I have bought LG home theatre (LHB655) from Sharaf DG in Dubai on 29th Nov 2015. I brought it to India with me. On 23rd Jan 2016, it stopped working and after LG engineer in India came and checked it, he said that the motherboard is faulty. I then got a call from LG HO saying that the part is being ordered from Dubai and will be fixed in 30-45 days. Later on, upon my following up, I was told it was not happening and it will not be replaced. I have been pushed from pillar to post following up so many different people that I have lost count. I was told this part is not available in India and cannot be fixed. Now I am told, since this is out o[censored]AE, it can be fixed but for a cost! Then I was told it will be fixed by 4th March. My system has been sitting at my home without working for 1.5 months now!!! How can LG which calls itself an MNC, work so nationally and not fix your own products no matter what the country.You need to take responsibility of a faulty product. It has not even been 4 months!! Such an expensive system and it is at my home like a decorative paper weight!!! Complaint ID: RNA[protected]

    My phone Nexus 5 got broken all out of a sudden. It switched off by itself and I could not get it on again. Google logo was blinking and that's it. Hard reboot wouldn't start. I contacted LG rep and they advised me to send it to Dynafix in order to repair it under guarantee. After 2 weeks they sent price specification EUR300. It was the price of my phone 2 years (!) ago. They said there was water damage so guarantee wouldn't help. I never dropped my phone into water, neither spilled anything on it. So I really think they made up this reason in order to avoid guarantee coverage. The other 2 solutions that were offered: to receive it back unrepaired for EUR36 or leave it to them (EUR0). One more important thing. Before sending it to Dynafix I brought my phone to a local repair shop around the corner and they said it could be fixed for EUR65. They didn't even mention any water. But I thought it would be much better to repair it with an official dealer... It's a shame that LG cooperates with this shady company and I really regret I followed LG representative's advice. It's been more than a month and I still haven't received my phone back. Dynafix doesn't reply to my e-mails and social media support on LG's Facebook is not being helpful at all. I'm a very dissatisfied customer and I'll never consider buying any LG product in the future unless I get this sorted.

      We bought LG Fridge Model GL-318PNQ5.APGZEBN on 8.11.2013...now we face cooling problem...as per their executive this model is not repairable...so they will refund only 55% and we have to bare 45 %...if not repairable product why they launch in the market...never i see that any company says that their product is not repairable...and their executives are so rood to talk...as per their dialogur...this only a solution...you have to bare 45 %...why we bare...we choose this model???
      Realy very bed experience we get from this company...Even we have to aware others...i[censored] select LG product..first u ask...is it repairable or not...

        Hi,

        I have bought an LED 32 inch TV in Nov 2013, Since then its been a pain . I have already replaced 2 tv slots and now LED Picture pannel is gone. I contacted the customer care . And they said min 15 thousand is required to change the Panel. When asking the cause. He said due to voltage fluctuation. But i am using stablizer. Feels like cheated in a big way. Person Buy a Branded product so that he will not face any problem with the product.
        Will advice not to buy LG LED tvs.

          Damaged product replacement

          I have bought an LG1 ton ac (bsn121be thlg)anwfida s.no:512haujd2310 on 27/2/16 from Girias investments private ltd, Gandhipuram, coimbatore. The installation team found that indoor unit is damaged and need to be replaced. I called and informed the dealer for replacement. Whenever I call I got a false confirmation that the unit will be replaced immediately. I have made many calls and the calls are not responded with same reply. I have asked...

          I upgraded to Lollipop recently and I had a problem where my phone kept automatically restarting. I gave it a day and the next day I wasn't able to turn it on at all! When I put my phone on charge, the automatic restart happened but no luck in powering my device on.

          I gave it to the authorized service center himayatnagar, hyderabad and I was told that the motherboard had crashed and it was due to the lollipop update. I read on various other forums about the exact same issue as well.

          I've been asked to pay Rs.8000 to fix the motherboard problem. I'm wondering why I should shell out so much for absolutely no fault of mine! Unfortunately my phone is not on warranty, but even then I don't think a lollipop update warrants any payment from my side.

          I spoke to Google Nexus 5 customer care and I was asked to revert to KitKat as the standard response given by the service personnel would be "motherboard problem". I'm not entirely sure who to believe. I can't even go on to the bootloader mode on my phone for me to revert to KitKat, I doubt what the service centre would be able to do.

          Has anybody else faced this issue?

            Dear staff,
            I bought a phone whıch ıs lg G4 6 months ago and ıt had startıng loop. I gave ıt to the customer service and they format ıt send back. After that, 2 february ı gave ıt again. It's been nearly a month. Yet, I stıill don't have my phone and they haven't gave me a phone for backup. I couldn't communıcate wıth any staff and general management in Turkey. That's why i'm trying to communicate wıith you. İ'm waıtıng you to solve my problem for maintaining Lg's quality.

                we have purchase a LED tv model no (49UF850T) from khandelwal electronics Akola, on date 20/12/2015. Major problem occur in this product within 15 days.
                considering the cost of this product we want replacement instate of repair because a faults are occur within 15 days.
                we contact to costumer care services. There engineer visited at out site. His opinion is there is major fault occur. Your costumer care surface provider is also unable to co-operate with us.
                considering cost of product and time o[censored]sed we want replacement so please give us reply about that as early as possible.
                we are regular costumer of LG and want to be in future.

