According to their policy, I am eligible to get total refund for my order ID - #[protected]
I want to cancel my order as it is taking too long. Since Lt Online Store do not fullfill delivery time and so I have purchased same product from other website as I needed it urgently. I have emailed them twice to cancel as they don't give any other option to cancel the order since they also keep their helpline engaged all the day.
They are not responding to calls and emails at all.

These fraudsters are still accepting the others and no one in our country even cares to deal with these fraud happening in front of everyone. These frauds are really backed up very well

These fraudsters are still accepting the others and no official body in our country even cares to deal with these fraud happening in front of everyone. Getting cheated by Indian online shopping platform will not help MAKE IN INDIA and will only discourage users from purchasing from Indian online stores. These fraudsters are really backed up very well.

I won't recommend this LTOnline Store
Third class fraud online Store.
Order ID is[protected] . No one should purchase anything from this LTonlineStore.in & LTCartridge.com. I placed order on 28 May 2020 for C922 Pro Stream webcam for this I paid 8679.60 Rs. After 6 months they said C922 Pro Stream not available but same cost more than that 9, 500 rs. C630e is available & he sent me cheap product C615 webcam cost 6360.00 rs. I returned their wrong item send by them . Requested them to send ordered products. They said no I will not get C922 pro Stream webcam but I will have to take C615 product only worth RS. 6360.00 rs. They don't even wanted to refund my amount. I asked them They blocked my no. for all numbers & Email after requesting for refund, saying they will not issue refund . . Let God distract their fraud business & save innocent people from getting cheated . Worst Experience of my life.

Dipesh Dhandhi is Owner...I had a talk with him & I requested him too many times but he didn't solve my problem. Not send product not refunded my money.

Updated by shardakrb I placed this order on 09.06. 2020. It is understandable there is a delay due to covid 19 but now it has been 6 months still they haven't delivered. They have poor customer service and do not respond to mails & Phone.
