Hi I Am Varun Tiwari, i own a LG microwave owen, on 15th april this microwave faced a non heating issue, i was running ok just that it was not heating anything, so i called the lg customer care, its then when my worries started. Technician came and replaced a cable charged me Rs 422.

Less than 2 months later issue arrised again, I Do not use microwave much just for occasional food heating. So on 12th June i found it was not heating, i called customer service again and this technician came and changed cable again and as it was under warranty i was not charged anything. Just a week or 2 later i found it was faulty again, due to my busy schedule i was unable to file complaint then so i filed it on 2nd july, this time technician told me that it is magnatron that is faulty so he replaced it along with the cable and charged me Rs1440. To my utter surprise i fould microwave faulty again just a month later on 8th August i called customer service again this time also the technician said its is faulty magnatron, so he replaced it. It was very surprising to see a major part as magnatron to get faulty so early. Just 2 days later microwave again got faulty and was not heating, again i filed the complaint this time technician told me that, the magnatron is alright but it was the TRANSFORMER that was faulty all along, he told me that sometime it is generating required current and sometimes it is not that is why microwave is heating sometimes and sometimes it is going faulty, He told me the estimated repair would be Rs 2200. To this i totally disagreed and did not approve the repair. I mean this is totally unacceptable that you charged me ~1900 rs for parts and service that was not at all faulty and not required in the first place. I request you to repair my microwave free of cost or refund my above paid amount with a resonable compensation for the harresment caused to me. I would be seeking help from the comsumer forum if my request is not resolved in resonable time.

    I have complain in washing machine, which is i purchased in[protected]. But i not got quality in washing. I registered complain many many time in call center ([protected]) between last two months, but still not got solution. I have complain with quality of washing, i not got quality against my old 12 years old semi auto 'video con' washing machine, not got cleanness in cloth. All cloths are got not properly cleaned, also we used company's suggested washing powder, also used machine setting which suggested by company technician, but still we not got proper clarity and also not got satisfaction. We purchase new product with turbo drum technology, but still we prefaced to do work with our old machine, so which purpose we purchase lg product, i not got satisfaction. And we totally unsatisfied with lg.

      I am very much disappointed with the lg mobile phones . lg phones are good in performance and very much bad in the long run . when passed my 12th grade last year with a good marks i went to buy 1 apple iphone in the local store. the store lg sales staff changed my mind to lg g4 saying about its specifications and also said that it is upgradable new android mash mellow update and guaranteed me that this phone is the best. the most higliting thing about the phone is its camera but the phone is totaly dissappointing because i paid 45000 for this phone in the mont of june in 2016 and the experience i have is terribble. i firstly upgraded my phone to mashmellow in february and the next day i got my phone not working . 45000 worth phone not working soon after an update
      and then later i approached the customer care and they said its mother board got affected its a defect from the company and it has free replacement i guarantee and also extended warrantee and i also asked that what happens if this same problem happens after the repair and it happens the warrante period the person said he can provide me with extended warranty and he said the old data is unrecoverable . i lost all the contacts files and photos and important files from my phone which caused me a huge problem to recover without having any contacts of my friends and my family members . my phone got repaired it was as new again then the next thing started happening some times my networks doesnot work and shows no signal even if i am under a cellphone tower and the main problem is that the phone touch screen now works with out even touching the screen . it shows a malfunction and works as like the phone controlled by the phone itself . tghe phjone some times when opened it open many app automatically and also it makes calls and types on screen . it makes calls automatically and caused me a big trouble and now i have to face all the consequences of this phone . i guaranteed my father that i dont need a new mobile for the next three years and now i am facing a big obstacle after completing my first year. so i request you to find me a better solution for the problem please make sure that you have any other remedy than repairing the same phone or i am planning to move forward with legal assistance and sharing my experience with this phone in the social media. i am waiting for a fast and quick reply from your side.

        Dear Sir,

        We have bought one LED TV ( LG) 32" on 27.05.15 in your show room in Erode Branch.

        That time they told very good sir this month only one + one year warranty, from june 2015 one year warranty only, so you are lucky.

        you have 2 year warranty.

        but now we have one problem, That TV has repaired.

        We have registered the complaint in LG toll free customer care

        one service Engineer had come, ckecked the TV. he said that Pannel board has gone,

        To repair the TV, they need Rs.11, 000/ . We have missed the 2 year warranty card because of shiftting our house one place to another place.

        But bill is in our hand.

        What can We do?

          Lg t.v brought for 30500 and paid interest on it 9000, now vertical line is formed on t.v, lg people want 9000 for panel replacement, i am jobless and having heart and diabaties patient, invested in t.v it will long for year, but at2+ years, panel problem occurred,
          Costly white goods should run without major break down for alteast 5 years,
          Consider these point and my financial conditions hoping a needful help from u end.

