I have taken AMC of my RO purifier during Jan 2020 by paying Rs 4000.00. As per contract, LIVPURE personnel supposed to visit 2 times a year minimum for preventive maintenance and change of spares.
Since Jan 2020, no one came for the same.
Since 2 month i'm continuously calling their toll free number[protected] but its not at all taking my request for service. It says your request already registered we will get back to you. But no one calls me for service. Since two months I called them more than 10 times.
Next month Jan 2021, my RO amc is getting expired and my 4000 rs is gonna waste.
Please provide solution

      I am using your Livpure -Smart Ro and whose time I have been able to recharge from time to time, I have not been able to recharge in the last month because our mother had died due to which our house was closed. On 19th, I recharged 375 but Livpure Smart Whole Ro Smart did not turn on, then I called in your customer care, then they told that you have to do one recharge only.
      I told them that our mother had died and we were not at home, so you were the last the recharge of the month should be wave off and my smart should be turned on but they made up their mind that this will not happen, it is necessary that you will have to recharge.

      It was very sad to hear this and I decided that I would not have any relationship with a company that does not understand the feeling of its customer and does not understand the humanity, whether it dies or lives, only by its money and recharge. I will also tell all my friends to never get smart Ro form livpure.

      So that's my request that I want you to disconnect my connection and take your Livpure Smart Ro. I have no relation with a company like you, which company tells its customer that we mean by recharge, no one died or lived here.

          My Service request no. is JS-[protected]. LivPure Service Engineer, Sh. Gurinder Singh was to come today for checking the non-permorming RO but he didn't turned up. On enquiring, he told that he is very busy today and won't be able to come today. Our RO is not working for last 48 hrs and family members including kids are not getting filtered/pure water for drinking.

          Grateful please send Service Engineer immediately.

                My RO is out of order since 05/12/2020 and I lodged a service complaint (Call ID is JS-[protected]) on 06 December 2020 but engineer has not visited yet. Today I once again call over toll free number [protected] and I was told that your service complaint was cancelled.
                I have suffering since last 11 days due to poor services of LIV PURE.
                Please get my RO repaired ASAP.

                  Service request No. JS-[protected] dated[protected] allotted to SANDEEP SINGH[protected] Kanpur Nagar, [protected].

                  1. He attended and told membrane is unserviceable and replaced with other used membrane temporarily, and promised to replace it with new membrane in a week.
                  2. Display card of Ro was unserviceable and promised to replace it in one week.
                  He has not turned up to replace both membrane and display card till date, contacted him number of times, he always says with in next two days I will come but he never turned up.
                  I request to send him or other technician at the earliest to resolve the issues in my RO.
                  My RO is under warranty

                          Product was brought from Livpure in June. Had to recharge for 6 months to avail the services. However in the month of october, there were issues with the water quality. It was informed that they would arrange for service and the service tech visited twice failing to resolve the issue. A Request to cancel the services was taken and raised on 4 Nov 2020. The company eventually had to pick up the machine and provide the refund for the dedicated amount that is pending. The pickup happened in December 11, almost 1 and half months after the request was raised and i am still waiting for the refund. The company denies any support and fails to refund the amount which was already promised

                            We are getting very bad service from Liv pure at Nagpur. +[protected] This number is provided to us and a lady speaks to us. She always delays to send an engineer. Last time she said that u received a number plz give that... as I was not aware what it was I have the number . She closed the case and engineer did not visit......

                            I ordered the product on 17th November 2020 and there was prompt follow up and delivery on the same day. Someone came for installation on 18th November but it couldn't be installed because of landlord issues. The same was communicated to the Livpure team and I was reassured that the product would be collected from my house. It has almost been a month since it has happened, I have been in touch with the customer support team everyday for the past 1.5 weeks but no one has come to collect the product yet. I have sent mails, spoken to support team on chat and called the team. I do not understand why the delivery can be so prompt but the return is not happening on time.

                              Recently bought this water purifier and last 3months I was not at home, so switched off purifier. Now I am back home and switched on purifier and it switched on and pumping the water inside device through white pipe but water is not filling inside purifier and also wastage water is not coming out through the blue pipe.

                                I have purchased live pure waterpurifier from aarcee electronic, kharghar, Navimumbai. 5 days ago.
                                Till today installation is not done by dealer at the time of selling goods dealer tells so many things but, in reality no one rules, please do needful for the same and install machine quickly.

                                    It's hard to say that I am totally disappointed by the livpure services. As it was clearly mentioned on the company website and confirmed from your Customer Support team also that RO Carbon Filter, sediment filter, DI Cartridges, RO membrane anyhow to be changed after 220 Days.
                                    But your Bareilly Zonal Manager MR. Azeem Kamal Siddique is not changing these parts after my N no of request and saying that you need to pay for these things as you have Purchased online so These things are not covered under warranty. On the trust of LivePure brand, have taken the AMC for 2 years also but now i felt like it was my biggest mistake to trust on LivePure. Till yet nothing is changed in my RO on a priority basis all the above-mentioned parts should be changed

                                    I have raised above concern on [protected]@livpure and received the ticket id 74378 10 days ago and no response till yet

                                      When i bought the livepure RO, it came with 2 free service in a year which a customer can claim within a year anytime. When i tried claiming a free service i received a message that an engineer has been appointed for the service please give an appointment date. I called the engineer and he responded that he will come within 2 days but he didn't came so i called him again but he disconnected my call.
                                      After that due to pandemic the nation was in a lockdown. No chance i could arrange a service appointment.
                                      Later when the lockdown got over i again called the customer service and asked them for the appointment and they told they have confirm my appointment but no message regarding that came to my number. Today i called the customer care and requested them for the service appointment and they have confirmed it. They said the engineer will not charge for his visit but will charge for the parts of RO which need to be changed. I don't get why do company claims it to be free service when they will charge you for the parts. Nice tactics to cheat customers.

                                      So i have already used my first free service on 14 August 2020. But now i can't avail my 2nd free service due to this. Their customer service is even worse they don't anything about their work. They will just tell you to wait and assure you that you'll receive call from the company but their words are also fake as company's claims.

                                      I already mailed the given email address on 14 August and they replied on 18 August that "your problem was addressed". Without even addressing the problem. Then again I mailed them on 2 November and they replied my mail after 1 month on 1 December. Well That's how you cheat customers by using such tactics. Well i will make sure no one in my friend/ family circle uses this pathetic company's RO.
