    Hello Sir,

    Complaint Date: 31-May-2021

    I have ordered the "LIVPURE Zinger Copper 6.5 L RO + UV + UF + Minerals Water Purifier 70% Water Recovery (White)" from Flipkart on May 22, and it delivered on May 23. Installation was done on May 30 and the RO is not working properly starting that evening. I've raised a complaint to LivPure service on May-31 (JS-[protected]).

    No one responded for 5 days and I keep calling them daily and was escalating the complaint, after 2 weeks on June 12 the service guy showed up and surprisingly he don't know about this RO and it was his first time to see this RO. So he did not fix the issue and left by saying that they will send another person, but no one showed up till today even after multiple calls.

    Whenever I call to the customer care people they would give me some people numbers and asked me to contact them, but they are useless.

    I am really frustrated to call them and I lost hope and Trust in LivPure. And, I will never suggest anyone to buy LivPure products. I don't know how Sachin Tendulkar is endorsing such a company that has no respect towards its customers.

    Since I've already lost my hope, I am not expecting any service from them but I want them to take the RO back and return my amount (14, 499/-).

    Please help me to get my amount back.

    The issue is still not fixed, and there is no proper response from LivPure service.

      I had bought Livpure RO and bought AMC for five years. I needed to reinstall my RO as I have been transferred to new location. Contacted customer care many times, raised request several times, however no response from the company. Poor display of customer satisfaction

        I have taken 3 years of AMC with Livpure and you have made me realised every time how bad decision it was. Every time I have to chase to get an executive to come over to provide the service.

        See how long the below ticket is opened and still no one bother to check this ticket
        “Dear Customer, your visit for call ID JS-[protected] is scheduled on[protected]:00:00 “

        I have been chasing your helpdesk either call gets disconnected or executive says someone will come immediately but no action is taken.

        I want my AMC money to be reimbursed immediately because of your poor poor service.

          Customer Care people are hanging up the phone and are not responding correctly, wasted my whole day in waiting and calling.

          Engineer number given for reinstallation, I contacted him, he denied to provide any service. Already waited for 48 hrs, now again asking me to wait for 48 hrs.

          I have taken the one yr sevice warranty of livpure RO. But they are gaining to give service.

          Water is essential for us. This is not acceptable at all.

          Request assist.

            This is regarding the service request job id : JS-[protected], I have opened this service request for bad water taste on May 21 2021 and the service man came for service on June 15th 2021; while in all these previous days I am buying water from outside.

            I also have AMC done for my livpure pep model which will expire next year 2022, now after this service delay the service person is asking for Rs 2750/- and saying membrane needs to be replaced, however membrane is already changed in last service just few months back and he is saying it can be only replaced once in every year.

            I have a concern how come some product which is suppose to last for an year, can be damaged in few months and also if it is damaged due to late service or faulty product, who is at fault?

            I dont wish to pay for poor degraded products and services. And still have to purchase water when I have already paid 10500/- Rs for AMC of my purifier.

              This is regarding my Service Request that I had already raised last Sunday, i.e. 6th June, 2021, with JobSheet# JS-[protected], that you LivPure people allocated to Electro Care Services ([protected]) West Delhi, [protected].

              I wonder why is it taking so long to resolve my issue? It's more than a week now. My RO machine is not working. Water is not coming. Your technical executive (Phone# [protected]) came on Monday, 7th June, 2021. He checked the machine and told that there was an issue with machine itself, and the same would have to be replaced. He also told me that he had raised a request for a replacement machine for me, and it would take 2-3 days for new machine to come, then he would replace it. But neither he came back till now, nor he called back at all. When he came, he had given a phone number of his senior as well, for me to contact if any query, i.e. Mr. Parminder (Phone# [protected]). But now while I'm trying to connect with him, he is also not receiving the call. Not responsive at all. I'm very disappointed by such a poor service by them.

              On Thursday, 10th June, 2021, I called up in your Customer Care as well. And explained my issue thoroughly. Your executive informed me that no request had been received at your end for any replacement machine by any executive. I was surprised to know that. How could that technical person lie? Then your Customer Care Executive told me that he had taken the same request and I would be reverted back about it within next 24 to 48 hours. It's more than that now, but no luck. I have not received any call about it. Nor my issue has been resolved yet. On that, now while I'm trying to contact in your Customer Care, there is no one to attend my call too.

