    I purchase a RO purifier on 13th April 2021. And the product I reviewed is defective, the product leaking from the day one I already raise many tickets but didn't get any solution, now I want to replace it.
    Kindly replace my RO ASAP

    Product name- LIVPURE Zinger Copper 6.5 L RO + UV + UF + Minerals Water Purifier
    Instalation date- 14th April 2021

    Hi boss,
    Be aware about the service provider team, their executives will start to damage plastic parts of your product during service in future and it was not covered in warranty as well as in AMC.

    Its a scam between the Livpure area managers and service providing contract agency.

        Have been trying to reach customer care on all available mediums but seems it is the worst customer service company, and their local technicians are always in search of ways to loot money, it has been hardly 4 months, local technician says RO would have gone bad and it would cost Rs 1200 for filter and additionally he trying to sell additional filters.
        i just want to hear it from company itself if the product is really so bad or just service is?
        And since we have been trapped with your product is there any way to get it serviced ????

          I have purchased Liv Pure and waiting for installation for more than week. I'm being told that due to lockdown in Delhi they are unable to install.
          I'm sure this is a excuse as service engineers of AC are vising the premises. Even service eng of Aqua Guard are around.

            My Register Mobile no. is [protected] in Live pure name of Mr. Chandrakant Thale. I had done last service on 02.06.2020 where it was last service against my warranty. I was to renew it for one more year. at that servicing Mr. Kaushlendra Tiwari came for last servicing his mobile no. [protected]. I Paid him Rs. 2130/- towards renewal through Google pay. to his colleague Mr. Pravin Ahire (his contact no. is [protected]). I come to know that they have not updated my payment at Live pure and providing me service on self service. once they have visited after so many calls. now these persons are not pick uping my calls and not even giving revert. so request you kindly take an action towards these two person. they both are accepting that they are working with Live pure.               I am getting continuous beeps from my livpure ro. Unable to create a ticket from the app nor is anybody from support team answering the phone call.

              Water is one main part of life and you are showing absolute no responsibility and making the customers to wait, not sure but may be indefinitely.

              You people make good marketing to sell your products and then you are least bothered.

                I had ordered for a smart RO and paid the full amount on 23rd February 2021. It took an entire month after multiple follow ups to get the product delivered. I was consistently following up with the support team on call and the date of delivery and installation keeps getting pushed one week everytime I talk to the support team.

                Once the product got delivered. I have been following up to get it installed and that seems to be another hassle. It is going to be 2 months since I placed the order and I still dont have the water connectivity.

                The service throughout has been terrible. Do not place an order with them

                  I have trying to contact Livpure for my RO service but no one a simple courtesy to reply my mails since a week now tried their numbers but no response then I tried mailing them, reminders but no avail.

                        Registered a complaint about leakage of watere on 26th March and the engineer attended on 27th march 2021. After servicing the water is sour in taste - when we complained again the response was not as it was earlier. They suggested to have 2 years AMC before end of this month but when we checked with the website the service remains the same both for one year and two years. details are attached - NEED TO KNOW THE REASON FOR ONE OR TWO YEARS amc

                          I have opted for ACMC on[protected] for 3 years worth Rs10800. It was promised twice in a year an auto inspection for checking the RO will be provided. But no one has turned up till day even after 10 months.

                          I have raised a request by calling customer care as the water not coming on 14th March 2021, but no one has attended the request till now. I have called customer service 10times on this matter. I have called the engineer and area manager as well. No one responded

                          This is not expected and not acceptable. If you are not able to provide the service, then shut down the company.

                                    Hi Team,
                                    I am Suyog Sharma I had seen the purifier rental add on FB and I signed up smoothly after that I got the call from one of your representative saying that I should make the payment.
                                    I am from bangalore and my pin code is 562157 so when I got the call once again I confirmed with the rep that is it avaiable on the particular pin code, he told there is no issue and carry on with the payment and will be delivered within 48 hrs, Idid make the payment and now after making the payment no one came to deliver after 48 hrs i tried calling your Cus Care but no one responded again after 5 days I calld up your Cus Care because no one came to install, the I came to know from the cus care that there is no delivery on this particular pin code.
                                    Kindly requesting you all to be proffessional and provide the correct information.
                                    This is really not excepted.

                                      I had taken service contract for three years in oct 2020 and from jan21 i was trying to get service from livpure for water purifier but no one is responding on customer care number or email and from last two months continuously trying for service but no one is visiting for service and they even not respond to me i had pay for three contract
