I purchased a lg refrigerator model lg ref ff 495l glt542gtmx twilight bk4s of price rs.58941 on dated september 3, 2017 from croma, select city walk, saket, new delhi. This was installed on dated september 10, 2017. After 10 days of installation the said fridge stopped cooling. We informed the people at croma and asked for a replacement. They told us that for the time being lg will get the fridge repaired and will forward the complaint for replacement and the fridge will be replaced within 15 days. Lg people came first, checked the fridge but they could not identify the problem. Again they came a few days later and on their own they opened the back panel and refilled the gas, did welding and said that replacement will be taken care by the service department. After that its been one month since and we have not heard from lg people. Every time we contact them they say that this matter is being processed etc etc, but all to no avail. I am very disappointed by the services of lg. I have been a regular customer of croma select city walk and have been regularly purchasing products from sony, whirlpool, samsung and have never come across such poor service. Refrigerators ought to work for at least 10-15 years without requiring refilling of gas. Here i bought such an expensive fridge and it stopped working within a month of purchase. I want this matter resolved immediately and the fridge properly replaced.

The control panel was replaced on 11.11.17 in the vowen i wawe, 44auto cook . The vowen gives only low heat. Kindly depute your mechanic. I have paid a sum of RS.295+Rs. 1328.00 for the visit and service charges.

    I am in my 1st year using lg phones and they are absolutely horrible.in the past 8 months i have had to replace 2 phones, because of too many problems. Black stops developed on my screen, apps were constantly not working like fb etc.. Phone volume was going in and out on conversations, phone would constantly disconnect a conversation, phone would take random pictures on its own, etc... I constantly clean my phone with safe screen application and rag, i have a screen protector and phone protector.
    I asked for a refund for my second phone and was denied and they only offered to replace phone, where i had to mail it in and be without a phone for 2 weeks. Customer service was no help, because they just read from a manual. Now in 8 months i am on my 3rd phone and its a samsung

      Lg dishwasher is broking down every year for 3 years last time is for oe error code and the company want to repair it with 64kd after 2 times repairing one of them was the same diagnose. It is not an endurance machine here it is making a trouble every year. I have lg all my appliances and there is no proplem with any of them. I'm so upset and disapointed in this dishwasher it's making troubles from its third year and i really gave up with it. I was recomending lg for every one asking for advise. Now i'll stop. Its wasting of money and effort. Is it reasonable to repair the same machine every year. Twice for each proplem??? I have pay nearly half of its original price and if agreed to do it this time it will pass the price. The technician who came said its the pump. The manual is sayind its an error of draining. The repair there is telling its an ac part proplem and should be exchanged. If its burnt like they said is it taking the program and starting it then after 2 minutes gives the error code oe?? I doubt. Please try to deal with this proplem. Thank u

        Hi team,

        We have purchased lg led 32lh517a on 24 nov16; however it has been repaired twice till today.

        So am totally disappointed from your product that i am using, we are getting problem again & again in this product.

        Am not happy with this product, its shows that lg the big brand is not providing high class quality product.

        And now on 24 nov17 my warranty getting expire, so if by any chance my led would again get same fault then i have to pay for it without any reason.

        I have talked to the customer care for the same, but not received any resolution.

        They told me to take amc with 10% discount if tv is in warranty.

        But i would requesting you to please provide me more discount for amc as i am not happy & satisfied from your product quality.

        If you will not provide me me more discount on amc then i will not purchased any lg product in near future.

          The above product developed problems around the start of aug.2017 about 10 months from its purchase. There have been 3-4 complaints and redressals which continued until the start of oct.2017. After that, the tv worked fine for about 3 weeks and is now dead again. I sent an email to the co. On 10th nov. 2017, saying that there seems to be a serious defect with the product (Email rcpt. No. Gcp095913). However, no response has been forthcoming and i sent a follow up email on 17th nov.2017 (Email rcpt. No. Gcp098871).

