I purchased the purifier through flipkartand installation done incompletely.in one hour after installation purifier started leaking and called customer care number n the engineer who installed the same. But nobody replied back and nobody attended the issue as well. It is in not able to use and worst service too. Called multiple times to customer care n no response.

    Hello,
    I bought livepure touch 2000 ro a couple of years ago and service was alright for a couple of years. Recently i also bought extended warranty on parts by paying ~rs.8, 000/-. Since 4 days from november 28th, 2019 i am trying to connect to customer care to complain regarding the issue with my filter - watr not getting filtered. Everytime the customer care is busy and they say they will call back. After two days got a call back, saying complaint was registered. The engineer who was assigned denies to come for service because livepure i[censored]nder amc, they will not come and work. I am suffering like hell trying to connect to the service center.

    I want my amc money back as i feel i am cheated with this amc charges and i will get my filter fixed thru a paid service somewhere. Please respond asap. Thank you.

      aqua purifier - I am complaining about amc warranty service

      I am customer of livpure till 2+years. My register mobile no is [protected]. I have taken warranty service for my livpure pep+ purifier last year by 8000 rupees for 2years. After one year technicians are not coming for any service. They use to call me and ask me about the warranty service. And then they used to say that will come tomorrow and that day they are not responding their calls. Its been three months that same things are happening....

      Hi,
      I took an amc plan for 4 years in july 2019. I got a call ftom livpure saying my service is due in november 2019. They also said that i need to raise a request for service. I called the customer care a hundred times but nobody responded. A person called back the next day. I told him the problem and he said he will raise the service request and a service person will call me back. Waiting for two days.. No confirmation.. No service person.. No service done. We paid 13, 700 rupees for 4 years service. Is this all a fraud livpure?? Please respond. None of your customercare numbers are working. Does it even exist??

      I called livpure during mid of October 2019 for the RO nob not working, they registered my complain and assigned Engineer from another state which is pathetic. Again i called and Customer Care said they will resolve the issue soon it's 11 Nov today almost a month and noone from livpure bothered to resolve my issue

        Our livepure ro touch not working since 10 days now logged complaint after trying for 02 days on previous friday (8th november). After that got the call 02 before after contentiously followed and they told us that with in a day you will get the call from engineer and gave on mobile number of livepure bangalore manager but that number [protected] is continuously switched off or not reachable from 02 days.

        Please help we are struggling for water. After having the amc no use.

        after 15th I got 02 call from Livepure support and both times they told me that the engineer visit will be done in a days time. but still the engineer has not reached us. after requesting them they provided local bangalore contact numbers but still no use. worst support...

          This has reference to service request no. Js [protected] allocated to mr sushil kumar[protected] dated 28th october 2010. From last 3 weeks the irresponsible employee is not turning up for the job he has been assigned.
          The person didn’t even called me for a single time and when i contacted him, he is advising me to remain free according to his schedule.
          Is that the way all their employees are working. If it is so, refund the amount that i paid for amc of 2 years i. E. Rs 8400.
          I subscribed to the amc plan in month of may 2019 and till now there no response from company livepure and staff and their technicians. They are just sending messages with happy code and closure codes but nobody is turning up.

          This is a clear complaint against livepure and the technician mr. Sushil kumar[protected].

          It appears to me that livpure providing 2 free preventive Maintainence visits is something fake

          I made a request but no body came to my home for the Maintainence.

          Its been three month I have purchase your Ro since after that I am facing many issue and this is the three times there product suddenly stop working and the service team is saying that I have to pay 1000 rupee for fixing it and it doesn't matter that my product is under warranty.

            I have bought a new water filter through Flipkart and same is installed by Livpure team on 22nd oct. There is continuous leakage issue from outlet and same is told to company. Livpure team has sent a service engineer but still issue didn't resolved. Told so many times to Company regarding issue through email and social networks as there support centre never pick call.               I paid for the amc for 5 years in advance and i am not getting the service which i am entitled for. I do not want service from livpure now and the trust is lost. I need amc money that i paid for refunded back.

