Bad experience with LG Product. I purchased LG LED 81cm 32LB530A TV, from croma on 08.11.2014.
day before Yesterday while watching move suddenly picture is gone and only sound left.
I though this could be some problem of loose connection and I tried with re-checking all connection, but did not get the success.
After search on Google "lg led tv no picture just sound" I found this is very common problem for LG LED and so many person faced this issue.
TV is just 1.5 Years old and faced the worst issue.
regretting after putting my hard money on Life Bad product.
Think twice before purchasing LG TV or search on Google "lg led tv no picture just sound"

I also contacted LG Customer care and filed request RNA[protected]. They are asking for 500 Rs + Service Tax and price of any parts replacement, so now I again have to put my money to repair just 1.5 old TV.
Also request is three days old and person not come yet.

    My refrigerator is out of warranty and i called lg customer service for repair. My complain no. Is rna[protected]. My refrigerator was not cooling .

    Below incident happened on 28/aug/2016
    When service boy came for repairing

    1.He told us that only need to replace freezer(I.E.in which ice is created) but after replacing this, he told us that both condensor and compressor also not working properly.

    2. While working he broken attached accessories nearby freezer.Also freezer not installed properly. Please find attached images.

    I doubt he is not experienced technician . So i do not believe that my refrigerator's freezer, condensor and compressor, all are not functioning.

    Resolution : condensor and compressor are ordered by the service agency, so i am waiting for this now.
    Please send another experienced technician as soon as possible because i do not believe the previous technician.

    Do the needful asap.

      I had purchased a Top Loading Fully Automatic LG washing machine in Oct 2014. Few months after my Purchase the machine started vibrating during the wash function. soon i lodged a complaint in call centre, a service was provided, the technician advised to maintain certain water level and reduce quantity of clothes. still the problem was not solved. Infact the vibrations increased to such a level, that the machine literary started dancing around. we have to run and stop the machine midway. we complained 3-4 times, each the technician would would make some adjustment, after few days the problem would start again. now when i asked for replacement of machine, they are telling me that they will have to replace the shock absorber. my warranty on machine, is getting over in October, so i told them that i want the machine to be replaced and not repaired, or else extend my warranty.
      please help me out, Sir, I want replacement, becuase if the problem is not solved even after replacement and warranty is exhausted. i will have to pay for repairs.

        I have purchased refrigerator from lg in feb 2012. Model: gr-b652yspk, year: 2011, type: frost free, gross volume: 559 liters
        Storage volume: 529 liters
        Star rating: five star. There was sound while opening the door hence i made complaint to lg for repair. The model seems have design problem in door due to huge cantilever portion and door metal could not take the load. The lg engineer visited to my house and after checking he has informed me that the sheet metal from bottom hinge got broken. Lg service team informed that door has to be replaced. Later informed that lg stopped manufacturing of this product hence lg can not do anything now and left without attending the problem. My refrigerator remains unattended since last 4 days. I have spoken to area manager, service head of lg mr k s tripathi and he told that he can not do anything and suggested me to either repair locally or have depreciated value of rs 8100 which is not at all acceptable to me. I have written written several mails to lg but no response. Over and above i have received sms from lg that lg has closed my complaint also. "your service request rna[protected] is closed. (Reason : discontinued part) & charge collected rs 0/-, for further assistance call lg on[protected]"
        We trusted lg for end to end solution for life time of product but such lethargic response from lg has put up a big question mark on lg and forcing customer to lodge complaint in consumer court. We, middle class persons buy such costly products once or twice in life time and such response from lg has made our life miserable. Refrigerator is basic requirement in peak summer in our area (Indirapuram, ghaziabad) and my entire family is suffering because of this since last 4 days.

        Hope for quick solution from lg. If this can not be repaired, lg should provide me the new model of my choice and charge me the difference amount considering invoice price of existing product (Not the depreciated value) as i am not responsible for this design defect of lg product.

        No local refrigerator repair vendor is ready to take up this repair work as this is sheet metal work and suggesting to get the door replaced through lg. Sheet metal works vendor stating that he will not be responsible for any dent during transit, repair and performance of the door. For time being and due to no response from team lg, i am forced to get this repair from local sheet metal vendor at the risk and cost of lg.

        Llooking forward your help to get permanent solution from lg.

