[Resolved] LG Electronics — TV Smart LED
July 2nd week when TV was in warranty the panel went faulty and Sudeep from LG service center Nadakkavu informed that it needs replacement and he will call when its available
After 2 weeks no response and not answering calls and answered when called with different number. They asked us to wait and made it 1.5months.
He then asked to contact M/S Golden Electronics Ulliyeri and informed they will support and fix the issue as per your address.
M/S Golden Electronics Ulliyeri Nidheesh phone number: [protected] was very rude and informed he will call when panel arrives and then started refusing to take calls
When visited center he informed to bring the TV to the center and after that again delayed and stopped taking calls. It was September 26 when TV was handed over and not fixed until yesterday 25th November 2020
M/S Golden Electronics Ulliyeri Nidheesh is very rude and ignorant and arrogant. He told if you need the product come to the service center or else they will delay again for 2-3 days
We received utter pathetic response from LG electronics even though the product was in warranty. It took 4months to have the TV panel replaced and there was a lot of harassment we faced.
We raised several complaints and received just acknowledgements and no action was taken
