On May 15, 2022, I bought an LG nano cell TV from Reliance Digital in the Forum Fiza Mall in Mangalore. Just over 2.5 months later, the display quit working. I have called LG and Reliance Digital consumer services a number of times and also registered for repair services on the LG Customer Care website. After numerous requests, a technician arrived and informed us that the TV's display needed to be replaced and would take another month to deliver before it could be fixed. Given that the TV is covered by warranty, this is utterly unacceptable. It seems ridiculous that I have to wait about 1.5 months to have it repaired after 2.5 months o[censored]se.
I'm enclosing the purchase invoice and service request screenshots.
Please look into this matter as quickly as feasible.
I'm grateful in advance.

    My washing machine is not working for 1 year, I have talked about it in the complaint but till now there is no answer to it nor does this machine ever wash clothes not properly, when I wash clothes in this machine, it is not by cleaning For this I have to change this machine, please help me and change it

        There is no any response from service centre and complain to bhawna kesar on whatsapp no and also called him but not picked by that side ..engineer take appointment 2 times but attend till ..I called service centre no she says tomorrow attend engineer...such a poor service ...I used all product LG tv freeze ac washing machine but such a poor service provided by your side..I also not recommend to anyone to use lg product..washing machine already disturb but your engineer not skilled to repair washing machine..Paid service taken by you and service provided very poor and also delay..

          I have been waiting for a refund that I was promised by LG for the defective LG refrigerator. The case # is TCC:[protected]. The phone number listed on my claim is[protected]... my email address is [protected]@gmail.com.”
          On October 25, 2020, I purchased an LG Refrigerator # from the Best Buy store in Simi Valley, CA and it was delivered to my home and set up by Best Buy representatives on November 04, 2020. In August 2021, we started having trouble with the cooling and freezing system of the refrigerator.

          After numerous attempts to repair it, LG and the onsite technicians determined that the refrigerator was defective, and I could receive a refund.

          On November 13, 2021, at 06:42 am, I received a text message from the telephone number[protected] that stated “Hi FRANK BUSH this is Kyleigh, from LG Electronics RA Dept. I have received your case for your defective unit. Based on the information provided, LG is offering you a REFUND in the amount of $2868.81 would like to move forward, please respond with the correct spelling of your name, mailing address, and email. Thank you!” I immediately responded that I accept the $2, 868.81 refund and provided the information requested.

          After numerous inquiries to LG, including a few emails sent to the president’s office (so far worthless) I received and telephone call (629.335.5567) from a very polite and helpful LG rep (I was not able to write her name down at that time). I explained the details to her, and she took the time to investigate the matter and try to figure out what the problem was. First, she informed me that the LG records indicated that the claim was canceled due to non-response by the customer... meaning me and that absolutely did not happen… Why would I do that! She also informed me that they had an incorrect email address listed for me and would correct it, this was strange since I received other emails from LG regarding this matter.

          She told me that I would receive the forms to be filled out via email and that it would take until the beginning of the week of March 14, 2022, for them to be sent out. STILL NO EMAIL, DOCS, AND NO REFUND.

          As of this date…… STILL NO EMAIL, NO DOCS, NO RESPONSE, AND NO REFUND!
          I am making one more attempt to resolve this before I move forward with court action.

          I have provided all my personal info to you on numerous occasions. It was listed in the email/complaint you are responding to, including my email address, telephone #, and the LG TCC#.
          I have still not received a response to the complaint I submitted on August 13, 2022.

          Only a response that stated my complaint was being forwarded to India... I don't know why I am in the United States.

              It has been only 3 months and the AC has started having problems It should be à year then we can understand but it's quality is not good. We had taken LG TV and it's display had gone that means lg product are not of good quality..

                My LG fridge stop working on July 23. I have called them every day for the last two weeks to have it repaired. They say someone will be contacting me within 24 hours. Today is Aug 6th and NO ONE has contacted me to repair my fridge.

                Everytime I call Customer service, they tell me the same thing. They do not make notes in their computers that they've talked to the customer. So the next CSA tells me the SAME THING AGAIN.

                NEVER BUY LG APPLIANCES!!! THEY DO NOT SERVICE THEIR PRODUCTS

                  My refrigerator was not working since28th july.i've filed a complaint in customer care and they send a technician.but as per my opinion that technician couldn't understand the problem as he diagnosed the different problem then the other technician came on the day after. Since then they are not replying us and not sending the technician.we've called them frequently as we were facing so much problems because of the refrigerator. Things were stinking.we couldn't hold our breathe in the kitchen . We've been calling them since but there's no satisfacted answer came.

