Hello,
I purchased an lg refrigerator recently and late in december it stopped working. I threw away all of my food, and called lg for assistance. I sent lg a smart diagnosis through my cell phone and they sent out an independent contractor to make the repair. He called me on january 2nd, and came out to do another diagnosis a few days later. He concluded a new circuit board was needed. He said he would order the part and would be back in touch with me. 2 weeks later he arrived and the wrong part had been sent. I was extremely disappointed and he said he would have the correct part shipped asap. This was mid january. Last saturday 1/27 he arrived after i made several calls asking about status. When he arrived he said once again, the wrong part had been shipped. I called lg immediately while he was there and the customer service rep assured me this would be taken care of and i would get a call on monday 1/29. I never got a call and called lg on monday 1/29 and was told there was no record of any type of repair after i gave them my name, address, and phone number. They called the technician who said he was out in the field and couldn't assist. It has been one month and i have not been able to use my refrigerator or freezer which has put a huge burden on myself and my family. I spent a lot of money on this refrigerator, nearly $2, 500 and i am asking one final time for some assistance before taking drastic action.

Howwe can trust on lg

    I am really disappointed with the service lg electronics have offered. My google nexus 5x stopped working because of the boot loop issue on january 29th 2017. I had purchased the phone in the month of may 2016. This is a known problem and is because of the defect in the handset.

    As stated in the article lg is offering full refunds.
    But sadly i was asked to pay 10k for a new motherboard for the same issue. I am not asking for a refund but atleast the charges for replacement of the motherboard should be nominal. This is insane as we are facing the brunt for the defect in the manufacture.

      Agent service fault in refrigerator on 19 the september and we all charges was paid

      Services was not properly completed because today repeat problems
      Lg customer said now again service charges customer pay if you are not pay, we are not repair your refrigerator

      Lg products is so poor and costomer care 3rd class

      No lg products buy

        I am Nishanth and I purchased LG single door refrigerator GL-D201APZY on Jan 28-2018 at porur and it got delivered by yesterday afternoon and the delivery guy told that a person will come for installation on jan 29-2018.

        So we called today and enquired about installtion but your team told that for single door installation is not available.Yesterday while purchasing no one has informed that for single door there won't be any installation support.

        Then we opened and found that one of the legs got bend.I have already raised a complaint via phone.The person who attend my complaint is Mr.Venkadesan.

        So kindly take immediate action on urgent basis

          TV 42lb6500, is purchased on 15th/AUG/2015, just after a week of purchase. The same model is not available in Market. And got the message saying it is old model.

          LG is cheating its customers, in this way.

          And after just 2 years of purchase, vertical lines starts coming while watching the TV all of a sudden.

          Please be informed that, there is no manual intervention / physical or liquid damage on the product.

          After the call to customer care on saturday evening, technician came yesterday and all of sudden says, panel is damaged and it costs 18k for the replacement.

          Is this the condition of LG product reliability and durability ?? How to trust LG products??

          Worst products of LG, simply the technician wants to blame the customer and charge heavily.

          Infuture will never buy any LG products and will never recommend to others.

          Hopeless and feeling annoyed with LG products.

          Unable to escalate the issue in LG website also, it says ( Due To Network Error Query Not Submited server, try again later)

            Ive bought a lg g5 an year back paying 45000 but exactly one year one month the motherboard is fail to power on the display said by your service center kr road bangalore. They are asking me to pay the some of 12500 to replace the motherboard and also i haven't dropped the phone not even once all this is happening because of poor components used in your motherboard
            So please help me replacing the motherboard free of cost because phone is intact except motherboard
            Am been using the lg phones from past few years starring from lg g3 this is the first phone having this problem. Looking for the positive reply from lg.

            If this will not work i'll take this to further.

            Their is no one to reply in LG.
            So bad.
            If they would have taken the customers seriously today lg would have been in different place.
            Please LG help customers by stopping your products.
            So they can save money and buy good products from the companies like Samsung, apple etc.
            You people don't have least curtsy to interact with customers who are suffering after purchasing your products like me.
            I honestly tell samsung is the best of best so far because they hear customers voice and rectify their mistakes.
            I still hold a samsung mobile which is almost 5 years old and am happy it is working perfectly fine.
            Only LG is cheating their customers by giving cheep motherboards installed they'll die exactly after the warranty ends and LG thinks again the same customer will come and purchase your cheep products like G4 and G5.
            I think i've already seen this now a days no one is buying LG G6 even though it is beautiful handset people are scared by lg due to Nexus 5, G4 and G5 bootloop and Motherboard failure issue.

            I taking so much time to tell all this to LG but i know they don't even care for customers.
            Am very much disappointed about LG and i'll never let any one purchase your products in front of my eyes.
            I'll go to purchaser and explain my problem with LG and how your executive Mr. Ciddiga Surendra babu on his mobile number [protected] spoke to me for purchasing LG.

