I have been receiving fake calls from a man who is saying that i have won a tata safari worth rupees 12 lakhs as there was a lucky draw on "royal blue cotton straight kurta worth rupees 646". He has also sent me a message which is as follows:

"dear customer congratulation you have order on lime road company, computerized results are final. You are the first win. Tata safari cost rs=12, 60, 000/- the charge of rs - 6500 your registration. Relationship manger +91-[protected] thank you"

The man who called me up had the number - [protected].
I have stopped receiving his calls as he has called around 15-16 times.
I request limeroad to take quick and appropriate legal actions against this fake authority.

    I have ordered a kurtha and expected date of delivery was 15.02.2019. The item is not yet delivered and every time i called their customer care they will tell that the item will be delivered within 2 working days. Last time one lady told me to cancel the order and dont wait for anymore. The trackinf details showing that attemot is failed and i didint get any call from the delivery person. Make arrangement for the delivery or refund my amount or else i will complaint to consumer court

      Limeroad is not sending my money of ₹1273. I call limeroad many times and they are telling that they initiated my balance in 19 january, 2019 but still i have not received my balance in my account.
      I placed an order on 04/01/2019 value of ₹2007 in which two shirts are available. I return my 1st shirt which is ₹734 in value and i received that amount but 2nd shirt was return by me on 17/1/2019 but i have not received my money of 2nd shirt which is₹1273 in value.         The guy said he was from limeroad (kolkata Award/Gift Team). He said that i have won Tata safari worth rs 1200000 and either i can take this car or the entire amount will be credited to my account.

        Please find the attached Screen shot for more clarity.

        How any fake guy use limeroad name and his server details. this is a big Security breech on this site. Several people do online transaction so its mean anyone can hack easily.

        Yesterday only i ordered a blue lace floral dress which by mistake I have ordered for a wrong size.plus I got to know that return policy is not user friendly so I want to cancel my order before it is being delivered to my home and want my funds back refunded to my bank.

          I have ordered two tshirts from limeroad, but when the delivery boy cameto deliver only after paying the amount i came to know that only one item is inside but it’s mentioned that there are two items inside. I didn’t expect this from company like limeroad, no proper response also! Here after i am not gonna use this and i ll not recommend it to anyone, instead will tel my friends not to use this app and shop. Rather will use other better website which offer proper reference.

            I received a call from one rashid ph. No.[protected] as identified on tru-caller who claimed to be a limeroad agent saying i won a car worth 6 lakhs and that i have to give him the bank account details with my aadhar card number to claim the value of the car or i had a choice to have the car delivered to my house and he even gave my address details which was very scarry, although i knew he was an imposter i was very shocked how easily these crooks can access our sensitive information, limeroad has to find the glitch in their system and fix the leak before their customers find themselves in unchartered waters.

                  This fraudulent guy tells everything about my last order (I am not sure how he got the details, most probably from delivery guys) and i immediately ended the call since this is not the first time such thing has happened.

                  But i request team lr to take proper care of their customer's order privacy and hunt down this guy and turn him immediately to custody.

                    One person named bappa chakraborty called me from limeroad and verified all details that i provided in limeroad app for delivering the purchased products. He also sent me messages from limeroad company that i won 6.5laks rupees amount in lucky draw and i need to transfer 31, 400rs to receive this amount. I transferred all amount as he verified correctly all my details mentioned in limeroad app and he was also aware regarding my all limeroad deliveries. This company is doing fraud with customers. Never purchase anything from them.

                        Yesterday i ordered a item from limeroad and paid through my sbi net banking and transaction id - igafbxoqn7 and a total amount of 1588 was debited from my bank but there was no order placed in my limeroad account. I contact their customer support but they are not responding and even with the successful transaction i did'nt get any order number, message or any notification so i can't even complain them properly.

                          Today i ordered 2 items from limeroad and paid through my google pay id whose upi id is[protected] and transaction id cicagkdi7vnppw and a total amount of 533 was debited from my bank but there was no order placed in my limeroad account. I mailed to their customer support but they are not responding and even with the successful transaction i did'nt get any order number so i can't even complain them properly.

                          Last day a representative called me and took some of my details and searched and said that they did'nt received any money from my google UPI ID and said to confirm with them but I already confirmed that the money was debited from my UPI ID [protected]@okhdfcbank and credited to AM Market Places Pvt Ltd. With UPI ID Limeroad.[protected]@axisbank but they are denying constantly. I am getting sick of this. This is not a business it is sucking bloods from customers. I need a quick solve for this.

                            My wife revived call on 20th dec 2018 from phone [protected], the guy said he was from limeroad. He said that i have won tata safari car and either i can take this car or the entire amount will be credited to account. He mentioned all the details of my current order to sound believable.

                            Already raised complaint on there customer care numbers.

                            My complaint is not against that guy who called (Any way he is cheater)
                            My complaint is against limeroad
                            Why did limeroad allow these cheater to access our data.
                            Why limeroad is not taking any action on these callers (As i can see there are so many such incidence happened in past few months)

                            (Looking at consumer complaints i can say that limeroad is not taking these call seriously or they are not capable of securing customer data)

                              There is an item which have been done by me on 8th dec shopped from limeroad. The courier partner hasn't returned the product to limeroad and there is confusion between nthe two now.
                              Now limeroad is not ready to refund my amount, even after me given the name and details of the person who has picked the product from me

                              Now the company is saying they will not refund until bthey received the product back, this is unacceptable as they are cheating with the customer

                                I have ordered for 1 kurti in limeroad which was delivered to me on 9th dec'18 and due to size mismatch i have generated return order on 10th dec'18. From that day, i have been following up with company for pick up but no one care for the issue. The courier boy asking to deposit product at the location of his choice. When it is clearly written in return policy that, product will be picked from door why i will go and deposit. When i narrated the whole scenario to limeroad customer care, they promise me of highlighting the case and will be picked by eod. The eod never comes. Suddenly i receive a message from the courier, we have attempted multiple times and couldn't able to contact. Neither i receive a call nor any one contacted till now. Is it n't a poor service??? Please be aware of limeroad online site, you may stuck up anytime.

                                I had recieved a msg before 15 days about lucky draw from limeroad. I had paid more than 180000 as they demanding for completing process of gst tax signature NOC etc. But they again demanding money. Further, we have initiated a legal inquiry and shall ensure that appropriate action is taken against the fraudsters.

                                  The delivery agent of limeroad - "delhivery", conveniently change the date & time of delivery as per their executives availability. Moreveover they update the status incorrect on the tracker, mentioning customer number not reachable wherein i spoke to the delivery agent and he confirmed he cant come to pick the product as his assigned area is different.

                                  Limeroad, customer care lines are so poor, they cannot hear you and just keep repeating - we cannot hear you, we havent received any response hence disconnecting the call. This call was made repeatedly 5 times on 10 dec.

                                  Till date no status on return or refund from limeroad.

                                    Without my knowledge one red coloured woolen kurta had been ordered and it had been shipped. I don't know who have done tthis. Since this phone doesn't remain with me most of the time i was unaware of the messages too. I have recently read about shipping messages and hence now i want to cancel the order.                                       I want to return a product but this return policy says item cannot be picked up from my pincode 110009... And it will cost more for me to post it to the warehouse address... Please post with a reply... I cannot afford to spend more... Please arrange a pickup. Hope you look into the matter urgently as it has only 7 day return policy.
