Hi Team,

My warranty period for livpure water purifier installed at my home is completed. Upon frequent calls/requests from Livpure, So I have extended 2 years service by paying 6460 rs amount on 01/22/2020 date (Jan 22nd). Please find the attached invoice for your reference.

In May month I called Livpure customer care and raised service request for issue with filters. But call received from service engineer after 1 month.

When really help is required, I didnt get any call/follow up from Livpure for my issue resolution. So I took third party service to fix my issue and paid for their service.

After paying for 2 years service, but not getting on-time response from Livpure. Even when am approaching Livpure customer care they are suggesting to send an email and not resolving my query.

Customer care guys are very poor and don't have knowledge on what they are dealing with. I am very much disappointed with Livpure customer care.

I have below concerns with you.

1. If customer care (in call) will not work on my concerns and have to send email to you for all my concerns. Why its not conveyed to me while availing/paying 2 years service charges? I feel E-Mail is not the right thing to address concerns. What about not well read persons. How they write an email. They can only approach through call.

2. As your service team is not responding on time or not resolving my issues on-time. What about the amount (6460 rs amount) I have paid to you for 2 years service.

Even I sent an email and ticket generated is (69619). But no call is received from Livpure.

Please help me on this.

    Hi,

    I have bought Livpure water purifiers on the date of 16 June 2020 and after 3 months, i have facing issue every 3rd day. Till the time we have raised 6-7 times service requests to fix the issue but still its not working.

    Your Service engineer Shailendra Kumar Tiwari [2002657] Very rude and very unprofessional. the guy never picked up the phone and never came on schedule date. When we asked when you come fir service, always same reply ‘ BAHUT KAM HAI AAJ NAHI AA PAUNGA’. I dont understand why u guys hired this kind of people. Request you to fired him, that is good for your brand. I have bought liv pure water purifiers thought it is good brand and will not face any problem. I am fed up with your product and service engineer.

    I wanted to just resolve the issue or replace the product or just take your product and refund my money back.

    Kindly Refund my amount and take your machine back.

    Hope you can understand my concern. looking speedy Refund.

        Kindly refer trailing email, in Feb 2020, I observed bad taste in water hence registered complaint. Executive visited and advised that membrane and some other filters need to be replaced and he will do the needful within week as at that time he had not the required parts. I did wait about a month but nobody came. Then I again registered complaint on 30/03/2020 for service vide ref no JS[protected]l, but nobody came.i registered complaint through portal on 28/03/2020 and 02/04/2020 via livepure portal and I received confirmation email from livepure with assurance that call will be attended shortly. I also received call that your call will be attented and will resolved with 3-4 days and if could not possible then my call will be attended later when possible. I explained that my AMC validity will expire in last of April, then live pure executive assured me that as I registered complaint within warranty period my issue will be resolved. Since then I am waiting for resolution.i am managing by purchasing water Jug from local supplier . Now i again registered complaint and I got a call from technician that I have to pay the applicable charges as validity of AMC has exhausted. When I registered complaint within valid period then it's company's duty to resolve the issue and fulfill the AMC contract. I purchased Livepure RO with a feeling of faith and with same reason I renewed my AMC but now I am feeling cheated. By this type of behaviour how can you tell your so call valued customer to extend warranty and to purchase new product. I am getting livpure email that sorry for inconvenience, we assure to resolve issue at earliest but nothing is happening.

          After sales service of the Livpure company is very poor. I have registered the RO service request on 8th October 2020 and till date no one has visited for the service, even after registering the complaint on customer care no further action has been done.
          My RO is under 1 year AMC, seems lyk i have wasted my money for AMC.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I am sorry to inform you that on last few days due to your RO livpur system I lost my LED tv, my cctv camera system, investor and my router. Lastly I come to know that your RO system has manufacturing internal wire fault. I lost approximately Rs 50 thousands costing items. Due to your 2.5 SMPS Fault I loose all my items, when your executive check the RO system I am standing there two wire in coupler touching each other. I have photo of fault SMPS as a attachment I am sending in mail. Due to your manufacturing fault RO system I lost my valuable items. I take this RO system on the December 2019 and I want put your focus on your poor quality material and manufacturing processes.
            I planning to go consumer count, otherwise resolve my loss.
            I am taking you to social media that due to your manufacturing faulty process and third class items no one plan to take you items.

            Kindly look at the matter, and give resolution.

              We have bought AMC of Livpure RO. Our RO stopped working two days back and we lodges a complain with the toll free customer care number. However, ther has been no response from the company so far. Really disappointed with the response. Would suggest people to never buy the AMC plan of Livpure. It seems like a fraud to extract more money from customers with sloppy response.

