Livpure — Filter not received

Dear sir,
I have purchased one Water filter in Nov 2015 with my redg no [protected]. as per my purchase condition, you have to give me 01 year warantee with 02 filter change. During the year no filter was changed by your service provider. Now the service engineer change the Filter and give me bill of Rs.1150 for filter change.

I have not received any filter in last one year within my warantee period, The company is doing such a discrimination. Please provide me my 02 nos of Filter or Give me Rs.1150/- which was paid to Service engineer as on 05.01.2017.

Sir I have written this to bring you kind notice that my livpure RO water purifier has malfunctioned and is not dispensing water. So it's a request that please consider my grievances and help me out with a solution as soon as your earliest for that I shall remain very thankful to you.

Sir my RO is not filter the water FM today morning It may be dangerous for health please repair it as soon as possible.
