Waiting from 2-3 weeks till now technician not visited.

I sent email, tried to reach ur customer care, but technician not yet visited.

I raised same concern about ur service from 3 years till now there is no improvement in the service.

Worst after sales service by livpure.

Will never again any kind of livpure products.

The Livpure RO installed at our home which is still in warranty is not working from a week and they have not responded to phone, email and messages. I wonder how one person can get service done from this pathetic company

Livpure — machine is making beep sound continuously.

I purchase livpure pep pro+ machine

But the filter is working fine.

Water is purifying but with beep sound.

Help me get out of this.

    I am really disappointed with livpure, i had paid amc to these guys post service on 28th dec 2019 and it stopped working from next day morning. I had called them 100 times with minimum response. They had registered my complaint again on 2nd jan 2019, 3 people have visited and i was told they do not have the spare parts to fix and will come back in few hours to fix them.     I (Register Mobile No.[protected] and register name- V.S.Patil) purchased livepure pep plus model in August, 2018 it is now out of warranty but while purchasing this product sales person saying that after purchasing this product we get four free servicing and also we get free replacement candle in last servicing. Actual we get only two servicing and didn't get any replacement candle.

    I have taken amc of four years with 14000inr cost from livpure and i regret for that now.. It was purely waste of money.. I am facing issue of ro leakage last three months.. So many calls registered and no one cares about it. They close the requests without my knowledge and without sharing happy code with them. After several follow ups one technician came and he broken the pre filter without any solution to the complaint.. He closed the request as soon as he left my home (Call id. Js-[protected]) has been closed. Now they raised another call id and it doesn't have any history of the complaint. Totally frustrated with the product and their service.

    The product is not working since pas one week and I am trying to contact their customer care but there is no response from them.
    Their number is [protected].

    They taken 6500 rs in the name of amc and now not ready to service the purifier.
    Pathetic service and I am going to change my purifier itself.
    Livpure is fraud.

      I am in 2 year amc for my ro. While taking i was assure candle replacement for every 6months without raising a complaint for replacement. They will mention 2hrs response and 24hrs service however you will be in trap if you believe those words. They don’t care about slas and don’t have any shame for not contacting customer though we do multiple follow ups and escalations. Js[protected] raised in first week of december but did not get any service. Multiple escalations did not work. No one willing to contact me. Sent mails for more than 6 times to address the issue

        I have been waiting for Livpure RO service since long. I have raised several requests and escalated several times but no service engineer visits my location. Really disappointing.

          livpure amc fraud

          I purchased livpure pro pep+ purifier along with 3 years amc. I paid 12000 rupees additional amount for amc.
          When the salesperson sold me amc told me that all the repsonsiblity of purifier will be taken care by livpure and i no need to spend single penny for servicing and any damaged parts for 3 years.

          I purchased the purifier through flipkartand installation done incompletely.in one hour after installation purifier started leaking and called customer care number n the engineer who installed the same.             Hello,
            I bought livepure touch 2000 ro a couple of years ago and service was alright for a couple of years. Recently i also bought extended warranty on parts by paying ~rs.8, 000/-. Since 4 days from november 28th, 2019 i am trying to connect to customer care to complain regarding the issue with my filter - watr not getting filtered. Everytime the customer care is busy and they say they will call back. After two days got a call back, saying complaint was registered. The engineer who was assigned denies to come for service because livepure i[censored]nder amc, they will not come and work. I am suffering like hell trying to connect to the service center.

            Latest service request no. Js-[protected] allocated to satyanarayana reddy (Data02) - [protected].

            I want my amc money back as i feel i am cheated with this amc charges and i will get my filter fixed thru a paid service somewhere. Please respond asap. Thank you.

              I am customer of livpure till 2+years. My register mobile no is [protected]. I have taken warranty service for my livpure pep+ purifier last year by 8000 rupees for 2years. After one year technicians are not coming for any service. They use to call me and ask me about the warranty service. And then they used to say that will come tomorrow and that day they are not responding their calls. Its been three months that same things are happening....

              Hi,
              I took an amc plan for 4 years in july 2019. I got a call ftom livpure saying my service is due in november 2019. They also said that i need to raise a request for service. I called the customer care a hundred times but nobody responded. A person called back the next day. I told him the problem and he said he will raise the service request and a service person will call me back. Waiting for two days.. No confirmation.. No service person.. No service done. We paid 13, 700 rupees for 4 years service. Is this all a fraud livpure?? Please respond. None of your customercare numbers are working. Does it even exist??

              I called livpure during mid of October 2019 for the RO nob not working, they registered my complain and assigned Engineer from another state which is pathetic. Again i called and Customer Care said they will resolve the issue soon it's 11 Nov today almost a month and noone from livpure bothered to resolve my issue

                Our livepure ro touch not working since 10 days now logged complaint after trying for 02 days on previous friday (8th november). After that got the call 02 before after contentiously followed and they told us that with in a day you will get the call from engineer and gave on mobile number of livepure bangalore manager but that number [protected] is continuously switched off or not reachable from 02 days.