                  I bought my Livpure LIV-PEP-PROPLUS+ 7 L RO + UV + UF Water Purifier with a 1 year manufacturing warranty on[protected]. It was delivered & installed by end of the month.

                  Since January the machine regularly stopped working. After the 3rd time i was in perpetual panic about when i am going to run out of water. i explained this in a detailed note to LivPure. But they showed no care or regard. Finally in March the float in my RO was removed with a promise that it would be replaced shortly. In the next few days lockdown happened. I received a mail stating my open request was going to be closed due to the lockdown. I understand not getting service due to lockdown but why close my open request? But to no avail. Now its 6 months and i have to spend considerable time everyday standing in front of my RO to ensure it does not overflow and flood the kitchen or cause an electrical short circuit. I wish this was US i would have sued them for mental agony & torture.

                  Now the worst thing is, my SR is closed & i cannot raise a new SR. The phone request refuses to accept my service request stating that there is already an open request.

                  Every other consumer company has restarted service except Livpure. I cannot imagine people like Tendulkar endorsing this brand. Its a shame what a customer has to go through after shelling out 8K.

                  Now the one year period is also coming to an end. I have spent 9 months out of this one year with a defective product. I have bought bottled water multiple times in the past one year due to the malfunctioning of this RO

                  I have started sharing my experience with all my friends, neighbours & colleagues. It appears a few have also had similar experiences. So we have pledged to spread the message to as many people as possible. The nightmare of paying to buy safe water for your family & ending up with misery.

                    I bought new livpure ac through store and it's being 2 months I am having issue from the starting when ac installed. Every time engineer is coming and doing some troubleshoot after that it works for 1 day and after same issue occour. Engineer which are coming all are unprofessional and senseless who climb on bed with shoes . Such unhygienic service which I am getting from livepure. I asked multiple times to change my ac as it's only 2 months I bought it and from the 10day it is showing problem.

                      Hi Livpure,

                      I have bought Livpure RO from Flipkart and using it from past sometime. but i have faced very worst service experience, unprofessional & rude behavior of service executive (Pravesh Mishra). I am also attaching the proof of misbehave and unethical practices performed by service executives to take OTP message remotely without performing any task and when i denied to do so then (Pravesh MIshra) on his visit disturbed my RO machine, creating problems for us and when we raised complain then this guy( Pravesh Mishra) is asking others also not do the service properly. I live with my family and this person has misbehaved with me as i have not incorporated in unethical practices of sharing fake service OTPs.

                      The whole incidence in brief below:

                      Incidence 1:
                      During the lockdown time in march, i went to my home town and RO was not in use but the service executive keeps on approaching to do the service around July 2020. When i said that i m not there at my place and will let him know when i will be there for service. Then the executive named (Pravesh Mishra) keeps on calling me again & again and sending personal messages to send the OTP for confirming fake service when he has not done anything. When i refused he said "I m the only one who will come for RO service, then i will see it". I refused to provide fake confirmation of service through OTP.

                      Service Request 1 :
                      When i came back to my place after 15 day of proper functioning of RO (PH level 70) then i raised a service request on the customer service as it was mandated for the service. Pravesh Mishra came for the service and done something with machine and disturbed the whole PH control system. When we asked that PH level is above 150 then he responded rudely that it will automatically correct after sometime as he was trying to ruin the RO as we have not provided him with the asked fake service OTPs for the confirming serivce.

                      Service Request 2 :
                      When PH level not came to normal after a week then we raised concern again with customer service then someone from third party came and changed the sediment filter and called Pravesh again that what he has done with machine as the phone call was on speaker i have listen Pravesh rudely replied " Thok thak k chale aao tum, bol do sahi nhi ho raha hai" After changing the sediment filter & service by third party the PH level comes around 15-20.

                      Service Request 3:
                      After sometime o[censored]sual working when we checked that PH level is too low then we raised complain again for this, then Pravesh Mishra came again and without checking machine, he started saying all the filters and machine are not disturbed required to be changed. When we asked him to check the machine first and then give his views. He started misbehaving with me and talking loudly, creating nuisance at my place when my family was there.

                      This is been the worst service received by any company to us for not cooperating with unethical and unprofessional activities of service executives. People like Pravesh Mishra are such an harm for your system that company will not able to gain customer confidence again like i have suffered. It is just because there is no verification after service or rating of service from company ends employees are making fools to customer.

                      I will raise this concern in consumer forum to do the justice for us as after several complains concern is not resolved & executives are making fools to customers on behalf of company.

