Dear sir,

I am the customer of lloyd ...in march i. Have purchased Ac ...4 days past i have faced technical problem in my Ac ..for that i have raised the complain ...your maintenance team have come in my home and take the part of Ac ...he said at the time of pickup of part of Ac within 12 hours your problem will resolve but still now 4 days over ...he is not responding over my call and msgs...my ac in gurantee periods
16 march 2021 i have purchased that...your repairing person contact details is:- Name:- soyab contact no:- [protected]...i have called him so many times he said talk to my manager ..nothing in my hand ...manager name is: ravi kumar contact no- [protected]... I have called him he always give me a silly reasons... Your maintenance person take Ac display card and mother board take with for maintaince and he has charged 500/- rs for charges

Please take a hard step agianst it and reslove my problem..either be return my parts...i will matiance by outside person..

    I have raised a request for non cooling of AC on 8 -6-2021.(details attached)

    We not received any communication from your end nobody comes to check the AC and After 2-3 days i again call customer care, they raised a fresh complaint. I got a call around 2 Pm and I have given time of 4 Pm to come but nobody comes.

    After some days I again call customer care, and i got to know that service agency closed our call mentioning the customer Is our of station.(false statement given by service agency).

    I again call customer care on[protected] for getting the status they again given a fresh complaint number.

    I want to confirm why our first call closed by service agency to saying that customer is our of station.

    And in between our AC expires it's warranty on 12th June.

    Now after so many days executive visited on[protected] and after checking he says that AC require gas top up from 100 to 130.

    And he is demanding Charges for visiting and gas refilling.

    I want a simple reply when I raised a complaint in warranty period then why my call got closed by service agency by giving a false statement of customer Is out of station.

    When I ask service agency owner about this he says that you have given time of 4 pm and he will work according to his timing rather than time given by customer. His executive will not come by time given by customer. Then why you guys called this type of behavior is you are providing free service to customers.

    Who has given right your service agency
    to close my complaint giving a false statement.

    I have made 8-10 times complaints on customer care and not getting any response at all, everytime customer care guys giving a new complaint number and not giving status of actual I want to know the status of complaints given in warranty period.

    Now I m cursing my self why I purchased your company Ac, after completing almost 1 Month for only complaining and complaining and not getting any type of feed back call or any type of satisfying call.

    Hoping a reply soon.

        Very Foolish Service of LLOYD and THIRD PARTY

        Hi,

        I have booked a complaint for my LLOYD WINDOW AC which was bought two months ago.
        My ac is automatically turning off after a minute for which i have booked a complaint with LLOYD Costumer Care no#[protected] on which a Lady have booked a complaint for my AC and she told me that someone will call me from technical team.
        I was waited.. waited.. waited..
        Than again after 2-3 hours i made a call to...

        I spoke to helpline number 7 days ago about the leakage issue in Indoor unit and mentioned the following issue:

        I purchased the Lloyd Non inverter AC on 28th April 2019 and product is registered with mobile number[protected].
        Product started to show signs of manufacturing defect in the very initial phase and complaint was registered. Technician visited and said they have resolved the problem but it started to show the same defects in a while.
        Total of 4 complaints were lodged during 1st season and the record can be found in your Database which shows the actual signs of Manufacturing defaults.
        In next season, i.e. 2020, due to nation wide lockdown I was not able to contact Lloyd customer support but gas leakage continued to be a problem and I had to get it refilled from Local technician as anyone would agree that the product is made for specific seasonal use.


        Post hearing these issues I was told that my product is in 1 Year Standard + 4 Year Component warrantee. I specifically asked if there is any consequences of getting this checked from Local Technician and I was told (& I would highlight there are no other reason I would know this) that there is no consequences at all except deduction of 3 months standard warrantee. My product component will continue to cover in the warrantee & thus I was happy to pay “Technician Service Fee” to have my component warrantee covered.

        I also highlighted specifically about the poor service to date, I.e. 4 complaints in the 1st season itself, and they had assured that a senior technician will visit to CHECK the issue and will provide a resolution to the product defect.

        “So called” Senior technician just visited, looked at the 2 videos (which I took when I had this checked from my Local support) and told that it would not be covered under warrantee and i’ll have to pay for the full issue which would cost in range of 4k. I could have possibly forward this videos to the team instead of calling someone for a minute and paying a sum of 500 for no reasons at all for the promises made by Lloyd Support team.

        I even asked this “Senior Technician” to let me talk to his manager but he didn’t even let me speak to him at all and kept asking for “his hard earned money” by watching a couple of videos in a very rough tone that I had to pay as I did not wanted any kind of quarrel in my premises.

        I am highly frustrated by the Lloyd name which must be really evident in the details mentioned above. Customer support, their higher Authorities and this so called Senior Technician are of zero help and looking forward for the resolution asap.

