Hi Sir / Ma'm,

Yesterday Livpure Service Engineer visited our house, opened & checked the Water Purifier & said brain of the purifier is not working properly so need to replace it.
He kept open & went but still now not returned to replace the brain of the purification machine.

Note: Still the machine is kept open & he is not receiving our call. Kindly ask the Livpure team to close the cover on immediate basis & fix this issue asap .

    I had ordered a livepure smart RO on 19th June and paid 6 months advance subscription. Its almost a month now, running from one call center executive to another and another fake promising me that the machine will get delivered to me the next day or the delivery person will get in touch with me soon.
    Hear me out, if your planning to install one, don't!! its a big fraud. They dupe you of the money and give you mental torture. You cant even trust the word of the support executive as they all lie. from Manisha to Rajesh to Smirti and on and onn... i have spoken to numerous executive but they just lie. they wont even let you connect with the delivery executive or give their contacts. They wont even connect with the superiors. And yes, if you are planning to connect with the support executive, plan ahead and keep an hour of time with you as they put you on hold for 25 minutes. I have numerous call recordings to prove it.
    God help those who are taking subscription from them!

    Same thing is happening with me. I think we should gather more such customers who were cheated and then jointly file a legal case with damage charges

        Automatically livpure generated a service code as the product used for 6 months. They have generated it on June-19. I contacted to service engineer Mr Velmurugan as his no ([protected]) came as message. He used to tell "today I will come, tomorrow I will come, in 30 mins I am coming". So he has harassed me by telling all these lies. Then I complained to customer care they have generated a complaint ticket having no - 129679. Then on July - 3rd, another complaint generated when I called customer care. The No is : JS - [protected]. But till today no response from their team.
        Same thing is going on like today we will go. Tomorrow we will go. In 1 hr we will go.
        What should I do in this situation?

          Livpure taken AMC for my product worth Rs 10000 for three years in the month of feb 2021.Now company is not responding whenever i trying to launch complain for servicing. I need my money back as their are cheating me. i am paid money and now running behind for getting the service

            Payment was done today on 7th July 2021 and in fact did two payments 700+ and 400+ but still no water. Most irritatingly, nobody is responding via any mode. Now how will I get the water? I don't have any other source and have to boil and drink with an infant kid at home. You people service is pathetic

              We took a 2 year maintenance contract in Jan 2021, and after 6 months on repeated follow ups, a service person comes and does not know anything about the job, does a messy job of cleaning the tank alone. No filter change, no tds check, nothing. Very disappointed

                I have a livpure RO 2000 plus touch, 2019 model.

                I also 2 year ACMC with Livpure directly. While they make you sign the ACMC with livpure, the technicians who arrive are untrained from the franchise.

                I have had multiple bad experiences with ;livpure support, right from installation. They punctured a water pipe in my kitchen.

                I have a scheduled maintenance per the ACMC since May 2021. The person who arrived refused to change any filters. WIthin 24 hrs the RO started leaking. I have been since following up with livpure for the past 4 days, service request number ending 0314, to send a technician to repair the RO and also replace the filters.

                I ahve escalated this multiple times, calling up livpure support multiple time.

                They are the worst in customer care, despite signing a 2 year ACMC i am suffering

I had lodged RO leakage problem on 16th June in your complaint cell which till now.The problem hasn't been resolved. When I talk to your team, it is constantly being lied on the lie that your problem will be corrected in 1 day. Will be fine in 2 days. It's been almost 20 days today. The problem has not been resolved. I am very upset. Please solve our problem as soon as possible. Thanks a lot..

                    I have placed an order for their subscription product and paid RS. 2700 on 41 may 2021 and haven't got the product installed yet. Their team delivered a faulty RO after 4 weeks, dated 24th June and since then no one is taking my call. Even the customer keeps saying that someone will come and pick up. Its too sad that I have not only lost time and risked my money but also being tormented by them as their is no response and worst there is no mechanism to cancel the order on their website.

                    All they have given is a code 121910.

                        I am at coonoor and requested to Livpure Customer Care for regular service of my RO. I have also bought Annual Maintenace Plan worth rs 11000 in which they are supposed to do free service. i contacted them on 15 Jun, 18 jun, 19 Jun, 21 Jun, 27 Jun and 29 Jun. But till now no one contacted for the servicing. Such poor response by the company to the individual who has bought extra maintenance services. I can imagine the services being rendered to the customers not taken AMC. I want my service of RO done in another 2 days failing which i am going to go legal and lodge formal complaint against the company.

                          My Livepure Pep pro plus which i ordered last year on September 20 from flipkart Order ID OD[protected] due to corona pandemic could not get the free service facility. Moreover, I'm not able to use it from many days because it's making beep noise and not working.. I called flipkart but they didn't respond.

                              Team - I am Sachin Sharma and I am using livpure RO from last 5 years it's was good service & record.

                              But this time I'm facing many challenge of your Sales, service and Customers Care also not supporting to customer...

                              Reason - I wants to replace my old livpure RO and installation platio Coper H70 modal but your live pure team continually contact by mobile only but no one given properly Service..

                              I did booked new RO on 5th May 2021 but Still Sales/Service team did not delived product...

                              Pls look into priority basis otherwise I'll take help of consumer Court...For harassing the customer...

                                They are giving the worst service.

                                Now i was realised that, unnecessary taken AMC for 2 years.

                                    The device is waste also the service has detoriated nobody is ready to resolve the issue. Everybody is like I have raised the complainant technician will call you, it's been 3 days never received a call from technician.
                                    Also, the worst part complaint was raised but never received the service request no.

                                      I have ordered for gold plan AMC on 21st June 2021. They said I will recieve AMC via Gmail within 48hrs. But it is 24th June 2021 now almost more than 72 hrs I have not received it. I am struggling to call customer care as my call is on hold for more than 1hour as their executives are busy and the call automatically disconnects after 1hour. I have tried wasting 3-4 hrs on that and I had sent a mail regarding this and it also has no response even after 24hrs. I HAVE PAID Rs.4999 FOR WHICH I WAS GETTING INSTANT CALLS FOR PLACING THAT ORDER. NOW AFTER GETTING THE MONEY LIVPURE IS GIVING SUCH A POOR SERVICE . VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH LIVPURE . PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM LIVPURE, MY GENUINE REQUEST TO EVERYONE AFTER THIS INCIDENT.

                                        I have recharged my plan but my device is not working after recharge I think these people need to activate, morning on words I am calling to customer care almost 10 time only one time the cal was listed and he does also not resolve my problem, I am feeling very bad experience with this now I bought
