L have applied for a two wheelers loan and the loan was not approved. when I asked the agent he was unable to explain the reasons. He just show me the report in his mobile where it was stated that SOA required 512... So I couldn't understand the meaning. Please explain. Moreover I am an old Customer of family credit. My last car loan was closed on 2015 and I got the NOC. My CIBIL score is good so why my loan application was rejected. I must have to know the reason. because it's a matter of prestige. Hope you people inform me the actual fact.

Sir, I have purchased a 2wheeler bike on 18/06/2018 & my 1st installment was done OK. But, my 2nd installment is having a problem. I don't know what's the reason. My EMI an amount of Rs. 3097.00 & i have charged extra Rs. 350.00 for FC BCC, Rs. 53.00 for FC LPP & other Rs. 295.00 for Check bounce. So, I want to know why I'm getting charged for this in total of sum of Rs. 698.00 I want to talk with you sir.

Rto has some issue regarding my vehicle so they required my tax invoices copy for my activa 4g.in rainy season in my house water blockage has happened so i lost my many documents phone and so on... Requests to issue my invoice copy asap.

I have purchased a scooty from L&T Finance. My loan no. is 1938173, I have clear all the loan amount within the period but as some of my cheques was dishonoured by the bank for which I have to pay a sum of around Rupees 3200/- as penalty. I have called several times to your customer care no. how to pay the penalty amount but all the time i got the same answer pay your penalty at the JORHAT office. I want to inform you that I am living in DIBRUGARH and my loan was approved from Dibrugarh then why I go to JORHAT Office. The office of JORHAT is almost 180 KM from DIBRUGARH. JORHAT is a Different District and Dibrugarh is another one of Assam. If I Start my journey from Dibrugarh to Jorhat it will become 180 KM + 180 KM back to back. If you can not settle down any pending cases then you should not same district you should close the other branches.

Finally I have paid my dues on 14th August. 2018 vide Receipt no. D[protected]. and I have been waiting for the NOC.

But today the 3rd September, 2018 at around 5.21 PM I got a call from [protected]. a stupid lady asked me to pay the Penalty as soon as possible. She behaved me rudely and I asked her name she refused to tell me her name. Then I got angry and I told her that I have paid already vide receipt no as mentioned above. then again I asked her name she again denied to tell her name. I have tried to call her several times but she blocked me.

Dear Team,

My EMI auto deduct from my bank as per ECS facility. Never my payment not delay or late. But due to L&T FS server my payment not updated on time. which is badly effect to my CIBIL score. what i need to be done Pls suggest.

Since 4 month i was dropping the email to L&T person but they are not resolve my query.

Not getting the revert on this?
Concern- If my EMI deduct from my Account than why its showing in my CIBIL as Late Payment.
Resolution required- Pls submit the Correct report to CIBIL.
Action- Pls take the action who did this mistake. & Why Customer need to take the Followup.

Es se ek hi samaj main ata hai ki aap ki system poor hai. Aap ke log jayada paise ki mang krte hai without any authentic documents. Aap logo ko darate ho unko polise our case se dhamkate ho.

Bahot badi galti ki hamne ki apse service le. Aap ka staff supportive nahi hai balki vo tik se na bat karte hai na unme bat karne ka trika hai. Bahot hi ganda experience liya hai hamne aap se service le ke.

I AM Bharani from chennai, I have taken two wheeler loan from L AND T finance ltd on 30/04/2018 A/C NO - 3823186 all EMI cleared properly, but recently I applied personal loan from STANDARD CHARTERED BANK and confirmed overdue in my two wheeler loan amount 3720, due to this my cibil score will reduce from 830 to 734 because of this reason my loan got rejected.Kindly check and confirm on priority basis

Your excutive fraud me... They told me that my emi is rs.1810 but rs.1910 is deducted from my account.

I am simran purcharsed a Honda activa 5G from Varthur Balaji Motors and its been almost a month since i have got the delivery of my vehicle till date the F.e over there has not given the Reg.# and loan details there is no confirmation for the approval of the loan neither shared details regarding EMI nor sent the documents at my addresss the Executive at the showroom doesn't respond to the calls..

I bought honda unicorn bike (Total cost - 86350) from which i paid 25000 as down payment and remaining (62000 approx) i received load from l&t.
L&t executive said the load interest in 10%
Which makes the total 62000 + 10%=68200. And then the my 12month plan should charge 5685. But its charging 6322. On what basis is it this much?
My 2wh no. 3954852.

Please look into my issue and let know the status of resolving.

I have taken two wheeler bike loan through aditi automobiles noida, my loan number is 3805640 and emi amount is 4275.00. But yesterday i have got the message for "your emi of rs 33750 forlnt finance loan number 3997933 is due on 3-sep-18". The 3997933 is not my loan number and also the emi amount 33750 is my emi.

So please make it correct before amount deduction, and send me the message for lnt finance loan number 3805640 which emi is rs 4275.00 this is my correct loan number and emi amount.

Z a solution agency is not giving my noc from last two years. I request you to take necessary action against z a solution agency. They are neither giving any response to me nor receiving my calls. I request you to send my nov as soon as possible.

I pay my bike emi always on time without any delay as itautomatically deducted from my account then after this why an overdue of 2276 is shown in my cibil. Due to your fault it affects my credibility. Do update it as soon as possible.