            We bought a 28l microwave oven (Model no. Mc-2886brum) on 17-oct-2017 from great eastern, kasba, kolkata vide invoice no. Rd/1718/sa/03497. The total price of the oven was paid upfront by credit card and no emi facility was availed. It was delivered to us only on 30-oct-2017 but without the start-up kit. On inquiring with the delivery personnel, was informed that it will be handed over the counter at great eastern. On visiting the outlet the same day, i was told that there is an ongoing audit at their premises hence they cannot "entertain customers". Their store was shut till 09-nov-17. On the 10th of nov i visited again just to be told there is "no stock" of start-up kit & i should visit the following day. Next day when i visited in the morning, i was told that they have not started any billing for the day hence they cannot handover any free gifts to customers. Ridiculous as it sounded, i tried to reason with them that i was already billed for the product on 17th oct & the start-up kit was supposed to be given along with the oven but they just rudely brushed me off. I visited again on 14th nov and this time they said they cannot give the start-up kit and if i still insist on getting it, i can visit them again in dec'17 and if i am lucky i might get it.

            Now my question is whether a complimentary start-up kit with the model that i bought was just a marketing gimmick by lg electronics just to misguide consumers or is it that their retailers are given the benefit to sell the free products separately by harassing and cheating consumers?? If the product comes with the complimentary start-up kit then how is it not in stock?

            As a consumer i am feeling constantly harassed and cheated by both the company and its dealer. Would request your kind intervention and urgent action.

              Dear sir,

              My two and half year old washing machine is leaking water in middle of the cycle so one complain was raised in last week of june 17. Technicians visited and changed parts many times till september but could not able to repair. They also charged four thousand for this repair.in september, they took washing machine to their service center hyderabad but could not repaired. On 11 th nov they have send back the washing machine in not unassembled condition saying that technician will come and install. Till now nobody has come and installed my washing machine. When i talked to customer care they (Mr john) refused to write complain. Its already 5 months are over and we are forced to wash our cloths by hand and till now our washing machine has not been repaired even after taking repair charge of rs 4000. I am forced to write this letter due to pathetic response of service center and customer care. Lg has provided 10 years warranty on direct drive motor but if washing machine does not get repaired what the warranty is meant for. Please repair and install my washing machine within 3 days or else i am forced to submit my entire details to consumer forum or other higher level. Also, all my complains are getting closed in customer care without my confirmation.

                I bought 2 dvd players and both are the same lg model from meijer and they both are terrible and do not work. They freeze and only play netflix and dvd/blue rays 20% of the time, and to get them to work that 20% i have to unplug it because it freezes about 8 times before it works. I have many lg products that i’ve never had a problem with and enjoy but these are terrible and extremely frustrating. I’d really appreciate it if you guys could resolve this for me. I’m not looking for anything free and would gladly exchange for different models that are also wifi and netflix app equipt. Below is a picture of the tag on the back of the dvd player

                  I have given my nexus 5x at lg service center, ahmedabad, gujarat on 1st november 2017 under name harsh bhatt.
                  They had given me a time of 10 days to get the phone repaired it's now 15 days and still the parts are not delivered at their service center. As far as i know lg has stopped making the parts for 5x and hence they are only delaying in giving a solution on the same. I need to have either my phone back or a new handset as promised by lg on all platforms.

                    Lg is conspiring against its customer base to raise its market share and profit in the following way. It releases some phones at bargain pricing. The firmware is designed to "fail" after a number of restarts preset by lg. When my 5 month old phone "failed" i sent it in. Technician reported "it has a water damage issue and is unrepairable". After an hour of pressure the only proof they would send was a very low resolution picture of the main board with an arrow pointing at a location in the center of the board. It was impossible for my phone to have water damage since it was never away from my person and i was in a super dry summer. I am 70 yrs old and do not swim and store phone carefully at my bedside table. The rude person on phone said the only option i have if to send them $21 if i want my broken phone back. They refused to either connect me to the tech or tell me who he reports to. This is criminal behavior and i am talking to my legal friends as to how to bust these crooked folks. Do not buy lg phones. Any class action lawyers out there please contact me to stop this practice. Dennis

                      We bought fully automatic top load washing machine in february. This machine is hell.. Heater is not working. Machine is not cleaning the cloths. All the time surf spots are there on the cloths. Has raised complaint to the dealer. An engineer came and said there is lesa water pressure and he fiited two external water pipes. I had been using ifb full automatic from last 10 years. There was no water pressure problem with ifb. But engineer could not solve the problem and he fitted two pipes. Using this machine eveeyday is like a punishment for me. I use to wasg the clothes by hand daily because machine doesn't work and unable to clean the dirt. Please take this complaint seriously, otherwise i forced to go the consumer court.

