Dear sir,

I have ordered a sony mdr-xb450ap headphone on 05.07.2020 and made payment of rs.2042.58 on that day. But even after my various mail to lt online store regarding the status of my order they have not replied about the status. While i tried to make various phone calls, they have not attended and even the phone was engaged so many times and it prove that the office is not closed and someone is there to attend the call...

I placed my order Number #[protected] dt. may 11 for 10 numbers Logitech camera. Paid Rs.12201.2 from my ICICI bank account. I have not received the product till now. Made so many phone calls. No one attended. Sent many emails. No one responded. I doubt this a fraud company. I called in the head quarter emergency number. no one attended the call. I afraid I lost my money. Can some one there to help me out and get my money back in my account.br...

Lt store is totally fraud company i given my order on may 28, 3 month passed i didnt recived my order so pls dont purchase from this third class site...

I have ordered a hdmi-vga cable on jun 10th and paid the amount online. The order number is order #[protected]. I am waiting for the order almost 75days and no response from the customer care also and no dispatch also happened so far.

Please do not order from this website.....

I ordered the product: wacom one by ctl-472∕ko-cx graphic tablet, after paying rs. 4486/- on july 26 2020. These people have not delivered it even after nearly one month, and not only that, they don't respond to calls or emails....

I ordered for 1tb hard drive an amount of 3257.98Rs/- on 4th June 2020 but till now I have not received my shipment or refund yet I tried to contact to customer care but no reply from them. That's why I mailed them several times. Despite this kind of constant request, I did not get any favorable reply during this 79 days.I enclosing my order details herewith in form of snapshot.thank you....

I ordered a wirless logitech mouse and keyboard on 26rd June 2020 by making online payment but its been 2 months they have not delivered my item

The customer care numbers, emails are not being answered. On the site the order is still displayed as processing...

Ordered logitech h111 stereo headset on july 6th, 2020 on lt online store website and amount rs. 763.46/- paid through online. But i have not yet received the product till now.
I called couple of times. But they are not picking the phone. I sent couple of emails but standard response was sending mentioned as below

Till 14 days i order power cords, i am not gating this, able not contact them on phone, tracking no .of curries does not valid. worst service....

it is high time that you must refund my money back.You are neither taking phone or answering my mails..I am doubtful about the existence of the cpmpny.It is in April, I paid money!.Tell me how long I should wait before taking action..Tell me when you are refunding...

I placed an order for Logitech Web cam model C170 on June1st 2020 for Rs 1287.38. It almost 79 now and so far I have not received the product. I tried to send mails and also contact over customer care number provided in the website. Phones are not picked up and the mails are also not replied. I want a full refund of my product. Order was placed on 20th June. As of 19th August, it is yet to be delivered.
Emails complaints get an automated response. There has been no action or acknowledgement to over 10 emails.
Telephone calls are not answered....
