I got 2, 1.5 ton window ACs in 2017...One has gone out of order---totally damaged and the other one needed some parts changing, besides gas filling every alternate year...Fed up with latest LG AC machines...VERY VERY POOR PRODUCTs being sold to the customers these days...why I say this...bcos my LG 1.5 ton window AC bought in 2005...IS still working in absolutely fine condition and without any changing of spare parts...

    Purchased LG Microwave oven from Reliance Digital, Seasons Mall, Hadapsar, Pune. After installation of the product - the oven never worked. Complained to both Reliance & LG but they both are pointing to each other. I am fed up with their attitude and service. I don't want repair or replacement of product, I need refund of my money.       This is regarding a complain against a sales person called Enam Alam in Pie showroom HSR layout Bangalore. He sold us HP envy 14 Laptop by giving us false information about the product, For example 1. he said it is 12th Generation but it is actually 11th generation and 2. He said that the laptop will not heat up while working but it actually heats up even though we didn't put it for charge while working. It is very disappointing for us as we got this laptop for 95k and I see Dell Inspiron 16 12th generation laptop for 89k. We could have bought this laptop instead of HP, all this is because of that sales guy Enam Alam who mislead us. I appreciate a response and a solution for it.

            Currently I am residing at Godhra last Sunday my lg ac which has been purchased 3 yrs ago stopped working with and error showing ch 10. I lodged a complaint with the service centre and a visit was made by the engineer and I was informed that my fan motor was not working which has to be exchanged. I got a call from the service centre and was asked to share the customer satisfaction code .on a trust I shared it and it has been 5 days but neither they have repaired the ac nor have they visited for repairing … my call is not being responded if they r picking the officials posted their are talking very rudely and using abusive language . Kindly resolve my issue . This is my third experience with them and as usual this is also very bad . On my attempt to visit their office to enquire the matter I was not allowed to enter and they misbehaved with me using abusive language.

              My LG refrigerator is 4 years old only and it come up with compressor warranty of 10 years. At the sudden it stop cooling and found that compressor not working.

              I reached out to LG customer care for replacement of Compressor on 3rd September and provide request number RNP[protected].

              After several follow up with local customer service centre they demanded 8000 rs for replacement of compressor (which is still under warranty for next 5 years).

              On the next day, I approached again LG customer care and apprise them about the situation and escalated the matter to Head and CEO with escalation number VCP[protected] on 06.09.22

              Now LG customer care not providing any solution even my several followup with their provided numbers.
              We are helpless and looking for solution but LG customer care and local team explain and say only that your request is working with concerned tea.m.
              So poor service and harassment to aam aadmi.

                I got repair service from LG 3 times now, but the issue is not addressed.

                Looks like LG and your technicians just want to loot money.

                I spent almost 6000 for repairs, but it is not repaired.

                    My LG washing machine stopped working on 16 August 2022. When called on costumer care helpline they said to call the next at working hours. I registered the complaint on 17 August 2022. The technician came to see the washing machine and said that 2 parts are required and when the parts will arrive someone will come and repair the machine. Since then nobody is say when the parts will come or where they have reached. Today is 3 September 2022. I have been calling LG costumer care again and again. They keep on raising the reminder to the service center. On insisting they sometimes provide with contact numbers of service center. I am from SAGAR, MP. The manager of service center does not pick up the phone. When I call the service center they cut the call. & I have 2 more contact numbers of some senior people in LG service center, they do not pick up the call. I have no clue when will the parts arrive & when will my washing machine be repaired...

                      I bought a LG water purifier an ear ago, after an year that they calling everyday to renewal for next year service, after payment they gave us a date for service 25th but they don’t call me no messages, after four days I called the number that provided on the sheet, he gave a another number of TL(+[protected], he said he’ll call you an hour -no response they whole day, then I called again next day to that TL …. He said he’ll provide Today, but no response …. After two days I called today and asked what’s happening, then he replied we have so many customers and wait……..

                        Have been purchasing AMC on a yearly basis and since the last 2 years the engineer who comes to our place doesn't change the candle .

                        Last time when I insisted ( 21st August 2022 ), he changed the internal 4 candles and the last dates that the candles were changed mentioned 8th March.

                        SO the last 19 months we have been having water from the same candle and paying them .

                        when escalated to the LG customer care and the agency servicing our purifier we get some different stories every time when a new person is on call.

                        Need your help to escalate and get my amount back.

                        This is absolutely cheating and taking our health for granted.

