    Actually I changed my job and my salary account changed in indusind bank so I requested your sales person who had logged my case for finance two wheeler but still no response yet, for that my EMI has bounced in the present month, and after that I gone to same show room for payment and handover also emi amount and call to sales person for collect 5 days back, he said to collect and confirm me but still awaited, where vehicle is financed name SHANTI AUTOMOBILE AT UTTARPARA GT ROAD, WEST BENGAL. but still no body collect the emi amount. so please help me for that.

    And sorry to say that 3 days back one of Techno polis person saltlake office person name he said Sarkar title giving abusing languages and giving threats to me I have to come to office and payment in office only. the behavior not good slang languages saying, so I don't understand in L N T company corporate guy behaving like this, if I am defaulter or did something wrong he has right to say, but why this is happening.

        Today i received a letter from lthfl regarding submission of noc from developer in the name of lthfl. The lettet mentioned as below:
        "1) original noc issued by developer in the name of lthfl
        This is to inform you that due to non-submission of the aforesaid documents in spite of numerous follow-ups and reminders, in line with the executed loan agreement an additional interest to the tune of 2% over and above the current prevailing interest rate for your loan account in line with the executed loan agreement will
        Be charged to you till the time the said non-submission is cured to the satisfaction of the lender"

        I have received this letter or letter regarding this issue for first time since i have taken the loan ftom lthfl.

        On purchasing the open plot and getting the registered mortgage done, we are not supposed to submit the noc. And the lthfl is requesting the nov from developer.

        Thanks for your follow up here.

        I had called the customer care and they did not had any idea on this. How is that possible that the customer care does not even have an idea on what the customer receives from the company.

        Then I had to call the head office in Mumbai and had got that resolved.

        Please try to improve the customer care facility provided by the company and try to hire professional or skilled people. They even don't know how to address the complaints.

        Its fine for now. But please take care of this in future.

        We as a company care for the sales in the company. But no one cares for the Services part from the company.

        Please try to improve the Services Team more than the Sales Team. The Services Team is the key ingredient for the boost of the sales in market.

              Respected sir,
              Loan number 4046487. I had sufficient balance in my bank account but still emi was not deducted on 3rd december and cheque bounced, and no one informed me what is wrong happened wether it is due to bank mistake and got message on 11th december that your loan will be represented on 13th december. Please help me if my contain sufficient balance why my emi delayed and filed panalty on me please help me and refund my cheque bounce charges.

                    This is regarding the emi which gets deducted every month for the two wheeler loan.

                    Due to insufficient balance in the account, emi deduction was not done.

                    I have contacted the agent through whom the loan was taken. I was told that i will be contacted by them or the company itself for the amount to be paid. However, i have not received any call or message regarding this.

                    Kindly let me know the further step to be taken as the per day charges would be added and i'm not responsible the delay in response from the agent and the company since i have contacted them several times.

                      I had informed l and t of an unscheduled debit from my account against the home loan under subvention scheme that we have taken from l&t housing finance for a unit in ireo skyon.

                      Upon this complaint while no emi amount was deducted in the subsequent months, however i kept getting smss that an emi would be deducted from my account on the 7th of the month. As advised by l and t that these reminders are just system errors, we ignored these smss and rightly so no emi was getting deducted on the 7th of every month.

                      However, today, once again, there has been an unscheduled debit of rs 1, 04, 059 made from my account towards l&t housing finance

                      I am repenting having established any association with l&t due to this repeated inconvenience. It was a huge error to have provided ecs rights to l&t and to avail loan from the company in the first place

                      Mails to the customer service email id provided by you ([protected]@lthousingfinance.com) repeatedly remain undelivered and their is no permanent resolution to these recurring issues.

                      I don't know about which payment you are asking coz as per my knowledge I haven't ever taken a loan from ur company.

                            Dear Sir,
                            we have done full and final settlement of my car above car loan in Rs 85, 000/- in two parts.
                            Rs 35000/- already paid by cash on same day. A Cheque of Rs 50, 000/- paid by cheque which is dishonour due to bank technical issue while sufficient balance was maintained in account.
                            so, requesting that please either re deposit the same cheque or collect in cash from me.

L&t has deducted the emi on 12/1/2018 without intimation and today again called to notify one more emi will be deducted tomorrow. This is ridiculous. The kind of service provided is not acceptable. How can you deduct 2 emi in same month. We are trying to get proper schedule but till date there is no response from l&t. I want to transfer my loan account to some different bank.

                                    My name is rajeshwari s/o parvathreddy taken two wheeler loan (Honda shine 125) from l&t finance on may-2018, and submitted the required documents form ecs, of state bank of india, banglore monthly emi of rs 2743/-

                                    Loan a/c number: 3890717

                                    First month ecs cleared from our bank & after that from second month on wards we are receiving calls from l&t finance bangalore branches saying that due to the server down, payments not received from bank & asking us to pay by cash to the l&t representative.

                                    Last two months we have paid by cash. We are keeping sufficient money in our account & also inquired in the bank about is there any problem from bank side to clear the ecs. But they confirmed no problem with bank or our account.

                                    Unfortunately people from l & t making calls & threatening that our ecs return, which is totally wrong information. & also 2 times submitted ecs form in your l & t branch, bangalore. They are also using abused words unnecessarily and talking very rudely.

                                    Why this is happening,

                                    Though the ecs not return & having sufficient money why l&t people calling and threatening like this?

                                    I am not satisfied with l & t service…

                                    Kindly look in to the matter & resolve it as soon as possible.

                                      My l&t housing finance loan emi of rs. 40, 664 with standing instruction with hdfc savings account to deduct the ecs on 7th of every month,
                                      For the month of november, standing instruction was misused and emi was deducted from my hdfc bank sb account on 12/nov/18, twice instead of once.

                                      This resulted in the insufficient fund for my another bank emi, hence, other bank emi was bounced back. Please see the screen shot of my hdfc bank account statement for your reference.

                                      I talked to your customer care number (With ms. Moutushi), she accepted there was a technical issue which resulted in the deduction of emi twice, hence, agreed to refund the additional amount. Both hdfc bank and pnb housing finance has charged a penalty of rs. 1, 180 due to bounce of the other emi, but it was resulted due l&t housing finance deducting the emi twice.

                                      Please arrange to refund rs. 1, 180 immediately to cover the penalty charges from other banks.
