My LG microwave had little issue with its timer and it was randomly stopping during heating hence I registered a complaint with LG (RNP[protected] and one engineer Nikhar Singh came on 13th Nov 22 (Sunday) and told me that the PCB and 2 multi plugs are not working properly and changing them will cost Rs 1800 including service charge however arranging PCB will take around 6-7 days as it is out of stock. I agreed and he left.

Surprising, I got a call from another engineer on Monday (14th Nov 22) by the name Sumit Kohlli who said that parts have got arranged as he wants to come to fix my microwave..he told me that these parts were ordered for some other customer but as they would like to help me first hence he wants to come and repair my microwave. I told him that I will have weekly off on Saturday (19th Nov, 22) hence requested him to come on the same day.

The engineer arrived on 19th Nov 22 and in spite of being aware that he had to replace the PCB and 2 multi plugs came without PCB and said that he is going out to arrange the same from service center. He left to arrange the PCB and after coming back in 45 min he said that the charges will be Rs 2250 through the parts replaced were exactly the same. When I protested for difference in amount as the parts getting replaced were just the same, he offered me a 'special discount' and reduced the overall expenditure to Rs 1875 and I agreed and got the PCB and 2 multi plugs replaced.

Next day when i started the microwave on 20th Nov 22 though the microwave started but the magnetron stopped working and the microwave stopped heating.

Seems a faulty PCB has been installed in my microwave which corrupted the magnetron and now it has stopped heating without any fault of mine.

Seems a fraud as been done to me by putting faulty PCB board which corrupted my magnetron. Please resolve it else I will take it up legally in the court.

I will write on various social media platforms if my genuine complaint is not addressed immediately.

    July 2nd week when TV was in warranty the panel went faulty and Sudeep from LG service center Nadakkavu informed that it needs replacement and he will call when its available
    After 2 weeks no response and not answering calls and answered when called with different number. They asked us to wait and made it 1.5months.
    He then asked to contact M/S Golden Electronics Ulliyeri and informed they will support and fix the issue as per your address.
    M/S Golden Electronics Ulliyeri Nidheesh phone number: [protected] was very rude and informed he will call when panel arrives and then started refusing to take calls
    When visited center he informed to bring the TV to the center and after that again delayed and stopped taking calls. It was September 26 when TV was handed over and not fixed until yesterday 25th November 2020
    M/S Golden Electronics Ulliyeri Nidheesh is very rude and ignorant and arrogant. He told if you need the product come to the service center or else they will delay again for 2-3 days
    We received utter pathetic response from LG electronics even though the product was in warranty. It took 4months to have the TV panel replaced and there was a lot of harassment we faced.
    We raised several complaints and received just acknowledgements and no action was taken

    An employee Rakesh Kumar Yadav working in Dwarka sector 16 and Vasant Vihar Delhi. He is doing fraud with costomers. He stolen stand of Tv and sold it in black market. Also, he picked up TV from home and repaired in private shop and took the more amount. He took 13k to rplace a simple wire. He stolen the origanal part from my new Tv and installed duplicate part. After 4 to 5 days my Tv stopped work and dead then he asked to me that around 30k to 35 k can be charged to repair Tv. I gave 32k then again he repraired my in a private shop. After 3 months, my tv stopped working. A new costomer exacutive told me that your warrenty has been expried because it was repaired in private shop.
    So, i want to ask LG company that are you allowing your employees to do this? If not then how such kind of persion you have.

    LG is meant to make an easy and good life as tough & painful.
    Just a stereotyped response with no sign of the reality of resolution and just a pass of time.
    Is it not a sign of fake resolution of the complaint dated 25.11.22 on Dec 29, 2022, when the Complaint was marked as Resolved when a customer says in last but one para in his complaint on 25.11.22"We received utter pathetic response from LG electronics even though the product was in warranty. It took 4 months to have the TV panel replaced and there was a lot of harassment we faced.?"

          LG water purifier

          We have been contacting LG customer care centre continuously on a daily basis for a month now, for filter change. We have also escalated the matter through Vijay Sales from whom we had bought the water purifier. But we are not getting any response nor the service agent has come to our place for filter change.           Product name : lg w. M f/a front loading 8 kg FHV1408ZWP washing machine.
          Amount paid - rs.40, 300.
          Bill date : 04.07.2022

          Your dealer sales man said if i pay the amount through SBIcredit card i will receive 12.5% cash back after 90 days.

