I also have an another issue that why is this refund money is can be sent to our google pay phonepe another pay payment and paytm accounts please look into it very quick as other customers will suffer like me so i want to inform you go through this as quick as possible thank you and i hate your service you should be more serious about your payment options

    I have got my refund money in the lr credits but but when i call your helpline number for changing the bank account they were asking for 5 rupees of gst if this is the condition of lime road then i want to have a serious issue on this please look into my matter query quick as i am suffering a lot so look into it as quickest possible other online shopping apps providing this opportunity to change the bank account but limeroad is not providing any of these options so please change your please change your this personality and allowance to change your bank if by mistake lee change to lime road credit thank you

      I ordered a saree and paid the price online. Since morning i am getting messages of product out for delivery. I waited for the product but nobody came to deliver. I haven't received the product and now my order status is showing product delivered. If i haven't received the product how can you even say product delivered. A complete address is given as well. Kindly look into the matter.

        I have made order of 500/- on clothing section while making payment through google pay transaction failed and message displayed that "Sorry, transaction not completed try later" but still amount deducted from my account and also i have proof of transaction that amount deducted from the account. So please revert amount. I have a proof of money getting deducted.. kindly let me know if you need any other information.

          I got a call from the (+91-[protected]) delivery boy saying, he is out of my house. I waited for 1 hour for him and no response from his side.
          After a while, i am receiving messages that i was unavailable to receive the parcel.
          Awb# [protected]
          I was the one who was following up to the boy for more than 2 hours.

          Please consider my issue on priority and deliver my dress within 36 hours!

            I had purchased a kurti from lime road for the first time. And received it on time[protected]. But i didn't like the kurti as it is not came to my expectation.
            So i initiated a return on the same day that item had delivered[protected].
            The tracking details shown that return will be pickup within 2 days.
            Till today nobody came for pickup. I had called the customer care center many times. They said, pickup will arrange tomorrow. Many 'tomorrows' are gone, till now nothing had happen.
            Since the last 8 days i had taken followup on this, and today again message had came from lime road saying due to operational delay pickup is expected to be delayed by 2 days.
            Can you please explain me what is operational delay means?.
            Even i had called the pickup man number that they have shared through sms, everyday and asked him when i can expect the return.
            He is saying, 'i am near to your pickup location and will be reach by 1 hr'.

            Kindly help.

I ordered printed kurta pant set also but i didn't receive yet.in app it showed as delivered i complained through emails since 4 days but no action can taken. Yet i didn't receive it. Please send me as soon as possible or refund me back to my account.

                I ordered a black linen flat front trouser after i return my product the refund method i choose was through bank account and they refund it as LR credits. As i need my money back transfer my money back to bank account. After all i don't have any use with the LR credits you provided.I want my money back as early as possible with in the time schedule as your company mentioned in the return policy.

                  I order a round neck striped poncho but the material was not good that's why i return it but still didn't get my refund they show on status that they refund me but the amount is not reflect in my bank account 25 november they pickup my return product but still it's 1 december i don't get my refund what is this? When i complaint them they told it will be reflect in my account on 30 november but i don't get after my enquiry they again said 2 december they just delay but didn't give me back my account before i never face this i'm the regular customer from this online site limeroad..

                      I ordered three tops from limeroad and received one top today but the quality is not good and it is not worth for the amount i paid, so i need to cancel the rest of the two tops, i will not pay of it please cancel, i have tried to contact the customer care but no one is picking the call, don't cheat the customers. Make sure to cancel the orders since i will not pay

                          The product was ordered on 8th october. The company promised that if you pay rs. 999 to buy a jeans trousers (Original price rs 1199), you will get a polyester bag (Original price rs 699) by just paying rs. 1

                          I fell to this trap. The trousers was delivered to me on 14th of october 2019 and the bag was supposed to be delivered by 26th of october, 2019. The trousers was a very cheap one, still i kept it for the another promsed item.

                          From 26th october on, i make calls every alternate days to limeroad only to listen fake promises that the item will be shipped in two business days, in three days, by tuesday, by saturday and the like.

                          I sent a number of mails where they didn't mention any date any time except the last one. Their they mentioned that it would be surely delivered in 7 business days...

                          Nothing worked. I implored them, begged for not cheating. Now they are advising to wait for another 7 business days and then if the item is not delivered they would provide rs 200 for the bag!

                          I don't know what to do. Plz help. Plz. Sincere regards.

                            I have prepaid for 5 products vide order no [protected] on 11 sep 2019 from lime road shopping app, from 5 i have returned back 3 on 14 step 2019.They have keep pending refund of 2 products till the date .
                            I have prepaid money i have returned back products as per their channel of process and still they are not refunding my money back saying you returned wrong product.

                                I ordered a product and the size was not a good fit. So i placed a return n replace request. But the return pick up of the product is getting delayed for abt a week and i confirmed to pick up on sunday (3rd nov) since i will be available. But the pick up person didn't turn up n called me monday morn and enquired abt address. I told i will be available till 10 am morn and after 2 pm noon the same day. He refused to come in that time slot and postponed the pick up. Now i received a message that i refused to hand over the return product so return is failed. I wonder what is happening. Please process the return pick up when the customer is available and the service person expects customer to be at home when ever he comes.

                                  I am not getting my apron from many days... I ordered it above many days ago.. I remember 2 weeks ago or more than that.... Shut still it s showing that order has been packed... I think its of rupee 1 that's why the company is not giving me my product
                                  ... But why so whatever it is they have only obtained the offer... I don't know anything i want my order as soon as possible... My mother is also very eager to get the apron and do her kitchen works... Please the committee please let give my order... Otherwise my believe from limeroad as well as this site will be gone...

                                    I ordered four items in womens clothings but changed my mind quickly. I needed to cancel them because i felt charges were too high and it took the total price way out of my budget. The app is crap without this option. Please provide option for cancellations. Also if we buy anything using cash on delivery, limeroad does not give cash back. Instead they give LR credits using which we can buy something else on their site. What if we dont want to buy anything again on their site? First we cant cancel order and then their return policy is not COD friendly. Please do look into the matter and do the needful.Thank you.
