I have purchased shoes before 15 days from limeroad then i observed right shoes back side gum joint breaking then i called to limeroad customer care they told me our return policy are 7 days from delivery but when i order time ask to customer care they told me if after 7 days defect in product so you can return the product that basis i have purchased from lime road

    I've made an order on Limeroad. As the product was not as expected, as suggested I placed my return on Order No. [protected] and as was picked up by Delhivery Aizawl from me. When we track from the Delhivery office it was delivered DTO on Jan 23, 2014 ref. no.[protected]

    But, i have not received any amount refund till now.

    Can you make it as soon as possible.

        My refund amount has been transferred to LR credit as refund mode. i had not selected this LR credit option, then why transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account...other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad. I want my money in my creditcard not in lr credit. I don't know how to use the amount in lr credit.

        I had bought a Kurti, it didn't fit me. When I tried to return it even M in a city I could not find any link. I called many times the customer care number but they are not helping at all.               I bought a sandal from limeroad through Google Pay..but after few minutes I cancelled order, due to some problem...the money refunded in LR CREDITS... but when I transfer it to my Bank Account...the money didn't transfer or add in my Bank Account or Google Pay...

                    I am suffering from a very bad situation.i never suggest anyone to shop from limeroad.com, bad service.they don't refund the money as well.they only acknowledge the mail and harass the customer as much they can harass. very very dissatisfying company.

It's been almost 2 months now and the refund status says refund processed while I got no intimation regarding the same from the bank side or from limeroad's side. I've been waiting for it to reflect on my account and filed a complaint for the same via email on 10th december 2016. I still haven't got any response regarding the same.

                          I am Prachi pundir and I have ordered a combo of buy 1 get 2 free. It was transported in different segments. The first segment was including blue cotton jacket ( order no- #[protected]) but instead of that I have received a brown pullover deleiverd on 10-01-17.
                          I have filed for the return on the same that as of delivery[protected] but the pickup is not been fulfilled..I have mailed your support center, shadofax ( transport ) and even the pickup guy who had kept me in dark by saying I would come eventually he switched off his cell phone.
                          Today is the seventh day, and Mark my words, if there is no pickup today, then I will surely take action.

                          I even got a response from your support centre that action is taken but still no progress.

                            I made an order of Rs.2368 on 8.1.17 from Limeroad mobile app. The balance was deducted from my account but the order was not placed due to some server problems. i tried to lodge a complain that day only but due to some network problems i could not reach. please see to the matter. either confirm the order or reimberse the money to my account. I waited for two days for the reply from the site but in total vain. In fact tried to communicate to the sites customer care but of no use. please see to the matter and help me get the order or the money.

                              They are worst shopping site i have ever came across. Firstly their app isn't stable and their customer care is useless.

                              I have ordered a shirt in the offer of buy1 get 2 free. I have done payment using my debit card. The transaction was done and i got the message from my bank for the deduction of the amount. But limeroad is refusing thay they got the payment. By going through their reviews on playstore i came to know this was not the case of mine they are doing this to every third person.

                              They are saying that due to technical issue payment has not received. But the bank saya money is deducted, limeroad custimer care says to talk to bank. I want to know why i trusted you i paid you, you should be responsible for the act.

                              Really, i want to refer or suggest this shopping site to anyone literally no one.

                              Worst site...i want to file a complaint against this site. Ye site band ho jaani chaahiye. They all are fraud people fooling others.i don't know where to complaint against this site. I had placed an order 20 days back. I have not received my order yet but they r showing it on my order history that they have already delivered it to me. I have sent so many mails and called them many times.                                         This is in reference with the above mentioned subject, I have made purchases from Limeroad online shopping platform via order no. [protected] and had requested for return of one item on December 21, 2016.

                                        I wish to tell you that I got a text on my registered mobile number +91-[protected], for pick up for return on December 22, 2016 from my stated delivery address, 207 Ganpati Palaza, MI Road, Jaipur-302001, but due to some mishappening on your courier service part pick up was not done.

                                        Again, next morning i.e. December 22, 2016 I got a text for the pick up and got a call from the pick up personnel who was unwilling to come at my address because of nonsense reasons of parking charges to be paid by him personally. I insisted him to come as I personally was unavailable at the address and had handed over the parcel to some of my representative.

                                        At the end he gave up and denied to come and collect the return apparel. I am sorry to say but I am highly disappointed with your services and my first ever experience on Limeroad is worst.

                                        Kindly revert and inform me for the return of my apparel as soon as possible.
