Sir,
I had brought the lg ls4600 32 inch tv 2.5 years, vertical line appeared on it, remote too not working, if paying 32000 and interest of 9000, what is the mean of that quality brand, i got heart attack and now jobless, now i am not have money to buy new t.v, i invested in intention of brand will last long, hope u understanding my problem, hope u will resolve it

They had given the Area sales Manager no. I called him, i convince him lot, request to consider as special case and be mercy on me, but that fellow stick with words its not in our hand, pay 18000 and get repair u t.v

Respected Sir,
I brought the lg 32ls4600 2+ years back for 32000, and paid interest of 9000 on it. Now vertical line appearing on the t.v., customer support just telling out of warranty reply,
I am suffering from heart disease and now jobless, only t.v is mean partner to spend time, i invested in lg t.v with only intention it will long last. Been i believed in LG, hoping a positive solution from your end. Sended email to lg customer care, stereo answers, how a branded company can sell the underdevelop techonolgy.
Please sir understand my problem, hoping the best solution from u end.

    Last year in June 2015, i have purchased 2 Mobiles of LG Brand (LG4 & LG3) from Abudhabi, UAE.
    Now both are not working, its main welcome menu got struck. I have contacted my local LG Mobile service center in Thrissur town. They said its Software mistake & its software is from UAE, so you have to contact there only.
    I have checked in You Tube, its showing that same complaints has been seen in lots of LG Mobiles. So its LG Companies software problem. So I am being requesting you that please rectify my problem as soon as possible.

        I bought an LG-LED (LG-LED/42LV3730) from Croma on 25/01/2012. Lan No 4010CD00183735 worth INR 61, 990/-. This year in the month of April, my TV stopped displaying the pictures. I contacted Croma and LG customer service. After a long procedure my TV was picked up and I was told the Panel is not working and the part is not available. The person I am dealing with is Amit Jain Mobile no#[protected] . He offered me a depreciation value of 15%....

        I purchased lg led 32 inches tv in feb 2015 and in july 2016 it's not working.. After only 6 months of end of warranty period. The lg engineer only 'looked' at the tv from out side and mentioned that the main board to be replaced. Now i am charged rs.6000 (Pcb)+575 (Service) to replace this. Looking at the above issues, i agree that its lg strategy to apply such faulty parts so that they can earn regularly from customer by replacing parts.

          I maju verma purchase a lg washing machine on 28.12.2015 model no. P8539r3sm as on dated 27.07.2016 the machine automatically drain water without pressing drain switch. As we immediately we complaint with lg reauthorized dealer for this and they assure us that you have not paid any money to our engineer because your product come under warranty and on dated 29.06.2016 engineer visit the site and charge a rs. 350/- which is unjustified as when your product came under warranty why he charge such amount. Please inquire into matter and redress my complaint as soon as possible on my contact no. [protected].

            I have purchased lg lx6500 3d and just stop showing display as mother board not working. I almost founded all gujarat and rajasthan to find the part but didn't get even dealers are cheating and saying you should buy smart tv of lg coz to poor service. Am surprised and feeling fool to spend rs 90000 on tv. Am following to dealers like anything to repair my tv.

              Dear sir,

              I have bought lg refrigerator model no. Grb652ysp on 03.11.2010 and the serial no.

              008krta00569 from e-zone chennai vide their bill no.[protected]. Its a 559 litres refrigerator which costed me rs.49, 788.00


              I called the customer care number and made a complaint that the door of the refrigerator is not closing properly it is almost hanging on 28.07.2016 complaint number rna[protected] they told me the problem will be attended. On 28.07.16 a technician had come to my house and told that the hinges of the door was broken and it has to be replaced but later he told the door has to be replaced and would check the stock for this model and get back. He later told that door was not available and when i asked what other option i have to get it rectified he told me to sell the refrigerator and buy a new one. I told him to once again enquire with the company if the door was available and to my surprise i later found that he had closed the complaint. The person who visited my house was from m/s techno smart service and charged me rs.287.00 vide their invoice no.2149 dated 28.07.16


              I have then again made a complaint on 01.08.2016 complaint no. Rna[protected] they told me that the technician will attend to the problem next day but no one has turned up.


              As the door of the refrigerator is not closing properly there is continuous beep sound and the refrigerator stopped cooling so everything kept inside is getting spoilt... Like the expensive medicine, vegetables, etc.


              Its the responsibility of the company to provide any kind of spare parts incase of any repair. How can your technician tell me to buy a new refrigerator for just a minor repair of changing the hinges. Do you think people

              Buy such expensive refrigerator every day for sake of such minor repairs.


              Please take this mail as final warning from me. Incase the refrigerator is not repaired within 5 days from the date of this mail then i will file a suit against lg india in consumer court and for which lg india will be responsible for all the cost and consequences.

                I brought an 42inch LED TV of LG on 20.07.2015for an amount of rs 56000/-.
                On 25.07.2016 i noticed a defective in the LED screen which i informed to LG service toll free no (RNA[protected] is the complaint registering no.
                I was called back by the service team from Trivandrum and told me that the repairs cant be done at home and i need to bring the TV to the service center, and i went there.
                They told me the warranty of the TV is expired six days before and the repairs cant be covered under warranty.
                The repair cost is approximately 35000/-rs.
                A TV which is brought for fifty six thousand and use only one year it is not fair for a company like LG to charge me such a huge repair cost.