                  Since then i have been facing small to major issues with the refrigerator SEVEN times out of which FIVE times cooling issue (fridge stopped working).
                  I had a godrej refrigerator which worked for 20 years nonstop day and night without even a single issue.

                    Dears.
                    Myself Mohan Panchal purchased refrigerator on 23.02.2016. at Maharashtra electronic Vishrantwadi – Pune 15.
                    Tax invoice; VW/15-16/feb086 DATED 23.02.2016.
                    The product has been delivered on 24.02.2015. During installation it has been observed that, the product delivered is not as per the discussion / display shown during the booking also the specification are not matching with the brochure specification received with product. It seems that, sub standard product has been delivered. I.e. A complete rack is missing on the Door .which clearly shows on the product catalogue.
                    This issue has been discussed with the dealer and he referred to your local service team unfortunately the local team is not supporting. It is to our surprise today they have not ready attending the call.
                    My Sincerer Request to address the issue and arrange to deliver the right product at the earliest.

                        have an open ticket sonce Jan. 21 and till date no final status of my machine which was taken by your team. First they changed a part they claim that itis the cause of issue while they found out it is not after 5 minutes. They don't evenknow how to diagnose . I have no washing machine since 35 days for a family of 5 members and I cannot take it anymore. I have escalate the issue to your supervisor and he kept in giving me promises and now he is not even answer my massages. Is this the way LG building loyalty to the client. I had the chance to go for Samsung but I was told that LG is better especially in service which turned to be lies.                               The Vendor said it as Dual sim+8Gb Internal Memory+4G mobile. But all were wrong. Ignored me.

                                I bought this TV in 2013 but within one year the smog started appearing on the screen which we thought is a signal problem but just after completion of one year it suddenly stopped working. The LG people refused to cover it under warranty and ignored my request that is a manufacturing defect and there branch manager at Chandigarh was very rude in his behavior. They charged me Rs14000/- on repairs . After one year the same problem emerged . I wrote so many mails to there service department and there local office but no one is responding. Now I realise that I made a big mistake by spending money on this substandard product and such a non customer friendly organization. I am still writing mails to them but no one is responding,

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  As you are writing that LG is committed to extend the best possible services to its customer, but from the behavior of service engineers it is not reflecting.
                                  I am a loyal customer of LG and is presently using LG LED TV, AC and Refrigerator.
                                  I purchased the LG refrigerator on 27 December 2015 from Bombay Agencies Indore (M.P. India), but very next day the problems started with the refrigerator and Ice started forming on the items placed on the vegetable box and good started spoiling. I complained about the same with LG and after long follow up and argument the refrigerator got replaced on 13 Jan 2016. But the same problem is persisting with the new refrigerator also and your service engineer is saying that it the product feature and the same is mentioned in manual. But the irony is that the manual is provided after the purchase and this great feature is no where mentioned in the brochure of the product at dealers place.
                                  I know though I am a loyal customer of LG but a small customer like me hardly matters to such a big company. But still I request you to kindly return me my money and take back your refrigerator as I am unable to handle the product with such a great feature.

                                  Pathetic services. Asking for refund after deducting VAT tax. Why should I bear tax if I am not at mistake.
                                  Bought a refrigerator just 4 years back and the AMC under which l have my extended warranty claims l would get just 35 per cent. That too after 2months of followups...my husband is the sole earner in the family, the harrassment we have gone through is far too much..pls we can't afford to pay so much

                                    I have compalint regarding the AC in lg in oct 15, after that they come and fill up the gas in the same which is not required bcoz there is problem of leakage in condenser they have taken charge rs.2300 after 4 months i m getting the pro so i complaint again in CC in LG so the technician came and visit and said there is a problem of gas we will fill it up free and in 2nd days they change the speech to the problem of condenser n u hv to pay 3000 for that and and not giving the reply to the problem and charging wrong money to earn. The same problem is also on before 4 months when i get charge for gas now in 2 nd complain they plan nw ideas to take money and not attending calls and giving reply.pls look into that and resolve the sama as eaiest.

                                      I have a nexus 5x which is having charging issues. I contacted google support and they confirmed there is definitely some hardware issue. I went to LG service center in Marathalli - Bangalore. They checked the device and gave a new charger to try it out there only. however, the new charger also was not improving the charging state. they asked me to visit back and try with a new charging cable which is not in stock. I asked them for a receipt or complaint number or job sheet number, BUT THEY DENIED. I saw 3 other same cases when I was in queue and nobody got a reference number. Is this LG's regular practice of not giving reference number ??
