. The white spots were gone. Its been almost 10 days now and its all working fine without any issues.

          The complaint here is,

          1) poor support: if it is common problem due to poor design, why lg customer care is not aware of it and support the customer with right solution.?

          2) poor design: if there is a known design issue in a particular series of model with usage of substandard material, why can't lg provide free of service?

          3) poor diagnosis: why the lg support technician is trying to loot money from customers with wrong diagnosis? He would have addressed many similar issues and he would know that it is not a major issue. Instead of fixing it with less cost, why the lg support is creating panic among customers and trying to charge them more?

            Don’t buy lg mobile

            Dear friends

            The lg mobile is the worst mobile i ever seen and used in my life.
            My name is animon. A. John, hailing from kerala i bought a lg g4 stylus mobile on september, 2015. Immediately after one year warranty period, the display was gone while i was speaking. It was replaced on may, 2017 on payment of rs.4, 500/-. Now, on 27th october, suddenly switched off while i was speaking and when i reached service centre, the service man told me that there a complaint dictated in the board and for replacement of board, another rs.6000/- to be paid. As such, i am declined to service replacing the board without any service guarantee.
            So, i hereby advice my friends that pls avoid to by lg mobile phones.

              I am not satisfy for your service and in future i can not recommend any person to buy lg product, because on 28 of oct i purchase lg washing machine from neelkanth electronics in varanasi (U. P). Your technician was coming for demo & installation on monday he install the washing machine in ground floor but i want to install in first loor when he was coming for installation my wife was alone in house so your technician install washing machine in ground floor and next day i call in your customer care here i talk to miss nency she talk me in very bad manner so i was so scared about your service. She told me for service charge why should i pay service charge for new washing machine. Please take action about my problem & ask your employes why she was tallking like this. I am very valuabel customer of lg brand. Thanks amit motwani.

                It was so long journey resolving service issue of my refrigerator which has proved that one should never extend service contract of the company.

                I had complained for my refrigerator in the mid september.

                Technician has visited on time and checked everything and found malfunctioning of circuit.

                Post 10 days of tecnician visit i got call that spare part not available for the refrigerator model and they asked me to suggest other model since my refrigerator was in the extended warranty.

                It was not expected from the company like lg for non availability of spare.

                Post discussion with area manager sh sumit barve regarding this issue and subsequent replacement offer given by sh. Sumit barve, i have transferred 11390.00 to lg account for replacement refrigerator.

                However till date i have not received replacement product.

                With this mail, i would request you to act on this issue and resolve this matter by today or refund my money and replace spare part.

                  I had purchased a washing machine on 18.06.2017 in the name of s. P. Singh. This machine is not working properly as noise of this machine in so high. I complaint about it at your consumer care 03 time but no solution is provided so far. I am very up set due to non providing of proper solution. I again requested to resolve my problem or change the machine. I also brought to your kind notice that i am having 05 equipment of your company i. E refrigerator, 32 and 24 " led tvs, microwave oven and this one washing machine, out of five i am facing the problems in 03 products. Now i am lost the trust on lg company if the above problem will not resolve with in one week and i never purchase or recommend to any one for purchase of l. G product.

                    I the customer of the lg service, ihave purchase lg 32 inch on 15/10/2017 and give call for the installation on 26/10/2017 to install tv. But on the 29/10/2017 morning engineer has first told me he will come on saturday 30th october but on 30th he again told me that now he will come on 31 oct after that some inaprropriate type o[censored]nprofessional language he refused to come for the installation and used slang language from gangtok service center with mobile no [protected]. Now i requestt you to kindly pay the attention and provide the installation facility as soon as possible. I am waiting for your positive on this issue.

                      The lg refrigerator was purchased and gifted a month ago. Within 15 days it stopped working. The lg technician visited twice and said that the compressor and other parts have stopped working. It is a very embarrassing situation that even after choosing lg (Preferring over other brands) such problem has arised within such short period. I have requested to replace the product immediately both to the dealer and comfort service, vapi service centre.
                      Talking to them i am not satisfied with their feedback therefore i raise my concern to you to justify my choice and to overcome this embarrassing situation

                        This is regarding the recent service request that i have placed with lg.