            My name is narendra gurjar
            I having problem with my split ac from 1 augast 2016 to present.
            I almost paid total 13, 500 rs for many type of worst reason. The latest reason is that the pcb is not working the ac turn off after 2 mins.
            They said that stabilizer is not working. So i bought new stabilizer but the didnt work at all. After that dat they were not recidving any phone call. Gwalior costumer care numbers were also recieving anyone. Poor service in india

              Info: lg 27mp77hm monitor (Purchase date: 24.8.2015). Still in warranty.
              Details: referring to complaint no. Rna[protected]. Complaint booking date 10.7.2016, the same day technician visited my house and inspected the problem. Till 21.7.2016 my complaint was in pending mode until i had to personally call a lg personnel who later transferred my complaint to lg service center. On 22.7.2016 i was informed that my product will be replaced. After waiting till 8.8.2016 i had to call our area service manager as i did not get the replacement or any news about it. Area manager informed me then that my product is out of stock, i have to take an alternative product instead. I agreed to take that but till today (22.8.2016) i did not get any replacement. Area manager is saying that they can not send the vehicle to bring the product because of rain and mud.
              I want an explanation from lg why my complaint did not get to service center right away and was in pending mode from 10.7.2016 to 21.7.2016 until i called the lg personnel. Also from 22.7.2106 to 8.8.2016 why i did not get informed that my product was not in stock and i had to take alternate product. If they had inform me earlier, my product could have been replaced by now, no "raining and mud" was there then. I have to call personally to different personnel everyday to get my replacement?
              Please inform me as soon as possible with proper explanation why this inconvenience happened and why should i bother this.

                8 months back i had given my mobile for service.As i stay in shillong i had to visit guwahati when called regarding the phone.visited 5 times, wasted money but the phn wasnt repaired.they then said we will replace the phone.waited for months but in the end they said we cant replace as the couriered phone was damaged.Then they said they will refund the amount.waited for long..but as the phone was gifted to me, the bill wasnt in my name.so they asked for an affidavit from sandeep himself.After striving much, sandeep had sent the affidavit in order to recieve the refund.Each time i called up the lg team they said ull get the refund in a week, last week it was said i'll get it in 3 days.and now when i called back the service manager mr.Naik says we wont refund we will replace back the phone.Do u people think we are nuts?After eight months of waiting now u come bck to replacement?.I swear i wont let go, will inform each media regarding this fraud of the lg team.Alas for u all!After waiting for this long u expect me to take back the same phone and sell it back for a drastically reduced price?U know wat..keep the phone, Keep the money.I'll expose ur lies soon enough i assure u.

                  This is regarding an ongoing complaint which has been escalated to vipula shaurey contact no [protected] (Area manager pune location) in which we are anticipating a prompt response.

                  The monitor screen that was malfunctioning and was replaced under warranty by the concerned service provider balaji computers (Hadapsar) was found defective and likely to deteriorate further.

                  I had a detailed conversation and conferencing with the area manager on thursday 18 th august who was advised the issue and sent the screen shot re the issue with the screen by the engineer.

                  I was promised that i will be updated on this, yet have not received a call w. R. T replacement.


                  Let me make clear that in the event of this being a defective part being replaced by the service provider, i am not liable for any repair cost, i will escalate this to the consumer court in due course if prompt action not taken on the same.

                    This is regarding the refrigerator model number gl - m302rpzl. I have been calling lg since a year because of the moisture problem. The representative on cal always asked me to change the temperature settings. Engineer visited our place almost four times. He opened the duct valve and cleaned and placed it back saying that the moisture problem would get over. But the problem remained the same. On 4 august, i again launched the complain. The number being rna[protected]. Mr. Vikash kumar (Mobile no. [protected]). He pulled the vegetable box and broke it. He said he would come back the resolution both the moisture as well as the vegetable box. But later he closed the case without even saying "moisture problem apki sabzi k karan hai, ap sabzi achhi nai kharedte" and he even said that he s not responsible to get the vegetable box replaced.. I again launched the complain with number rna[protected]. The representative visited my place again and said that i need to speak to customer care center for the broken vegetable box. And for the moisture problem he said that the duct box needs to be cleaned. But now they saying that the duct box needs to be changed. They never said this when the refrigerator was in warranty. As soon as the warranty got over they asking me to get the duct box repaired. The customer care center never provides a satisfactory answer. They gave me ruchi yadava's number ([protected]) which is never in range.

