    I ordered jewellery from limeroad 3 bracelets and a belt out of which 2 bracelets I received aren't the same I ordered and now I want to return them and want my money back

    When I go to site for returning product i see a message that the bracelets aren't covered under return policy but does that mean they can send anything they wish and then show me this return policy.

    they have to understand that i received wrong products and initiate a return but these people are not even caring to reply to email.

    This is ridiculous! I want my money back and you take you products I just don't want them
    I wrote 2 emails which did not help and I tried to call them but there isn't any human receiving your call but a recorded message is being played which isn't of any help.

    they are making a fool out of buyers and I'm never going back

      I made an online payment (net banking) of Rs. 999 for limeroad (one kurta, two tops) with Transaction ID [protected] towards payee PAYU INDIA. The amount is deducted from my account but i have not received any message for my orders and the items are still showing in my cart. Could you please deliver the items to me and also sent the order number orelse refund the amount to me.

        Hi!i had ordered a Pink& Beige Georgette Embroidered Saree by Krishi Fab for ₹1299 on 12.11.2016 & had paid full amount by credit card but on 18.11.2016, an entirely different, a cheap pink saree was delivered.i am extremely upset on not receiving the saree i had choosen.This is not the first time this has happened. Limeroad is unable to take good care of its customers i feel.

          On 19/11/ 2016 at 10:58 p.m a transaction was done from my account id - [protected] of allahabad but the order was not placed on limeroad.com . Pay u gateway was used for the payment . Kindly either refund or place my order . Initiate the process of refunding or either place the order . the order amount was of RS. 905 consisting two tops . Kindly inform me as soon as possible for this. The item is still being shown in my cart and no such order is being shown in the 'my order column . Kindly place that order.

              The first time i ordered the shoe size didnt fit, i called for a bigger number size. The other time it came, they sent the same size shoe.
              And when am calling customer numbers they are busy, they are making us wait for 5-6 mintues and phones cuts off. Atleast respond to our phone. Just wasting our balance. Is limeroad customer care actually busy, or they just fool us? Revert back. And i want 7size number shoe, white wedges

                I ordered a chanderi kurti in yellow color for rs 2400. They delivered absolutely wrong blue colour cotton kurti, even an maid wouldn't wear!
                I will never order again from here... I tried calling on the toll free numbers to lodge a complaint but its all voice based, there is actually no one i could speak to, then i emailed and got an automated reply to my dismay! That too after two days of my sending the email complaint.in this back n forth i had lost my 7 days of refund and finally i think i am stuck with what is sent to me. So unfortunate that there is no human interaction to resolve an issue which is a terrible mistake or fraud from there side!
                I would go to higher authority of this is not resolved here!

                I ordered 4 jewellery pieces from limeroad worth 1024 INR but to my shock i received some other pieces and now when i want to return it i see a message being displayed saying those jewellery pieces are not covered under return policy heck! i tried calling and mailing but noting worked out
                just because some item is not covered under return they will send some other thing and say it cannot be returned.
                never going back to that site and i request others to do same
                the numbers which they are giving here are useless as they wont connect you to any customer care executive but a recorded message will be played and yes every call is charged

                I ordered shoes and shirt which was extra large in size and and not the same which was ordered. I claimed for refund and after some days i saw status of successful transfer but my bank account was not credited with the same.
                My ordered no 10757781 and 10917499. I have filed complain but they told me to reply within 48 hour and they still didnt reply to me after 5-7 day. I filed written complain also.

                        I am pinky who returned back a wrong item on 10th oct.. I actually order a black color handbag but being unlucky i got a wrong product of brown color handbag which is very much likely to be duplicate...                           I purchased the rigo tshirt payed from this app and 508rs cash on delivery from this app
                          i didn't like the tshirt cause it was not as described as on app so the complaint is about the amount return.
                          first they didn't give the option for refunding te amount to the bank account.
                          they returned the amount through lrcredits and if try to use it say if I am not logged in from my account the shirt price will be 502 rs and i should pay on 502 rs only and if I log in my account same shirt will be 10100 rs that means it will double and after applying my lrcredits I should pay again 502rs to them.

                            I was purchased a shoes from limeroad on 15-oct-2016 in night. On 18 th oct 2016 i was got a my order from limeroad. When i saw the product its was totally different. When i raise the complaint for refund they told me that we will initiated the return till 21-oct-2016. But they didn't response anything till now. Whether i have mail marked them 5-6 time within last 4 days. But they are not responding till now. I was called to customer care center then i logged a complaint to customer care executive then they say that i have logged your complain we will arranged the returned and refund of your payment within 2 days but still they not taking any action against the same. So please help in this matter.

                                I was booked a order on 15-oct-2016 as shoes of columbs. And the sent me wrong product on 18-oct-2016. When i want to return the same product the defuse to initiate the return product which was wrong and not refund my 558/- inr. When i was called in customer care on 24-oct-2016 and complaint to theres executive they suggest me i will logged your complaint and outr executive intiated the return on 25-oct-2016. And we refunded your amount in your appropriate account. Dear all please check the issue and give me response.

                                  I juz recieved an sms from limeroad which says my refund will be given on my LR credit.. I dont want my refund on my LR credit i want u to transfer the requird money on my bank account... Pliz do look forward on my request and return my money on my bank acount... I will let u know the details of my acount once the refund process is initiated.. Pliz do inform me.. ThnkQ

                                  I have received Rs 572 as LR credit for my returned order of [protected] but according to ur refund policy it is mention that those who pay by COD hve to provide their NEFT bank details within 7 days of refund for transfering the money to my bank acount... But my refund is received in LR credit... Pliz cancel from my LR credit and transfer it to my bank acount... Atleast give a response from ur side so that i can provide u the requird NEFT details...

                                  Hi..I purchased one item from lime road and it's not as shown on the website..so i want to return and when i tried to give the bank details, its not accepting, showing IFSC code is not valid ..and saying that your refund will be transferred to LR Account but I don't want that..so please cancel this ..and refund my money to my bank account..

                                    I had ordered 3 shirt and 2 mugs. My order no was [protected]. The fitting of the shirts are not as per the size and the print on mug is like some kid has used glass color randomly on mug and it don't even match the print shown on the site. I don't think I would ever buy from this site and would ask everyone known not to get anything g from this site as you guys don't even verify the seller or check the quality. And above all Boone answers the call.

                                    Really pathetic experience. It was my first and last buy from Limeroad.

                                        This is thereminder. Why didnt your company take action so far?
                                        I ordered a multi colour bhagalputi silk saree by vamika (Order no c-[protected]s1). Parcel sent by you has been delivered to me on 08/10/2016 through attingal post office (Pin-695101), kerala as cod. I have paid rs 722/- as noted inthe cod parcel to the post office. To may dismay, i was shocked to see that no saree was found inside the parcel. Instead three pieces of waste colthes and a book bind were found inside. The wrapper of the parcel and waste received inside the parcel are kept with me. I request you refund the money paid to you through post office immediately. I used to purchase products from other companies through online. I didt have such an experience from any other companies except from you. If the money paid to you is not refunded within a week. I will approach the appropriate forum for justice. An early action will be much appreciated
