My service request No. is JS-[protected] & MR. JITENDER KUMAR allocated for job.
At first in morning when I raised complain then no technician number was given to me. Later when I complain again then customer care provided number of JITENDER KUMAR. When I called him then he mentioned he is out of town.
I have to call again to customer care to inform that their executive is out of town and to arrange some other technician. When asked to provide technician number at call done today to customer care around 4.30 pm, customer care representative informed that they can not provide other technician number now, since they cannot find any technician for now and when they will get a technician then they will inform.
At the time of AMC, lots of quality assurance is given but fact is that after AMC, Livpure don't at all care of any issues of its customer and customer care are good to show their inability only.
Though I have paid money for AMC to Livpure of INR 4, 750 yet seems I have to call some other technician for my RO. Feels I am cheated by Livpure.
Hope someone would help for same.