                        The service number is cnp[protected]

                        The request has been completed. One of the parts has been replaced

                        But i have not got any computer generated bill for the same. I am attaching the hand written bills which have been provided for the same.

                        On the first inspection the idea was to change the power board, but on changing the power-board the issue was not resolved. On the second visit it was found that the earlier power-board was working fine. Then it was said that the main pcb needs to be replaced. I found it completely absurd. The new pcb has costed me 4461.

                        The code for the new pcb is ebt60941503. I find it highly overpriced. The latest quote i have says the price for it is only[protected]

                        I have demanded a complete audit of the cost involved for this part. All invoices of procurement and the details. I have requested that this should include all the computer generated invoices from lg india.

                        However lg has till now not provided any documents for the same. It shows signs of wrong doing on their part. Why they are not available to put the receipts in front. Are they busy fabricating the receipts
                        If these invoices are not available then i think lg should be liable for an answer.
                        The consumer should not be charged double for the parts

                          Lg says life is good, i would say my life is hell with lg. I have an issue with my lg double door refrigerator and my refrigerator does not start. Filed a complaint on september 4th 2017 and today is 30th of october 2017 and i have no solution from lg service team. They are one of the most pathetic, unprofessional bunch of fools i have seen till date who knows nothing about customer service and business. I have been trying to be good to them, by calling customer care, toll free numbers and asking for help and requesting to solve the problem but not anymore. Please take this complaint as my proof that i am a pissed of lg customer and now whatever step i take against them, it's only them who would be responsible for my action and behaviour. Now let me tell you the way they provide service to their customers. After filing a complaint for the first time on 4th of october 2017, two service guy came to my place after three days. Their face and action told that they knew nothing about what they are doing. After trying for half an hour they told me there is an issue with the pcb and as i still have the warranty, a new pcb will be delivered to me with 2-3 days. Weeks went by no calls nothing from the end of lg service centre. I called them later, they told me they ordered the pcb but due to some unknown reasons the order got cancelled and they are punching the order again and i need to wait for few more days. On asking how many more days, to my shock they have no idea on that. I waited and again no calls came from them, so i called them again after a week from the day of reorder, but in vain. After 3 days i got a call from them saying my pcb has arrived and the service boy is on his way to my home. I rushed home and later came to know that the new pcb they got was faulty and not working and have been asked to wait again with no specific date. I called the toll free number multiple times, they even promised for a call back but never came. I tried to manage various lg service managers number and call them, but they don't respond. And today is 30th october 2017 and i have no solution of my refrigerator.

                          Go for any brand but not lg, if you do, you would put hammer in your own feet. #complaintboard #consumerforum if you really understand my problem, request you to take an action against them.

                          I complained about my ac to lg services as it was making noices so the engineer came and just tested the stabeliser and told that its not working and needs to be replaced and went off . I then bought a new stabeliser worth of Rs. 2700 and post installation it still made the same sound we again compaint and he came again to say the compressor needs

                            The product was delivered to me today morning, i contacted the store and i was told to wait for installation today. I have been in contact with the store the entire day following up about the installation.in the evening i receive a call that installation cannot happen today as my phone was unreachable, this is a complete lie. This is really poor service. I waited the entire day postponing all my plans for the day just for this installation and now they tell me that it can't be done today. This really sucks, i am very unhappy.

                              I am very disappointed with lg product and customer care.

                              I have purchased new led tv from dealer (Ace electronic, gip mall, noida) and raised installation request through lg customer care.
                              When lg technician open the box, i found one corner of ips panel was broken and i reported the same to lg technician, and he reported the same to his, senior (Ajmat ali, contact # [protected]).

                              And ali assured me that led will be replced since i received defected led.
                              Since than i am waiting for resolution and did many follow up with lgservice center, lg dealer and customer care.
                              Yesterday i cam to know that complain has been closed. Now, i m wondering what resolution lg provided to me.

                              Through this email, i would like to highlight the matter to lg and need refund of my paid amoount rupee 20100, which i paid for defective led.


                              One more complain i raised on 12 oct, for which servive center assured me for replacement () which is also pending.
                              I have been asked to pay difference amount rupee 3700, which i paid on 20 oct 2017 and shared transaction id to area manager and he confirmed the payment too.
                              For this issue, lg area manager asked me to wait till coming tuesday (31 oct 2017).