                      They charge full service charge without rectifying my tv and refuse to refund my amount without doing anything. They are cheaters and fraud. I have a lg tv and register a call for repair on lg. There service technician came and without doing anything he told me that the he can't make it tv here. He had to take this to service centre. He charge me full service charge despite my objections. He told me differ types of history. He was totally a fraud. His services centre name is people service in new delhi. Is also a fraud service provider. They are cheaters. How can they charge full service repair charge without doing any thing and any repairs

                        I bought a tv model 42lm6690 in mar-2013 and took insurance also res q with reliance digital for 3 years. It is surprising that exactly after the insurance expiry in may, 16, the tv developed a problem. The tv has developed vertical lines and when we contacted the service centre online, i am told that the panel is to be replaced the cost of which is around rs.25, 000/-. I bought the tv for rs.75, 000/- plus insurance for 3 years another rs.15, 000/-. It is a huge financial burden to replace the panel. It seems lg products are also becoming like chinese products which work temporarily for some time and we have to put them in the dust bin. I bought recently lg mobile also thinking that lg products are of high quality and have longer life. Now i have to change my opinion and i would not recommend also in future the products of lg. I am going to highlight this point even to the press and even in reviews. I am sorry to state that such a high cost equipment manufactured by lg electronics get spoiled in such a short span of time like chinese products.

                          I had purchased the wd-12485tp model washing machine on[protected] from girias electronics coimbatore (bill no 1071). last week the machine developed a problem for which i called the helpline on 8/08/16. the complaint was attended by mr. duraipandi (ph.[protected]) who said that the drum is broken and the replacement would cost rs. 6000/-, but then he spoke to his superior and then informed me that this drum is no more produced by the company. after discussion with his superior, he said that the company will provide me a new model and take back the defective machine and give me a discount of 20% on the new machine. i was billed rs. 287.50 for this (tcrno qcoi/5263 dt9/8/16) "inspection". yesterday i recd acall from the lg showroom at singanallur (mr. nithyanand - ph.[protected]) who said that they can give me discount of rs. 500 to 1000 for the old machine as it is only scrap!! your sales manager mr. jayanth (ph.[protected]) and service manager mr. mohan called me on a conference call and ridiculed the fact that your own company engineer had made the suggestion of 20%. when ur service enginr confirmed that the motor and board etc are in good. condn., but the machine could not be serviced due to lack of spares in your company, the machine becomes scrap??!!!
                          1. why did your authorised engineer make an offer if it could not be kept?
                          2. so, if i buy a new model for 38k and you phase it out after 6yrs, it becomes scrap??
                          This is certainly not what i expected from lg whose customer service is supposed to be one of the best.
                          Pl. check, do the needful and give me an acceptable solutionat the earliest.

                            company engineer visitef and observed one of part ucb main( mothetboard) damaged, and lick order of that part, but some days later, told me, that part is not available with company, and as per company rule yr tv goes to replacement of only 15% replace value.It mean i have to loose rs 54000 within 4 year time of ny purchase.
                            Is it justice to custmous, is it not cheating by lg compny, ad they forced customer to purchade new tv within 4 yr by not keeping main part of tv

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have purchased two nos LG Split type AC 1.5 Ton capacity from Dealer FAIR GROWTH MARKETING SRIKAKULAM on dt 19 Jun 2009. Out of two one is working in good condition but other one is found defective since purchased. After two month of purchase the defect has been come out. According to the technician report it was found that fault is due to gas leakage but till today technician has not found out actual fault from where the gas has been leaked out. As I have been served in defence I could not attend all time to such type of defect in AC. Whenever the cooling effect not found in room we are used to call technician and complaint was given to the service centre. So many times complaint has been lodged but every time technician report says the only gas problem i, e no gas is in the system. Actual defect could not detect by the technician, simply refilling the gas in the system and taken money from my family in the sort cut way. If this type of things happen frequently than what will do the poor users.Till now near about Rs.12, 000 has been paid by me only for gas refilling and servicing cost as the actual fault is technician and LG service people. If the machine is OK than it will not be happened as born by me. It seems the machine was initially defective and forcibly it was sold to me. At last today one tech has come and find out that indoor unit cooling coil is found leakage and job sheet has been prepared accordingly. According to the tech cooling coil has to replace and cost of Rs.6000 to be born by me but my question is why I should pay for replace of cooling coil as the same was defect initially and tech not trace out till date. AC cost was Rs.29000 and already paid Rs.12, 000 for manufacturing defect. If the reputed LG co will sell this type of defective product then coy fame will be reverse in the market. Actually the machine was found defect initially at the time of purchase but Dealer and service centre were fully responsible for that instead of LG Co. LG co should take action on those people who are not taken responsibility at the beginning. My earnest request is to do a favour for replacing my faulty Split AC. As a result It is found that either the technician employed are not fully qualified or it was a bad practice to take lightly to the consumer. After passed 7 yrs, now the technician trace out actual defect which was to be sort out very beginning. Now I am completely fed up and expecting from you for justice. Thanking you.