                  Dear Sir,
                  We had received your reply (attached) and being so surprised that you are writing in this letter that i am not allow your technician to check the product, it is totally wrong and falles statement, it is only falls & unacceptable EXCUSE, your two engineer are come at our house and already checked our product, your both engineer who visited at our house are the same person who change your LG AC to Hitachi AC, as we understand there are one or same person who provide services to LG & HITACHI both company in our area.
                  So Request you to make an inquiry for this fall statement, we also request you to send your Company roll engineer who will find the truth.
                  We also inform you that we have already received more than 100 calls about the same matter. We kill 5-10 minut to explain this matter to one person only .
                  We are becoming so annoyed due to your team.
                  you are writing that product is out of warranty but you should aware that we did paid services and you are responsible for your maintenance charges for 90 days altho our AC was not work a week in proper, we are forced to abolished your LG product (By Hitachi) not by choice, life of ac was may more than 10 year you can't say it is over, if your ac cant survive more than 7 year than you should inform the same at time of sales .
                  Hope you will understand our pain which is given by your team and provide us best of effort to resolve our issue ..
                  We also request you to stop your sales point at lucknow till you are able to make customer support .

I had purchased LG 360 Ltr double door Refrigerator in 2015. This was my 2nd freeze. It was working OK till Jun'22 & from Jul'22 it started mal functioning.                     I had purchased LG refrigerator on 03- feb-2021. It is a double door refrigerator and the model number is GL-T372JDS3. I had paid Rs.34, 490/- towards it.
                    Exactly 1 year and 1 month later the refrigerator started to give problems where the refrigerator was not cooling properly. I complained to customer care and then the service engineer checked and replaced the mother board which cost me around Rs. 2500/-. The motherboard came with a warranty of 3 months. Again exactly after 4 months I am encountering the same problem.
                    I have raised a complaint with complaint number RNP[protected]. Again, I have to shell out Rs.2500 which means I am paying Rs 5000 in 1 year.

                    I am totally very disappointed with this product and service. I have spend more than Rs. 34000 for a refrigerator which lasted for only 1year. I cannot even store half liter milk for even a day. Previously I had whirlpool refrigerator which did not give me problems for 10 years. I purchased this refrigerator since I was satisfied with your washing machine and oven. But I regret to tell you that I will not buy any of the LG products from now on and will not recommend it to anyone.

                      I purchased LG Dishwasher from Croma Palladium, lower parel mumbai on 24th July 2022. And the machine was delivered on 27th July 2022. And today is 1st August 2022. From last six days, even after contacting croma and LG the dish washer installation is still not completed. This is second such bad experience with croma, as in 2017 we had purchased TV and Washing MAchine from croma and after 8 days the machine where installed.
                      This is really bad experience, as I have been contacting from 27th July and there is not support given by croma.Now I will not be interested in further buying any equipment from croma.

                        THIS IS THE REFERENCE UNDE WHICH i HAVE MADE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS TO LG CEO email (AS could trace on google search) The complaint in detail is given below:-

