I am getting continuous beeps from my livpure ro. Unable to create a ticket from the app nor is anybody from support team answering the phone call.

Water is one main part of life and you are showing absolute no responsibility and making the customers to wait, not sure but may be indefinitely.

You people make good marketing to sell your products and then you are least bothered....

I had ordered for a smart RO and paid the full amount on 23rd February 2021. It took an entire month after multiple follow ups to get the product delivered. I was consistently following up with the support team on call and the date of delivery and installation keeps getting pushed one week everytime I talk to the support team.

Once the product got delivered. I have been following up to get it installed and that seems to be...

I have trying to contact Livpure for my RO service but no one a simple courtesy to reply my mails since a week now tried their numbers but no response then I tried mailing them, reminders but no avail....

I taken 2 year acmc.but just done 1 year your service agent John p gajjar is not picking my phone.and not servicing also.my ro is not working now what should I do I complain on your customer care number also since 5 days are gone no one is replying.product is good but very bad service not to recommend to anyone.please provide services fast....

Registered a complaint about leakage of watere on 26th March and the engineer attended on 27th march 2021. After servicing the water is sour in taste - when we complained again the response was not as it was earlier. They suggested to have 2 years AMC before end of this month but when we checked with the website the service remains the same both for one year and two years. details are attached - NEED TO KNOW THE REASON FOR ONE OR TWO YEARS...

I have opted for ACMC on[protected] for 3 years worth Rs10800. It was promised twice in a year an auto inspection for checking the RO will be provided. But no one has turned up till day even after 10 months.

I have raised a request by calling customer care as the water not coming on 14th March 2021, but no one has attended the request till now. I have called customer service 10times on this matter. I have called the engineer...

I tried to call customer care many times but no one is responding...

Need to servecing of our livpure...

The man Livpure His name is Himanshu . He had done fraud with us . He is giving us service of livpure . Now he is not giving us service . And he is not refunding our money back ....

I am from bangalore and my pin code is 562157 so when I got the call once again I confirmed with the rep that is it avaiable on the particular pin code, he told there is no issue and carry on with the payment and will be delivered within...

I had taken service contract for three years in oct 2020 and from jan21 i was trying to get service from livpure for water purifier but no one is responding on customer care number or email and from last two months continuously trying for service but no one is visiting for service and they even not respond to me i had pay for three contract...

RO water purifier has stopped the working. Water is not coming from the machine....

RO Mineralizer and Filters are to be changed as per regular service i already complaint in previous time but there is no response from your side...

We have raised service request for issue with machine is not working but no one has addressed till now.

Further, lot of issues we are facing with this machine, I request or suggest to replace with new machine otherwise I may have to go for consumer court. we brought this just 8 months ago and it has given problem for almost 4 times now...

My service request No. JS-[protected] registered on 2nd March 21 till date it is not closed. Livpure technician is not coming for installation of water purifier. Due to this We are facing problem for getting purified water. Please look into and solve the issue immediately....

After 6 months of torture without servicing water purifier. I am drinking can water paying extra since I bought liv pure envy plus water purifier to place in show case. I raised requests, complaints and all escalations from June 2020. And all I get a message is its escalated or they send some technician no who doesn't pick call or it doesn't work.