          According i have swiped the card and purchased the product, later 90 days amount has not reflected my account, i have contacted the branch and visited several times and sent the account statement of credit card to dealer but still no proper response.
          Kindly look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.

            Refrigerator

            Have purchased LG IC Smart invertor fridge in 2017.
            In April 2022 it stared troubling us the freezer portion cooling is there. But fridge portion no cooling. This i complaint to LG in april. The technician came seen fault not attended. I paid the service charges. This is valid for three months. After that due to sameproblem exist i called three times technician just coming not attending the fault. Still problem is there.             This is continuing to the earlier compliant - The service provide is used very rude language and finally we asked him to complete the service after checking the exact issue, he denied checking, he said we want t to replace all the parts even though he has not checked the issue properly and not explained the exact issue. After 1 month of delay also he is not guilty of not sending persons and raising his voice on customer. There is no proper service and why customer has to suffer like this. There is no responsibility for individuals.

              We are from a Village called Uyyalavari palli, near PTM, Andhra Pradesh.
              We have raised a complaint against our Refrigerator service issue. They have visited our home & Said Gas to be refilled and collected Rs.1000/- for refilling, after reaching their office, they said, Condenser to replaced & Freezer to be changed, as a village people we don't know what happened inside, we have accepted After 1 week we have accepted to pay Rs.3, 500/- and asked them to close the issue, They said within 1-2 days we will send our team, This is happened in the Month of Sep 23rd, Now after 1 month we are asking, Still they have not send the team also they are saying if you are interested we will refund the money . They are not ready to do the service.

                In, 2012 I bought, a Top Load LG Washer Model No. WT517OHV, with serial No. 211KWGG6U615.

                Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because of the Bleach Dispenser had rusted out; through and through. I am disappointed because this is not do to any abnormal usage, but because of the manufacturing and or defect used to built this machine. The product does not work properly...

                LG WASHING Machine parts are not available any where from where and how to get service .Its just been 4 year to the machine and the machine is not working front panel and motherboard had some issues but we are unable to repair bcoz the parts are not available anywhere

                  As we booked LG 342L GL-T342TPZY-REFLG1165 On 20/10/2022 they promised us that they deliver the product by same day but didn't receive the product even for 2days but we they deliver the damaged product on 21/10/2022 at 8:30pm and they promised us they give a replacement of the product by 22/10/2022 within 1pm but we still didn't received it, the store representative and delivery co-ordinater has given wrong commitment to us and the delivery co-ordinater name Mr Sachin who was lie with us and he co-ordinate our bill to another delivery co-ordinater name Mr.Chethan who is too arrogant and such a worst behaviour with us. We are so disappointed and pissed off on pai international electronics NO.27 RR LAYOUT, NAGADEVANAHALLI, KENGERI RING ROAD BANGALORE. We complete lost the trust on Pai international services such a hopeless service

                    2 days ago, I have purchased LG washing machine and wybro TV in Aruppukottai sathya branch.(staff name: padieswari) she is not know how to handle the customers. This staff is cheating my money. billed one amount and get high amount from my side. I have paid total amount for above mentioned product. But I have received advanced amount paid receipt, next day I asked the staff the way behavior is very worst, nearly 6000 rupees cheated after I saw the bill, I asked the staff why you have do like this, again she telling lie, in that bill tax not mentioned. But clearly mentioned including all (SGST&CGST) taxs in that bill.This staff is cheating customer money, and also delivered washing machine, TV is not delivered after a long struggle i got my products, totally I am disaapointed. Please take the action as soon as possible otherwise your brand name will be damaged. In future I never purchase any product from sathya.you are losing the existing customers like this staff member is working in sathya.

                      My refrigerator is less than a year old, called for LG technician to come, he said the reason for not cooling is physical damage to door, therefore not covered by warranty-this was false information and had no cooling for7 weeks..called technical support supervisor...nothing could be done because technician called engineers at LG and said the reason for not cooling is faulty door...we contacted a technician and he discovered it was an evaporator fan and hinge and gasket were the problems...i am furious about the support team from LG accusing me of physical damage...i need this addressed requesting food loss, technician to be alerted of bad service,

                        I have got worst delivery information response from pai management Vijayawada branch specially mr.Dinesh the manager is literally telling the "cock n bull" stories everytime which the way he is treating, makes the customer deprotomes the company.I request the PAI management to respond immediately to this issue at Vijayawada branch and make the delivery system comfortable

                          I won a gift by scratching a scratch card from lg india. I made the purchase on 31 july 2022 and it's almost 2 months that i have not received the gift. I also raised a complaint to LG india multiple times but they just say they are looking into it and no resolution is provided to me yet.