          My refrigerator is out of warranty and I called LG Customer service for repair. My complain no. is Rna[protected]. My refrigerator is not cooling properly. When service boy came for repairing he told the gas is leaking and for the checking he disconnect the pipe after that he says that the refrigerator is not repair at home it has to send service Centre and transporting charges is taken by us but we not agreed to give charges for transporting when we called customer care they don't give straight answer that the fridge is not repair at home. We don't agreed to repair and he take charges 288rs. And can't connect the pipe. We repair our fridge by local mechanic and they repair it at home in half an hour and for pipe which not connect we have to give extra charge for it. Shame on the LG service.

            Almost a year passed away and lg is doing just nothing. Sir almost every part is changed for display problem and my tv is still not serviceable. The lg asm mr. Naveen singh (Mob-[protected]), mr. Sanjay and mr. Hashim ([protected]) who are looking after this case from long back are not able to reply me anything and the asm has blocked my phone and none of the staff is ready to call or talk. Sir, till now i have paid almost 46000 inr but lot of fake adjustments as you can see in the bills attached and please pay attention on the last attachment (Wa004) which was a total mess, there is no job card number nothing this bill was totally fake, so original was taken by lg staff at the time my tv display changed eight months back. They said if we don't give them back the original they won't hand over my tv. So we kept the xerox as a proof. Sir, lg has collected my tv for repair 6-7 month back. I have paid almost 46000/- inr and my tv is not serviceable. They don't even bother to talk. Please help. This repair process and list of complaints made regarding this is very long. Please help me.

                On 16/08/2016 I lodged the complaint through LG Sumaria sales ghudbunder road thane from which I purchased on 13/04/2016 (bill no. 1604/0166) the fridge model GL-1302RPZL for non cooling . on 17/08/2016, the technician attended but unable to do anything and forwarded the complaint to another technician. After that on 18/08/2016, Mr. Atik technician came and did nothing and again came on 20/08/2016 with another technician and according to him changed the some part but still complaint not resolved and again after calling him he came on 22/03/2016 and 22/08/2016 and according to him filled the gas and changed the compressor but the problem was as it was previously. Now we are making several calls to him he has not attended the complaint. Again yesterday on 26/8/2016 I lodged the complaint at toll free no. and LG Sumaria shop also. Yesterday on 27/08/2016 one technician Mr. Gaurishankar came and went back to talk to Mr. Atik with the reason that he will come today. I regret to say that a famous company is giving service like this and complaint is not resolved so far. If there is a major fault the fridge must have been replaced with new one. I should mention here previously we were having Godrej fridge but qualitywise and servicewise we were having no problem.

                  Dear Sir, I am facing issue with LG support. My 4K ultra HD TV panel has gone bad. I called up LG customer care and they ordered a panel. The panel looked used and not in good condition, . I was told by the technician that it was ordered from Korea and it is brand new. I did not accept it and the technician told me that he would order a new one and get it next day which is today. I called up just now he told that even the newly ordered panel is also not good and they will have to order a new one. On top of this the technician also damaged the HDMI port on my TV. So practically we cannot watch the TV. I am looking for some solution and wanted to escalate this issue to the higher management. Please look into it.

                  It has been two weeks and still haven't received the panel. The person tried 3 times and all the times the panel was of poor finishing and bad quality.
                  On top of that the original panel which was showing only 2 lines has gone bad by LG service engineer. Who is responsible for that? I need to get compensation.

                    I have purchased a LG microwave oven on 15th Aug'16 from Great Eastern at Garia Branch Kol-70084, & it delivered after one week whereas they were committed next day as mentioned on the bill.                       Dear Sir,
                      I have purchased two nos LG Split type AC 1.5 Ton capacity from Dealer FAIR GROWTH MARKETING SRIKAKULAM on dt 19 Jun 2009. Out of two one is working in good condition but other one is found defective since purchased. After two month of purchase the defect has been come out. According to the technician report it was found that fault is due to gas leakage but till today technician has not found out actual fault from where the gas has been leaked out. As I have been served in defence I could not attend all time to such type of defect in AC. Whenever the cooling effect not found in room we are used to call technician and complaint was given to the service centre. So many times complaint has been lodged but every time technician report says the only gas problem i, e no gas is in the system. Actual defect could not detect by the technician, simply refilling the gas in the system and taken money from my family in the sort cut way. If this type of things happen frequently than what will do the poor users.Till now near about Rs.12, 000 has been paid by me only for gas refilling and servicing cost as the actual fault is technician and LG service people. If the machine is OK than it will not be happened as born by me. It seems the machine was initially defective and forcibly it was sold to me. At last today one tech has come and find out that indoor unit cooling coil is found leakage and job sheet has been prepared accordingly. According to the tech cooling coil has to replace and cost of Rs.6000 to be born by me but my question is why I should pay for replace of cooling coil as the same was defect initially and tech not trace out till date. AC cost was Rs.29000 and already paid Rs.12, 000 for manufacturing defect. If the reputed LG co will sell this type of defective product then coy fame will be reverse in the market. Actually the machine was found defect initially at the time of purchase but Dealer and service centre were fully responsible for that instead of LG Co. LG co should take action on those people who are not taken responsibility at the beginning. My earnest request is to do a favour for replacing my faulty Split AC. As a result It is found that either the technician employed are not fully qualified or it was a bad practice to take lightly to the consumer. After passed 7 yrs, now the technician trace out actual defect which was to be sort out very beginning. Now I am completely fed up and expecting from you for justice. Thanking you.

