    Hey! I've ordered a dupatta from limeroad but it didn't look good on me. So, i returned it back but the money was refunded to credit lr (Limeroad account) i request you to please transfer my money to my personal bank account. If other online shopping sites return the money soon in the bank account, then why not limeroad? I had not even selected the option of lr credit. Please resolve this issue soon.

        My refund amount has been transferred to lr credit as refund mode. I had not selected this lr credit option, then why transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account... Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad.           Hii... I ordered a red gown for my sis through cash on delivery. But it was too long for her.. So returned it back. The amount got refunded in my limeroad wallet.             I have repeated chosen to have my returns to my bank account and i see this not happening. This gets returned to lr credits. After writing an email to limeroad, the customer executive says they have sent me an auto email and message on my registered email id and mobile number and i have not received any email nor message.

            I need an action or do tell me who can i contact to have this solved.

              My lr credits are not being applied even when i checkout an item of above ₹1000. My lr credits will be lost if i don't use them till today. I searched throughout the internet to find a solution but couldn't. If i can't use the credits then kindly return them in person or transfer them to my bank account. Kindly contact asap after reading this because if my 1000 lr credits get lost i am not the one responsible it is you who couldn't enable perfect mechanism for it's working.

                    Regretted to say that till the time i have not recd my consignment as it was expected on 10th, but the message i recd was that consignee aws not available, whereas i remain 24x7 at home... It is such a blunder on the part of wow.. I reported to the customer care on 13th and i was ensured that it will be delivered till 6 pm positively on 13th only.. But very sorry to state with such a poor service we as a consumer cannot continue our purchasing with your company.. The strict action is required in this regard, as i was waiting for my consignment due to some special occasion and now i have no reason to accept that consignment.. Thanks

                      I have 2000 lr credits expiring tomorrow which is equivalent to rupees. And when i place an order it's letting me consume only 8 perc of lr credits!                         I had purchased few clothes from Lime road but found the clothes material of poor quality, so returned them but the amount got transferred as LR Credits. This option wasn't selected by me during order. This totally unfair to get the refund as LR credits instead of going back into the bank account. I even tried to look for LR credits refund option or complaint option in the Lime road app itself, but it doesn't contain any such facility. It's seems intentional from the company side that even after so many complaints on this issue, they are not improving on this part. This is really frustrating to followup so much or do these many efforts to get back your own money.

                            I got this call from [[protected]] and also got the same msg through LimeRoad (server msg [HP-LMROAD].
                            The guy said he was from limeroad (kolkata Award/Gift Team). He said that i have won Tata safari worth rs 1200000 and either i can take this car or the entire amount will be credited to my account.

                            Please find the attached Screen shot for more clarity.

                            How any fake guy use limeroad name and his server details. this is a big Security breech on this site. Several people do online transaction so its mean anyone can hack easily.

                                Today 9th oct 2018, have received the fraud call stating you have won tata safari via lucky draw from lime road. To claim that you need to register with us by paying 6500k that to of an individual account and there is no email or notifications on the app.

                                    I have been shopping from limeroad for quite sometime now. I would like to know about the availability of lr credits as i have made substantial credits now.in between it was showing rs 2000 credits but i have not been able to use it till now. Moreover i have reservations about the purchase and my preference is by cod only and that too when both cod and mailing is free. Also can you combine lr credits along with other discounts offered.                                       I am a regular customer of lime road. I had ordered for a blue canvas shoes & yest the product was delivered. Upon opening the packet i found that t product was totally different. It was a ballerina. As i had ordered a slip on shoes for my daughter as a surprise for her i was highly disappointed. But i didn't return it as i hd yo keep up my promise.

                                      I have lost all my trust on lime road & now i have decided to never buy anything from you people.

                                      For your reference i am sending u t pic of the product i ordered & t product i received.