              It's not even been an year since I bought the water purifier and it's been repaired more than 20 times. I need an immediate replacement of the product as your service person also said it's a faulty product.

                It's been over 3 weeks now since my livpure pep pro + has stopped working. Calling customer care number is of no use as there is no agent available to answer call. Email and raising a complaint online will forward a boilerplate verbiage and that is it. No one calls or no email from a human being.

                I paid for the amc and i am not getting the service which i am entitled for. I dont want service from livpure now and the trust is lost. I need amc money that i paid for refunded back.

                Livpure technician came today and he said its been 2 days since my contract has expired so need to take a new maintenance. I agreed and paid for the maintenance and the order is LV1597669409891573040914. He seemed rather hurry than the one we had before and started fiddling with it in a pace spilling waste water all over the kitchen and I asked him thrice why are you in a hurry and there was no response from him.

                He checked and started changing prefilters and they were new as he took them from sealed pack. The flow control he replaced was a used one as it was evident from the depreciation and when asked if it was new he said it was and it was a lie.

                After checking RO and pressure from motor he said we need to change them too and it is NOT covered in warranty. There is no where in the website or in maintenance contract says so. Also, when we installed the purifier the very first time we had this issue and the technician said its normal as pressure is low from inlet water and he did not gauge the pressure from motor. The technician after speaking to his boss today said he will come after 10 days and will replace all of them. He did not change even a thing in the purifier!

                It's been already 3 weeks since we are trying to reach someone to fix the issue when the product was under warranty and after renewing the maintenance for one year we have to wait for another 10 days to fix the issue ? What sort of service is this LivPure ? When is the contract effective from after renewing the contact? Why do we need to wait for service we paid for ? Is someone really monitoring these mailboxes and checking what is happening with service personal? Can someone please answer these questions ? No one picks the call in contact center and no one replied over the email.

                I am extremely unhappy and pissed with the service being provided by Livpure even under maintenance contract. I renewed the contract for a year and we still need to wait for 10 more days to get the filters replaced ? What is the logic behind waiting for 10 days when you are in contract ? I need the service which I am entitled to and want service person to come and fix the issue tomorrow itself.

                I hope SAR group and legal team are going through these emails and understanding how pathetic the service is from LivPure. I am thinking of taking this to social media with all the emails and experience that I have with Livpure.

                  Live pure touch 2000 product:
                  I am using this product around 18 months.
                  No saftey for water tank in live pure product. Aunts are moving in water tank. If aunts can enter in water tank then other harmful bacteria, any insects can enter..
                  During service of ro, to clean water tank not in practice.. As it is safe, airtight or something...
                  Not a reliable product for use.
                  Just for information for live pure product user or planning to purchase.
                  I want to change my product or refund money so can purchase another company product.

                    I purchased livpure glitz+ on 16th march 2019. The product is still under warranty. Sl. No a1jw48d1049239.

                    It started leaking water near tap. I called customer care many times and tried to register a complaint, but no one is attending my calls. Sent multiple emails to the customer care no use. No one is responding to it. It's been two weeks no action has been taken.

                    I request you to kindly look in to this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                      I purchased livpure ro on 10th oct 2018 and order no. [protected] from paytm. Throughout year no body came for service but just before expiry of warranty, i started getting multiple calls that livpure service guys want to come for ro check up. The service guy came on 15 sep 2019 named sonu kumar[protected] and he made the tds setting out of range intentionally and went off. After that we noticed bad taste of water from same day. We have tds meter at home and when i measure it it was 567 which is 10 times more than recommended limits. They made tds out of range because they will charge me heavy bill after expiry of warranty period. When i report this to livpure cs they didnt reply back. Please dont by livpure ro. They are playing tricks to make money by doing this.

