I have user ID and forgotten password .i tried with user ID and click forgot fpassword button they told OTP sent to your mail or mobile number but idont get OTP eventhough i tried so many times.I AM AN LIC CUSTOMER and i am having three lic policies and i want to pay the prmium through the net banking but i forgot the password.please kindly solve my problem

    I am registered customer of lic, and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but in vain.

    When tried to pay directly without going to "registered user" again telling that policy and other details not matching.

    What for these people are for? Nowadays every body is paying online. It is a shame on lic for not making their online portal customer friendly. They are making the online payment cumbersome. They are linking every thing to the payments page (Policy no, date of birth, mobile no etc) and if anything mismatches payment cannot be done.

    Why they want to verify all data, afterall they want money for the policy number, that is the only key data required. Let them check other private companies online premium collection

    I Kamlesh Ratilal Shah paid Rs.1245.30 as premium for policy no.[protected] on 27/12/2017 through my debit card.
    It showed on the screen that the transaction has failed but the amount got debited from my bank account.
    So please guide me as soon as possible when and how will I get the receipt for the same.

    I forgot my user ID & password, followed the steps to get verification code to my registered mobile no also to my registered mail ID. But i tried many times could not get the verification code, so that i was not able to able to enter into the portal to get the statement for IT proof submission.

      I had registered my lic policies with official lic customer portal.
      Since last 6 months, neither the portal is functioning nor the official lic app on my android.
      Govt. Is going gaga about digital india, but, lo, the largest insurer in the country is lying defunct, digitally.
      I am unable to make online payment, as the portal has gone array. When tried to re register, it said "the user already exists."
      Pathetic, and no one is responding.
      Worst ever web management. Needs immediate makeover

        I am lic customer registered on old portal. Earliar in my log in my personal policies and my group pension plan was visible. At new portal my group pension plan is not visible. If i want to add new policy, it is not possible becasue group pension policy is having alpha numeric characters and portal is accepting only numeric characters. And there is no option to register group pension policies

        it is big concern for every one and i am also facing the same issue - all the policies enrolled on old portal - not displaying in new portal - LIC should looked after this and migrate all policies in new portal so the customer will not face any issue

          When i am trying to login with userid swadhinmade4u, not able to login with this given userid, it's giving me the error as userid does not exist.

          As i was able to login with old portal always but i don't see this option available.

          While i am trying to login with new portal then i couldn't able to login.

          Could you please check the issue asap so that i can pay my premium.

            My policy no[protected] has been deposited to khandwala chheharta amritsar branch of lic on dated 18 december 2017. As i have given my bank details.
            But amount not credited to my account so for as i need money urgent being cancer patient.
            Kindly take stern action against this harrassment and my delayed treatment due to scarcity of funds as my full hope was on my this lic matured amount for my treatment

              Dear sir/madam,

              I am currently holding loan with lichfl. Account no.[protected]. The rate of interest for 2 years was 9.6%. Now suddenly it has been increased to 11.5% without notice.

              When i had called up 2 weeks back, they said i can change it by paying rs.1150. I said ok, but when i called up to lichfl brigade road branch bangalore. Mr. Ashish kumar is the area manager. Mr. Kiran[protected] staff of the branch said it has been increased 4 days back to rs. 11, 800.

              I see this as clear injustice. Firstly increasing the roi to 11.5% without notice and secondly increasing the processing charge from rs. 1150 to rs. 11800. 10 times more.

              There is no logic to this hike.

                Dear sir,
                I have online paid for the policy no[protected] and[protected] on 17th dec 2017. Transition id is 14954856. The total amount paid by me is rs 15068.68
                I have checked online and also received confirmation on my mobile no [protected] about adjustment rs 11708 against policy no[protected].
                The remaining amount 3240 against same transition id 14954856 is not adjusted against policy no[protected].

                Please help me in this matter.

                  The death claim is regretted by lic authority due to premium from 03 2014 to 07 2014 have not paid from salary and after that premium from 08 2014 have been deducted continuously.
                  The policy is nominated for nikita nilesh sankhe and i have one kid who is physically handicapped. I have communicated through our agent but still not getting favorable solution from lic.

                  Already debited the amount of Rs. 6349/- from my account on 18/12/2017 against my policy No.[protected] &[protected] but the receipt yet not received in the email of me. Pl do the needful.
                  Please provide information about my user name and password but dont reveal secrets my registration to other roots kindly let me know the results as early as possible
                  Please note that LIC website is not working since 10 days and inform the concerned to resolve the issues it is very difficult to pay premium on time.

                      [protected] policy advance premium payment cannot be accepted online.in case of queries please type "lichelp" and send it to [protected]. Our customerzone official will get in touch with you shortly — am getting this error message, if am able to pay amount the above error is triggerring. So can you please suggest me to resolve the issue. So that i can pay amount through online.

                      When checked for home loan top up with the LIC vellore, the lady over phone was so Rude asking unnecessary questions and saying Top up will not be provided. How can she say without checking any thing she is saying like that

                        I had submitted hard copy to change the ecs mandate from hsbc to sbi three times to lic. They are so poor in document management that they misplaced my hard copies and asked me to submit once again. I did register online complaint but they closed complaints instantly without approaching me with the reason that submit new mandate form.

                        I did submit new form and ecs was stopped. I receive sms from the proposed bank sbi where ecs need to get resister that mandate has been successfully created in sbi. However no debit has happened from last two month in my new account.

                        I presume that lic is not sending the debit request to sbi which earlier was promptly going to hsbc.

                        How lic is operating is a big question mark? If same would have been given to a private insurance company would have been much easier and faster

                        Moving from post to pillar, there is nobody to listen customer complaints.

                          On 26.12.17 i paid the 3 policies worth 18694 through jio money mobile wallet. The amount has been deducted and transaction was successful at jio money. I also confirmed this by calling jio money care. But at lic site that has not been updated and not received the premium receipts. Plz consider the request and do the favour.

But after 48hrs+ also they are not responding embarrassing us and we may not follow the digital in future which is according to indian government to increase the digital transactions.

                              This is giriraj gupta maintaining profile on licindia.in and enrolled total 11 policies for entire family members on one portal and making online payment whenever premium is due. It is easier and convent to have all policies at one place and keep track on it. Recently lic upgrading there portal and on new portal i am not finding some of the policies which were there on old portal and used to make payment online. Further the online portal is not accepting to add these policies, due to that i am not able to take consolidated payment statement for claiming tax exemption as per income tax act

Policy was attached by income-tax dept due to pending customs case (1983). Case acquitted by high court on 9/11/2010, copy of order by the tribunal was received on 7/12/2011. The lic claim amt was not relieved inspite of submitting no-dues certificate issued by it dept as reqd. Kindly oblige. Thanks.