                  Dear sir, we have purchased two (2) led of lg on dated 23/010/2014 from gera vision lg distributor in yamunanagar haryana. but it gives problem from starting to now.in last 6 months it defected 4-5 times. every time executive gets repair it and after some days it again have technical fault. we have extended warranty of this product that's whys they repair it but after passing warranty days what i do if it give same problem. kindly replace my led or refund my amount to me. my both led are having a same problem.

                    I brought a double door refrigerator (model no. lg b282 sspm sp) from local retailer (bluemoon, changanacherry, kerala) on 18 feb. 2016, because my father is semi paralysed and he need to keep lot of medicines in the cool temperature like insulin.
                    From last 1 month it is not working properly and the persons from customer care (pioneer electronics alappuzha) is coming and repairing and till now it is not ready.
                    Spoiled so many medicines and vegetables which we kept in the fridge.

                    Please tell me how can solve this problem?

                      Here are my hurtful feelings on LG product.
                      I was the big fan of LG product since we are using LG TV (CRT) for 12 Years!!! Better to say a TRUSFULL BRAND TOWARDS CUSTOMER. And we dint even a face a single complain on it. But now we are in the generation of 4G, we thought of going for a LED TV, and we bought also.
                      With so excitement we bought a LG LED 42LB5610 from VIJAY SALES(GHODBUNDER RD, Thane) on 31/12/2014 for 40800/- (BILL details attached below) (CODE:[protected], Order No: 162-GDB12-14SDN 867).
                      Now it has been JUST 1Year 7Months OLD, and we could see a light beam on a display since 2-3 weeks, and it has been keep on increasing day by day, so we complained to VIJAY SALES on 8/12/2016 and very next day your service person visited and observed it. And his Feedback was to change the PANEL which is costing 21000+ /- which is not acceptable and also dint EXPECT FOR a Year after paying 42000+. And also it is out of WARRANTY.
                      I am just Disgraceful and Unhappy. So pleasing you to go for an EXCHANGE OR PLEASE PROVIDE A WARRANTY. I am expecting your Positive Response ASAP. Please do the needful.

                        I have been a loyal customer of LG but the products are awful. They keep requiring repairs. a technician comes, changes a part, bills you heavily, then something else happens. With my microwave, this happened so many times that even the magnetron had to be changed. Thereafter the part for convection was not available and I have to now go in for a new microwave.
                        i used to have an LG washing machine earlier which also threw up numerous complaints requiring heavy expenditure on repairs, including replacement of the control panel twice (expensive). Like a fool I went in for another more expensive LG washing machine. i now have a problem with the start stop switch/ button. So I lodged a complaint with LG. Complaint no RNA[protected] on July 29, 2016.
                        They attended on 30 July 2016 but according to them, this part (PCB/ control panel) is unavailable as the product is 'discontinued'.
                        This is my second such experience. The last time, as mentioned it was with my microwave.
                        Why are you doing this to your customers? Why are you forcing us to buy new products by not providing the service?
                        Does LG want us to stop buying their products?

                        My contact details are already with LG. The complaint no is RNA[protected] pending since last month. I have made unlimited calls to your customer care but there is no action. Only the same old apology. Two Mumbai nos were given for calling but the persons called (nos [protected] and [protected]) just do not pick up. I sent an email to LG but have only got an acknowledgement. There has been no action. I was a loyal LG customer for the last 12 years. This is the 2nd major incident of deficiency of LG's service. I shall not ever buy LG products again.

                          01 no. Washing Machine was purchased vide Invoice NO. 2014-15/161 on dated 29.05.2014 from Green Dust, Ranchi. The details of machine is as below:
                          Name - F1056LDPABWPEIL.
                          Brand Description - LG Washing Machine Front Loading 5.5 Kg.
                          RLC - [protected].
                          • On dated 23.07.2016 a complaint was lodged to LG from LG toll free no. for improper functioning of m/c.
                          • LG service Engineer attended the complaint vide job no. RNA[protected] on dated 2307.2016.
                          • On dated 30.07.2016 the machine was under operation and suddenly got burst from the top side. Drum got sheered and came out from top of the machine.
                          • On dated 30.07.2016 the incidence was informed to LG from LG tool free No.
                          • On 30.07.2016 the same LG Service Engineer who attended on 23.07.2016 attended the problem. Several Photographs of the Washing Machine was taken by him to make aware to his higher management.
                          Matter is being submitted for early compliance & relief.

                            I purchased the mobile in the US on 8th July 2015. It was running fine until yesterday. All of a sudden, the phone started booting and freezing on the LG welcome screen. I have read that this is a hardware issue, wide-spread, and LG has admitted the problem as such and is replacing the handsets, within warranty,
                            The problem is mine is just out of warranty by less than a month and the mobile model is not sold in India. I am along-term LG customer, as I believe in the reliability of LG products. I have 3 of the LG products (Washing m/c, Fridge and Microwave oven) running quite well for more than 5 years now.

