Even after multiple calls all day long, the customer care doesn't route the call to an executive even after a 10minute wait on line which seems to create an unfriendly customer environment. Being a first time user of the app and liking the wide range of varieties, this has been a total bummer.
I hope they are more attentive towards their customers necessities through customer care service rather than en number of notifications every now and then.

I order a kurti on limeroad but the dress was not looking good on me . So I return the product . I was pay the amount of product through paytm . I want to know when my refund is get back to my paytm account. Please do anything and solve my problem soon.i want to get back my money

    I have been asking regarding this product to be delivered since many days. I have send multiple messages and I haven't received it yet. The order is [protected]S2

    Will you please have minimum courtesy to let me know when will it be delivered? Its been almost a month. I purchased at least 33 items from your site. I m never doing the mistake of buying from your app since you created so much of hassle. At least send me a genuine update on when it can be delivered. After all I paid for it, i have been trying to contact your customer service number since many days. My message requests show the email notification that its been closed without any proper communication by your agents. I need to make the decision to cancel or wait for delivery. Can you please provide me an update? I do not know where to escalate this concern. Have the minimum courtesy to pay attention to my concern. I will not be in that registered address from June 2nd. I m attaching the screenshot of order for your reference. Please have some mercy and give me a prompt reply.

      I returned my product and till now my refund was not processed, i have return slip also, but the staff tell the return slip has no value.. If return slip has no value then what is your system. Cheat with customer is your priority. The executive don't listen and nothing will happen, what this meaning. I returned my product, i have the return, whatever problem it problem of yours, why a customer suffer from all of this, why is it a good thing which company can do, and you tell your executive to not listen anything.. This is not a small thing.. This company is a fraud company and know how to cheat and always tell different things by their executives

        Recently there was 1 rupee sale going on for the purchase of above 999. I had purchased a bedsheet and a handbag worth more than 999 a d hence got the opportunity to buy a thing of 1 rupee.
        The estimated delivery time of that 1 rupee product was after a week of those other products. But its now 19 th may and till now only order is confirmed. It is not showing the delivery time.

            It is delivered and it not as shown so i don't like and i have returned it i kept for refund but it came again how many times i have returned they were delivery i want refund not replacement pls understand. They were harassing me how many times i am returning they were sending again and again and not at all refunding my money i am a middle class women pls refund my money if online purchasing is like this no one will trust u again for sure

              I ordered three items in may 4th 2019. And they said 2items are delivered in may 12th and one item delivered in may 13th. Order id ([protected] and [protected]). Now i didn't delivered my items. Then i called and messaged in limeroad customer care, they made a fallen talks. Unfortunately i need it for may 14th in my family function. I believed in limeroad for accurate delivery. Now we are in troubled. I need compensation for this mistake. Because you cheat our believeness and u made a huge amount of failness.

              I called Limeroad customer service, then they said apologized for late delivery.I want my ordered items.in Limeroad app, I could see track in my city.then I checked track way in delhivery shipment, my items in may 12th in my city.today is may 15th.till this date I didn't get any items.
              Limeline is fraud company. I have ordered the designer lehenga of rupees 863:00 instant of that the company has send the dirty sarree of low price. Why? Can I know the reason? So please return and refund to me by amount.

                  I have ordered 5 dresses and forgot to change my current address. I just realized only when the delivery guy phoned me and said he has come to deliver. I explained him saying that my current address has been changed so can u redirect it to the current address nu. He even accepted it. But there were still 4 other items to be delivered. The status of the first item says not delivered but others all delivered. But I didn't yet receive any items yet.                       I have ordered a wall decal in limeroad online website. No protocol sheet was provided to explain about thewall decal pasting. It is damaging my walls and it is not sticking properly. The price of my product is also too high and no quality in it.

                          I have bought a kurta recently with around rs.1030
                          So limeroad gave me 2000lr credits. But only 5 percent of them is available which is not good. I just want to know about the non applicable lr credits and limeroad says that 1 lr credit is equal to 1 ruppee then according to my lr credits i have rs. 2000 in my current cart but only little is given to me. Please help me solve this problem and i know you will take actions before 7 april becoz it is the expiry date of those 2000 lr credits.

                                Hello sir i want to cancal my order on limeroad so plz cancal my order. I found it was by mistake. I was going through you app limeroad and was looking some watchs collection i don't know the order was placed. Today i got some massages from limeroad about order, i open lime app and i see there a watch in my order list, i was shoked about it, now i'm complaining here about this order. So plz cancal it as soon as possible.

                                  I have ordered shoes but the size was not correct so i wanted to exchange the same thing.. I hv received message from limeroad that executive b. Susheel ([protected]) will collect the product but when i tried calling him he kept his phone switched off nor he is coming to pick the product which i wanted to return.. From 3 days i'm trying to call him but of no use.. Pls send other executive so tat i can return n receive new shoe.. Pls do the needful

                                    This is my first and very bad experience, my parcel could not delivered and you site shows me the same is delivered today.

                                    I cold not get my parcel, kindly deliver my parcel or refund me at earliest.

                                    Please see the attachment.

                                    For online shopping delivery if i am not wrong first i got call before delivery, the same will not happens. Also the delivery date i given was one week after and the parcel came before delivery date this is an unusual thing

                                    I think customer may use cash on delivery for such kind or don't order from this kind of website

                                    I have yet not received the refund of the item I have returned on 13-2-19. I was told to send the refund on 19-2-19 but still there is no reply nor refund of ₹561. The company is not responding nor there is any call. There is still not any notification by the company.

                                      My refund amount has been transferred to lr credit as refund mode. I had not selected this lr credit option, then why transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account... Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad.

                                      I ordered a yellow kurta from limeroad but when i got the product delivered it was completely different product. I am very unsatisfied with Limeroad app. I hope i get the same product which i had ordered. Useless. i dont understand why do they send different products

                                        I have ordered a mini carnation bush with hexagon wood pot. When i received the product it was not as shown. Flowers was missing and also bend. It was not worth the money. I asked for a return on same day. I was contacted by delivery boy after 2 days and told he can't come home and pick up. I had paid delivery charge for the product and home address was given. So i told i want it to be pick up from home. He was very rude and he send a message i have asked to cancel the return request. I called customer care and registered complaint and they told they will arrange for pickup from home. After that everyday i received computerised call for scheduling pickup and i provide input but didn't pickup as told. I also received message i have cancelled return request. No one contacted me and how can i cancel request. Already 1 week passed no one contacted me for pick up. I ordered online only because i want it to be delivered home. Delivery charges are also taken. Then why can't you pick it up from home.
