I have given my lg tv for repairing through custemer service regisration on 3rd or 4th july 2016 and one calling from phone no [protected] and have taken my tv for service. But till today i didnt get my tv back. When i approaching the service center they promised me to deliver the tv on or before 3 pm. At 5 pm today i again aprroached there then they told me that they cant deliver the tv today and behaved very badly. Then i called [protected] so many times and he pickd phone and told me that waite for some time. After one houre i called so many times but he didnt take the phone, i also complaint cusomer care and given a no rna[protected]. Pls do the needful. My phone no [protected]/[protected]

Updated by raju vairavan They took the TV saying that its backlight was damaged. The picture shown above is not the picture of my TV. There was no problem with the sound system or any other part
