I have ordered two tops and i wanted to return it but this return policy says item cannot be picked up from my pincode 400066... And it will cost more for me to post it to the warehouse address...     This is regarding a purchase i made online from limeroad order number #[protected] placed on sunday 18 november, the order status is showing as delivered whereas the product is not yet received to me till date. Customer service is also not giving proper response to several calls and complaints raised. I also didn't even receive any kind of call or message from delivery boy. Customer service executive also confirmed that we don't call before delivery. Pathetic customer service! Need a refund immediately.

      While trying to order a bag from Limeroad, I faced certain technical issue. The order wasn't placed, but the money was deducted from my account through Google Pay app. I dropped email and it said the support person will get in touch within 24 hours. However, I still haven't received any response. It has been 4 days.

      How much time does it take for the refund to be done in my bank account? I would like to have a quick action on this.

      They didn't ask to refund the amount to LR credits but I received it on my lr credits.

          I have ordered a shirt in limeroad which was not up to my expectations. I have returned it and they have credited lr credits in my limeroad account. The problem is transferring those lr credits to my bank account. Please look over this issue as soon as possible. This shopping site seems isn't good for refund issues. Please do something to solve these kind of issues. So many people have complained regarding the same problem. I see how it works with limeroad. How can one shop for the next time when such problems araises.

            I have returned a product as its material is not good and colour was little different. The money is refunded to my lr credits. But i want my money back in my personal bank account. All the other shopping apps are doing this and why not lime road. I didn't even choose lr credits option. So please solve this problem and refund the money to my personal bank account

              I have ordered pink kurta which was very loose and not fitted properly so that i applied for return along ago but now again the app shows to ask return so that i kept again but now by mistakenly i forget to change the option of refund amount to paytm or bank account. So that the refund will be added as or credits. I dont to buy anything on lime road now so will u transfer those amount to my bank account or paytm account

                  I am receiving mostly alternate days four to five sms form this company limeroad. It makes me irritating. They stupids sending unwanted sms. Also they stupids not made any provision how to unsubscribed form their website from this kind of sms. I do not want receving such sms continue. My contact no. [protected] is [protected]. They stupids sending sms on this number.

                          My refund amount has been tranferred to LR credit. i havent got any option to select refund method at the time of returning product. Kindly give me option to tranfer the money to my bank.account
                          I had purchased two dresses from limeroad. The first one was not as it was in the website so I had return and 1 delivery. The delivery boy who came to deliver charged additional Rs 15 per dress overall Rs 30/. He insisted( was standing outside my house and screaming) that the amount had to be paid and therefore I had to. I hope limeroad takes severe action against such delivery boys.

                            This online shopping site is very fraud, they giving wrong and false discounts
                            They executive behave badly and giving wrong information every alternate days. They sent low quality product also.. And some product are not coming if i give them complain the don't respond and giving wrong information. If the executive are behaving badly what the respect of a customer.. The executive simple say we cannot do anything and the say one thing do one thing if some action take against them then the online shopping site don't dare to do like this

                                    I ordered 2 items in mens clothings but changed my mind quickly. I needed to cancel them because product delivery date is very late and it will miss the occasion. The app is crap without this option. Please provide option for cancellations. Also if we buy anything using cash on delivery, limeroad does not give cash back. Instead they give lr credits using which we can buy something else on their site. What if we dont want to buy anything again on their site? First we cant cancel order and then their return policy is not cod friendly. Please do look into the matter and do the needful. Thank you.

                                      I had ordered one dress from limeroad . The delivery date was on thusday,
                                      I got message from limeroad road that 'your dress will be delivery today and this is the courier boy. In evening I called the courier boy he said he called me but my call was not connected. He even said that call me tomorrow at 1 pm I will deliver your dress. Next day I called him my friends called him, he said he will give next day because today he is busy. I dont know whats going on. I want to cancel my order even that also I cant do Limeroad side dnt show canceling order option. From so many days I had to call courier boy to deliver my product and every time he say that tomorrow surely. Such a bad delivery codition of limeroad. It was my first and last order on limeroad because I have other works also inspite of calling the courier boy every day. Then also the result is NULL.
