I have bought Livpure RO from Flipkart and using it from past sometime. but i have faced very worst service experience, unprofessional & rude behavior of service executive (Pravesh Mishra). I am also attaching the proof of misbehave and unethical practices performed by service executives to take OTP message remotely without performing any task and when i denied to do so then (Pravesh MIshra) on his visit disturbed my RO machine, creating problems for us and when we raised complain then this guy( Pravesh Mishra) is asking others also not do the service properly. I live with my family and this person has misbehaved with me as i have not incorporated in unethical practices of sharing fake service OTPs.
The whole incidence in brief below:
Incidence 1:
During the lockdown time in march, i went to my home town and RO was not in use but the service executive keeps on approaching to do the service around July 2020. When i said that i m not there at my place and will let him know when i will be there for service. Then the executive named (Pravesh Mishra) keeps on calling me again & again and sending personal messages to send the OTP for confirming fake service when he has not done anything. When i refused he said "I m the only one who will come for RO service, then i will see it". I refused to provide fake confirmation of service through OTP.
Service Request 1 :
When i came back to my place after 15 day of proper functioning of RO (PH level 70) then i raised a service request on the customer service as it was mandated for the service. Pravesh Mishra came for the service and done something with machine and disturbed the whole PH control system. When we asked that PH level is above 150 then he responded rudely that it will automatically correct after sometime as he was trying to ruin the RO as we have not provided him with the asked fake service OTPs for the confirming serivce.
Service Request 2 :
When PH level not came to normal after a week then we raised concern again with customer service then someone from third party came and changed the sediment filter and called Pravesh again that what he has done with machine as the phone call was on speaker i have listen Pravesh rudely replied " Thok thak k chale aao tum, bol do sahi nhi ho raha hai" After changing the sediment filter & service by third party the PH level comes around 15-20.
Service Request 3:
After sometime o[censored]sual working when we checked that PH level is too low then we raised complain again for this, then Pravesh Mishra came again and without checking machine, he started saying all the filters and machine are not disturbed required to be changed. When we asked him to check the machine first and then give his views. He started misbehaving with me and talking loudly, creating nuisance at my place when my family was there.
This is been the worst service received by any company to us for not cooperating with unethical and unprofessional activities of service executives. People like Pravesh Mishra are such an harm for your system that company will not able to gain customer confidence again like i have suffered. It is just because there is no verification after service or rating of service from company ends employees are making fools to customer.
I will raise this concern in consumer forum to do the justice for us as after several complains concern is not resolved & executives are making fools to customers on behalf of company.