                        I have a Water Purifier/ RO for which I already took AMC for Rs.5000 (Sr.NoCIF3AAA1018312) .The RO Stopped working 20 Days Before Diwali (i.e 7th OCT 2019) Upon registering Complaint Vie. Ref No. JS[protected], Company didn't take any action despite making repeated calls to customer care they just said they have registered complaint will provide assistance but no one turned up . I waited helplessly but Nothing happened .

                        I have Send them Emails, Contacted them on twitter, facebook, instagram and even on Youtube .
                        Nobody from the company is interested in taking care of Clients.
                        Just Sell defected products extract money from clients in name of Annual maintenance and fool the Consumers.

                          I purchased livepure touch2000+ in november, 2018 it is under warranty but their distributer is saying that it is not in warranty and he charged me for filter [protected]@475 but after 7days. I replied whatsoever you can charge me for the same but, they never come back to resolve it.

                          For that i had logged a complain at customer care number, they told the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, now it has been more than 10days, no action has been taken yet.

                          When i am trying to call the customer care number, the calls remain on hold as all the agents are busy with other callers and i never received a call back.
                          Also i am trying to reach their distributer m/s. Swara enterprise but they never replied on phone as well as on whatsapp too and when i called from alternative number then he picked up the call and said that i allocated someone to fix your call on temporary basis but still i didn't receive any person nor any communication from them.
                          I request you to kindly expedite this msg to your management to resolve the service and do not cheat with anyone because it's not about me but, everybody may facing the issues for the same and you may loose your customers by providing worst service in the market.

                              I had purchased livpure ro during big billion day, however it became faulty within 10 days and as per policy it is returnable. I had filed a return request. Flipkart told that a technician will visit. But in reality nobody came. Flipkart rejected the return request stating that livpure technician gave feedback as issue resolved. However, no one came from livpure.

                              Please take necessary action.

The incompetent, unskilled, dishonest technicians of LivPure are not giving true and actual feedback to Flipkart as the 'Product is defective/ not working' .The technicians have checked the RO purifier and has found it to be defective and then they give verbal confirmation as they will write to Flipkart or to LivPure company's portal as the product is defective. But in reality, they submit in their online portal as the 'issue resolved customer happy' And by going through this feedback, twice Flipkart has rejected my replacement request and this is the third time I have given another replacement request to Flipkart.

                                We have complaine on[protected] for serviceing because a loud noise is comming from Livpur RO still no one come to attended. Every time when we call on toll free number, they told us we complain it at urgent basic. They have provide the number of their Area Manager (ASM) and technicin but both of them neither attending the call nor call back. If they are not able to provide service then refund our money. We have paid them Rs. 8000/- for two years not for wait more than 20 days.

                                  I have livpure rp pep +. I had taken amc for 2 years in may 2019. Now my device needed a filter, after a lot of follow up the technician came and changed the filter, but once he left, water started leaking from the device.

                                  When trying to contact the technician, he has been avoiding my calls, and whenever he picks up the phone, commits to a time, but never showed up.

                                  This is how your after sales service, you lure the customer to take amc for several years, then don't bother to service their request.

                                      Hi livpure team,

                                      I have taken a liv pure smart connection and paid rs 650 on sep 6th and there was an option to return the product with in a week incase if we dont' like it (
                                      The water taste was so bad with high tds of 430 which is not recommended for drinking, we had a throat infection for all the family members).
                                      Starting from the day of installation service was horrible.
                                      1) installation was not done correctly, due to which there was water leakafe after 2 hours after installation and due to which the whole kitchen was filled with water and wide has fallen down and injured her head.
                                      2) i have disconnected it as taste was really bad and after filtration high tds of 430, input tap water was 700.
                                      3) 99% of time no one picks your call or respond to your emails
                                      4) product was disconnected on sep 12th and taken back around sep 16th, till now there is no refund.

                                      I have all the details that can produced in court when ever required.
                                      Please refund the money of 650/- asap.
