I have ordered a dress on limeroad.But didn't like it so put it on return.i got a refund but as LR credits .I had paid RS 900 for dress through SBI debit card.i was supposed to get money back in my bank account but got money in form of LR credits..so it's a request to resolve my problem.i will send bank account details if needed..

My refund amount has been transferred to lr credit as refund mode. I had not selected this lr credit option, then why transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account... Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad. Please transfer my lr credit to my bank account....

Hii... I ordered a red gown for my sis through cash on delivery. But it was too long for her.. So returned it back. The amount got refunded in my limeroad wallet. I have repeated chosen to have my returns to my bank account and i see this not happening. This gets returned to lr credits. After writing an email to limeroad, the customer executive says they have sent me an auto email and message on my registered email id and mobile number and i have not received any email nor message.

I need an action or do tell me who can i contact to have this solved.

My lr credits are not being applied even when i checkout an item of above ₹1000. My lr credits will be lost if i don't use them till today. I searched throughout the internet to find a solution but couldn't. If i can't use the credits then kindly return them in person or transfer them to my bank account. I got this call from [[protected]] and also got the same msg through LimeRoad (server msg [HP-LMROAD].
The guy said he was from limeroad (kolkata Award/Gift Team). He said that i have won Tata safari worth rs 1200000 and either i can take this car or the entire amount will be credited to my account.

I would like to know about the availability of lr credits as i have made substantial credits now.in between it was showing rs 2000 credits but i have not been able to use it till now. I am a regular customer of lime road. I had ordered for a blue canvas shoes & yest the product was delivered. Upon opening the packet i found that t product was totally different. It was a ballerina. As i had ordered a slip on shoes for my daughter as a surprise for her i was highly disappointed. But i didn't return it as i hd yo keep up my promise.

Placed an order for kurti for my mother on limeroad but the quality of the product was very poor and my mother was not satisfied at all. I placed a return order and the they refunded the money as lime road credits. Please tell me the way how can i transfer my money into my bank account.
