Hello Team,
As I shifted to new home location on last 26th Apr 2021, before that I have raised request for reinstallation of LivePure at new home address and I update the Address for the same.
Till now I have called many time for the same, still its not done as lockdown imposed in Bangalore.

Please try to process the request at the earliest as its almost one month.

Again one more thing I am requesting...

Touch pad of water purifier is not working properly, it is automatically turned ON and despence total water from RO.
Also filter life indication is low....

I have taken a 3 yrs AMC for my livpure water purifier. I have been calling them from 28 days continuously to come for general servicing and also to change the filters . They are registerering the complaint but no one is coming nor calling...

Purifier start but after sometime it's self off and again continue this process. Till whenever power is supplied to it....

Very poor service of livpure, false commitment done, service of livpure is due from March 2021 in spite of mine service registered in March

I want service support regarding change of filters of our livpure pep star...

Have been trying to reach customer care on all available mediums but seems it is the worst customer service company, and their local technicians are always in search of ways to loot money, it has been hardly 4 months, local technician says RO would have gone bad and it would cost Rs 1200 for filter and additionally he trying to sell additional filters.
i just want to hear it from company itself if the product is really so bad or just...

I have purchased Liv Pure and waiting for installation for more than week. I'm being told that due to lockdown in Delhi they are unable to install.
I'm sure this is a excuse as service engineers of AC are vising the premises. Even service eng of Aqua Guard are around.

I am getting continuous beeps from my livpure ro. Unable to create a ticket from the app nor is anybody from support team answering the phone call.

Water is one main part of life and you are showing absolute no responsibility and making the customers to wait, not sure but may be indefinitely.

You people make good marketing to sell your products and then you are least bothered....

I had ordered for a smart RO and paid the full amount on 23rd February 2021. It took an entire month after multiple follow ups to get the product delivered. I was consistently following up with the support team on call and the date of delivery and installation keeps getting pushed one week everytime I talk to the support team.

Once the product got delivered. I have been following up to get it installed and that seems to be...