                        LG front load washing machine was given to bareilly service centre for door replacement and door switch replacement.
                        On receiving washing machine found servicing not done and scratch mark on washing machine around door and door switch.
                        Serviceing was done when washing machine was received.
                        Also socket to hold outlet pipe was broken and not replaced even after reminding.

                          i have been purchasing this model from RAJ ELECTRONICECS, Barmunda. time 8pm, date-25.07.2016. your engineer was instaling 27.07.2016 that time shown front body scratch. this matter already discussed with your lg sales person mr.asis. he assured changes front door time taken 15-18 days. but now days he is not responding my phone call. so i call back RAJ ELECRONICS . They talked with Asis . he told refrigerator return to RAJ ELECRONICS then changes front door.my home to RAJ ELECRONICS distance near about 30km. travelling fare min RS1200/. who paid this fare ? please look this matter as possible as. please solve this matter my home place.

                            I have purchased a refrigerator from dlf mall lg store on 24th jul 2016 and product has been delivered on defined address but its working was actually observed on the next day when the items got freezed other than the freezer section in the refrigerator. Issue has been raised and engineer has been visited each time and guided in the wrong way and doesn't pointed out the actual issue and went off by giving some "juggad" suggestion and the issue again repeated on next day each time. Yesterday, a engineer has again visited and correctly pointed out the issue of "non working of thermostat" and require replacement.
                            If such issues has been pointed out earlier then the refrigerator would have replaced/returned during that duration but due to the lack of knowledge/ misguidance of the engineer, all the things have been delayed by no reason resulting in the wasting of power and energy.

                            Being the lg customer from long time, it is really disappointing and require immediate replacement/ return of the product with immediate effect.

                              The product is LG microwave grill wavedom MG-2341BR. This wa a the 3rd time I had to face menu oanrl issue. Complaint no. RNA[protected]. Date mid Apr16 . Engineer visited house diagnosed the problem took service charge and later 2 week gave a call that part is available. Despite several follow up the engineer never turned up. Once he gave reason his sister was not feelibg well and couldn't attend for couple of week. It was fine with me. Its been 4 months now and nobody bothered to attend the service. When I called up today 26aug 16 I was informed to restart the complaint cycle. This is most pathetic service ever encountered ftom a known brand like LG.

                                Bought LG monitor. But it had faulty HDMI port. Contacted LG service center for repair. They told there will be replaement of product. Gave them a copy of bill and pic of serial no. Its more than a week now they are not telling when will i get the replacement. Called customer care about it. They say they don't know about it and service center people also saying they don't know when it will be replaced. They keep giving different numbers to contact with. I want my monitor to be replaced as soon as possible.

                                  Lg showroom in noida cheating & pathetic after sale response

                                  This is to bring our complaint to your notice - we purchased an lg led tv in apr 2015 believing your salesman that there was a 3 year warranty on this model under special offer. Other retailers would have given better price but since this was lg showroom, we had trusted the same. They said warranty card will come along with delivery and also mentioned your bill suffices for any claims.
                                  Warranty card does not arrive with delivery, on asking they said it is out of stock will give once available.in june they give us the warranty card saying first year is regular warranty and this is 2 year extended warranty card.
                                  Thereafter we moved to gurgaon. Last week tv suddenly went blank and on complaining a technician visits and says part available, on showing warranty card he says it says valid for only june purchases. Your call center also says the same and finally gave a number of area sales manager who very bluntly says that even though it is an lg showroom they cannot help me with the cheating that the dealer has done…….
                                  As suggested by your customer care team we went all the way to noida from gurgaon to speak to the lg showroom noida, where i bought the tv from, however the showroom is closed and non operative now!!!
                                  The tv cost is 20 percent of my earning; the repair cost is 20 percent of tv cost. However we are still withholding without television for last entire week because we are fighting for principle. Amount recharged to dth has also gone waste. This mail and visit is final attempt to get repair done and get a mail confirmation for warranty until april 2018 as promised, else we would be forced to see to recourses social media, consumer court and stopping all customers from purchasing at your showroom.
                                  There is a saying in hindi that cheating is wrong and accepting mistreatment is also wrong. I will not let lg to take us for ride.

