This is regarding the poor performance of my 65" LG Television which I bought few months ago.
After watching for sometime when I switch off the TV, there is some kind of noise at the back of TV and this started within a month of the television purchase. Later contacted LG customer service, technician arrived and said some reason and applied some kind of tape on the back panel of the TV. Even I was not happy at that time as within a very short time of purchase the TV had some repair. The technician said from now-on there wont be any problem.
But, after a month the same sound started again after switching off the TV, which was not expected. And one more thing even while watching Tv, there is some kind of noise in the audio(like double sounds) which started recently.
Even this time reached out customer care, technician arrived and he said that previous time when the technician visited might have not applied the rape properly and now he will do it correctly. And for the double sound he changed he has changed the audio settings, but even that didn't work and double sounds still got to hear.
I haven't got even a single problem previously when I used my Samsung 32" tv which worked for 8 years.
But this LG tv bought for hefty Rs. 110000/- got in vain(waste of money). I definitely need a replacement of the Tv as within a year the Tv has repairs, then how can I use it for coming years as the warranty is for only 1 year, which means I have to pay from my pocket for every repair after warranty has done.
