Dear Sir/ Ma'am
This is in reference with the above mentioned subject, I have made purchases from Limeroad online shopping platform via order no. [protected] and had requested for return of one item on December 21, 2016.
I wish to tell you that I got a text on my registered mobile number +91-[protected], for pick up for return on December 22, 2016 from my stated delivery address, 207 Ganpati Palaza, MI Road, Jaipur-302001, but due to some mishappening on your courier service part pick up was not done.
Again, next morning i.e. December 22, 2016 I got a text for the pick up and got a call from the pick up personnel who was unwilling to come at my address because of nonsense reasons of parking charges to be paid by him personally. I insisted him to come as I personally was unavailable at the address and had handed over the parcel to some of my representative.
At the end he gave up and denied to come and collect the return apparel. I am sorry to say but I am highly disappointed with your services and my first ever experience on Limeroad is worst.
Kindly revert and inform me for the return of my apparel as soon as possible.
