I have purchased shoes before 15 days from limeroad then i observed right shoes back side gum joint breaking then i called to limeroad customer care they told me our return policy are 7 days from delivery but when i order time ask to customer care they told me if after 7 days defect in product so you can return the product that basis i have purchased from lime road...

Refund for my return

I've made an order on Limeroad. As the product was not as expected, as suggested I placed my return on Order No. [protected] and as was picked up by Delhivery Aizawl from me. When we track from the Delhivery office it was delivered DTO on Jan 23, 2014 ref. no.[protected]

But, i have not received any amount refund till now.

Can you make it as soon as possible....

My refund amount has been transferred to LR credit as refund mode. i had not selected this LR credit option, then why transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account...other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad. I want my money in my creditcard not in lr credit. I don't know how to use the amount in lr credit....