              L. G. Fully auotmatic washing machine get repaired. It is not spinning and water is not draining from the machine. Complaint was lodged cell no. Satheesh, came and repaired the machine with changing of spare parts and charged rs.1450/-. Cash bill no. 179/- isha cool zone, no. 16, s. P. Nagar, t. V. S. Nagar road, kavundampalayam, coimbatore tamilnadu 641030.
              After went off from the house, the above mentioned compliant is continuing and one more compliant was added, water is leaking from the bottom side of the machine. We called many more more times, he did not respond. Cell no.[protected]. He is local technician. I want to get repaired again troulbe free.

                  Hi all,

                  I have purchased lg fridge on june 2014. This is to inform you about our lg refrigerator is in repair. We have launched complaint on 2nd of january 2018. The complaint number is rnp[protected]. Lg have assigned the case to co excel solutions. Till now five visits has happened and they charged around 4000/- but the solution has not been fixed. First person came and said we have to change compressor, second person came and told no need to change compressor, we need to change coil. Third person came and did everything but no cooling in the fridge. Fourth person came and told coil is defective piece. Fifth person came and changed compressor and coil, but it is not cooling.
                  We are behind them since 23 days but no one has solved the issue. They are very careless towards customers and they have their priority customers.
                  Mr. Sunil talwe, team lead of co excel solutions is very missed behaving person and he say his technicians to leave the work and go for another work.
                  We want help from you to solve this issue. We are extremely pissed off with this.
                  Either they should replace the fridge or solve it asap.

                    I have purchased an lg projector in august 2014. I had sent this for device in early 2016 for service due to overheating and shutting down after some time. This projector was returned back to me and again it continues to have the same issue. So i had dropped this off at the service centre in august 2016. I have been calling to the service centre several time and also spoken to mr senthil who is one of the service head or engineer to return back projector. I have also spoken to srinivasan who is the service manager in adambakkam few times. Today they tell me that the projector is missing. Do let me know how you propose to solve this issue.

                      I have been a regular user of lg products and i really respect and like the products which the company produces.
                      In regards to this i purchased a led tv from apollo sales corporation paschim vihar, new delhi. I was repeatedly told by the dealer that this product is a new product in the market and i shall buy this even when i was not convinced to buy it but since we trust the brand lg we bought this product. I belong to a middle class family and spending such a big amount for me is a big deal. Its been an year almost and two days back my tv has stopped working. I am not getting a proper display, the picture is all blurred and white. I have been so tensed since last two days that i am lost as to what to do. Again i cannot spend somewhere around thirty thousand to get this tv repaired. Also when i purchased this product i was told that this product bears an extended warranty but when i called the dealer two days back i was told that this product has no extended warranty on it. This is sheer misguidance and harrasment of the costumer by the dealer. The dealer is representing a brand like lg and this code of conduct is not at all expected. Lg products are expected to be the lifetime products and even your tagline says it all life's good but this is sheer disappointment, just a year and the display is not working. This is something which is not at all expected from lg. I am all lost between the dealer and the company. As a middle class customer i purchase products for judicious use and we spend our hard earned money on a trusted brand like this, but the customer service we get in return is totally unexpected. I am just being harrased and nothing else.
                      I expect a prompt reply and a solution to my problem and i hope lg will come to a customer's expectations.

                        My lg fridge had some problem so i called for a support through toll free number. One of your team member came to resolve the issue. He did not solved the issue and said that he will come on next day and will solve the issue and gave his number [protected]. On next day i received a message from lg regarding feedback. Then suddenly your technician called and asked to forward me that message but he did not came.
                        I saw the message it was with a feedback link when i tried to fill the feedback against him it said feedback already filled. And since that day (16/1/2018) he is not receiving any of my calls.
                        I am feeling a kind of cheated. Your technician filled your feedback himself without resolving my issue.
                        I just request you to take some strict action against him. As he himself fills his feedback form without servicing lg customers.

                            I purchased lg refrigerator from bajaj electronics (Forum sujana mall) hyderabad. It was delivered next day.
                            I got a call from lg installation team, next day gave my address details and explained the route. Nobody has come so far, everytime i call them, they are telling one story or not picking up the phone at all. Refrigerator is of no use even after spending so much amount on it.
                            Installation team is irresponsible.

                              Our refrigerator is not cooling from last one month and have raised a repair couple of times. Every time i raise engineer comes and takes money and didnt do any things. Still we are following up and every time some new person will come and again same repetition but no outcome.
                              First time we loged complaint on 8-dec-17 and till now its not resolved.
                              Worst service of the lg.
                              I recommend everyone not to buy lg products for there cheapest service.

