rp pep +. I had taken amc for 2 years in may 2019. Now my device needed a filter, after a lot of follow up the technician came and changed the filter, but once he left, water started leaking from the device.
For that i had logged a complain at customer care number, they told the issue will be reslved within 48 hours, it has been more than 4 days, no action has been taken.
When trying to call the customer care number, the call remains on hold as all the agents are busy with other callers and i never received a call back.
When trying to contact the technician, he has been avoiding my calls, and whenever he picks up the phone, commits to a time, but never showed up.
This is how your after sales service, you lure the customer to take amc for several years, then don't bother to service their request.
Very bad/pathetic/worst customer service, i have ever faced.
