Dear sir,

I have ordered a sony mdr-xb450ap headphone on 05.07.2020 and made payment of rs.2042.58 on that day. But even after my various mail to lt online store regarding the status of my order they have not replied about the status. While i tried to make various phone calls, they have not attended and even the phone was engaged so many times and it prove that the office is not closed and someone is there to attend the call and purposely they avoid the call. I also send mail to cancel my order and arrange to refund my amount and yet there is no response till date. Kindly accept my complaint and take necessary action against the lt online store. I attach herewith my order copy as screenshot for your reference. Kindly do the needful.

No one attended. Sent many emails. No one responded. I doubt this a fraud company. I called in the head quarter emergency number. no one attended the call. I afraid I lost my money. Can some one there to help me out and get my money back in my account.

their all communication lines are not working, no reply on phone/email,

purpose of this complain is cancel this order and refund my amount

LT Online Store is cheating people. I want to lodge a complaint again them. I have ordered a Logitech C310 Weabcam almost it is three months but no response from them. They are not even refunding my money.

These two items not yet delivered to me

I had placed an order with ltonline for printer ink on 30th jun 2020. Since then the order is in processing status and no progress at all. The amount i spent on this order was रु 5, 548.36. I tried calling them during the mentioned hours and the given numbers but no one picks the call and i have been wasting my time like this. I need my money back as it's a huge amount for me. They always just replied in same words, "Lt Online Store Because of less staff we were not able to reply your mails we are trying are best to minimize the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble . We have equipped our departments with more staffs and with some days your shipments shall be dispatched for delivery ." They never called me regarding this issue. the company's email address is india@itonlinestore. in pls help me.

Ordered logitech h111 stereo headset on july 6th, 2020 on lt online store website and amount rs. 763.46/- paid through online. But i have not yet received the product till now.
I called couple of times. But they are not picking the phone. I sent couple of emails but standard response was sending mentioned as below
