Sir,
I am having a life insurance policy from LIC of India, Jeevan Plus, sum assured is Rs. 2,50,000/-, and premium term is Rs. 2,500/- per half yearly. I am paying my all premiums within due dates till 06.12.2008, and during June, 09, I tried to pay the renewal premium thru LIC Gate way I received message to try after 30/60 days, and till 02.07.09 I tried to pay thru the LIC Gateway, but receiving the said message, hence I gone to LIC local office alongwith a cheque for Rs. 2,500/-, and LIC informs me that my Policy is fore closed on 10.02.2009, due to lack of insufficient UNITS in my Policy Accouint.
Sir, LIC has not informed me till 03.07.09, that my Policy is for closed view insufficient UNITS in my Policy account.
Sir, how I will come to know on particular date that UNITS is not sufficient, unless LIC informs me. If LIC informed me on 10.02.2009, that my Policy will foreclose if I am not paying the amount then my Policy will be closed. As per Social Justice LIC must inform to the Policy Holder before the foreclose.
Sir, I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and advise LIC suitably and copy to me, enable to pay the renewal premium.
Thanks & Best Regards

Subject: Complaint of serious nature against Sh. M.P.Jain, Senior Divisional Manager, LIC of India, Bikaner.
Sir,
I am agent of LIC since 1995 and my LIC agent no .is 00469-19F.
I am sincerely and hardly working for LIC since 1995.
I have made thousands of LIC policies purely on my behalf and efforts.
I am facing the following serious difficulties since long:
1.The Senior Divisional Manager of LIC of Bikaner division Mr. M.P.Jain is working totally against the interest of LIC of India. He is openly advising & persuading to join & work for private insurance companies after quitting from the agent work of LIC. This reply was given by him to me telephonically, when I contacted him regarding the solution for difficulties faced by me since last 4 years in a LIC policy proposal of a handicapped Girl (Proposal No. 37 19F). This is clearly showing his bad intentions against LIC. Such bad elements should be removed immediately from the responsible post of LIC, otherwise LIC has to suffer due to such fellows sitting on managerial posts and eating the nation's money. LIC agents are the backbone of the LIC and such rude and irresponsible/ anti-LIC behavior of the officers of LIC like Senior Divisional Manager of LIC of Bikaner division Mr. M.P.Jain may really force them to divert towards private insurance companies. This situation shall be very harmful for LIC. Please take strict action against such useless anti-LIC officers, who are eating of LIC and still working against LIC.
2.I have not received the stationary of my club membership since 2005. I have already requested several times to all the concerned officers of the LIC i.e. BM, DM, SDM etc regarding this. But, nobody has arranged the same so far. This is also a serious matter as all the LIC agents should be given the facilities/ stationary as specified by the norms of LIC.
3.LIC policies are still being sent to the policy holders directly by post in spite of the proper submission of authorization letter with the proposal to hand over the policy to the Agent. This is leading to the misplace of the many policies and agents are facing the questions of the proposal/ policy holder.
Kindly take suitable action to save LIC.
Thanks.
Always in the favour of LIC and against the bad elements.
Yours truly:
VIMAL KUMAR BHANSALI
