While trying to order a bag from Limeroad, I faced certain technical issue. The order wasn't placed, but the money was deducted from my account through Google Pay app. I dropped email and it said the support person will get in touch within 24 hours. However, I still haven't received any response. It has been 4 days.
How much time does it take for the refund to be done in my bank account? I would like to have a quick action on this.
LimeRoad customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They didn't ask to refund the amount to LR credits but I received it on my lr credits.
It's unable to send to my bank acount.
