Sir I m facing Ice problem after running of 10 min Of Ac ..

I made a complaint almost 2 months ago for not cooling my split AC 1.5 ton, then yours company send a person name vikas who ask me to refill the gas and I permitted him to do the same, but now just after 2 months AC is not cooling again, n when I Call him he tells me that the mechanic has suffering from corona n no one is able to come yet we have a bed sore patient n we need Urgent service...plss do something

WE ORDERED AN AC BUT THEY SEND US THE USED ONE ( all indoor parts of that AC are used ) now when we are calling them they are arguing saying that ( aisa hi hota hai ) even after knowing the issue they are not taking any action . They are misbehaving and arguing .I am very disappointed with their actions . Now they are not even picking calls ... Please look into the matter

Worst company ever I am writing this email when I am fed up with their services I buyer Lloyd AC 28, 000 and till now I have spent on this more than 12, 000 everytime AC cooling coil is leak everytime I use to call their people and they also come and fill the gas and after 1 day only the AC AS ASUAL IS NOT WORKING...
YOU DONT DESERVE RATINGS YOU ARE PATHETIC COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN WORST COMPANY EVER

A.c does not work properly its not give cooling also when i on turbo mode its not giving properly cooling

I purchased Llyod AC on 8-Jul-2021 from a dealer of Ghaziabad. Pathetic installation done by company engg. Within 4 days I have to call customer care 3 times Every time Engg came but all are untrained. Now my AC is leaking, fed-up with Llyod services.

Cooling problem

We have purchased Lloyd's ac in march and 1st service is still due, i have tried many times to call and complaint but i didn't get any response from your side.
I want my AC to be serviced soon.
Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

I’ve purchased a Lloyd AC 2 years back, a few months back however when I needed to have it serviced, I’ve had the worst customer experience service. So let me put down the details below for you

19th April : My AC displayed a E9 error and I registered a complaint and the service team came to my house, I was not at home that time, my parents were home, and they said the outdoor unit PCB is damaged and sent me the photo of the parts they are taking which I’ve attached below

30th April: Lockdown was announced and the service engineer who sent me this Mr. Muhammad was not reachable. After nearly 2 months of lockdown ending, I registered another complaint with your service team (including numerous other complaints after that) with the following Job IDS [protected]. A service engineer came and realised the parts are missing and had to also pay in Rs 300 for the visit. Now it’s my assumption that the second service engineer knows the history and is coming with the right part to fix it, instead he said he has no idea about the parts.

Then upon finally getting in touch with Mr Muhammed who had earlier visited and taken the parts, he gave me the number of one Mr. Govan (his manager) who will help out. Upon calling him on the 1st of July he said he would call me back, then he did after a week and asked me for the AC serial number which I sent immediately.

Then when I called him again a few days later, he says the same he’ll call back, and today when I reached out to him, he spoke to me very rudely saying the part is not there, so what can he do? He’s at-least supposed to call me and inform me that, and not me having to chase him, especially since I’ve not been able to use the AC in 3 months.

Please explain to me now the following

a) How can I trust that the part was really damaged, when Mr Muhammaed took it with him on the said date and never bothered to respond to my calls or inform me the status of the part? How can I even verify the PCB removed from my AC is the same one as they are claiming, if it was damaged, the first thing to be done was to inform me about it. There were 10 days between the removal and lockdown, enough time to inform surely.

b) When I’m the one paying for the repair and having already paid 300 unnecessarily to the engineer and despite making calls to your customer care, this is still not resolved.

c) I’ve had to make so many calls, register so many complaints and still not have my issue resolved, so I need to be compensated for that and the mistreatment received from your service team Mr Govan, who said go ahead and complain if you want I don’t care.

Myself chittibabu Majji, i had bought LLOYD Air Conditioner 19A3LR on 20.08.2017. I want to inform that i had raised a complaint 3 months back regarding problem in Compressor but till now there is no solution/repaired till now regarding to my compressor. I therefore, request you to solve my compressor issue at an earliest date.

I have purchased Lloyd AC 11 months back and it's been used very less since it purchased. However, got an issue(its not getting cooled) and requested for service, after that one guy has assigned and he checked on 21st June 2021 and told me there is an issue with one part and he ordered it. I have not received any response as today is 10th July . When I tried to reach that person he said he is not the right person to give status and asked me to check with office . I am keep on trying to reach them but they are not picking my calls. I never expected this kind of ignorance from Lloyds.

I have purchased Lloyd split inverter ac on 07-05-21. But it is not work properly, please repair it

My display doesn’t perform only gives me blue light. My tv is under warranty and facing this issue second time under 5 years I don’t understand what kind of like this Lloyd tv carries. Kindly look into this matter.

Dear sir,
I took your split ac from aluva asher show room. After 3 months last 3 weeks cooling is not there. I booked service and service guy(his num-[protected])told me to come on 6/7/2021. He has not come and called me on 7/7/21 and told me will come on today at 5pm. The same day i contact him and asked him to why not come. He said lots of irritation words like unparlementary. What i have to do. I have phone records.i am going to move case against the company
