Dear Team,

I have paid an amount of 6420/- towards annual charges of RO along with installation. It's almost a month still that RO not got installed and I not even received any call also from technical team. I tired of with continuous followup. Pls refund my amount immediately without any delay.

It was really worresst experience to me with Livepure as I don't suggest any one to go with this. You people unnecessary blaming fame of Sachin

        Hi I'm very upset and disappointed with the service provided..I have raised a request to service my water filter the last free service provided was bad in two days my filter wasn't working at its full capacity and then I called your customer service asking them to send me a technician that request was automatically cancelled that's what the customer service representative said and the they raised another request but no technician has reached yet to fix the problem

        requesting immediate attention to this matter before I further escalate this I have been spending money additionally to aquire drinking water while I have an incompetent companys water filter at home..

          On my service request to livpure an engineer visited to my house at 31st March, he only check the TDS of water but but he claimed that he has changed the sediment and carbon filter.
          So please take necessary action and kindly change the both filter

                    Pathetic service, 2nd free service was due but Nobody came, after calling call center team they're providing same person contact number again n again which is not available at any moment, and after so many efforts when finally had a conversation with area incharge they're saying that's not their concern and they'll charge for the services, I really don't know they'll come or not and how much money they'll charge, totally disappointed.

                        I purchase the Live pure Touch plus RO on 09.11.2020, vide bill no-015738, dt-09.11.2020, vide serial no: B2KE11D1056393.

                        Now last 24.05.21 the RO was problem of water dispenser and lodged complain no: JS-[protected]. the engineer came and repair it.
                        again today I getting same problem and lodged complain no: JS-[protected].
                        Service engineer came and confirm that the water pump was damaged and need to repair or replace same. He gone without closure the service request. He will let me know whether the parts available or not by tomorrow

                        now its really unacceptable that a new RO how can it get motors problem
                        I request you kindly look into same immediately and revised otherwise I will proceed for consumer case against your product. As still now I am purchasing water from market

                          I have reviewed Service Maintenance Contract for 3 years and paid INR 12000 for it, now when I am raising any service request to resolve my RO issue, they are closing the complain without resolving the issue and the number they provide doesn’t answer my phone and it’s been 10-15 days my RO is not working these LIVPURE people doesn’t care about it.
                          I don’t know where to escalate now, these people are just doing fraud now. I am from Hardoi (UP), my registered number is [protected].

                                I had purchased livpure pep pro plus on Aug 2020, Currently it is May 2021 and it has stopped working.
                                Everytime when i call servicemen they come and repair and say filter is fine and filter tank will fill within 45 mins but its not happening. i have changed pre filter, sediment filter, carbon filter and RO still is is not working, Just after 4, 5 days of parts change it has stopped working. I need complete replacement it is in warranty period. In this covid time it is not possible for me to go outside and bring water jar. It has become very difficult for my family to drink water due to this useless filter.

                                  We have taken one livpure RO, i had taken one service which was free of cost and after it i went back to home due to some medical issues and lockdown, when i came back now, whole wall beyond the RO is leaking, no service centre calling is available, no response n help i am getting. FOr wall thing i can get it repaired but water is leaking from it continuously and no help i am getting from livpure side.

                                      At first in morning when I raised complain then no technician number was given to me. Later when I complain again then customer care provided number of JITENDER KUMAR. When I called him then he mentioned he is out of town.

                                      I have to call again to customer care to inform that their executive is out of town and to arrange some other technician. When asked to provide technician number at call done today to customer care around 4.30 pm, customer care representative informed that they can not provide other technician number now, since they cannot find any technician for now and when they will get a technician then they will inform.

                                      At the time of AMC, lots of quality assurance is given but fact is that after AMC, Livpure don't at all care of any issues of its customer and customer care are good to show their inability only.

                                      Though I have paid money for AMC to Livpure of INR 4, 750 yet seems I have to call some other technician for my RO. Feels I am cheated by Livpure.

                                      Hope someone would help for same.
