Hi, i applied for a home loan and was pressurized to take insurance from kotak as package, which i didn't want to. I didn't want to take any insurance at this point. I complained to l&t finance through this portal but didn't get any satisfactory response to sort this issue. Now, the overall emi (Along with the insurance, which was also converted to en emi) appears to be more than that offered by other banks, so i feel cheated. The advantage that i saw on going with l&t was their lesser rate of interest which i thought was advantageous to me. But now i feel this is a deliberate means devised to extract money from customers in the guise of offering home loan at a lesser rate of interest. Even after repeated requests not to force the insurance on me, they didn't take cognizance. I complained on this portal around 10 days back but l&t finance didn't make any serious attempt to contact me. They kept asking me for my contact details and though i shared the details with them multiple times, they kept repeating the message as if they didn't get the email or phone number.in a desperate attempt to wash the matter off their hands, they sent a message saying they are closing the complaint since they didn't get my contact details. I requested lnt to give my lap closure seven days b4 on 30oct18 i have not recieved my loan closure till today's date.. It's been too late by lnt m requesting daily by contacting them but no response by lnt they said they will provide within 7 days but it's been not done yet..
Another banks provide these details on the same day requested hand to hand but lnt is too slow. Not happy with the response by lnt as it's urgent for me

Drafted this to let the company know what is the brand image & standards which l&t is creating in the market.
I had taken a 2 wheeler loan for unicorn bike from my nearest automobile agency by which my case was sent to the mumbai's l&t branch. First of all the executives sitting over there are nicely enjoying their comforts of the office they have nothing to do with customer queries & complaints, they just keep giving the assurity of taking the actions & at the end nothing is done from their end. They share their personal contact no's to the customer saying that in case of any complaint or query give us a call we will resolve the issue, but nobody really cares. Your executives like mr. Gangadhar do such things and never fulfills their commitment towards the company. They keep people waiting outside for 4-5 hours and do nothing they have nothing to do for customers.
Coming to the point i had paid my entire loan amount i. E 40, 673 for the bike in the month of aug and resolved my loan i also have the receipt for the same.
As checked in my pass book my bank statement displays the deduction of entire amount of loan payment i. E 40, 673 on 20th aug 2018 this shows that my loan has been cleared now again after that on 5th sept 2018 my deduction of loan has happened i. E additional 2514 has been deducted from my bank account.
I am again been calling to all the concerned executives of your company & on the customer care no's but nobody is bothered to answer the complaints of the customer.
This is to inform if company thinks that a customer is fool keep looting the customer then this is the wrong notion which you-all are carrying, if the company doesn't bothers to look after the customers complaints from company side then customer has the power to resolve it in a legal manner.
I would never ever recommend anybody to take loan from l&t finance & if further company fails to resolve my complaint timely ill be taking the required action to save my hard earned money.

I undersigned mrs jaysgree sampat zine a loan account holder of your company. My loan agreement number is 2640615. I have taken two wheeler loan from your company before 30 months back. My vehicle number is mh20dx0646. I have paid emi regularly for 24 months. But since 5th dec 2017 you have not presented ecs to my account. I was having sufficient balance in my account. But also your have not debited amount from my account. After that i have taken regular follow up for emi but your employees couldn't responded me. Now your recovery officer mr. Shirke has misbehaved me. He is coming to my house and using abused language also he is harassing me. Unnecessary he is shouting on me in my society. For that i am giving you first complaint to you then i will lodgethen i visited to your office then collection manager santosh navkar also used abused language and insulted me. He couldn't co-operate me. Because of this my cibil score got down.
Now i am ready to pay 5 emi's. But request you to kindly waive bouncing charges and other charges from 5/12/2017 to 5/10/2018. And activate my ecs.

One year I have paid EMI every month on time. And only one month I delayed for 20days. For that your staff about 10 to 12 members tortured me and harassed like anything. I felt very bad. Anyways I paid that on 25th of same month. Now for the same you applied cheque for 3times where it is bounced and charges of Rs. 177/- deducted for the next couple of months. And now Rs. 826/- is still in pending status showing you have not released. My bank person said that you have to release it. Now please do not hold that amount release it as soon as possible. My agreement no. is 3330585.

And I have decided in future not to take any loans from you as well for sure WILL NOT REFER TO ANY OF MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, RELATIVES, NEIGHBORS, ANY KNOWN PERSON BECAUSE THE TORTURE YOU GIVE FOR 15DAYS IF WE DELAYED EMI IS INEXPLICABLE. MANY OF LOANS I HAVE TAKEN TILL NOW. Nowhere I faced this kind of harassment which i had is undefinable. Please do the needful.

I have received msg twice stating there was a deduction in his account and i don't no why once we missed to pay the due for particular month, lnt finance had sent an agent to collect money i have paid the due along with penalty please verify with lnt finance group for the date when they have sent the agent and after that we have not missed any payment...

I have taken two wheeler loan from l&t. Emi amount is not in-sink with loan amount, interest rate and tenure. My first emi is due on 01 nov 2018. But your executive is not able to provide me all details such as emi amount with amortization (Or principal and interest breakup month-wise). He is saying i will get all these details by post. I want all clarification before my 1st emi.

I am working in l&t - hed, as a part of corporate car scheme i had bought the car, registered no. Mh04cd5922 in year 2005. L&t - hed had made most of the payment by procuring loan from l&t finance. The car was registered in my name in that year closed car scheme.

Can you please send me a letter that all payment related to above has been made & there is no loan as on date so that i can dispose off my car.

Hello.
We had taken a loan for a two wheeler on an NRI account. The staff at the Bangalore, Lal Bagh Road office advised us to pay the EMI in cash on the 1st of every month to avoid late payment charges, despite having collected all the EMI cheques.

As the account holder lives abroad and all payments except for the first 3-4 were made by cash, we were not aware that on the 15th of each month the cheques would be deposited as well and ECS charges deducted on it from the bank account. This is despite cash payments being made on the first of each month. Or by latest the first week.

Now the staff at the above mentioned office is washing their hands off the matter despite understanding that the problem was from there end.

Kindly sort the matter for us or we will have to file a consumer court complaint as well as approach the bank ombudsman to take the matter further.

The first emi due has not been debited from my account. I called up you service center and they informed me that they dont have option to check and i would have to visit a nearest branch which is about 35kms from my house. The documents you needed were provided while processing the loan and if the ECS is not set, that is a mistake from the banks end. Also there is no service of sending agents from the bank for document collection which all other banks provide. Also there is no option to make an online payment and neither your online service center helps with that.

Your recovery agent has been calling me and making all kinds of threats. His number is "[protected]". I have already told him that i have called the bank and spoken to them, but he still calls me and threatens me. He has been making statements linke "aukad nahi hai".

Is this the kind of service you provide, to harass customers instead of helping them? I must have made a mistake taking loan from your pathetic institution. Will ensure that none of the people who know me personally or on social media ever take a loan from you guys.