                          My Air conditioner was not cooling since a week and then I make a compliant to LG customer care on 18th August 2022 and they have given me the service request no. RNP[protected] . Next day on 19th August 2022 the technician of LG service center visited to my home and checked the ac and found compressor is not working. Then they taken the bill copy from us and told to they will change the compressor within 2-3 days. But Since 22nd of August 2022, I am regularly follow-up with the Customer care no. [protected] but they not providing any information regarding the change of my compressor. Many times I told the LG customer care as without AC my family is facing problem in this summer season but it seems they are taking it casually.

                            I purchased water purifier warranty with AMC number 15578452 on 03rd August 2022, the service person told me they will come in few days to replace the water filters. it has been 20+ days now and i have used WhatsApp to communicate customer care for this, i have used WhatsApp 2-3 times and no one has come to replace the filter. it is ridiculous that i have to ask so many times for a service that i have paid 6 thousand rupees. what is wrong with LG? should i send this feedback in consumer forum and raise a official complaint ?
                            Or reimburse my warranty money and i will buy purifier from other company.

                                  Faced Problem :
                                  a. Replaced Compressor in the year 2018.
                                  b. Again cooling problem raised in July’2022
                                  My complain dt. : 15.07.2022
                                  Your Service Engg. visited on 16.07.2022 – Checked PCB, it was OK. Call continue for Compressor.
                                  Your Service Engg. visited on 23.07.2022 – checked compressor, it was failed, your Engineer told your refrigerator is in no warranty, rusted so we can’t change. Your Area Manager, Branch Manager told it is not repairable (give in scrape) and purchase new one.
                                  My complain continue with LG till today because compressor is in under warranty.
                                  Your Service Engineer again visit after re-approval of compressor on 06.08.2022, he checked every thing again found leakages from 03 places of condenser (one is in joint, second and third also near joint). He told me we can repair only risk of customer. (customer have to pay amount (around Rs. 6 to 7 thousand) for condenser for trial and observation, no guarantee if fail. It means LG playing gambling with customer). Your Area Manager and your technician also told that if we change as per request of customer, they asked in writing from customer that in future raised same cooling problem customer will not claim.
                                  Your Service Engineer again visited on 16.08.2022, (Chargeable basis) today also told that not repairable.
                                  My refrigerator compressor is in under warranty, and if fail under warranty period, customer have a right to get replacement from LG.
                                  It means, LG totally blackmailing to customer and one type of harassment to customer.
                                  Now, I want replacement of whole refrigerator. Kindly revert back.
                                  If your positive response not recd. by me within 2 working days that means you are not interested to give replacement and LG forcing me to lodge complaint in consumer forum.

                                  Recd. phone calls from LG - HO and as per them to resolved issue LG provide B Grade refrigerator but after two days Branch Manager and Service Area Manager refused to provide the same but it will be on at actual chargeable basis. They not provide replacement as well a not to want resolve the issue.

                                    Hello Team

                                    I bought my LG Washer Dryer (FHD1057STB) . S.No :109PNXL00786 on 17/08/2022.
                                    For installation, LG Executive visited my house on 18/08/2022. He opened the sealed packing of the Machine and started doing installation and we have also paid 2948 for 2 yrs warranty extension. But when he opened the packaging, it was observed that there is huge dent on the lower left side of the machine.it was informed to the LG executive but he told us to wait for some time so that he can check for the resolution, But next day he told us that there is no resolution, so we have raised the complaint regarding the same on 19/08/2022. Complaint Number is RNP[protected]. Now its almost 3 days and they told me that we will send the painter to fix the dent.
                                    As a customer, I have spent 70k for this machine which is supposed to be brand new product without any manufacturing defect . I have not paid this much money for a dented piece. This is a manufacturing defect and this solution is not acceptable by me . Kindly replace my machine or refund my money . I want this issue to be addressed on priority basis . I have also not received my extended warranty card even after paying the money in advance. My Money is blocked now and I am getting harrased for now almost 3 days by LG Service for not looking on my issue. They told us to do whatever we want.

                                      Queen size bed purchased on 08/07/2022 was damaged by the technician while installation. It comes under warranty. After many phone calls to customer support and many emails to help desk the issue was not dealt and resolved till date. This is cheating. After spending Rs. 42, 500/- we got a damaged product without any service. We demand earliest response from the company to fix the damage and avoid further complication.

                                        I have purchased a LED LG 43 inch 43 UQ 7500 from amazon on 16 Aug 2022. LG Company has provided in built app Alexa and Goggle Assistant.. However company has not provided the remote which is essential to activate these apps. I have registered an complain with LG vide[protected].
                                        Request intervene to resolve the issue .