                                  I recieved this reply on other websites i posted my complaint on 24th August and noone has contacted me from LG yet!!!

                                    Hi I Am Varun Tiwari, i own a LG microwave owen, on 15th april this microwave faced a non heating issue, i was running ok just that it was not heating anything, so i called the lg customer care, its then when my worries started. Technician came and replaced a cable charged me Rs 422.

                                    Less than 2 months later issue arrised again, I Do not use microwave much just for occasional food heating. So on 12th June i found it was not heating, i called customer service again and this technician came and changed cable again and as it was under warranty i was not charged anything. Just a week or 2 later i found it was faulty again, due to my busy schedule i was unable to file complaint then so i filed it on 2nd july, this time technician told me that it is magnatron that is faulty so he replaced it along with the cable and charged me Rs1440. To my utter surprise i fould microwave faulty again just a month later on 8th August i called customer service again this time also the technician said its is faulty magnatron, so he replaced it. It was very surprising to see a major part as magnatron to get faulty so early. Just 2 days later microwave again got faulty and was not heating, again i filed the complaint this time technician told me that, the magnatron is alright but it was the TRANSFORMER that was faulty all along, he told me that sometime it is generating required current and sometimes it is not that is why microwave is heating sometimes and sometimes it is going faulty, He told me the estimated repair would be Rs 2200. To this i totally disagreed and did not approve the repair. I mean this is totally unacceptable that you charged me ~1900 rs for parts and service that was not at all faulty and not required in the first place. I request you to repair my microwave free of cost or refund my above paid amount with a resonable compensation for the harresment caused to me. I would be seeking help from the comsumer forum if my request is not resolved in resonable time.

                                      I have complain in washing machine, which is i purchased in[protected]. But i not got quality in washing. I registered complain many many time in call center ([protected]) between last two months, but still not got solution. I have complain with quality of washing, i not got quality against my old 12 years old semi auto 'video con' washing machine, not got cleanness in cloth. All cloths are got not properly cleaned, also we used company's suggested washing powder, also used machine setting which suggested by company technician, but still we not got proper clarity and also not got satisfaction. We purchase new product with turbo drum technology, but still we prefaced to do work with our old machine, so which purpose we purchase lg product, i not got satisfaction. And we totally unsatisfied with lg.

                                        I am very much disappointed with the lg mobile phones . lg phones are good in performance and very much bad in the long run . when passed my 12th grade last year with a good marks i went to buy 1 apple iphone in the local store. the store lg sales staff changed my mind to lg g4 saying about its specifications and also said that it is upgradable new android mash mellow update and guaranteed me that this phone is the best. the most higliting thing about the phone is its camera but the phone is totaly dissappointing because i paid 45000 for this phone in the mont of june in 2016 and the experience i have is terribble. i firstly upgraded my phone to mashmellow in february and the next day i got my phone not working . 45000 worth phone not working soon after an update
                                        and then later i approached the customer care and they said its mother board got affected its a defect from the company and it has free replacement i guarantee and also extended warrantee and i also asked that what happens if this same problem happens after the repair and it happens the warrante period the person said he can provide me with extended warranty and he said the old data is unrecoverable . i lost all the contacts files and photos and important files from my phone which caused me a huge problem to recover without having any contacts of my friends and my family members . my phone got repaired it was as new again then the next thing started happening some times my networks doesnot work and shows no signal even if i am under a cellphone tower and the main problem is that the phone touch screen now works with out even touching the screen . it shows a malfunction and works as like the phone controlled by the phone itself . tghe phjone some times when opened it open many app automatically and also it makes calls and types on screen . it makes calls automatically and caused me a big trouble and now i have to face all the consequences of this phone . i guaranteed my father that i dont need a new mobile for the next three years and now i am facing a big obstacle after completing my first year. so i request you to find me a better solution for the problem please make sure that you have any other remedy than repairing the same phone or i am planning to move forward with legal assistance and sharing my experience with this phone in the social media. i am waiting for a fast and quick reply from your side.
