I have rented a ro through there livpure smart service. Its a payable water service. I have replaced all my old water services like water can etc. As i opted a rented ro. Now i have made a recharge to refill the water. Its not showing in the app the updated litres also i am with no water from past two days. They dont even reply and pick call on customer care. I havent felt this helpless in my entire life. I live alone and i am without drinking...

I bought liv pure pep pro + from flipkart on march 17th and after a long wait and so many calls to technician it was installed on 22nd of march.

The next day itself it stopped working. And when i raised a service request they said its lockdown and we can't provide service. I thought oh its okay. And after almost a one and half month in 17th june i raised a service request again then they said the same thing that they'll operate...

Livpure smart was installed on 3rd june. Still it’s not working. Not able to connect to customer care. Already raised a ticket. Didn’t get any response from their side. Subscription has been started, even though i am not able to use it...

I have purchased 1 year amc for my livpure water purifier and registered a request for servicing on 28 april.
The request is opened since then and there is no response from livpure even after multiple escalations and chasers.
Please take necessary action....

I have purchased an amc and i am not getting service...

No service person attended till now. Request pending since three months... Sent more than 3 mails to customer care for the service still no response. I took 4 yrs amc... Water taste got changed now, i want to change the filter but the service person is not coming and not response if you call the service person... Worst service ever since purchased.

Very much frustrated with livpure... I paid 14000 as amc for 4 years still they...

I did my full payment for titanium 12 months subscription plan on may 25th i. E. More than 10 days now. They enever respond to emails or phone calls. After calling into their customer care [protected] for about 50 times, i was lucky to get hold of the agent on june 2nd who promised me that water purifier would get installed on june 4th without fail. I asked her what is the guarantee and she hung up on me.

I have subscribed to titanium plan smart ro water machine not working, and there is no water coming i have raised a service request no (Js[protected]) it's been a week no one have called me regarding the issue. And no one even responding to my email and calls on this [protected] number. I raised escalation reques also. Still no responce....

I paid the subscription amount and uploaded the kyc details too, its been 48 hours already but no notification/call from livpure team side. Instead, i am trying to contact them through customer care, mails service, requests but still no replies from their end. I am now worried is that i did right or not by investing in livpure....

I have been strughling with my ro for last 3 weeks, i am continously chasing the support team through email. But till today except email reply none of the executive came and resolvedthe issue. I am currently running short of water. Please help me in this.

Water purifier was serviced in the month Feb-20, it got into same problem in month of March, due to Covid19 I couldn't raise the call. After multiple attempts I managed to raise the call on 18th may 2020 Ticket JS-[protected], Customer service promised it will get handled in 2 days but its been 15 days no response from them I called them almost 7 times and service engineer more than 10 times no response from both of them

I took a livpure subscription on 22nd may, till now i am waiting for the product delivery and its installation but its not happening. I am tired of calling customer care but no one receives the call. I also wrote mails but yet no response there also. Now i am really fed up i want my money back this is too much or get the product delivered and get it installed. Liv pure update not functioning. called customer care, no one answer phone disconnects. have raised ticket, get a response on email that some one will call . no update. i have recharged for the product, on my app the recharge is not showing, no water coming out, machine is constantly beeping. called local tech number who can to intall he is not answering, he said call help line, called help line no help still. can some one help...

I placed an order for livpure smart water purifier on 27th may, made full payment and also completed the kyc. Since then i have received no update from the livpure team, they are not responding to my calls to emails. I tried calling in their customer support, office phone numbers and all the available contact numbers that i could find but to no avail. It has been a week and i don't know whether they will install the unit or this is a scam...

Never buy livpure product. Poorest service of all times.
Its a sheer waste of money....

I have taken a subscription of livpure for ro services. Inspite of having informed them more than a month in advance they are still not uninstalling their unit from my old flat so that i can get it installed in my new flat. My old owner is charging me a rent of 800/ day due to this delay from livpure. The executive allotted to this request either doesn't receive my calls or gives some lame reason, today it was that his vehicle broke down....

I purchased Livpure Pep Pro ++ RO AMC for Rs. 5000/- in Jan 2020, which on the first instance was due to repeated request from the service engineer whom i called when my RO adapter stopped working. They told me that my Service is due and it is good to purchase the AMC if I want to save a few bucks. I believed them and purchased the AMC vide Sr. No - CIF3AAA1035195. I purchased a two years smartguard amc plan for my livpure ro series pep plus in august 2019 for rs. 8399/-. As per this amc plan, my ro service is overdue since two months. I have booked service request /complaint three times. Everytime an assurance is given that service engineer will visit soon. But, no one has attended my service request. Now, their customer care also not responding and put me always in queue at number 8 or 10.

I opted for 6 months titanium plan and made the full payment for 6 months. It's been more than 5 days now and haven't heard anything from them. Custumor care no. Doesn't work, raised a ticket #161232 and no updates on that too (I wonder if they even check that). Raised it on their twitter account but all in vain. I dont even know whom to contact now....