              It's really frustrating and unprofessional. A lot of people in my friends and family circle who are looking for an RO system, and asking me about the one I've been using. But how could I recommend it to anyone when even I have to go through with such a hassle.

              You are requested to kindly look into this matter on urgent basis, and revert me with a firmed resolution of the same. Please replace the machine, or if it's not possible, then please refund my money along with the compensation of Rs.100 x 10 Days, i.e. Rs.1, 000, that I have to bear for buying water due to scarcity of your service.

                I have purchased the Livpure RO water purifier last month and it does not work!! i have been trying to get in touch with the CUSTOMER care people and they do not help!!! keep cutting the line on my face for no reason. i have put in a service complaint for the last 2 weeks every day, but no response!!! i need this fixed right now!!! i bloody paid for it!!! what kind of a ### up company are you?????
                send someone home to repair that ### and replace it or give me my money back!!! you thieves!!!

                    Livpure machine is giving beep sound post recharging also on time. Have raised ticket but no response yet.

                        Livpure water purifier leaking complaint addressed but not redressed.

                        My registered phone number is [protected].

                        I am purchased the above livepure water purifier 7 years back. Regularly i am paid Annual maintenance for my purifier. This time also 4 years AMC paid by me approx 7500. Two year AMC completed and two years pending.

                        Recently Livpure chennai Trivallore district service maintenance contractor was changed by your firm. This contract agency is not upto the mark. I recently had two more problems in my purifier, but they not to solve the issue by work, only they are speaking with ourselves regularly but no use. They not tried to solve the issue. Kindly reconsider to change the service contract.

                        Yet now my purifier leakage problem not solved by them the motor running continuously. Please do the needful.

                        If you are not taking swift action in this regard, we have to shift the Water purifier brand from Livepure to anyother.

                              Hello I ordered from Livpure on 7th April 2021under the order id LSHPY18812. For a cervical pillow but when I received the product on 11th April2021 the product was damaged so I raised the return complain and the return of the product got picked up on 16th April 2021 by there Delhivery courier partner.Despite of many mails and WhatsApp follow up till date I have not received my money and they are also not even replying to my mails and WhatsApp msgs.I wanted to inform you regarding them plz tell them to return my money ASAP.Thankyou

                              No reply from livpure even after sending them several mails. It has been more than 2 months and despite of several follow ups my money is not yet being refunded and they don’t even reply to customers mails.Plz be careful while shopping with them.

                                In my 30years of my life I have never seen such worst Water Purifier like LivPure Envy Plus .
                                I have purchased this on 6thJuly 2020 and since then Purifier breakdown happened more than 10times.
                                Don't know how Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar is the Brand Ambassador of this company.
                                Please solve the issue or change it else this issue will be raised to Higher Consumer Court.

                                      I have purchased A new livpure RO last month but after 10 days it stopped working.
                                      Complaint registered on toll free and 02 executive visited after long discussion and many more requests.
                                      But executive could not find out the problem due to lack of knowledge.
                                      Still problem takes place.

                                      Kindly look into matter and do the needful.
                                      Local franchise is not supportive

                                        Considering that Livpure service would be good, I took AMC for 4 years few months back. I do get messages of free services, but no one would attend. Even problem comes below is Livpure response.

                                        They (mailing to [protected]@livpure.in) do not respond when a customer is in need. kindly find the attachment.

                                        If we call to customer care number, they say we get call back in a short while. We don't get response. If any audible issue, it is customer concern, they don't bother or call back giving customer concern priority. If we call even again to customer care, NO ONE WOULD CALL AND KNOW CONCERN.

                                        Local management (Hyderabad): They don't pick up the calls or even respond to text or whatsapp messages. Please find the attachment.

                                        FOR ME, THESE ARE COMMON AND EVERYTIME PROBLEMS WITH LIVPURE. THEY TAKE OUR FULL TIME AND ENERGY.

                                        LIVPURE HAS DISCONNECTED ALL MODES THROUGH WHICH A CUSTOMER CAN CONTACT IT.

                                        I paid Rs. 15000/- which is of no worth. I really appreciate if I could be informed atleast one means to retain my money.
