I placed an order on Jan 29, 2021. I purchased Kaspersky Total Security 1 Year 1 Device and paid online. I chose Delivery via E-Mail.

Even after 5 days, I have not received the product (Digital Key).

My order no #[protected] order on 28 may 2020 till date not delivered to me... Such a bogus and fake company... they are neither delivering product nor giving me refund... this company should be ban......

I ordered headphone from this store 16 july 2020.
I got no headphone in 3 months, so i asked a refund.
On 19th November, i got a refund confirmation email.
When i check my account transaction, i couldn't find any such refund. So i kept chasing them, but got no response.

I have raised cyber complaint too with reference #[protected] today.

Can you please do needfull from your end too....

I have ordered UPS 3rd MAY 2020 for APC UPS 600 it never got delivered after 8 Months in December it was updated as product delivered and given me as coupon code to order the product again same product using coupon code on 9th Dec 2020 again force me to pay 800 RS with earlier amount and now total cost o[censored]PS is 3527 Rs.
But still following for the order delivery, the product still not delivered or the amount refunded after a month.br...

This is scam site. They have no customer care number they ever answer. never do they return the product....

I placed this order on 09.06. 2020. It is understandable there is a delay due to covid 19 but now it has been 6 months still they haven't delivered. They have poor customer service and do not respond to mails & Phone.

I ordered Logitech MK240 Wireless Keyboard Mouse on 16th June 2020. Not delivered till now. Neither they pick up phone nor reply to emails. I feel cheated...

We order the HP 680 Ink Catridge on 17/10/2020, order no #[protected]. Until now, we haven't received the goods. Emails written are receiving just an automated reply. As of now, the shipment states as Shipped and in trasit only....

Since they could not deliver the product for the Order #[protected], I asked them to cancel the order and give Refund.

Order Status now shows "Refunded". But I have still not received the refund. Please provide my refund immediately. I have been waiting from 6 months....
