I ordered four items in womens clothings but changed my mind quickly. I needed to cancel them because i felt shipping charges were too high and it took the total price way out of my budget. The app is crap without this option. Please provide option for cancellations. Also if we buy anything using cash on delivery, limeroad does not give cash back. Instead they give LR credits using which we can buy something else on their site. What if we dont want to buy anything again on their site? First we cant cancel order and then their return policy is not COD friendly. Please do look into the matter and do the needful.Thank you.

Products delivered are not same as ordered . It is totally cheating with customers.

Even if ordered a single item.i got the item twice once as cod.i have not booked it and it does not even reflect in my order history, when I try to return the first item, it takes return initiated only with LR Credits and if we give the bank details for refund, it does not enable the return request.

I want the refund intiated to the bank which is at present initiated to LR Credits.

      Didn't get back my payment even my parcel is taken by them long ago. I have even provided them my all the details of the account which are necessary.
      And i even got the fake product. I was shown that i would be getting the product by woodland but the product was totally fake it was a local quality product that was not worth the money i paid them. The product that was shown is pretty much different from what i got in my hands.

      This is not with this product only but all the other products that i bought from limeroad have the same situation. There is a humble request to return back my money as soon as possible. All the details have been provided by to you.

        The issue is the order no.[protected] has placed a return.

        The executive picked up the return on 04.04.2017.

        I have returned both orders ID 10685826_1 and 10685826_2
        ID 1 contains two pieces and ID 2 contains 1 piece. Total 3 piece but I have received receipt for only one order.

        Also spoke with customercare executive and also the person who picked up the delivery.

        The executive informed that he has handed over the return to office.

        Please do the needful.

          This top was not good looking on me.i request for a refund, it was pick up by the delivery boy but the refund was not made.it was done on 26th or 28th march'2017.fabric of this top was also not so good. In the homepage of limeroad this top looks attractive but actually this not looking good, it looks like a bad cloth.even if we washing it, it turns into shrinking cloth and after that it was looking as worst item. thats why i request for refunding it. so i request for u please refund my money i.e, rs. 428. i hope you can understand my problem and you solved it in upcoming days..

            My name is anish sharma and I am writing in order to complain for my recent purchase of a Tshirt with limeroad.com after multiple follow up's and request's for priority delivery, i finally received the article on the last day of delivery(After 5 Days) which is in the defective condition and without button's, How poor website is this who cant even delivered an article to customer in the good condition.

            My brother was leaving the country and it was a gift for him but He has received the defective article And i am feeling insulted. It was very disgruntled experience with limeroad and i would never recommend this website to anybody. Seriously shame on the owner' of the website.

                    I liked your app design.I liked your offers. I felt surprised to see ur offers. No other online shopping app will give such a beautiful offers.so i ordered for tops and jeggins worth Rs.1700 approximately.i was waiting eagerly to receive the product. But the product quality was really very worst. So i returned the product.And I sent my account details through mail . But still i didnt get my money back. I got a reply that il get the money back in 7 days. But after that No reply. No response. Felt disappointed with limeroad. I thought you l be different from other shopping apps. But you too?!!!

                          I have ordered a product on limeroad and I have received a wrong product and after many complaints you have accepted my request regarding the exchange of the product...The delivery boy took the product from my home but even after a week also you did not deliver me my products neither returned me my money...I am so fed up with this..Now I just want my product or my money to be returned ... I had the worst experience ever.. How can you take the product and not return the right one to us are we fools to pay you...Now that I am having nothing...I would seriously suggest people not to shop on limeroad because they are frauds...They dont even receive calls and they simply fool people and grab their money

                          I've made an order on Limeroad. As the product was not as expected, as suggested I placed my return on Order No. [protected] and as was picked up by Delhivery boy on 9th March 2017.

                          But, i have not received any amount refund till now.

                            I have made online transaction in November with limeroad the transaction is failed amount deducted, hence I have raised the complaint to limeroad they said it as refunded & gave the reference number of amount transfered, they said to contact the bank I have gave written request to the Canara Bank they saying it is third-party transfer it's in dispute stage they don't when will be refund the amount once again I have sent mail to limeroad they are not responding on this it's already 4 months over since the transaction made still my amount is not transferred.

                            This is mail sent by limeroad.

                            I am Ashish, I am writing this to inform you that as per our records, we have already completed the refund of Rs 999 against your failed order and it should reflect in your account from A.M Marketplaces Pvt. Ltd by now.
