I am raising a request to uninstall the service, hence i am not getting any response from the team. Due to lockdown i was not there from march mid till now i was in hometown. When i am writing email no response i am receiving....

I had opted for the subscription plan from livpure (On 12th july '20) and made the payment online + submitted the kyc documents.

On 16th july '20, i requested over email to cancel the installation request & refund me the amount, back to the payment source. I had also mentioned the payment details which i had used to make the online payment, so it is easy for them to track & process it.

I have registered a complaint on the LIVPURE website 2 months ago but no one has attended the complaint yet. Everytime when I call the customer care they say it will be attended soon without giving any timeline.

Very disappointed with the service. Even after righting to corporate office and customer service there is no proper response.

There is a water leakage problem in the purifier. Cannot switch on the purifier...

I purchase the livpure water purifier in 2019 Dec but now it gets problematic.The water can't get into the tank.I don, t know what is the issue.I trying to contact company but they didn't respond us till the date. Its been a almost 3 months.So please solve the problem.

Received the above message on 25th June, which was close to 1 month since I had a problem with water dispersal with my Livepure. After a month of trials of reaching to customers care ( which very strangely used to & still gets disconnected the moment I get connected to a customer care executive post a hr long wait). Finally I was able to register my complaint and an executive was assigned. I was told that the pump needed to be replaced and...

Shameless people from shameless company livpure.
Such a worst shameless experience from livpure.
I have taken amc worth rs.5000 to get hassle free service.
Service was due in may. I can understand lockdown reason in may.
But lockdown lifted after may and started calling customer care for sending person to change filters.

I purchased amc for 3 years.. My service service request is pending for 2 weeks..
When i call customer service number everyday, they say service request is in progress and somebody will call you back.. But no one calls me back.
Please resolve.. Same thing happened for previous service requests also.

Excellent customer service until you make me purchase amc.. Pathetic customer service when it comes to actual service..br...

I raised the incident on 10th june 2020 as the tap is broken, no one has attended it till today.. It takes more than 30 mins just to get connected to the customer care number and then it gets disconnected most of the time.

Customer care they do not pick our call, i have called them over 100 times.
I have been emailing them from 1 month 8 days, multiple service requests raised nobody picks or responds, i am simply paying for the service.

I had requested livpure for paid servicing though the machine was working fine. The service personnel who arrived from livpure has changed the external filters but within next few hours the water was draining from the entire unit all over the place. When contacted again, they said that the ro filter inside the component is damaged and we need to pay for the same where the damage was done entirely by the service personnel....

I have purchased live pure water purifier 7 month ago.
Within 5 month it started taking around 5 hours to fill up tank 7 ltr.
I have contacted customer care and after calling n number of times finally they did cleaning of filter but it didn't work.
Now i have tried to contact customer care to replace but they are not responding. I tried to contact with email, portal and customer care number but no response....

I have taken amc for 2 years for my ro water purifier, ending on july 2021, but i am not getting service even after raising service request multiple times. Many times, service request is closed without a call back or engineer visit.

Date - apr 12, 2020 - i had raised a request for maintenance of liv pure water purifier at my home. The water purifier have been displaying red light to contact livpure customer care.

I kept patience and had wait for more time, as due to recent pandemic situation.

I escalated the request on may 29, 2020, did number of followup.

I had subscribed for Livpure smart RO from their website https://www.livpuresmart.com/ on May 19. Since then there was no contact from them regarding delivery and installation. I tried calling their support number and no one responded. No reply to me emails as well. znow they have charged me for 2nd month on June 19 with no water purifier installed or even contacted about. I want my subscription cancelled and money refunded.

Our warranty period for livpure water purifier was till 20th of april 2020 which was the period of lockdown. Free service was due on 18th of march 2020. Which livpure did not provided us. We did not have a call or visit from the engineering department. Also, one service which was provided 6months back, the engineer by fraud filled in the system that filters were changed, but in actual he did not changed any filters and now they are not providing...

I ordered the product on 7th of june worth 9499 inr with no cost emi and got it delivered on 8th june. Installation was scheduled on 10th june and still not done. Every time i tried to contact flipkart or livpure they are saying that it will be done shortly but no resolution has been provided till date. On 15th two people came for installation but they were unable to do the same due to lack of technical knowledge. Flipkart is not giving resolution...
