My machine is covered with ACMC of 2 years, A Preventive maintenance ticket was opened on 23rd March. I waited for almost for two months, because I know the lock-down situation. Even after things got normal I didn't get proper response or service.
I have raised a re-installation request, an engineer came and mounted the RO machine and charged Rs.500. After install there is a leakage inside purifier and he refused to do further servicing...

Product not installed

Ro has been delivered to my home and waiting for installation for more than 5 days.
I got ro on 21st may, then i got a call on 22 nd evening, for installation next day. I did wait for whole day, no one came and no other info (Like installation person number) has been given. Then on 24 th may, i got another call and they ask my availability, i said i will be in home, then the installation person has called me in evening and asked for...

water leakage on water purfiier

Dear sir/madam,

I have lodged the complaint at liv pure for water leakage of machine on 21st may 2020. This is reference number "js-[protected]". I have been sent many reminder emails to [protected]@livpure.in.. So far no one called me and solved the problem. Even i registered my complaint in escalation matrix n their site, no one taken any action so far.
Due to this, we have been suffering water criris my home...

Performance issues

On 15 october 2018 i have purchased livpure pep pro. Last year 2019 (Nov.) after 1 year of purchase some issue was raised regarding quantity of cleaning water. I called the engineer who took 3500 rs and changed the candle and membrane. Now from april mid same problem is there again. I just want to know the life of the livpure membrane is only 5-6 months or some other issue is there....

A complaint regarding the livpure purifier not working was lodged on 14/05/2020. I was told that an engineer would come to my apartment to fix it by 16/05/2020. I was also given a number of a person who would assist me. This person is not picking up my call and no engineer has come till now neither did i receive anything over my phone for the confirmation....

I am always unable to reach someone through the livoure helpline. I regret buying this. The board does not work and i am unable to click buttons ro filter. My ro is not working from last 4 days ie. 12may 2020. One engineer came tomm and check, but still my ro is not yet fixed. Its under warranty. I already called area manager and inform him about my problem. But my mr. Khan is not picking up my call, i tried around 25 30 times to him and mr uday singh is the distributor. He is also not picking up call from today. I want you to fix my ro within 24 hours....

No response for service request for more than 1 month

Works customer service. No proper response. My water purifier is not working for more than 1 month. Even after raised a service complaint no response. Escalated thrice. Customer executives are disconnecting the call without proper response.

livpure glo not working

My livpure water purifier is not working from 7th may 2020 after registering a service complaint, i have received sms containing complaint number and engineer contact details. I have contacted engineer and there is no response and again i called cust care and informed they have given me the contact details of area dealer. I tried calling the area dealer and he is not attending the call, tried atleast 25 times and no response....

Hi.
I saw the add that livpure smart heka water purifier rent water purifiers on monthly basis. Before payment the customer care representative was attending the call but now after payment being done no one is picking up the call neither i got any product delivered to my address nor installation. On saturday i got a email from one of the representative asking for some additional kyc documents which was submitted to him that day itself....

refund not initiated from the company's end

I paid this fraud and third class company in the month of march 2020 around 675 rs for the installation of new subscription. After that due to their pathetic they were not able collate my address and all. Around 6 to 7 seven people used send me emails everyday for the same reason that they need my documents. I have sent my documents many times but they were very care less. I asked them to refund my money it's more then 2 months now. No response...

Delay in installation

I had payed the subscription for installation of water purifier device by middle of march, still now no body from bangalore team contacted me.Can i know when the installation wil start from your company.

I had paid the initial deposit amount of 575, please find the screenshot attached

Please no body else get cheated, its a fraudulent company,

Hi we have taken amc for livpure for two years. Recently there was an issue with our ro. This was assigned to an execute called sanjeev pulluri in february before the lockdown. But there was no response from him and he spoke harshly as well. This was before the lockdown. During lockdown, we faced severe water crisis. Until now, the issue is not resolved. amc service not doing for water purifier and they are not responding

I have the livpure glo water purifier, taken the amc on 4/9/2019 for 1 year.
Currently it is not working from 3rd march 2020, service request given through online as well as toll free. Js-[protected] generated. But no one coming for service. The same request escalted to multiple time, but they are not responding from last 15 days.
Due to water bringing from outside and change in water entire family felt sick....

Its been 15 days.. Machine has not been installed and no body is ready to respond.. Very very poor customer service.. Horrible experience.. Worst ever.. They don't mind loosing a customer.. They got the money prepaid but not ready to provide me the product.. I need refund of my money.. But no option to get refund until the machine is installed.. Pathetic and fraud persons.....
