Dear Team,

My EMI auto deduct from my bank as per ECS facility. Never my payment not delay or late. But due to L&T FS server my payment not updated on time. which is badly effect to my CIBIL score. what i need to be done Pls suggest.

Since 4 month i was dropping the email to L&T person but they are not resolve my query.

Not getting the revert on this?
Concern- If my EMI deduct from my Account than why its showing in my CIBIL as Late Payment.
Resolution required- Pls submit the Correct report to CIBIL.
Action- Pls take the action who did this mistake. & Why Customer need to take the Followup.

Es se ek hi samaj main ata hai ki aap ki system poor hai. Aap ke log jayada paise ki mang krte hai without any authentic documents. Aap logo ko darate ho unko polise our case se dhamkate ho.

Bahot badi galti ki hamne ki apse service le. Aap ka staff supportive nahi hai balki vo tik se na bat karte hai na unme bat karne ka trika hai. Bahot hi ganda experience liya hai hamne aap se service le ke.

Your excutive fraud me... They told me that my emi is rs.1810 but rs.1910 is deducted from my account.

Hello sir,
I bought honda unicorn bike (Total cost - 86350) from which i paid 25000 as down payment and remaining (62000 approx) i received load from l&t.
L&t executive said the load interest in 10%
Which makes the total 62000 + 10%=68200. And then the my 12month plan should charge 5685. But its charging 6322. On what basis is it this much?
My 2wh no. 3954852.

Please look into my issue and let know the status of resolving.

But yesterday i have got the message for "your emi of rs 33750 forlnt finance loan number 3997933 is due on 3-sep-18". The 3997933 is not my loan number and also the emi amount 33750 is my emi.

So please make it correct before amount deduction, and send me the message for lnt finance loan number 3805640 which emi is rs 4275.00 this is my correct loan number and emi amount.

I asma begum. My loan a/c no.1329795 and my vehicle suzuki access 125 no ap09cq1094. I have taken a two wheeler loan in the year 2013. The loan has been cleared in 2016. Z a solution agency is not giving my noc from last two years. I request you to take necessary action against z a solution agency. They are neither giving any response to me nor receiving my calls. Loan is nearly 26 lakh and interest per day is neraly 1500 rs how can i bear this interest where even i didnt received it

Updated by Dilawar Hawaldar This is to be inform you that from last 4 months I am taking continuously follow up from l & t housing for following unresolved issue. But still there was no action from there end. This is very disappointing to be part of L & T housing finance.

1) I had done part payment of Rs 12698 against MUMHL18001962 & Rs 9159 against MUMHL18001963 at 14/09/2018. This was cheque issued by LTFS in its own name. After a 4 months 5 days this part payment still not debited from my current outstanding. I want to know where this money goes?

2) Tenure of my account no MUMHL18001962 has increase to 600 months from 360 months because of may be revision in Rate of interest. But worst thing is that no one has inform to me whether I want to increase the EMI or a months. Just ting over LTFS is allowing loan for 50 years ? same query raise with l & t housing but still problem is unresolved. Because of mentioned issue my principle is 1148 Rs only in last 5 month EMI which is not possible & acceptable. Even I had paid instalment overdue amount separately(due to increase in Rate of interest)

3)Many time I was informed about wrong ECS of Rs 6624 against loan account no MUMHL18001963 has debited in my account but no action taken from LTFS end as a good customer I didn’t refused or bounce the ECS from last 4 month although it was wrong. In current month LFTS has debited right ECS of Rs. 2598 against same loan account no. from last 4 to 5 month I had paid extra amount of[protected]= 4026 Rs In each month. I need refund all this extra amount paid to L & housing finance.I continuously found that above all problem are going to increase because of there lack of attention & seriousness towards customers problems.

4)I am taking continuously follow-up for disbursement of remaining 5 lakh amount against loan no MUMHL18001963 but no one was responded even.

So please tell me how much i pay for loan close. I have to ask mr. Pintu basak but he could not guide me he ignore this matter and also call every month to me for deposit the emi amount, this is okey he do his job carefully but he may be forget his job category customer satisfaction is first for any kind of service company. Anyway i only know about the loan close amount so please tell me how much i have to pay after october.