                            I irfan khan complaint VCP[protected] this is the complaint number had purchased a lg ole tv 65 inch model 65C7 in 2018 July have attached the invoice in the attachment .i have a few queries and i need and answer for the same ive been made to feel like a scapegoat and a victim of racism here.i need an answer to few of my questions here i am not looking for freebies nor i want any service charges to be revoked please answer my queries i am being made to run from pillar to post and nowni strongly feel that i being targeted for being from a minority community please by answering these points i will not disturb Lg india anymore and if i feel the need will go the court of law for justice.



                            1. Lg india has issued a service order for replacing of 65C7T as the powerboards wer faulty and could have cause damage its mentioned on your website a link and a copy of LG India official statement has been given in the attachment you may just state its LG india official statement yes or no



                            If yes why was not my powerboard replaced also as due the powerboard failure my entire tv unit has suffered a short circuit and my tv has suffered damages beyond repair.which could have resulted in fire and loss of human life.



                            2. Is Tata croma your official distributor yes or no and since last 10 days i am writing to you over whats app and various people have contacted me why havent i been given a reoly in th affirmative abouty queries who is mrs anisha shaikh [protected] i was told she is the customer care officer she does not answer her call on the other hand ms asmita parab from Lg she is suppose to be the head of service she sends me an email of quaotation for repairs hilarious and she is rude to another level and when i call back she doesn't reply.



                            3. Is this the way Lg india works whom are we suppose to contact and what are we suppose to believe in official statements or the emails sent by your outsourced service agents as when we show them official statements from LG india they say i cannot comment and they leave the chat or phone call or when they at our door stating sir will get back and vanish and thats it we keep calling amd meassaging and wait . Mrs asmita parab [protected] mobile number mentioned too does not reply to the statement nor does she reply to the calls yes but an immediate quotation was sent for reparing the TV but not to agree or disagree thanks amsita ji Lg has trained you well



                            I shall wait for a week before going the consumer court with the above mentioned evidences as i have been made a victim and i am sorry this is a democracy i shall fight for my rights till the end.



                            Awaiting a reply for the above points .

                            LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            My OLED TV Has Huge Burn in...not a single support team resolving mine, they just always make excuses only.

                            LG India is worst!

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I purchased a front loading 6kg LG washing machine in March 2019. Details below -
                              Store name and Address: Croma, Chennai-BSR Mall-A138 1/609, Old Mahabalipuram Road Okkiyam Thoraipakam, Chennai-600096.
                              Model no: FHT1006SNW.ABWPEIL
                              Purchase date: 10th March 2019
                              Address: BLOCK 6, FLAT E3, RAJPARIS HARMONY, SURYA NAGAR, MEDAVAKKAM, CHENNAI - 600100

                              When it was initially installed, the LG Technician used double side stickers to stick the legs of the machine to the floor mentioning excess vibration in spinning mode as the reason. After installation, we noticed that the washing machine vibrated a lot though it didn't move around as it was fixed to the ground. After around 8-9 months, the double side stickers started wearing out and the machine started moving all around the room and hit against other cupboards/woodwork. Sometimes, it used to take even a 90 degree turn.

                              Due to pandemic and lockdown issues, we could not raise complaint to LG India. We finally raised complaint on 28th September 2022 (Complaint no: RNP[protected]. Technician (Avinash from Gowrivakkam, Chennai LG branch) came on the same day and said that it is a manufacturing problem with the gasket which is not loose enough for a hot and cold machine of 1000 rpm. However, we had to pay Rs. 1982/- for replacing the gasket. We are still observing the machine to see if the problem still persists. The technician mentioned that this problem was there in lot of 2018 models and was replaced by LG India for many customers.
                              My question to LG is why do I need to pay for a manufacturing defect? Calling customer care is also of no use as they say washing machine is out of warranty and they can't waive the cost.

                              Request you to look into this issue and help with refunding the repair amount for the gasket as this clearly a manufacturing defect.
