Dear sir
I have taken a home loan of rs 1390000 /- for lic hfl in feb 2016 in name of my father and mother for a tenure of 9 years. Earlier i was told that my rate of interest (Roi) will be 9.6 % p. A. For first 2 years and there after floating roi as per market. But now after 2 years they are charging me rate of 11.5 % while they are providing loan to other customers at rate of 8.40 %. When i talk to them they told me that i have to pay 14500 /- to convert my roi from 11.5 % to 8.40 % in name of conversion charges. Nobody told or discussed with me about this conversion charges and this is also not mentioned in my sanction letter provided to me. Plz help as early as possible.

      I have purchased a jeevan akshay-vi policy (Purchase price rs 300000/- on 09.08.2017 and i was supposed to get my yly annuity (Rs 21075/-) on 09.08.2018 through my bank account. But unfortunately till date i have not received the amount.
      Kindly look into the matter and oblige.in this context you may please note that my policy is registered with lic kmdo-ii (Branch office 425) and name of the agent is sri subrata som (Code[protected].

        I have purchased a pradhanmantri vaya vandana yojana policy (No.[protected] on 28.08.2017 for rs.300000 and as per policy issued by you i am supposed to get my 1st yly payment on 28.08.2018. But i have not received the same and on enquiry it is learnt that it is not possible to know when the same will be credited to my bank account.in this context it may please be noted that i am 93 years old retired person and kept my hard-earned money with you having confidence on your services.
        Kindly look into the matter and relieved me from my anxieties.

              I was receiving monthly annuity from 24.11 2012 to 24.10.2017 on my jeevan sraksha policy no[protected] dated 24.01.2001 to my sb a/c. But suddenly it is stopped. My bank a/c no remains the same but ifsc code is ioba0000677. My residential address b s bhaskar, 84, aicoboo nagar, 14th main, btm lay out 1st stage, bangalore-560068
              Please look into it.

              Date 10 aug 2018 online payment was done for premium of policy no[protected] has not been credited to this policy till today 12 aug 2018.Already payment has been debited from respective accounts through ref I.d.[protected].
              Till date no confirmation from lic has been given regarding receiving of payment and it's updation to my policy.

                I am g narayana reddy, beneficiary (Nominee) under jeevan aadhar policy[protected] jeevan aadhar benefit paid by69h bo up to 08/2015. Not paid afterwards till now. Lic jajd sczo asked for neft details and adhar for creation of policymastet. We submitted allrequirements to bo aswell as crm dept do visakhapatnam. No response. Kindly settle as early as possible. Iam physically challenged and i can't go to office many times.

                  I registered my lic policies and registeration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/"for cognizant, it shows error that i m not a registered user

                  "it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.
                  Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

                  But i have already registered my policies. Please let me know how to enroll it with employer.

                  Please help me to do the needful

                    I, vikram rawat, have already submitted the nomination letter addressed to the

                    Trustees, officers superannuation fund of ballarpur industries ltd thapar housemy father had advised the trustees regarding nomination more than twice in written.. He had sent his request through trustees. But now lic (P&gs), is not processing my claim which is supported by the trustees saying it has no record of nominee.. I have completed all the formalities. I am attaching both the nominations done by my father. It was the duty of lic to take the nominee details from the trustees at the time of issuing of the aforesaid policy.
                    I am in a private job, and have two haemophilic children to take care of. I cant go to court to get a succession certificate. I request you to kindly settle my claim at the earliest as the trustees are already supporting my claim.
                    I am attaching a letter by lic where it has advised my father to contact the trustees for the superannuation scheme and send his request through them. Since all communication was done through the trustees, my father had informed the trustees regarding nomminating me as the sole beneficiary to this scheme. Hence lic now cant reject these nomination lletters which are addressed to the trustees.
                    Also the document s sent by lic to annuitants has not mentioned the issue of nominee in any one of its letters. Hence now it cant claim that the title is open. Please clear my case at the earliest. My email id is vikramrawat. [protected]@gmail.com

                      I don't know why i took the loan from lic housing finance limited. This lic hfl is the most third class company with zero customer support and illegal charges against floating loans.

                      The place of my property is in kolkata but i stay in new delhi. I am trying for the last 3-4 months to change my emi scheme from ecs to online but in vain. Lots of mails and calls i have done but no revert i have received till date. There are some customer care numbers but you have to hold at least 30mins before someone receives your call and deliberately behaves as if they are superiors and we have done a mistake in taking loans from them. Also they have never provided a solution to any of my query.

                      Furthermore i wanted to shift my loan to some other bank as my loan is in floating mode but still now lic did not deduct the interest rate. I am still paying 9.5%. While i was trying to shift to some other bank, lic guys are saying i have to pay rs. 6000 and some additional charges to make this happen. This is ridiculous.

                      Again saying, the most third class loan bearing body in india is this lic hfl. Kindly raise this complaint as most severe one because not only me, but some of my colleagues and friends are experiencing the same problem.

                      Please take some serious and necessary action against lic hfl.

                            Myself teetla joshi babu is a employee in apspdcl. I was really worried with the lic beach 705. I have 3 policies in lic policy numbers policy no:[protected],[protected],[protected]. Actually these policies have to be in guntur branch but i dont know when it was changed to gurazela branch 67g without my consent. Only one policy[protected] is in guntur branch now. I took surrender forms of three policies to the guntur branch and they has taken two policy forms without seeing properly. I waited for 2 weeks still they has not done any process. We ll be surrendering the policies as there is urgent need of money but delay in the processes like this would trouble the consumers alot strict action should be taken on the branch 706 of guntur.

                              Im a employee of Cognizant, on the LIC corporate portal we can register our policies that will be reflected in Cognizant's portal.

                              I get this error post registration

                              It seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our Customer Portal.
                              Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create Portal-ID.

                              I have raised 2 grievances on the Lic portal : [protected] & [protected], but the issue was never addressed and was given irrelevant solutions.

                              I had a call will one of the Lic support team and they stated that the have some back-end issue and it will addressed within that month i.e March.

                                I am already set the autopay bill from my hdfc credit card.

                                  I have two different user id of lic with two different policies under them. Now while updating the aadhar no. And pan no. Online in these user id's one of the user id is not updating because of giving the remark already the same details have been updated in other user id. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me to club all the policies under one user id.

                                      This is to inform you that my name is debasmita mahalanabis. My mother used to have a lici policy of policy number[protected]. I was the nominee for that policy and i have no brothers or sisters to share anything. My mother passed away on 20/07/2014. She had ovarian cancer. I do not have my father as he also passed away in 2000. Therefore i had to do all medical related follow-up and other jobs for my mother when she was sick. And at that time the policy got matured. Therefore i was in no position to claim at that point of time. Several times i went to kalyani, west bengal lici office but the only reply that i got was `dates `they asks me to come on every other dates to do follow-up. They also claimed that due to software related issues it is getting delayed. How can i deal with this everytime. I also work somewhere and it is now 3 years since i am doing this follow-up with lici office. I have deposited original lici bond of that policy/ neft details/ letter /and discharge form.in 10th june 2015.

                                        4 policy commenced on 24/10/2005 and the policy no is[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. This policy duration is 15 years and the one-time premium amount is 25000.00. Owner name of this policy is mr. Ram rattan gupta. This policy is already claimed by person and the owner has no idea about this transaction. Lic already issue cheque[protected] to lic india name. Please confirm this cheque is issued for which account and this cheque is deducted for who's person. An owner has no idea about this fraud and he is still waiting for his investment outcomes. They have all the documents of policy but no clue for claiming.