                                We have purchased lg tv a20mn48a s no 703pmgj018247 bill no 3943 dated 15/04/2017. Whithin 15 days of purchase the tv gone out of order and we took it to the service centre of lg maintained by bombay radio house gujarati bazaar sagar. The tv is with them since then. They neither repaired it not replaced though the same is in warranty period. Almost six month gone, they says tomorrow, within 2 days, give us a week etc. Before diwali they again ask for 1 more week. Yet still they are niether repairing nor giving any suitable solution resolution. Last time when my sister in laws visited to enquire about it they told to complain anywhere he could they are not going to resolve it. They possess our tv still. And no resolution.
                                I sincerely request you to look into the matter as we are from village almost 30km from sagar. And perhaps treating us illiterate villagers they think they can befool us, loot us, exploit us. They deprived us of our rights and treated us badly and served the worst way they can. Its my humble request to you sir plz help us to get justice and have our self respect and pride.

                                  I'm writing this to you to bring your kind attention on the problem suffered by me while dealing with lg service center, ahmednagar (Ms).
                                  I brought lg 32 inch tv32lf553a atr (Product sr. No. 504plzu161709) from m/s ahuja electronics, savedi, ahmednagar on 9/6/2015.
                                  Recently on 12/10/2017 back light problem noticed in tv and i approached lg customer care & service engineer from m/s new sai enterprises & electronics visited my home and given estimate of 2500 rs. For repair and collected tv for repair at service center.
                                  On 19/10/17, i took personal follow up for the repair status by visiting service center, that time service engineer said that back light problem has been fixed & he has shown me new problem occured in panel due to their repair work.
                                  Vertical white line of 1 inch width appear at middle of the screen & i have been told to replace panel to solve this new problem.
                                  Since this defect is raised due to their workmanship, i need this is to be fixed immediately at free of cost.
                                  M/s sai enterprises & electronics is not taking responsibility to do so & asking me to pay additional cost of panel. Several times i contacted lg customer case as well mr. Ashwini jaiswal but all of them are asking me to pay for the defect which is arise due to service center mistake.

                                  Presently tv is lying at service center. I was trusted customer of lg and looking at the service level i do not feel proud to use lg product.
                                  Your intervention is requested to resolve issue at the earliest.

                                    Service center is about 1 km from my home.in order to check the complaint, i need to pay rs 300 + tax. I did not understand why i should pay for, to check the complaint. Moreover, i am ready to drop the product in your service center, but they were not accepting. Second, why i should pay tax as i did not get any product from you. If these things are not from the direction of company. Kindly intervene, else we lost interest in lg product anymore. Unfortunately, i am having fridge, a/c from lg and afraid to call your service, if it needs repair. Be little more customer friendly.

                                      My complaint against the above phone is not yet sorted out by lg mobile service centre, lower parel, mumbai. Their mumbai service manager mr prashant patil whom lg mobile customer care asked me to contact has not yet sorted out the issue.

                                      The issue is poor quality of the mother board and very very poor service. The mother board of the this cell phone got damaged immediately after the warranty period of 18 months.

                                      Due to urgency and need of mobile i was forced to pay the repair cost of rs12410 and get delivery of the instrument under protest

                                      Please take up the issue with the company and arrange to get the refund of the cost of mother board.

                                        I got my ac repaired from aducia service siliguri an authorised service centre of lg before diwali. I wanted to get it installed. The service people told me that they wouldn't be able to install the ac before kali puja. I had no issues till then and agreed. It has been more than 10 days and i have been waiting since then to get it installed. At first they said that they would call me soon after kali puja but on the contrary i have been calling them. Every time they have an excuse that they don't have much staffs who can install ac. 10 days is a long time and i think my job should have been done on priority. Moreover they have insulted me a number of times my hanging the phone before i could complete speaking. Lg service centre in siliguri have had a bad name for long. They have the worst set of staffs and don't know how to treat their customers. They always talk in an attitude as if they have been doing a favour. This is unexpected from staffs of such big consumer electronics company. If this is how the service is going to continue i won't prefer lg product nor suggest anyone to buy it
