Issue in Lloyd ac

मैं भारत भूषण 2106/2, नियर नीली छतरी यमुना बाजार दिल्ली-110006, 6 महीने से लगातार कंप्लेंट कर रहे हैं लेकिन एक ही टेक्नीशियन बार बार आया लेकिन मशीन ठीक नहीं करी गई हमारी मशीन रिप्लेस करवाई जाए हम बहुत परेशान हो गए हैं सर्विस सेंटर वालों ने कोई सुनवाई नहीं करी कंप्लेंट करने के बावजूद यह वाशिंग मशीन रिप्लेस करके हमें दूसरी मशीन दी जाए कंप्लेंट अभी करी हुई है वाशिंग मशीन अभी गारंटी में है,

Worst company ever I am writing this email when I am fed up with their services I buyer Lloyd AC 28, 000 and till now I have spent on this more than 12, 000 everytime AC cooling coil is leak everytime I use to call their people and they also come and fill the gas and after 1 day only the AC AS ASUAL IS NOT WORKING...
YOU DONT DESERVE RATINGS YOU ARE PATHETIC COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN WORST COMPANY EVER

A.c does not work properly its not give cooling also when i on turbo mode its not giving properly cooling

I purchased Llyod AC on 8-Jul-2021 from a dealer of Ghaziabad. Pathetic installation done by company engg. Within 4 days I have to call customer care 3 times Every time Engg came but all are untrained. Now my AC is leaking, fed-up with Llyod services.

Cooling problem

We have purchased Lloyd's ac in march and 1st service is still due, i have tried many times to call and complaint but i didn't get any response from your side.
I want my AC to be serviced soon.
Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

I’ve purchased a Lloyd AC 2 years back, a few months back however when I needed to have it serviced, I’ve had the worst customer experience service. So let me put down the details below for you

Myself chittibabu Majji, i had bought LLOYD Air Conditioner 19A3LR on 20.08.2017. I want to inform that i had raised a complaint 3 months back regarding problem in Compressor but till now there is no solution/repaired till now regarding to my compressor. I therefore, request you to solve my compressor issue at an earliest date.

I have purchased Lloyd AC 11 months back and it's been used very less since it purchased. However, got an issue(its not getting cooled) and requested for service, after that one guy has assigned and he checked on 21st June 2021 and told me there is an issue with one part and he ordered it. I have not received any response as today is 10th July . When I tried to reach that person he said he is not the right person to give status and asked me to check with office . I am keep on trying to reach them but they are not picking my calls. I never expected this kind of ignorance from Lloyds.

I have purchased Lloyd split inverter ac on 07-05-21. But it is not work properly, please repair it

My display doesn’t perform only gives me blue light. My tv is under warranty and facing this issue second time under 5 years I don’t understand what kind of like this Lloyd tv carries. Kindly look into this matter.

Dear sir,
I took your split ac from aluva asher show room. After 3 months last 3 weeks cooling is not there. I booked service and service guy(his num-[protected])told me to come on 6/7/2021. He has not come and called me on 7/7/21 and told me will come on today at 5pm. The same day i contact him and asked him to why not come. He said lots of irritation words like unparlementary. What i have to do. I have phone records.i am going to move case against the company

Was informed to you that the said model panel is not available hence we need to replace LED TV with new one Model No 43FS301B of specification (2K HDR, ANDRIOD LED, 1.5 GB RAM+8 GB ROM, DOLBY AUDIO), MRP of Rs 35990 /- against your said LED model. I have purchased a lloyd air conditioner in april 2019, from very initial day it is not working well...in name of cooling it is slightly better than fan only...i had lodged a complain to company earlier also.. company service man came and detected some gas leakage issue...after resolving that functioning did not improved well...it is still d same...i am highly disappointed with your company air conditioner...its my humble request to you...plz get my air conditioner checked... and find the issue why it is not functioning well

I am the customer of lloyd ...in march i. Have purchased Ac ...4 days past i have faced technical problem in my Ac ..for that i have raised the complain ...your maintenance team have come in my home and take the part of Ac ...he said at the time of pickup of part of Ac within 12 hours your problem will resolve but still now 4 days over ...he is not responding over my call and msgs...my ac in gurantee periods
16 march 2021 i have purchased that...your repairing person contact details is:- Name:- soyab contact no:- [protected]...i have called him so many times he said talk to my manager ..nothing in my hand ...manager name is: ravi kumar contact no- [protected]... I have called him he always give me a silly reasons... Your maintenance person take Ac display card and mother board take with for maintaince and he has charged 500/- rs for charges

Please take a hard step agianst it and reslove my problem..either be return my parts...i will matiance by outside person..

I have raised a request for non cooling of AC on 8 -6-2021.(details attached)

We not received any communication from your end nobody comes to check the AC and After 2-3 days i again call customer care, they raised a fresh complaint. I got a call around 2 Pm and I have given time of 4 Pm to come but nobody comes.

After some days I again call customer care, and i got to know that service agency closed our call mentioning the customer Is our of station.(false statement given by service agency).

I again call customer care on[protected] for getting the status they again given a fresh complaint number.

I want to confirm why our first call closed by service agency to saying that customer is our of station.

And in between our AC expires it's warranty on 12th June.

Now after so many days executive visited on[protected] and after checking he says that AC require gas top up from 100 to 130.

And he is demanding Charges for visiting and gas refilling.

I want a simple reply when I raised a complaint in warranty period then why my call got closed by service agency by giving a false statement of customer Is out of station.

When I ask service agency owner about this he says that you have given time of 4 pm and he will work according to his timing rather than time given by customer. His executive will not come by time given by customer. Then why you guys called this type of behavior is you are providing free service to customers.

Who has given right your service agency
to close my complaint giving a false statement.

I have made 8-10 times complaints on customer care and not getting any response at all, everytime customer care guys giving a new complaint number and not giving status of actual I want to know the status of complaints given in warranty period.

Now I m cursing my self why I purchased your company Ac, after completing almost 1 Month for only complaining and complaining and not getting any type of feed back call or any type of satisfying call.

Hoping a reply soon.
