It has been only 3 months and the AC has started having problems It should be à year then we can understand but it's quality is not good. We had taken LG TV and it's display had gone that means lg product are not of good quality.....

My LG fridge stop working on July 23. I have called them every day for the last two weeks to have it repaired. They say someone will be contacting me within 24 hours. Today is Aug 6th and NO ONE has contacted me to repair my fridge.

I purchased an LG OLED55C1PTZ TV on 7/4/2022 from Vasanth and Co. Shollinganallur, Chennai with a merchant cashback offer of Rs 4240.80 rs. I have not received the cashback yet even after 90 days. When we contacted the ICICI bank, we were told they did not receive the cashback from LG. I have tweeted to the official LG Electronics handle and shared the transaction slip but no action...

Lg Support is pathetic, in India nagpur my complaint RNP[protected] is not getting resolved... I've registered the complaint on 30th June since then it's not resolved... technician are coming and checking and saying they don't have a part(PCB) and the compressor (in warranty period) which is not working but they're not replacing it...even the area service manager(nagpur) is not supporting and is rude...just stuck with one word we don't have...

Cooling in double door refrigerator decreases frequently inspite of several complaints. The reason is ice formation starts forming over the frames in the ice cabinet preventing cool sir circulation. Requesting to resolve this common problem before I file a case...

The frequent problem in the double refrigerator of LG make is the formation of ice over the frame inside the ice cabinet. Hence reduces cooling effect. Because of this iam losing the food stuff which is stored. This is happening frm the date of installation of the refrigerator and so far I spent money, but still the problem is persisting. Hence I request the team to resolve this problem to prevent me to file the case...

I had bought the led in october 2020 and i buy amc(extended warranty) from lg service zone at 31st january 2022 and i paid 12000 rs to manoj kumar phone pay no( [protected]) (screen shot attached) from phone pay no- [protected] utr no[protected]. He said your led warranty is extended. He did not provide any amc document/paper in physical form. He said you will get text msg on your mobile number but still i did not got any amc(extended warranty)...

I a refrigerator from LG and it has been having issues right from the first few months. We have logged numerous complaints with LG and have been requesting LG technicians to replace this fridge while it was in warranty.

No one helped in replacing this defective refrigerator and every time I was told the the repair will fix the issues.
The compressor has been changed at least once. Gas has been changed many many times....