        Have already mailed the id couple of times but no response at all.

            its like a puncture dukan product

              After buying LLOYD AC, I called to the customer care regarding installation.
              As i booked installation from the customer care, I was very much sure that the installer will be having every highly qualified regarding installation. But the 3 clever person came to my home for installation were having no knowledge of installing the split AC. They did such a rubbish work that now couldn't be cured as the AC & all the accessories has to be removed & new installation process has to be done.
              I clarified to the customer care executive that the person who will be visiting to my home for installation shall come with proper ID Cards issued by Havells.
              When the person came, they were neither in proper uniform nor having any such ID cards.
              I was waiting for the feedback message from the Havells but the company is not even bother about their customer to ask about the work/feedback from the customers.
              This is the biggest drawback of the company for lacking in the company.
              I even tried to approach to the official site of LLOYD but there also no such option of feedback is available.
              Not only this, despite of my multiple requests, the installer had not vacuumed the inlet or outlet.
              The annex photos are the original pic of the outlet pipe, inlet instrument worked by the so called AUTHORISED SPLIT AC INSTALLER.

              Would suggest everyone not to go for Havells LLOYD AC.

                I am buy many ac for my house and office but sale service not good for dealer side dealer name is jagdama sale vadodara. Not responder any call any send any election for filling gas after 2 month gas is out of machin we pay 3500 for gas... to buy a ac for samsung after sale service is good

                  I bought an AC in 9th of june 2019 of LLOYD but right now it stops cooling so i asked for the service in 2020 they done the service of my AC but after the service we stop using AC because of the winters and in the summer of 2021 when we start using it, that AC did not gives any cooling so we asked for the customer care to check it they checked and said that the cooling gas is leaking and for resolve that issue they demanded money we gave them money and issue is resolved for several days only . after some in days AC again stopped cooling and this time when we asked for the help from customer care they checked and said cooling coil is not working properly, so we said to change the Cooling coil because AC is in a warranty period but now it more than 15 days they didn't help us yet .

                      Hi,

                      I bought Lloyd Split Inverter AC with 5 year warranty and 10 year compressor warranty since 15th Feb. 2015 from Anil Electronics showroom in Shahdara, Delhi. AC is not working. Engineer visited but not solved the issue . My product is under warranty. He told me, your AC purchase date is different as per record. Product is out of warranty. I already told him, This AC bought at 15 feb 2018. I have bill and you can call to Lloyd company also. According to company i have bought the AC since 15 feb 2018. They don't want to do without money. Product is in warranty then why i will pay the amount. Seriously Lloyd is worst company.
                      I am very very disappointed about the way or service which given by your end and I humbly request you to kindly do the needful on urgent basis. I shall be very thank full to you.

                          Non-redressal of Complaints of Split Air Conditioner

                          I brought a split a.c last year. A.c was showing F-9 error. I called customer care multiple times and lodge a complaint. A mechanic was appointed by the company to visit the side. mechanic created a job sheet of faulty part of A.C. It has been almost a month neither spare part is available nor my complaint is resolved by the LLYOD. They used trick that they always closed old complaint and create a new one. Almost 5 to 6 times they created...

                          Hi,

                          I bought lloyd window AC just 1 year back and 1 one month back PCB being not working and I had called to lloyd customer care and changed new PCB and charged me accordingly.

                          Please note the engineer was assigned by lloyd customer care and not by me personally.

                          But again I have facing PCB issue and my AC is not working any more and when I call to customer care (multiple times) they said the PCB was not changed by us and also said I have to call same guy where I had changed PCB and disconnect the call. Very Disappointed.

                          Also, I had tried to call on numbers which are mentioned on bill (multiple time) (who changed PCB) but they didn't picked a call and not answered. My AC is not working since 3 days.

                          Sir/Madam I am very very disappointed about the way or service which given by your end and I humbly request you to kindly do the needful on urgent basis. I shall be very thank full to you.

                            I have brought 1.5 ton a/c 1 month before..past 1 month it's working good but till 10days it's not working ( not cooling - gas leaking problem) already technician solve the problem two times but same problem will continue, again I complained but till no one resolve the problem...

                              My split inverter AC is not working since 25/5/2021. i have complaint several times through their costumer care and my lloyd app. the complaints nos./job id are[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] . but above complaints[protected],[protected],[protected] are cancelled without informing me, and job id[protected] is still showing part PO created since 8/6/2021.
                              i have other brand AC but i fell worse service by lloyd. so i want refund of my ac.
                              my product code is GLS18I31AF
                              purchase date is 25/03/2018

                                Showing p3 error code

                                When the AC Turned ON it’s not working and cooling simply showing the P3 error code on the display
                                So i request to the company to please solve the problem hence my Ac compressor has two year warranty...

                                  I want to update my new number [protected] to repair lloyd led tv that i purchase in October 2019 and i booked complaint on 10/06/2021 complaint No[protected] the service concerned person tell me that i have to re register my complaint with my old number and they cancel my complaint only for existing number issue i lost my old number is there in written that customer can only complaint with their existing number otherwise service not provided to customer kindly update my new number so they can process the service and tell ASAP and i want asm number urgent all of your customer care executive and service provider company making fool of me and their mail is full i already mailed them it's been a week now i want senior person contact number