                        I bought lg stylus 2 plus from lot mobiles, kurnool. However mobile was good and i was using it. But on vacation my mobile got dipped in water and i have contacted you for help. Your technical team or someone called me and said me to submit my mobile in service center. We have no service center in our kurnool for mobiles. But still lg people said me to submit mobile in service center named padmaja electrical serice center which is authorised service center for home appliances. Now they took 20 days just to say me pcb is having fault. They had no technical service team to repair my mobile. Before that they have accepted my mobile claiming touch was an issue and asked me to pay for new display. So i paid rs.2500 to get my mobile repaired. They quoted me rs.5200 for new display. Now they said me after repeated complaints pcb is not working. If pcb has to be changed why did they said there was display problem and quoted me 5300 for repair. They just don't have any equipment for repair. They said they don't have any software to repair while those 20 days. They concluded with saying 12000 will be charged for repairing and if not willing i must take my mobile back. I am not ready to pay 12000 for repair and just got my mobile back. They played with my mobile just like toy they don't know how to open the mobile. There were heavy scratches on top of mobile. I am letting you know that i am going to consumer court for handling my mobile in worst ever way as they are not mobile repair technicians. I asked them to send my mobile to hyderabad service center which has equipment to do that repair. They didn't. They destroyed working mobile and now claiming pcb problem. I want you to replace me new mobile for free of cost or pay me money of mobile cost for damaging my mobile with unprofessional technician. Else i will move to consumer court against your company and will promote awareness to people to not buy lg products in social media. Request you to respond as soon as possible.

                            I complained about audio problem in my 1 year 1 month old led tv on 14 oct. The technician visited and said that mother board will need to be replaced. He confirmed the cost from his centre and told it is rs1500. We asked them to take request of replacement and he left. Next day when we checked the status we were told it will be available in three days. Post three days when we called for update we were told that it will be available by 31st oct. When i showed my dissatisfaction to the time it is taking, they asked me to take buy back policy under which i will have to accept a 20% depreciated value for my product and use rest of the amount to buy another lg product. As my product was just 1 year old it was a loss to me to accept around 5k depreciation for a product that can be repaired in 1500 so i decided to wait till 31st oct. On 31st oct as well i did not get any call from lg customer care or service center and when i called to take update they said it will now be available by 6th november. It was very annoying and after long discussions i decided to go for the buy back policy and confirmed the same. After two days when i called to ask for update they said that part can be made available by 12th. Thinking again on the point that why to bear a loss of almost 5k for a repair cost of 1500 (Wherein it is not my fault that they could not arrange for the part), i again waited till 12th. So finally when the technician got product at my place on eleventh to fix he told me that the cost of the product is rs3460 not 1500. It was more than double of the quoted price. Again there were multiple calls and discussions around same to which the only point by lg was that it was a mistake and nothing could happen now. When i told them that i am not comfortable in getting this part fixed for this high price and i better have the buy back policy which i decided earlier they said they will not offer me the policy now as they have arranged for the product. I told them that i had taken the decision of taking buy back before the product was available and that too when the part was quoted at a half price, they just have no further point to it. There straight answer is that they will not get me the buy back option now and i am only left with the option to get the part replaced by paying more than double price that too after wait of one month and all discomfort and inconvenience. Kindly help me get a resolution where i am not in loss for no fault of mine and a trust on the brand.

                                Hi,

                                I would like to register a complain of an on-going fraud going on within your company. I registered a complain of my tv having some issues on 7th of november, 2017. The engineer rahul shrivastava visited my premises and informed me the "panel has gone bad". He also informed us that via company the cost of new panel is rs. 27500, but i can get your tv repaired under rs 10, 000 via my contacts.

                                The tv started working after two days once i changed the socket on my board. I registered a complain for amc the very same day. I called mr. Shrivastava and asked him to perform amc which he was so eager to do after "private contact repair", he informs me no i must go through repair first or else he won't issue amc.