                Please help we are struggling...

                This has reference to service request no. Js [protected] allocated to mr sushil kumar[protected] dated 28th october 2010. From last 3 weeks the irresponsible employee is not turning up for the job he has been assigned.
                The person didn’t even called me for a single time and when i contacted him, he is advising me to remain free according to his schedule.
                Is that the way all their employees are working. If it is so, refund the amount that i paid for amc of 2 years i. E. Rs 8400.
                I subscribed to the amc plan in month of may 2019 and till now there no response from company livepure and staff and their technicians. They are just sending messages with happy code and closure codes but nobody is turning up.

                This is a clear complaint against livepure and the technician mr. Sushil kumar[protected].

                It appears to me that livpure providing 2 free preventive Maintainence visits is something fake

                I made a request but no body came to my home for the Maintainence.

                Its been three month I have purchase your Ro since after that I am facing many issue and this is the three times there product suddenly stop working and the service team is saying that I have to pay 1000 rupee for fixing it and it doesn't matter that my product is under warranty.

                  I have bought a new water filter through Flipkart and same is installed by Livpure team on 22nd oct. There is continuous leakage issue from outlet and same is told to company. Livpure team has sent a service engineer but still issue didn't resolved. Told so many times to Company regarding issue through email and social networks as there support centre never pick call. Still facing issue.

                    It's been over 3 months now since my livpure pep pro + has been due for service. Calling customer care number is of no use as there is no agent available to answer call. Email and raising a complaint online will forward a boilerplate verbiage and that is it. No one calls or no email from a human being.

                    I paid for the amc for 5 years in advance and i am not getting the service which i am entitled for. I do not want service from livpure now and the trust is lost. I need amc money that i paid for refunded back.

                    It's not even been an year since I bought the water purifier and it's been repaired more than 20 times. I need an immediate replacement of the product as your service person also said it's a faulty product.

                      Livpure technician came today and he said its been 2 days since my contract has expired so need to take a new maintenance. I agreed and paid for the maintenance and the order is LV1597669409891573040914. He seemed rather hurry than the one we had before and started fiddling with it in a pace spilling waste water all over the kitchen and I asked him thrice why are you in a hurry and there was no response from him.

                      He checked and started changing prefilters and they were new as he took them from sealed pack. The flow control he replaced was a used one as it was evident from the depreciation and when asked if it was new he said it was and it was a lie.

                      After checking RO and pressure from motor he said we need to change them too and it is NOT covered in warranty. There is no where in the website or in maintenance contract says so. Also, when we installed the purifier the very first time we had this issue and the technician said its normal as pressure is low from inlet water and he did not gauge the pressure from motor. The technician after speaking to his boss today said he will come after 10 days and will replace all of them. He did not change even a thing in the purifier!

                      It's been already 3 weeks since we are trying to reach someone to fix the issue when the product was under warranty and after renewing the maintenance for one year we have to wait for another 10 days to fix the issue ? What sort of service is this LivPure ? When is the contract effective from after renewing the contact? Why do we need to wait for service we paid for ? Is someone really monitoring these mailboxes and checking what is happening with service personal? Can someone please answer these questions ? No one picks the call in contact center and no one replied over the email.

                      I am extremely unhappy and pissed with the service being provided by Livpure even under maintenance contract. I renewed the contract for a year and we still need to wait for 10 more days to get the filters replaced ? What is the logic behind waiting for 10 days when you are in contract ? I need the service which I am entitled to and want service person to come and fix the issue tomorrow itself.

                      I hope SAR group and legal team are going through these emails and understanding how pathetic the service is from LivPure. I am thinking of taking this to social media with all the emails and experience that I have with Livpure.

                        I am using this product around 18 months.
                        No saftey for water tank in live pure product. Aunts are moving in water tank. If aunts can enter in water tank then other harmful bacteria, any insects can enter..
                        During service of ro, to clean water tank not in practice.. As it is safe, airtight or something...
                        Not a reliable product for use.
                        Just for information for live pure product user or planning to purchase.
                        I want to change my product or refund money so can purchase another company product.

                          I purchased livpure glitz+ on 16th march 2019. The product is still under warranty. Sl. No a1jw48d1049239.

                          It started leaking water near tap. I called customer care many times and tried to register a complaint, but no one is attending my calls. Sent multiple emails to the customer care no use. No one is responding to it. It's been two weeks no action has been taken.

                          I request you to kindly look in to this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                            I purchased livpure ro on 10th oct 2018 and order no. [protected] from paytm. Throughout year no body came for service but just before expiry of warranty, i started getting multiple calls that livpure service guys want to come for ro check up. The service guy came on 15 sep 2019 named sonu kumar[protected] and he made the tds setting out of range intentionally and went off. After that we noticed bad taste of water from same day. We have tds meter at home and when i measure it it was 567 which is 10 times more than recommended limits. They made tds out of range because they will charge me heavy bill after expiry of warranty period. When i report this to livpure cs they didnt reply back. Please dont by livpure ro. They are playing tricks to make money by doing this.