                        I complained about non cooling by my Fridge which i had bought by spending huge amount of nearly one lakh. The complaint was lodged some time in April or May about less cooling and the service engineer repaired the same but the cooling was still less so again in June end complained about the same and got RPN[protected] and paid Rs 995.80. problem stii persisted. again complained and got another RPN[protected], still issue not resolved rather got worst. Reported same and got another RPN[protected] on 11 July 22. he told compressor required to be replaced. since than nothing done. Complained to senior got escalation no. VCP[protected] on 20.7.2022 after repeated calls. Cannot figure out why it is taking more than 45days to simply change a compressor. Then I was told it is not in India and is to be imported, so will take time till 28 July 2022. Sir you can understand a working women with children these days cannot wait so long for a fridge to function especially in such bad weather. without fridge it is so hard it is to live as i am throwing fruits and vegetables for almost a month. Who will bear these expenses as everything is so expensive these days. Financial burden falling on me just because LG is not repairing my expensive Fridge. Thereafter when the response was nil and also the Area Service Manager Mr. Krishan Pal, mobile number [protected] stopped picking . Then got my complaint escalated and wrote to CEO got reference as mentioned on top /beginning of this complaint but nothing positive came except assurance and the number of same area manager who is disconnecting phone too. Sir it is my humble request to kindly look into the matter and get the issue resolved today only if possible. As it is really becoming difficult each day. I have kept patience because i believed in LG service . But now i am feeling harassed because i just cannot believe that such a big Company known for excellence worldwide and for its reputation cannot have a compressor to replace in India. They said they will get the part on 28.7.2022 but till date no phone or update received from them. The LG company should be banned to sell products of which they cannot keep spare parts and give solution immediately. It's almost two months of pain and patience. Now the refrigerator should be replaced bcz if it will bnot work after repair too i cannot go through this trauma agin.Sir please resolve my issue and take me out of this pain and agony. i will be obliged.Regards.                           I have purchased LG refrigerator and it's not been complete 1 year, my refrigerator is not cooling. However engineer visited at my place and he told us compressor and functioning chip is not working it will be replace. My complain got registered on 24th July 2022 and it's almost a week and there is no response and no visit to repair our refrigerator, Somehow we got number of that engineer who should have come for repair he told us that parts our refrigerator has arrived and he will be coming for repair in the evening but there was no visit by that engineer. Again we contacted him and he told us that parts of our refrigerator has not arrived it will take 1 more week to come, same day he told us part has arrived and again he is telling us it will take 1 more week. This is not acceptable from LG. We purchased LG product due to it's brand value and this how we are being treated by LG for service support. We bought this expensive refrigerator to keep our expensive medicines and now due to LG lack of equipment and service support we loosing almost medicine costing 5K, all those medicine are for cancer patient. We have been continuously following up on customer care but their is no response from there end.

                          For simple 2 parts LG is taking almost 2 week to arrive their own product. This is very disappointing it is taking too long deliver their own parts. They are not even clear it will take 2 week to arrive it can also take more time to arrive. It doe not make any sense from where it is coming and how it is coming. Very poor service and very poor customer interaction by LG. This was not expected from LG.

                          I have more things to say but I am not able to describe, how we have been treated for service support.

                            I JAYAKAVITHABHARATHI have registered a complaint for my W Machine problem to the service center no ([protected])given by VASANTH & CO (SELLER) 15days before and water is not coming to machine and to be corrected service person said, o corrected two days before and tried the again same problem.27.07.2022 morning again same no I registered a complaint and explained to him 20 days my machine is problem attend as a special case, he also promised. I put leave and waited up to 3 pm and called again and told the emergency he has given one no to contact.I called him he is lifting, and today up to 3 pm i was waiting and called service center with little angry he is replying 500 calls daily coming no need to attend and talking rubbishy. ( half call record attached)and he is telling me complaint to online then only i will send the engineer, i got agitated then why he has not told yesterday to complain online. I am a women professor getting this type of worst conversation means uneducated ladies will do.
                            from 500 calls that fellow wants to bring 50 calls. the worst thing is he is challenging me to go and complain anywhere doesn't matter.

                            all this i have complained to your Dharmapuri office person [protected] he said he will enquire, he is replying leave that matter I will arrange for the service person tomorrow( third day of my complaint). i asked him to leave the service why he has illtreated me he replied to leave that matter. so Vasanth and co don't keep his customer's pride or am your customer and geeting poor treatment from service center means Vasanth & co is getting worst treatment not me.

                                  I purchased an LG OLED55C1PTZ TV on 7/4/2022 from Vasanth and Co. Shollinganallur, Chennai with a merchant cashback offer of Rs 4240.80 rs. I have not received the cashback yet even after 90 days. When we contacted the ICICI bank, we were told they did not receive the cashback from LG. I have tweeted to the official LG Electronics handle and shared the transaction slip but no action

                                    Lg Support is pathetic, in India nagpur my complaint RNP[protected] is not getting resolved... I've registered the complaint on 30th June since then it's not resolved... technician are coming and checking and saying they don't have a part(PCB) and the compressor (in warranty period) which is not working but they're not replacing it...even the area service manager(nagpur) is not supporting and is rude...just stuck with one word we don't have part we can't do anything untill the part comes...and not agreeing to change compressor which is warranty period...worth service of Lg

                                      Address: Kumaraswamy layout

                                      Cooling in double door refrigerator decreases frequently inspite of several complaints. The reason is ice formation starts forming over the frames in the ice cabinet preventing cool sir circulation. Requesting to resolve this common problem before I file a case