                                On 27/11/2017 we bought a lg microwave model no lg mc 2146 bv / 21 conv /mwo, invoice no bh /1718/so /00896 from great eastern behala.

                                On 05/12/2017 it delivered a broken and disputed oven as confirmed by lg technician jyotirmoy mondal.
                                Lg company confirmed replacement in next 15 days but even after 19 days they were unavailable. Forcefully we had lodge a complaint at customer care and they provided the number of the warehouse manager.

                                On 23/12/2017 we spoke to warehouse manager sanjib seth who confirmed the model that we ordered is unavilable at the warehouse at that moment and they don't know when it is going to come again.
                                After 2days he called me up and asked to go for an alternate model with a higher price for which we didn't agree and asked for the replacement of existing model.

                                On 02/01/2018 their area manager abhishek majumdar calls us up and requests to go for the alternate model with same or higher price. Helplessness of the situation made us agree to the condition and he assured me to suggest few options for alternate model. Even to give this suggestion they again took 2 more days.

                                On 07/01/2018, we confirmed on a alternate model with a higher price, asked them to confirm the booking, provide us the bank account no for the money deposition.

                                But again they all vanished without sharing any information. On 12/01/2018, i again had to call sanjib seth and abhishek majumdar and they said booking will be done next week. Please note they were extending it to 8days to take a simple booking.

                                Again after no contact, i had to whatsapp a gentle reminder to abhishek majumdar on 15/01/2018 for the bank account no and after several messages we received the account no on 17/01/2018, but he didn't confirm the exact extra amount to be submitted. And still now even after poking twice, they are unavailable.

                                It is nearing 2 months and we are still stuck with a broken disputed microwave oven. Neither great eastern nor lg is taking any initiative to resolve the matter.

                                This is sheer unprfessionalism, neglecting and harrasing attitude of the company which we are getting to see. I cannot call them anything but cheaterheads.

                                I strongly request the consumer complaint authority to take some measures regarding this and provide us some justice regarding this matter. We common people have no other way out except to lodge our grievances to the respective authorities. These giants are taking advantages of the helplessness of the common people.
                                Please see to our matter.

                                Nb: i have hard copies, voice recordings, conversation messages and evidences to prove whatever i mentioned above.

                                    Since 8th Sept 2017, have been raising multiple Service Requests at LG Customer Care for the same issue. Issue being lower section of the Refrigerator not cooling. First complaint for this issue was raised on 06/09/2017 (don't have the Complaint No. for it) and latest was raised on 03/01/2018, Complaint No. being RNP[protected]. In between this period, multiple Service Request Calls were logged from my Registered Mobile Number ([protected]).

                                    Multiple Technicians have visited and serviced multiple times, including changing parts, and charged me multiple times for the same issue. It has been over 4.5 months now but the issue still exists. Multiple escalations to LG Team have been made but still they have not been able to resolve the issue. They keep coming back with different reasons but end result is that my Refrigerator has now become non-functional, mostly due to lack of proper expertise from LG Team in timely identifying the issue and resolving it.

                                    My product is only 6.5 years old and had cost me around Rs 45, 000/-. In last 4.5 months, I have already paid around Rs 2000/- to LG Service Center but to no use. I need your assistance in getting a resolution to my problem as emails and calls to LG Team is not helping me any which ways. Either they repair it properly or replace it completely without any additional costs to me.

                                    I am attaching a copy of emails being sent to LG Team (LG_Emails_20180111.pdf). Request your quick action as My Family has had to go through a lot of mental harassment over last 4.5 months due to this. It was and can never be expected from a reputed Organization like LG to treat and dupe it's Customers in this way.

                                      I bought a lg refrigerator model no. Gl-t402ensy. Dnszebn on 17/06/2017. Since, i have bought this refrigerator i am facing issues continuously. I have contacted many times to the dealer and lg company also, but i have not got any response from their side. I have also shared the photos of spoiled vegetable in my new fridge with the grievance team but they never came back. Vegetables are completely getting spoiled in the fridge because of no reason. Please call and speak to me and resolve the matter asap otherwise i will have to take up the issue to the higher authorities.

                                        I submit my mobile to service on lg service centre (Balaji enterprises, 7b, ekdalia road, beside saree kuthir, ground floor, premises of simon day school, gariahat, kolkata 700019) dated 28/08/2017 but till date mobile is not repair and no any phone calls from that service centre. Even i call them continuously no any proper reply from them. On 15/09/2017 got reply from them they will provide d. O to purchase new mobile because mobile was not repair so till date they are not providing d. O.

                                        Please help me and provide me d. O to purchase new mobile (If they repair my old mobile that i will not trust what they repair also my mobile guarantee period is over if any fault found in mobile then they will not repair after receiving mobile phone from them).

                                        I mail to lg customer care continuously but no any response from them.
