    Still now not Resolved my problem. Compliant reference number: 1704219167312 I have been buying and servicing electrical goods for about 16 years. But if you complained that I had AC problem 15 days ago my problem has not been cleared till now. Saying something every day, why your service center when you can not do small problem. I have never seen so much crap service. Thank you for your worst service. note: I know exactly where to take my problem.

    I have been buying and servicing electrical goods for about 16 years. But if you complained that I had AC problem 15 days ago my problem has not been cleared till now. Saying something every day, why your service center when you can not do small problem. I have never seen so much crap service. Thank you for your worst service.

      We bought 1.5 ton split ac from lloyd authorised dealer in Zirakpur, Punjab . It has been just 10 days that we bought it and we are facing an issue with it 3rd time in 10 days . It is not cooling at all . They say its gas leakage . They refilled it 4 days ago . And its 5th day today that it has again not been cooling at all . What kind of service is this ? We have invested our hard earned money to get a new product and you make fool o[censored]s? I need immediate assistance and i want to get my product replaced or refunded .

        Dear Team,

        To whom soever it may concern, we have purchased Lyold Smart TV on 1/1/2019, at the time of purchase they have given warranty card of 3yrs ...unfortunately we have lost the bills and the warranty card.
        While we are facing some issues in the smart TV...as the repair was under the warranty period we have gone to the vasanth & co were we purchased the product to get the duplicate copy as guided by Lyold customer care agent but still there is no appropriate response from the dealer.

          I bought an AC last year in May, the installation was not done properly which i raised . Post that i was not in my home. Now this year I came back & facing issues due to installation. The hole in the wall is so big that rain water is getting in to my room. I raised request multiple times which is closed without any attempt. Can anyone look into it?

          The service is very poor for the service center, i will never recommend Llyod & will surely take legal steps if not resolved ASAP

            I had raised a service complaint on 9th April 2021 for my Split Inverter 1.5 ton AC. The AC is not cooling. Reference number "[protected]". My location is Kharagpur, West Bengal. Complaint raised on behalf of Mr. Joyanta Roy, my father. ETA given to me was 24 hrs.
            Its 20th April today and still the issue has not been taken care of. The technician visited and said that the PCB needs to be replaced. He took 8 days to go back with the new PCB and found that its not of the correct size. He again went back saying he will come back within 2 days with a new PCB.
            Today he says he cannot do anything till he gets it delivered to his service center from Lloyds.
            We have patiently waited for last 15 days and its really painful to see my 70yrs + parents suffer this way in this scorching heat.
            Requesting the entire team to please be professional and show little humanity and responsibility towards their customers.

              Purchased semi automatic washing machine for Rs. 7, 800 - 00 on[protected] at sowndarya digital mall, Srikakulam, andhrapradesh state.

              Model no.LWMS 65 so
              Serial no. L292035G17H03029

              COMPLAINTS :
              Spinner not working since may, 2019 but not complained as the washer is working.

              Washer is not working since 1-4-2021. Revoiving drum at bottom moving only on helping / assisting with hand. Then it revolve on it's own clockwise and again after assisting it revolve anti- clockwise.

              inlet & outlet pipes spoiled since 2019 and has to be replaced but managing somehow.

              Surf Water in washer leaking / draining out before completing actual washing of clothes but managing by lifting drain pipe up until completion of washing.

              LOCAL SERVICE CENTER :
              Reported to [protected] local service center on 7-4-2021 over phone. Receptionist promissed to send Technician same evening or next morning...but not turned up.

              On[protected] learnt on enquiry over phone that the Technician is suffering from fever and promissed to send on[protected].
              Ramu [protected] ( may not be original Technician) visited, assisted the drum to revolve and then enquired over his mobile with some who seem told that capacitor is at fault. My request to unscrew washing drum to find out /examine weather there is any obstruction of cloth pieces etc.hindering revolving was not heeded.

              Then took pictures of capacitor, 6years motor warranty sticker & serial number in front of machine and invoice. He asked me weather iam willing to pay half of his Rs 750 - 00 charges or total on his next visit same day à? I promissed to pay after get it repaired. He also told that I have to pay company prices Rs 1300 - 00 for capacitor, inlet & out let pipes. Extra if any other parts.

              FOR NECESSARY ACTION :
              None turned up as on[protected]. So informed to customer care. Please also advise me whether it is better to purchase a new washing machine.

                      Our new llyod ac has been not installed properly. And installation team is so irresponsible . Our ac drain out pipe has been waved off . Due improper installation. So we need an assistance to rectify the above complaint.

                        Hi, I have purchased LLOYD 1 ton (LS12I32AF 1EA) airconditioner from Reliance Digital, Salai road Trichy Branch(TN) dated[protected], the A/c is not working properly for the past one month from and
                        * I have raised a complaint in Reliance resq team dated[protected], complaint ID is 24365040
                        * Reliance tech team attended on[protected] named Satish +[protected], but they failed to resolve the issue
                        * Sr Manager Mr.Rajan +91-[protected] promised to solve this issue and not attending my calls till date.
                        * I'm helpless and Reliance team and Lloyd is not responding this issue for more than a month by giving inappropriate reasons.
                        * I'm suffering a lot in this hot climate without Ac for more than a month, I need replacement for the same ASAP

                              With great pain and anguish i am reporting that recently i had some issues with my Lloyd Ac product sr no. Is(LWMS75LI[protected] purchase date : 08/12/2016... .. Accordingly sir your lloyd ac worked 4year great... but now i am suffering problem ac is not cooling ac is giving hot air from indoor unit. I complain to lloyd. Havells company provides an engineer, engineer came to my house without mask and he is standing front of my indoor unit and outdoor unit too only 5min and said give me 500rs for checking i said ok i will give you but sir what's problem happened with ac, he said your ac's compressor is not working properly you have to change and you have pay ₹2000 for documentation and coolant i said okk sir please i will give you when you change my compressor then, because u didn't do anything u just seeing my indoor and outdoor unit and wants 500, the guy misbehaves with me and my mother too, after that he clicked a snap of my ac's bill and said i am processing your request your compressor will be change within 4 days.
                              After 4days when i am calling the guy is cutting my call after that he putted my no. On blacklist again i called with another no. He revived and said my phone is not working properly that way your call is not connecting, after that i asked about ac problem he said i already mailed when will be reply from company i will change after 10 days not reply from company and engineer too. After that i complain to customer care no. Shared all my problems after that consumer service advisor said the engineer who went to your house he is saying your ac is in good no issues any you have to change compressor that's way your request is denied from us. Sir i am requesting you please take action against liar engineer...
                              Sir after 2 days i asked to consumer care he said i will provide an engineer he will resolve your problem within 24 hours sir please have patience, , , no one is comings the service center is Postpone my problem nothing else
                              My mother is heart patient that room is my mom's room sir my humble request is please sir resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I have Lloyd split ac LS12I36FM. Somehow I have lost remote control of this ac model. I inquired many shops but they all are demanding atleast photo of that remote which I have already lost. So if anyone has this ac model then please contact me on [protected].

                                      Cuttack service center Manager Mr. Guddu called me and informed we dont provide service to your address so better you will contact bhubaneswar srrvice center I simply replied ok then i tried many times to inform problem with Mr dipti, who is manager of bhubaneswar service center he did not responsed.

                                      Lloyes company should take care of this type of careless from their employee.Its not the right way to tackle any costomer problem and dont harass your customer.

                                      Please informe them and give me service as soon as possible otherwise i know how to handle this type of behaviour.
