I have a livpure RO 2000 plus touch, 2019 model.
I also 2 year ACMC with Livpure directly. While they make you sign the ACMC with livpure, the technicians who arrive are untrained from the franchise.
I have had multiple bad experiences with ;livpure support, right from installation. They punctured a water pipe in my kitchen.
I have a scheduled maintenance per the ACMC since May 2021. The person who arrived refused to change any filters. WIthin 24 hrs the RO started leaking. I have been since following up with livpure for the past 4 days, service request number ending 0314, to send a technician to repair the RO and also replace the filters.
I ahve escalated this multiple times, calling up livpure support multiple time.
They are the worst in customer care, despite signing a 2 year ACMC i am suffering
LivPure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