                            Can LG please help resolve the issue ASAP? My mobile number is [protected] and I reside in Bengaluru.

                            Either this website is a Fraudulent one or someone in this company is a scamster! I was duped by a person from this company claiming to be a technical representative of LG company. His name is Pushpender, from Najafgarh!!
                            I provided my mobile number on this website, as I saw many people doing the same. How this number got into the hands of this scamster is anybody's guess!! So, either he is an employee of this company OR someone in this company is leaking the details to him OR this website is itself a big FRAUD!
                            This guy made me transfer money from an ATM to his personal account in ICICI Bank, assuring me that this was just a case of creation of dummy transaction to generate Transaction Ids to process a refund! How stupid of me to have fallen for his smooth talk!! I have now registered a police complaint against this guy. But, people PLEASE BEWARE!!

                            This complaint is still not resolved! i got a call from a person claiming to be from lg, by name amit shrivastava. he asked me for details of the product which i sent him, including images of the phone with serial number and the invoice.
                            He asked me for my bank details, supposedly to provide re-fund. i provided him all the necessary information. i have still not heard from him!

                              Dear lg administration,
                              sir this is to bring your acknowledge that i had purchased led on 29/11/2015 from kanpur lg electronics shoppemalhotra mariampur.My total amount of purchase was 92300rs which includes some more appliances of home segments.
                              My issue is this my led screen is not functioning and its panel screen is showing error while opening. Means screen is blank only sound is audible. As your technical person visited and confirmed that it is damage from inside led screen so you have to bear the cost and confirmed that from inside its chemical liquidation is been spread which has damaged full screen thats why display in not coming..
                              But my led is in warranty condition of 1 year from lg and i got additional 1 year warranty card also from shop-owner for better services in future.
                              So i just want to know that its a manufacturing fault in your product and in warranty why i will pay 19854rs/-which was asked from your service engineer and from authorized service center.
                              Need your intervention on this regard.
                              As i am a loyal customer and use only lg products in my full home.

                                I had purchased washing Machine Model no. WM T8018AEEP5. from ACE Electronics Unit no. 225 The Great India Place Mall Sector 38 A Noida 201301 vide invoice no. 2182 dated 15-Nov-2012 for an amount of Rs. 27157.89 excluding 12, 5% VAT and 1.5% additional Tax.
                                After two years, on the telephonic request from LG, I had availed AMC through HLP NO. NH 000443 with effect from 19.11.2014 to 18.11.2015 and subsequently from 19.11.2015 to 18.11.2016 through HLP NO.OC 005643 which is currently active.

                                On my complaint in the first week of June-2016, LG Technician/ Engineer visited and checked for the problem for the Drum rotation/ spinning. The WM was taken to workshop on 14.06.2016 vide challan no. 1852 to resolve the problem. The Machine was returned on 28.06.2016 vide Challan No. 0860. After trial run from LG engineer/ Technician, it was noticed that the machine is leaking water from bottom. This was further attended from your technician vide complaint no. RNA[protected] dated 06.07.2016, complaint no.RNA[protected] dated 20.07.2014, complaint no. RNA[protected] dated 22.07.2016 and complaint no. RNA[protected] dated 26.07.2016 ( as per last complaint message it is in process). However, I am astonished to know that My service complaint has been closed without resolving the problem.

                                In view of above circumstances, I facing lot of problem without Washing Machine for nearly one and half month.
                                Therefore, You are requested to look into the matter seriously and provide urgent solution.

                                  M having lg single door refrigerator from the very first day m having a problem that in freezer there is so much production of ice and due to which the door of freezer is got cracked and i the tray below freezer is also get cracked the door of freezer is been broken and there is too much water dropping frm the freezer nd it got stand in all the utensils kept there i request you to look in to the matter otherwise i have to take an action i burn that refrigerator in some public place rest you know what will happen thank you

                                    I have Called to LG customer care 2 times for repairing of microwave oven, they always give the number of service centre for to know the charges what we need to pay.
                                    I called on that number, But nobody is picking up the call at service centre I have called there so many times.
                                    This is very pathetic response and not expected from this type of brand LG.

                                      This is to complain you about the product which was sold to us by kohinoor electronics, dadar, mumbai.

                                      Refrigerator - lg - gl t542gnsl.

                                      Was sold to us saying that it is convertible fridge, but when yesterday demo person who came told us that freezer when converted will remain as refrigerator for only 5-6 hrs. this fact was hided or purposely not told to us to sell the product.

                                      Secondly, demo person was not efficient in telling the smart diagnosis feature, also was negative about other features.

                                      So we were unhappy about product as well as the demo.

                                      Actually we had gone to buy samsung convertible fridge or side by side door fridge, but we were told that your lg product is also convertible.

                                      So we went ahead with this product.
                                      Not expected from lg, and we are surely unhappy and regretting.

                                      Spoke to miss rohini whose no was given to us by your cc, but she was not answerable and said that you were misguided by salesman and speak to your dealer.
                                      So this is mere harassment to customer.
