I made and order on 11 oct for two ballerina shoes. The delivery attempt failed however i called on the link mentioned in the message to reschedule delivery the next day. I also got a call from customer care about the delay. It is now eight days.. Neither did i get the delivery nor am i able to cancel and get refund. Order i'd is [protected].
This is harassment and gross unprofessionalism. The customer care doesn't pick up calls either.

Product is not like that picture that I had seen pictures.I am not satisfied with this product.

    I ordered an item in order [protected] on 20th sep 2019 and got the producr after 2-3 days and due to small size i requested to replace this item on 23rd sep 2019. From then limeroad, its employees and its delivery agents are harassing me, nobody picked it up for several days, even after calling so many times no body responded and now when those snails have picked it up nobody is delivering it. Nobody is calling to the person to whom it will have to be delivered. It feels so harassing. I just hate limeroad

    You will get your delivery in 2 working hours even if it has already been delayed by 20 days you will still get an ans "your product will be delivered in 2 working days"
    What a shame
    I returned some of the items from my order and refund status shows limeroad credits credited but my limeroad credit balance is zero.
    where is my money!
    they did not mention any expiry date for my credits.

      I purchased one top, got the order 28th september, the top quality is very bad & aslo small fitting so i requested to return that day immediately (28th september). I told from 28th september now it's 10th october 12days almost gone still didn't come to pickup my return order... Why they are doings this drama i don't know what's their problem why they didn't come to pickup the order till now... Daily daily i mailed and also called customer care they said pickup will be done next 1working days, i also called their pickup executive boy (What they provided me as messages) he also said yes i'm coming (9th october) but no one came it's about 12working days gone still they r doing a drama with me such a cheap class shopping lr, never buy anything from lr they are fake & fraud... I just fedup can't tolerate anymore now, help me & take some steps, told them pickup the order and give me rufund...

        I purchased three product from limeroad and quality was not good.when I registered it for returning it said that it will be picked up within 2 days but no one came so far...And it's being to late around more than 15 days .Why you are writing that the item will be picked by the person in 2 days when it is not.i thought that limeroad would be a good shopping site but it's not at all good.

        When will the person will come .U til today no one has came for pickup of item.
        I have returned one product on 13th Sep 2019 wherein return id is 57816028OP2. Now i haven't received money refunded till yet. I call every week to get to know the status of refund and same assurance is given that you will get in 5 working day. But no success yet. What hell customer service you are providing.

          I had ordered a dress on limeroad. I had paid using cash on delivery. I did not like the dress so I initiated a return. The money got refunded as lr credits. I tried transferring these to my bank. I waited for a few days but received no money in my bank account. However, it shows status completed a few days later but I still haven't received any money in my bank account. Kindly look into this.

          I have been charged 200 extra for a blue top..earlier the price when i ordered was 528 but when i received i was charged 728... why is this price difference? Can i get back my extra 200

            Hi, my return amount was in lr credits (₹1977) when i transferred it my bank account it kept the transaction status pending for a long time and now it's showing transaction failed. But my lr credits now became zero. So money neither credited to my bank nor in terms of lr credits. Trying to call customer care but no response. Pls solve this issue. Or else limeroad will lose its credibility.

              Hi i had not ordered anything my account but my account was charged for rs 2394 /- 5 times, 3584 5 times, 3045/- once and 1577 /- once.
              I want to know its mistake from limeroad or some other account has used my card? Who will be raising the refund for all these money.. Actually i got refund for 1st two transactions but 3045/- once and 1577 /- amount was not refunded.. Is this some new way to confuse and cheat the customer?

                  मैंने 20/8/2019 को limeroad से दो products order किया था order no-[protected], price-2086/, और दूसरा order no-[protected], price-1239/-, दोनों प्रोडक्ट में एक उपयोग किया हुआ था दूसरा diffrent था, मैंने इसे ecom express के माध्यम से return किया परंतु limeroad ने सीधे मेरे ऊपर आरोप लगा दिया कि मैंने उसे diffrent भेजा, limeroad ने अभी तक 3325/-मेरा refund नहीं किया, मैं इसे national consumer grievance मे camplain किया हू जिसका tracking no-1559363 है, national consumer grievance ने यह मुझे reminder mail करने कहा मैंने भेज दिया अब अगर मुझे मेरा refund नहीं मिला तो मैं counsumer form मे limeroad के ऊपर fraud का केस दर्ज करूंगा!
                  Limeroad हमे कॉल करके कहता है 2days इंतजार करे अब limeroad को बताये कि 2day कभी खत्म होता है! बहुत बेवक़ूफ़ समझता है custamber को, क्या करेगा डुप्लीकेट समान जो बेचता है!

                    Hi sir, Today got a call from the delivery person, He said me to come down and get the package, so I went down. He was not present at the front gate. He was available at the back gate and the back gate was closed. I informed the delivery boy that doesn't come at back gate please delivery it in the front gate next time.                     I purchased curtains but that curtain is not satisfactory for me so i return the process but order new products which cost is 3650. But after submission return process on next day someone taken that product but its not updated in my app also nd ur system also but how can its possible. Please solve this problm nd give me my money back.

                        For the 100% cashback offer in aug, limeroad customer care confirmed there was an option to "transfer amount to bank" for the purchases made under this offer. This prompted us to make the bulk purchases.

                        Upon product delivery we are given to understand the "amount to bank transfer" option was never there. False commitment and deceit is unacceptable. Need compensation for the mistrust,

                        I've returned one of my orders . I got the refund back in the form of LR credits, which I did not choose as an option. I want to transfer those credits into my bank account. So, Please do the needful.
                        I'm not getting my order and I have paid for it before I'm waiting since two week but not got my order yet how this could be happen it is very irresponsible cause I request u too kindly deliver my order on Time as soon as possible.

                            Hii, i've ordered a dress from limeroad but it didn't look good on me. So, i returned it back & the money was refunded to lr credit.. I have then transfered that amount to my personal a/c but still it has not been transfered. I request you to take necessary actions needed. If other online shopping sites return the money soon in the bank account, then why not limeroad? Please resolve this issue soon. Waiting for your reply..

                                  I ordered 2 tops and 1 dress from limeroad app.in app clothes were shown as having good quality, but when the order was delivered to me, the quality was too poorand it was nothing like shown in app. I am really disappointed with limeroad and i want to return my order as soon as possible. My order id is [protected]. It was really a bad experience. I hope my order will be return as soon as possible.

                                    The product which i ordered it said 7 days hassel free return but now when i want to return it's saying i have to courier on my own which the courier person is charging 250 rs and company is offering only 100rs cashback. A regular customer of limeroad but this rack cash back policy is getting on my nerves. They should provide return pickup facilities when it is said in the policy.

                                        I have ordered some clothing stuff from limeroad and i have just recieved one parcel and have not received other one and it's showing delivered. I even called up the courier service and they are saying that they have only one entry for the delivered items and there is no way i can track it. My account is also not showing any order history, i have to return the product recieved as it is not of good quality but not getting the return option even. Please help me in the matter
