Once i placed the order, i received a confirmation. After that, i called customer care number multiple times and also sent multiple mails. Still, i didn't get a single response from livpure. Now i want to cancel the order, even i can't do that because no one is responding...

I contacted livpure customer care to registered a complaint on 02.05.2020 that there is no flow of water in my filter for which a complaint ID generated and that is JS-[protected]. But they did not respond. After too many calls and email sent to [protected]@livpure.com, a technician visit my home on 30.05.2020. He started the flow of water in my filter which was stopped from one month. Then he examined the TDS level...

I purchased livpure glo ro + uv mineralizer 2 years back in march 2018.

There is a long beep sound ongoing in the purifier.

Call id raised on june 6 is unresolved till date (June 13) due to irresponsible behavior of livpure and its technician

I have raised several complaints on customer care number and it was simply left unattended.

To make matters worse, livpure team is not aware...

I have prepaid ro service taken from livpure for which i have to do monthly recharge. For last 45 days or more my ro is not working and i did my recharges for last 2 months though.

I havr called their customer care and sent mail to customer care also but no service provided yet.

This is violation of service commitment by the company. Looking for earliest resolution or money back for last two...

I have recharged my water purifier but still, it is not working. I do a recharge of every month and now due to lockdown i was at my home town and do not recharge my water purifier as it is on a rent basis. Now i do a recharge of all last 2 months but still, it is not working because i forgot to recharge of september 2019. I had registered a complaint on 29-12-19, the water filter was not working, within a couple of days their service engineer did contact me and attend the fault, and informed me that the water filter was jammed/damaged and it required 1200/- for replacement. I also agreed to replace it. He replaced the filter in my presence and then he changed a transformer inside the filter...

I have rented a ro through there livpure smart service. Its a payable water service. I have replaced all my old water services like water can etc. As i opted a rented ro. Now i have made a recharge to refill the water. Its not showing in the app the updated litres also i am with no water from past two days. They dont even reply and pick call on customer care. I havent felt this helpless in my entire life. I live alone and i am without drinking...

I bought liv pure pep pro + from flipkart on march 17th and after a long wait and so many calls to technician it was installed on 22nd of march.

The next day itself it stopped working. And when i raised a service request they said its lockdown and we can't provide service. I thought oh its okay. And after almost a one and half month in 17th june i raised a service request again then they said the same thing that they'll operate...

Livpure smart was installed on 3rd june. Still it’s not working. Not able to connect to customer care. Already raised a ticket. Didn’t get any response from their side. Subscription has been started, even though i am not able to use it...

I have purchased 1 year amc for my livpure water purifier and registered a request for servicing on 28 april.
The request is opened since then and there is no response from livpure even after multiple escalations and chasers.
Please take necessary action....

I did my full payment for titanium 12 months subscription plan on may 25th i. E. More than 10 days now. They enever respond to emails or phone calls. After calling into their customer care [protected] for about 50 times, i was lucky to get hold of the agent on june 2nd who promised me that water purifier would get installed on june 4th without fail. I asked her what is the guarantee and she hung up on me.

I have subscribed to titanium plan smart ro water machine not working, and there is no water coming i have raised a service request no (Js[protected]) it's been a week no one have called me regarding the issue. And no one even responding to my email and calls on this [protected] number. I raised escalation reques also. Still no responce....

I paid the subscription amount and uploaded the kyc details too, its been 48 hours already but no notification/call from livpure team side. Instead, i am trying to contact them through customer care, mails service, requests but still no replies from their end. I am now worried is that i did right or not by investing in livpure....

Water purifier was serviced in the month Feb-20, it got into same problem in month of March, due to Covid19 I couldn't raise the call. After multiple attempts I managed to raise the call on 18th may 2020 Ticket JS-[protected], Customer service promised it will get handled in 2 days but its been 15 days no response from them I called them almost 7 times and service engineer more than 10 times no response from both of them