                                This is regarding my lg side by side refrigerator. Model - gr-p247uln of 693 liters.
                                This is aquery regarding complaint no rna[protected] which was registered with lg customer care on 13th june 2016. I had again registered the complaint as per the technician - rna[protected] on july 3rd as he said the fan of the freezer is not working and the order has to be placed. It's been over 2 months and there is no response and when i call the technician/ customer care, i get an answer that the part is not available.
                                I am very unhappy with the service and the response that i am recieving... I would like you to take an action on this as soon as possible.

                                  We have taken lg led tv (Model no 42lb5610) on december 2014. Earlier i have reached customer care during may 2016 and complained about the tv screen is not working. Post that service executive visited the place and stated that tv picture tube has lost and we need to go with new picturetube which would cost around rs.36, 000. We have raised the complaint against lg product basis which lg team has arranged a another service executive and he repaired the tv stating the technical issue inside. How can the initial service executive can judge that tv picture tube got spoiled without doing proper check. What action has taken from lg team regarding the service executive.?? I have not received the reply for the complaint raised initially. Within the 2 months of issue again same problem has arisen and tv screen is not displaying. Please revert for the action taken against executive for false commitment given to the customers and also immediate problem has to be solved by repairing the tv. We trust the lg product and basis which we have choosen lg tv but it is sad that tv got repaired within 1.5yrs. We are using washing machine, owen & a/c which is part of lg but it is sad to see such quality of service for such privilege customers. Please resolve the issue at the earliest either replacing the tv or repairing it.

How can a common man can afford 20 thousand in short span. We are using all LG products at home and it is disappointed to see such quality of product & service. We have insisted many customer to avail LG product but it is pathetic to know problem has arised to person who made good publicity on LG Product.

                                  I could not find any valid response from your LG service Manager Mr Uday Kiran(mobile number [protected]).. From initially i am coordinating with him but he is very much supportive to the service executives and not in position to rectify the actual issue. There was bling mistake from the service executive who has damaged the TV but Mr Uday(mobile number [protected]) puts them back and supports them without listening to the customer concerns.

                                  This is issue which is pending since 1month and initial complaint was filed before 5months back, What is the quality of service provided by the LG even with such escalations. I will definitely highlight the issue with the Consumer court. It is not matter of money it the the problem solving issue who trust the product of LG.

                                  Mr Uday (mobile number [protected]) is good in giving explanations without knowing the actual, because of such vendors LG is loosing the Brand Image.

                                  This is worst service what i can say.. this is 5th day of the complaint but no service executive has visited to home for repair.. i am going to post this in social media for the quality of service LG is offering till date. I am going to post all the screenshots in Social media. i never expected that LG is such a worst part in customer service,
                                  Still issue has not yet rectified... This is the worst service of LG what is offering to the customers.. Initially executive said hat there is technical issue later he says that there is picture tube problem, now he visited and says that there is screen breakage. end of the day they want us to pay from our pocket because of his mistake.. I have taken a order of 15 A/c which is costing around 7lakhs. all the orders will be cancelled now and i will post all these screenshots in social network.
                                  LG guys are cheaters in terms of lg customer care don’t know the issues and intentions to avoid your actual problem by asking nonsense questions. LG Authorised Dealers of Nadiad- Gujarat was very rude with customer. I made complaint against Authorised Dealers Nadiad- Gujarat but lg customer care register complaint for demo of new lg microwave.
                                  This company is worst than hell . I lost Rs. 85000/- by purchasing their 42 inch tv within 4 years. For the last 2 weeks I am without tv. On contacting customer care they visited our place and told that there was problem in the panel for which they charged Rs. 36000. Thay taken charge of Rs 300 for visit also.

                                  I am running everywhere to get it repaired. But nothing . There is no one to listen to our irritation.

                                      I called recently lg customer care to request replacement of my cell lg v10 battery purchased through t-mobile in downtown miami. This battery have serious power draining issues, it drains very fast like in 20 minutes. I explained the rep about the faulty item and even tough i have coverage my petition was denied. I am thinking seriously about changing from cell brand maker (Lg) and phone provider as well. Thanks.

                                        I have already escalated my query on lg's web site. My last acknowledgment number was cn[protected] of dated 31/05/2016 and the problem still not resolved. The condition of my brand new refridgerator is that it has stopped working from last 20 days and i have been unplugged it from power. The local dealer of lg helped me by giving a small refrigerator for temporary use.. But how much he can help me until lg service belongings will not give support to customer. When i was going with lg brand on purchasing time i was not expecting such type of poor service. Policy says if customer is facing problem 3-4 times in first 6 month of purchase lg company will exchange the fridge and i am facing the problem from the time of purchase. Please do the needful...
