Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a front loading 6kg LG washing machine in March 2019. Details below -
Store name and Address: Croma, Chennai-BSR Mall-A138 1/609, Old Mahabalipuram Road Okkiyam Thoraipakam, Chennai-600096.
Model no: FHT1006SNW.ABWPEIL
Purchase date: 10th March 2019
Address: BLOCK 6, FLAT E3, RAJPARIS HARMONY, SURYA NAGAR, MEDAVAKKAM, CHENNAI - 600100

When it was initially installed, the LG Technician used double side stickers to stick the legs of the machine to the floor mentioning excess vibration in spinning mode as the reason. After installation, we noticed that the washing machine vibrated a lot though it didn't move around as it was fixed to the ground. After around 8-9 months, the double side stickers started wearing out and the machine started moving all around the room and hit against other cupboards/woodwork. Sometimes, it used to take even a 90 degree turn.

Due to pandemic and lockdown issues, we could not raise complaint to LG India. We finally raised complaint on 28th September 2022 (Complaint no: RNP[protected]. Technician (Avinash from Gowrivakkam, Chennai LG branch) came on the same day and said that it is a manufacturing problem with the gasket which is not loose enough for a hot and cold machine of 1000 rpm. However, we had to pay Rs. 1982/- for replacing the gasket. We are still observing the machine to see if the problem still persists. The technician mentioned that this problem was there in lot of 2018 models and was replaced by LG India for many customers.
My question to LG is why do I need to pay for a manufacturing defect? Calling customer care is also of no use as they say washing machine is out of warranty and they can't waive the cost.

Request you to look into this issue and help with refunding the repair amount for the gasket as this clearly a manufacturing defect.

    I had registered for my LG dishwasher repair service online from my registered mobile. Service engineer B.Satyanaraana called on my reg number and came for service.He said motherboard needs to be changed for which we paid Rs 5925 as we were not having AMC. After installing new motherboard we were still have problem. We were asked to take AMC for which we paid Rs 6280 for which he gave a signed receipt on LG company sheet. Now when we want to avail service the said engineer has disappeared.Head office has said AMC has not been registered. No response from hyderabad service centre.
    Even after repeated requests for service thereis no response. We lost money and time.How can LG company send such irresponsible people for service ? LG company must take note and refund our money back.How can they allow this to happen to customers ? ?? How can we trust this company? WE NEED JUSTICE

    The company sent engineer to check the machine.He in turn has taken the dishwasher to service centre and got it repaired and brought it back free of cost. I thank LG company for solving our problem

          This is regarding the poor performance of my 65" LG Television which I bought few months ago.
          After watching for sometime when I switch off the TV, there is some kind of noise at the back of TV and this started within a month of the television purchase. Later contacted LG customer service, technician arrived and said some reason and applied some kind of tape on the back panel of the TV. Even I was not happy at that time as within a very short time of purchase the TV had some repair. The technician said from now-on there wont be any problem.
          But, after a month the same sound started again after switching off the TV, which was not expected. And one more thing even while watching Tv, there is some kind of noise in the audio(like double sounds) which started recently.
          Even this time reached out customer care, technician arrived and he said that previous time when the technician visited might have not applied the rape properly and now he will do it correctly. And for the double sound he changed he has changed the audio settings, but even that didn't work and double sounds still got to hear.
          I haven't got even a single problem previously when I used my Samsung 32" tv which worked for 8 years.
          But this LG tv bought for hefty Rs. 110000/- got in vain(waste of money). I definitely need a replacement of the Tv as within a year the Tv has repairs, then how can I use it for coming years as the warranty is for only 1 year, which means I have to pay from my pocket for every repair after warranty has done.

          Hi,
          Its been a month since I raised the complaint, but there is no action taken from LG electronics.
          The technical team just calling me and asking me to send the TV to service center on their vehicle, but I don't want my TV to be open to pieces within a year I purchased and in warranty.
          I definitely need a replacement as the TV sold to me was a defect product. I bought a new TV so that it can work for long duration, not that it could get repaired in a short time. If I want to get TV repaired then why would I bring a new 65'' big TV, rather I would purchase an old second hand TV and it could me much cheaper than which I bought this one for Rs 110000/-.
          If you guys won't be able to give good service than why you are promoting your brands, manufacturing cheap quality products and selling them at heavy prices.
          I need a replacement of the TV as I bought it on EMI's and still I need to pay 10 months of EMI before which The TV got problems.

              Dear Sir.
              I have front load washing machine. Model code is F8068NDP & serial no. 209PNZQ7C069. Purchase date was 19 December 2012 . Now my machine is ignition on but start button not working, I had registered a complaint in LG service India portal Ticket number-ccn-[protected]. They send 1 technician. But he said your display PCB not working so give me 400rs for service charge and cant repair only replace he took money after said he went my home but he will come after 3-4 days but he could not came, my service call shown repair cancelled and get message on my mobile part discontinued. my wife call so many times but didn't response after then we re-complain to LG service India ticket number- ccn-[protected]. Your product motor warranty 10 years then why not provide display PCB? your executive told parts not available in future. Now tell me what should i do in such case? Should i go to consumer court? So requesting you to solve my problem fully. Or give my money back. I will purchase some other good brand.