                                After some pressure, mr. Ajay gupta visited me, and he tells me he can perform amc but it will take some time, he keeps telling me to wait 2-3 days more. Today i had a talk with him and sujeet kumar, both inform me that you must first replace the panel before we perform amc.

                                Now please tell me, why should i repair the panel when my tv is working perfectly fine. I can show video proofs, access all settings and features, and it is fine ever since i changed the wall socket.

                                I request one of your seniors to visit my premises and see for self that the set is working absolutely fine, or i can play any requested video on my tv and send you the video footage.

                                I am attaching my video footage of the tv here, so anyone can see that its working fine.

                                  EMI card no-[protected], customer name-R Muthuraman, Mobile No-[protected], we had purchased LG TV(42inch) through Bajaj EMI card on 13/09/2015based on confirmation from bajaj stating that Extended warranty for 2 years after manufacturer warranty expires. Now we are facing problem in TV so we want to use the extended warranty to resolve problem in TV, we are trying to contact customer number but all contact numbers are not in use. Its one of pathetic way of after sales service. Please look in to priority to resolve immediately other wise I will escalate this issue to CEO of bajaj finserv. Expecting your quick response.

Despite several visits by service personnel the issue remains as is. The service guy took pictures of the defective fridge and informed that he would forward those pics to the r&d team. Nothing has been done since then. Never seen such a pathetic service

                                    Thanks for the response LG customer care for attending to and resolving the issue.
                                    I bought a LG Q6 phone from flipkart.Its performance is very bad.The charging is only for 3 to 4 hrs and when using the handset is very hot... I am unsatisfied with the product I had bought.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I am having your semi automatic washing machine 6.2 for the last 6 years. The machine was running in good condition, but from the last 4-5 days there was some noice from the washing tub, for which i lodge a complaint in the customer care on 09.11.2017 at 4.55pm and i was told that the engineer will contact you within 24hrs.. Yesterday afternoon around 12.30pm i receieved a call from your engineer my sanjay kumar, at that time i was at docter's clinic and i asked him to come around 2pm. After returning home at 2.10pm i gave a call to mr sanjay and asked him to come, he replied that i am coming within half an hour. When he did not turn up till 3.30pm 3.340pm i gave him another callat 3.48pm & 3.50pm, then he replied that sir it is too late now and i am at present in gomti nagar, i will be coming tomorrow around 11.00am. Today at 9.36am i msg him to come at 11.00am but he did not come. On calling him at 11.17am & 11.38am he replied to me that he will come after receiving instruction from his office.in the mean time i called again at customer care. At 12.01pm mr sanjay came saw the machine and said that gear box is to be replaced which will cost about rs2500/-. I gave my consent. After some time he told me that he has placed order on mobile to store and he will get the part after 2.00pm, by that time i am going to attend another complaint and will come back with part after 2.00pm as soon as i will get. I called mr sanjay at 3.32pm to enquire, he told that i have not received the part yet and will let you the position within a minute, but alll in waiting. I again called him at 4.16pm then he told that he has not received the part yet as the person concerned is busy in unloading the truck at godown, i asked mr sanjay to give me the contact no. Of the person concerned. I gave a call to mr ravi the person concerned at no.[protected]. He replied the same story that since i have also not received the part from my supervisor how can i deliver to engineer and secondly i am asked to unload the truck at godown so i will not be going today, your job will be done tomorrow. During my two calls at customer care i was not given my complaint no. Nor was sent to me on my mobile. I received the same on my third call at 4.24pm. The number is rnp[protected]. I asked the person at cutomer care to give me the number of another senior official. He gave me the number of some mrs sabia nasreen, but i am sorry to let you know that that from 4.33pm to 5.29pm i gave 15 calls to madam nasreen but she did not responded. Sometime the phone was busy and many times the whole ring went but she did not responded.
                                        Now the question is after this much of my mental torture and phone calls what action you are going to take against your staff and will my job be done, because i am fed up with the incident. Please let me know clearly on my contact no. When my work will be done. If no that too should also be conveyed.

                                        I hava bought 40 inch tv two years back. After two years I am facing 3 problems, 1. Backlight melting, 2. USB not working, 3. Speeker not working. This is really very pathetic. I am not satisfied with the services.