                        Livpure is the worst purifier in the market.

                        I've bought it on august 16th. And it's not working now.

                        I raised a complaint on 4th october and today is 7th. Nobody lifts the call.

                        Even if i call the costumer care, they disconnect the call saying you'll get a call back. The service engineers do not lift the call.

                        I called the area in-charge and he says that repair will be done tomorrow. Everyday it's the same story.

                        I recommend not buy andy filter from livpure. Pathetic service.

                          If you are planning to get this Livpure Smart service, my suggestion is Don't!!!. It's an utter waste of money, energy, unlimited phone hours spent on a super deaf call center. They only promise but nothing will happen. The worst service I have seen in my life.

                          I ordered this worthless Livpure Smart on May. After a hundred calls they haven't delivered the so called product. It's a waste of time. Moreover...

                            I have paid amount 6, 800 for amc of my livpure pe pro + to ramachandra (Mobile: [protected]) on 29th august and till now it is not activated, i am daily checking with him and he was telling me that he will check and update, but till now no update.
                            Yesterday he told that he paid the amount to his manager murali (Mobile : [protected]) and asked me to check with him, i also checked with him but till now no response.

                              There is no many problem with livpure. I purchase this item about 1 year ago and it generated problem 6 times. Servicing is not so proper because i did servicing yesterday and today is not working, i’m calling back to back but nobody responding. Please provide a better service atleast.

                                I registered a complaint in june of 2020 and customer care says we exclate your request from our side... But nothing happens no one calls me to solve my problem.
                                I called customer many times during 2-3 months but they do nothing from his side..
                                Today i called customer care yo excalate the request but they took the details and after 1 minute disconnect the call i again tried to call but all of them took the details and disconnect the call.

                                  I am using livpure glo ro, serial no. C8hw53d1009019. I bought an amc of this product on 01.09.2018. At the time of purchase of amc it was told to me that if i buy amc for 2 years company will provide 1 year extra ie 2+1 =3 yrs amc.

                                  But recently when i enquired to customer care i came to know my amc registered for 2 year only..

                                  This issue was esclated to mr harsh dhanuka and company founder mr rakesh malhotra also but its been nearly 2 months time no one turned up.

                                    I bought live pure ro in 2018 after my first year warranty done, i have opted for 2 years amc last nov.

                                    Until its with the product 1 year warranty no issue, after which i am getting continuous issues.

                                    Executive said every three months there will be an inspection. Anything goes wrong / not working we will change, since regular maintenance is there no issues will come, so i took.

                                    Last december the ro membrane got a change and outer filter along with it.

                                    In march again my ro not working, executive said again ro membrane gone need to change and pay 2500. I called customer care and they said to change looks like i dont have full info, finally he changed and went without charging. Not sure from my second year amc he changed it.

                                    As regular maintenance 3 weeks back service person came and changed the outside filter, that also he asked me to pay then i said it can be changed twice for a single year amc then he changed and went without charging.

                                    Now my ro has a leakage issue. I registered a complaint, a service person came and said motor issue and he can get it by next day. Also the ro membrane is gone again. And i need to pay 2500 this time to get it changed.

                                    I am not sure the products changed by livpure in amc are original and good one. I have paid for 2 years amc just to be with no issue. Ro membrane is going for any issue with ro, what kind of design is this? Ro membrane is internal one and its costly any small issue with ro, ro membrane also goes along with it.

                                    Also even if it 2500, its working only for 3 months. Whatever changed for me twice is it original one and is there any warranty or minimal time period?

                                    In every three months general checkup why it is not checked properly?
                                    I cant keep on changing for every three month 2500 along with amc for 10000 for 2 years.

                                    If this is the case i would like to cancel my second year amc and go for another purifier.

                                    I have created a ticket (Js [protected]) and wrote a mail (46477), every time you call though you chose english as language you will be connected to hindi rep and they do know english and say will give a call back you wont get that call back even you wait for years. Mail also same case i have written mail 20 days back and send reminder mail twice no response. They have a policy of auto close any ticket in 15 days even if it is not resolved. Now my ticket is closed without speaking with me or resolving the issue

                                    Luckily you connected to english rep they will say i will escalate to lead and tech team they will contact me. No one called me for 2 days. And they have shared chennai head or some one number i called and explained the issue after that whenever i call he is not picking.
                                    Worst customer service.

                                    No one even called me till now.
                                    I am waiting for almost 1 month now, I just want to know how to cancel 2nd year AMC and refund the money.
                                    I will go for other purifier or better to stay with CAN water.
                                    Waiting for more than a month, or let me know how to cancel 2nd year AMC.