              Similar case happened to me, My LG washing Machine Front Load Touch Panel Start not working so i registered Product at LG The technician Mr. Sheikh came after 3 days and took Rs.413 and didn't provided any Receipt

              when the PCB was pened the Pcb touch is working properly, I noticed There is a moisture in touch panel which needs minor fix up but surprsingly sheikh closed the Pcb and fitted back the panel and was convincing to Replace the part which would cost at 8, 500/

              as soon sheikh left we got a call from unknown claiming from LG that part will cost us 7500/and he asked us to order as it will take time to get the part.

              One more Thing Mr. sheikh came along one more guy and he was preventing us to see the opening of washing machine he was trying best to Obstruct the view so that we cant see

              i didmy best homework and research its just moisture and just needs a little carbon clean and service which will cost just a 100-200bucks

              These LG repair service department are Big cheats and looks a scam going on.

              soon it will be unearthed when similar compalints like yours and mine will match

              I will be filing legal compalint

                I have contacted lg person name shashidhar with mobile no [protected], [protected] from lg authorized service centre o.93, tkn mansion, k h road, bangalore - 560027, opposite ksrtc head office
                he has taken 13000 from me and not resolved my washing machine problem
                he has charged 9000 for pcb display which is just 3000
                on calling he is not picking up my call
                they are generating fake bill and charging heavy amount from customer
                why lg has given license to the kh road lg electronics centre?
                they are chating customer in the name og lg
                because of this incident lg will loose so many customer
                i have attached the bill for refrence
                either i should get my money back from lg guy shasidhar or from lg company
                i have escalated this issue in lg customer care also

                    My LG washing machine model is LG fuzzy logic (wf-t7519pr). Warrenty is expired. My machine was not working so I called service centre and expert inspected my washing machine and He concluded that Drain motor and its connector (Whole wiring) need to be replaced as it was burned. So I asked him to place order for required parts and replace it.

                    So later I came to know from him that Drain motor connector (Whole wiring of washing machine need to replace and connector does not comes seprately) is not available and it is diss-continued by company. So I assume that because of that small part my whole machine is useless. Can you please do something to get that part.

                      I was using the 75SK8000PTA model 75”LED tv..but the panel warranty has finished 5 month back…The we’re small lines on the upper screen which was negligible started 8 months back..but we couldn’t understand that was the start of panel complaint we thought it may due to some voltage variations or some picture clarity difference by the time then it increased and we registered complaint 2 weeks back.when they inspected and told that it was panel complaint that we noted 8 months back. But due ignorance or overconfidence of Lg products in our minds we neglected it 8 months back..we believe that Lg products are more durable and will not get damaged within the warranty period was a misconception..
                      The profit was bought for 2.65 lacks which was a huge amount due to our trust in Lg product…
                      So to change the panel within this short period damage will be a great financial burden for our family…
                      Hence hoping a favourable and positive response from your good office

                        I got 2, 1.5 ton window ACs in 2017...One has gone out of order---totally damaged and the other one needed some parts changing, besides gas filling every alternate year...Fed up with latest LG AC machines...VERY VERY POOR PRODUCTs being sold to the customers these days...why I say this...bcos my LG 1.5 ton window AC bought in 2005...IS still working in absolutely fine condition and without any changing of spare parts...

                          Purchased LG Microwave oven from Reliance Digital, Seasons Mall, Hadapsar, Pune. After installation of the product - the oven never worked. Complained to both Reliance & LG but they both are pointing to each other. I am fed up with their attitude and service. I don't want repair or replacement of product, I need refund of my money.                             This is regarding a complain against a sales person called Enam Alam in Pie showroom HSR layout Bangalore. He sold us HP envy 14 Laptop by giving us false information about the product, For example 1. he said it is 12th Generation but it is actually 11th generation and 2. He said that the laptop will not heat up while working but it actually heats up even though we didn't put it for charge while working. It is very disappointing for us as we got this laptop for 95k and I see Dell Inspiron 16 12th generation laptop for 89k. We could have bought this laptop instead of HP, all this is because of that sales guy Enam Alam who mislead us. I appreciate a response and a solution for it.

                                  Currently I am residing at Godhra last Sunday my lg ac which has been purchased 3 yrs ago stopped working with and error showing ch 10. I lodged a complaint with the service centre and a visit was made by the engineer and I was informed that my fan motor was not working which has to be exchanged. I got a call from the service centre and was asked to share the customer satisfaction code .on a trust I shared it and it has been 5 days but neither they have repaired the ac nor have they visited for repairing … my call is not being responded if they r picking the officials posted their are talking very rudely and using abusive language . Kindly resolve my issue . This is my third experience with them and as usual this is also very bad . On my attempt to visit their office to enquire the matter I was not allowed to enter and they misbehaved with me using abusive language.

                                    My LG refrigerator is 4 years old only and it come up with compressor warranty of 10 years. At the sudden it stop cooling and found that compressor not working.

                                    I reached out to LG customer care for replacement of Compressor on 3rd September and provide request number RNP[protected].

                                    After several follow up with local customer service centre they demanded 8000 rs for replacement of compressor (which is still under warranty for next 5 years).

                                    On the next day, I approached again LG customer care and apprise them about the situation and escalated the matter to Head and CEO with escalation number VCP[protected] on 06.09.22

                                    Now LG customer care not providing any solution even my several followup with their provided numbers.
                                    We are helpless and looking for solution but LG customer care and local team explain and say only that your request is working with concerned tea.m.
                                    So poor service and harassment to aam aadmi.

                                      I got repair service from LG 3 times now, but the issue is not addressed.

                                      Looks like LG and your technicians just want to loot money.

                                      I spent almost 6000 for repairs, but it is not repaired.
